一种提升座椅面套外观的缝纫结构 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车座椅,更具体地涉及一种提升座椅面套外观的缝纫结构。
背景技术
汽车行业日益竞争激烈,对座椅面套线迹外观提出了更高要求。在现有技术中,无论是CKD(Completely Knocked Down,完全拆散的进口件)样件,还是按照CKD样件的制造工艺制造的Local(本地)样件,外观都无法消除线迹波浪和线迹L’的不平顺,如图4所示。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的座椅面套的缝纫线具有线迹波浪且线迹不平顺的问题,本发明提供一种提升座椅面套外观的缝纫结构。
根据本发明的提升座椅面套外观的缝纫结构,其包括第一裁片、第二裁片、第一缝纫线、第二缝纫线和嵌体,其中,叠置的第一裁片和第二裁片通过彼此间隔开的第一缝纫线和第二缝纫线缝合在一起,嵌体位于第一裁片和第二裁片之间且位于第一缝纫线和第二缝纫线之间。
优选地,嵌体的截面为实心圆形、空心圆形、实心椭圆、空心椭圆、实心矩形、空心矩形、实心三角形、或空心三角形。
优选地,嵌体为棉条、聚丙烯条、尼龙条、聚乙烯条、或金属丝。
优选地,第一裁片和第二裁片分别为真皮表皮、聚氨酯表皮、聚氯乙烯表皮、或织物表皮。
优选地,第一裁片和第二裁片的厚度分别介于1mm~10mm之间。
优选地,第一缝纫线到缝纫结构的自由端之间的距离介于3mm~10mm之间。
优选地,第一缝纫线的相邻两个针孔之间的距离介于2mm~6mm之间。
优选地,第二缝纫线的相邻两个针孔之间的距离介于2mm~6mm之间。
根据本发明的提升座椅面套外观的缝纫结构,从根本上消除线迹波浪和线迹不平顺,大幅提升座椅外观水平。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,给出本发明的较佳实施例,并予以详细描述。
如图1所示,根据本发明的一个优选实施例的提升座椅面套外观的缝纫结构包括第一裁片1、第二裁片2、第一缝纫线3(又可被称为内缝线)、第二缝纫线4(又可被称为外缝线)和嵌体5,其中,叠置的第一裁片1和第二裁片2通过彼此间隔开的第一缝纫线3和第二缝纫线4缝合在一起,嵌体5位于第一裁片1和第二裁片2之间且位于第一缝纫线3和第二缝纫线4之间。在本实施例中,该嵌体5被包裹在由第一裁片1、第二裁片2、第一缝纫线3和第二缝纫线4限定的密闭空腔内无法自由移动。当然,该嵌体5也不是完全不能移动,因为其并没有被固定在裁片1,2上,例如其可以沿其纵长被抽出等。在本实施例中,该嵌体5的截面为实心圆形。应该理解,根据不同面料和座椅风格可以选择不同的嵌体截面,例如空心圆形、实心椭圆、空心椭圆、实心矩形、空心矩形、实心三角形、或空心三角形等。在本实施例中,该嵌体5的材料为棉条。应该理解,根据不同面料和座椅风格可以选择不同的嵌体材料,例如PP(聚丙烯)、尼龙、PE(聚乙烯)、金属丝等。另外,根据需要可选择不同的嵌体尺寸。在本实施例中,该第一裁片1和第二裁片2的材料分别为真皮。应该理解,其他材料的裁片同样适用于本发明,例如PU (聚氨酯)、PVC(聚氯乙烯)、织物等。在本实施例中,该第一裁片1和第二裁片2的面料分别为平铺面料。应该理解,卷装的面料同样适用于本发明。在本实施例中,第一裁片1和第二裁片2的厚度分别介于1mm~10mm之间。在本实施例中,第一缝纫线3到裁片1,2的自由端11,21之间的距离被称为缝距,该缝距介于3mm~10mm之间。在本实施例中,第一缝纫线3和第二缝纫线4的相邻两个针孔之间的距离被称为针距,该针距介于2mm~6mm之间。
下面结合图2给出本实施例的提升座椅面套外观的缝纫结构的制作工艺,具体地,首先提供第一裁片1和第二裁片2并将其自由端11,21对齐;然后通过第一缝纫线3将第一裁片1和第二裁片2缝合在一起;然后将嵌体5置于第一缝纫线3的外侧并置于第一裁片1和第二裁片2之间;最后在嵌体5的外侧通过第二缝纫线4将第一裁片1和第二裁片2缝合在一起。如此制作的缝纫结构,可以明显提升缝纫线(尤其是弧面上的)正面线迹L的平顺度,如图3所示,大大提高了汽车座椅外观水平。
以上所述的,仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非用以限定本发明的范围,本发明的上述实施例还可以做出各种变化。即凡是依据本发明申请的权利要求书及说明书内容所作的简单、等效变化与修饰,皆落入本发明专利的权利要求保护范围。本发明未详尽描述的均为常规技术内容。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种提升座椅面套外观的缝纫结构,其特征在于,该缝纫结构包括第一裁片、第二裁片、第一缝纫线、第二缝纫线和嵌体,其中,叠置的第一裁片和第二裁片通过彼此间隔开的第一缝纫线和第二缝纫线缝合在一起,嵌体位于第一裁片和第二裁片之间且位于第一缝纫线和第二缝纫线之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的缝纫结构,其特征在于,嵌体的截面为实心圆形、空心圆形、实心椭圆、空心椭圆、实心矩形、空心矩形、实心三角形、或空心三角形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的缝纫结构,其特征在于,嵌体为棉条、聚丙烯条、尼龙条、聚乙烯条、或金属丝。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的缝纫结构,其特征在于,第一裁片和第二裁片分别为真皮表皮、聚氨酯表皮、聚氯乙烯表皮、或织物表皮。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的缝纫结构,其特征在于,第一裁片和第二裁片的厚度分别介于1mm~10mm之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的缝纫结构,其特征在于,第一缝纫线到缝纫结构的自由端之间的距离介于3mm~10mm之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的缝纫结构,其特征在于,第一缝纫线的相邻两个针孔之间的距离介于2mm~6mm之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的缝纫结构,其特征在于,第二缝纫线的相邻两个针孔之间的距离介于2mm~6mm之间。
