在产品加工过程中,通常需要涉及到对产品进行包装的工序,其中,采用可折叠的包装纸对产品进行包装的方式较为普遍。
目前,在采用包装纸对产品进行包装时,普遍采用的方式是工人手动对包装纸进行折叠,这种手工包装的方式包装效率较低,且工人劳动量较大。例如,在汉堡制作过程中,需要在成品汉堡的外部包裹防油纸,目前,通常采用人工包裹的方式进行生产。人工对汉堡进行包裹的方式存在包裹效率低的问题,降低了汉堡的制造速度。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种包装机构及包装方法,以解决现有技术中对产品的包装效率低的问题。

请参考图1至图7,本申请实施例提供了一种包装机构,用于将包装片材10’包裹在目标物体100’的外侧,包装机构包括:承载部件1’,承载部件1’具有用于放置包装片材10’和目标物体100’的承载面;多个第一翻折件2’,多个第一翻折件2’环绕承载部件1’设置,各个第一翻折件2’相对于承载部件1’可翻转地设置,以通过多个第一翻折件2’对包装片材10’进行翻折,以对目标物体100’的侧壁进行遮挡;多个第二翻折件3’,各个第二翻折件3’一一对应地安装在各个第一翻折件2’上,各个第二翻折件3’位于相应的第一翻折件2’远离承载部件1’的一侧;各个第二翻折件3’相对于相应的第一翻折件2’可翻转地设置,以对包装片材10’被第一翻折件2’折起的部分进行翻折,以对目标物体100’的顶部进行遮挡。
本申请的包装机构用于将包装片材10’包裹在目标物体100’的外侧,包装机构包括:承载部件1’,承载部件1’具有用于放置包装片材10’和目标物体100’的承载面;多个第一翻折件2’,多个第一翻折件2’环绕承载部件1’设置,各个第一翻折件2’相对于承载部件1’可翻转地设置,以通过多个第一翻折件2’对包装片材10’进行翻折,具体地,通过第一翻折件2’可将包装片材10’与目标物体100’相邻的部分折起,即将包装片材10’位于目标物体100’周围的部分折起,以对目标物体100’的侧壁进行遮挡;多个第二翻折件3’,各个第二翻折件3’一一对应地安装在各个第一翻折件2’上,各个第二翻折件3’位于相应的第一翻折件2’远离承载部件1’的一侧;各个第二翻折件3’相对于相应的第一翻折件2’可翻转地设置,以将包装片材10’被第一翻折件2’折起的部分进行翻折,以对目标物体100’的顶部进行遮挡。通过设置环绕承载部件1’分部的多个第一翻折件2’和多个第二翻折件3’,可实现对包装片材10’的二次翻折成型,从而使包装片材10’将目标物体100’包裹住,实现了对目标物体100’的自动包装,无需人工对目标物体进行包装,提高了包装效率,解决了现有技术中对产品的包装效率低的问题。优选地,第一翻折件2’和第二翻折件3’均为板状结构。
具体地,包装机构包括:多个第一驱动装置4’,各个第一驱动装置4’与各个第一翻折件2’一一对应地连接,以通过各个第一驱动装置4’驱动相应的第一翻折件2’翻转;多个第二驱动装置5’,各个第二驱动装置5’与各个第二翻折件3’一一对应地连接,以通过各个第二驱动装置5’驱动相应的第二翻折件3’翻转。
当然,第一驱动装置4’和第二驱动装置5’可以有多种设置方式:
在一种设置方式中,第一驱动装置4’和第二驱动装置5’均为线性驱动装置,线性驱动装置具有可沿直线方向运动的驱动端;第一 驱动装置4’的驱动端与第一翻折件2’铰接,第一驱动装置4’的主体部分与第一支撑件6’铰接;第二驱动装置5’的驱动端与第二翻折件3’铰接,第二驱动装置5’的主体部分与第二支撑件7’铰接。其中,线性驱动装置可以是气缸、液压缸、电缸等结构。
为了使包装机构一体性更好,使包装机构结构更简洁,第一支撑件6’和承载部件1’均固定设置在外部的安装基体上;第二支撑件7’与第一翻折件2’固定连接。优选地,第二支撑件7’为条形结构。包装机构包括支架9’,支架9’的一端与承载部件1’连接,以对承载部件1’进行支撑,支架9’的另一端用于与支撑基体连接;第一支撑件6’用于与支撑基体连接。
为了提高第一驱动装置4’与第一翻折件2’之间的连接可靠性,第一驱动装置4’的驱动端与第一翻折件2’的铰接位置处装有杆端关节轴承8’;和/或,为了提高第二驱动装置5’与第二翻折件3’之间的连接可靠性,第二驱动装置5’的驱动端与第二翻折件3’的铰接位置处装有杆端关节轴承8’。
在本实施例中,第一驱动装置4’设置在承载部件1’远离承载面的一侧;第一驱动装置4’和第二驱动装置5’均为可伸缩式结构;第二支撑件7’为条形结构,条形结构的第一端与第一翻折件2’固定连接,条形结构的第二端与第二驱动装置5’的主体部分铰接。
在另一种可选的设置方式中,第一驱动装置4’和第二驱动装置5’为旋转驱动装置,旋转驱动装置具有可旋转的驱动端;第一驱动装置4’的驱动端与第一翻折件2’连接;第二驱动装置5’的驱动端与第二翻折件3’连接。
具体地,承载面为矩形面;第一翻折件2’和第二翻折件3’均为四个,四个第一翻折件2’一一对应地设置在矩形面的四条边的位置处。优选地,为了提高包装效果,承载面为正方形面。
在本实施例中,四个第一翻折件2’分为第一组翻折件21’和第二组翻折件22’,第一组翻折件21’和第二组翻折件22’均包括两个相对设置的第一翻折件2’;其中,第一组翻折件21’中的两个第一翻折件2’的长度大于矩形面与之相对应的边的长度;第二组翻折件22’中的两个第一翻折件2’的长度小于或等于矩形面与之相对应的边的长度;其中,第一翻折件2’的长度为第一翻折件2’沿矩形面的与之相对应的边所在的方向上的长度。这样,对包装片材10’进行翻折时,第一组翻折件21’中的两个第一翻折件2’先动作,由于第一组翻折件21’中的两个第一翻折件2’的长度比承载面的相应的边的长度长,可将包装片材10’更完整地折起,之后,第二组翻折件22’中的两个第一翻折件2’再动作,由于第二组翻折件22’中的两个第一翻折件2’的长度不大于承载面的相应的边的长度,这样,可对第一组翻折件21’中的两个第一翻折件2’进行有效的避让,保证第二组翻折件22’中的两个第一翻折件2’更顺畅地进行翻折动作,并且,由于第一组翻折件21’中的两个第一翻折件2’对包装片材10’进行了一次翻折,包装片材10’与第二组翻折件22’中的两个第一翻折件2’的长度方向对应的尺寸有效地减小,从而第二组翻折件22’中的两个第一翻折件2’不需要较大的长度也可实现较好的翻折效果,保证包装成型质量。
其中,第一组翻折件21’中的两个第一翻折件2’均由主体部分和设置在两侧的边缘部分组成,主体部分的长度不大于矩形面相应的边的长度;优选地,主体部分与两侧的边缘部分之间可拆卸地连接。
另外,第二翻折件3’的两侧设有用于对相邻的第二翻折件3’进行避让的切面结构31’。通过在第二翻折件3’的两侧设置切面结构31’,可对相邻的第二翻折件3’的运动进行避让,防止相邻的第二翻折件3’之间的运动产生相互干涉。优选地,当多个第二翻折件3’对包装片材10’进行翻折时,相邻的两个第二翻折件3’上相邻的两个切面结构31’相互贴合,这样,可有效地提高折叠效果,保证对包装片材10’折叠的准确性。
具体地,包装机构包括贴标装置,贴标装置20具有贴标头201’,贴标头201’设置于承载部件1’的上方,贴标头201’沿竖直方向可运动地设置,以在多个第一翻折件2’和多个第二翻折件3’对包装片材10’进行翻折后,通过贴标头201’将标签贴覆在折叠好的包装片材10’上,以对折叠好的包装片材10’进行定型。优选地,各个第二翻折件3’的宽度均小于正方形边长的一半,从而使各个第二翻折件3’翻折后,在多个第二翻折件3’的中间形成一个开口,从而方便贴标装置20通过该开口进行贴标。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本申请上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:

在本申请提供的一个实施例中,目标物体100’可以为已经制作完毕的汉堡、三明治、热狗、烧饼等物品,包装片材10’可以为食品带、防油纸、包装纸等。

具体地,包装片材可以是纸片,也可以是塑料片,待包装物体200可以是各种规则或不规则形状的物体。
具体地,第一翻折件1、第二翻折件2、第三翻折件3、第四翻折件4、第五翻折件5、第六翻折件6、第七翻折件7、第八翻折件8可采用多种结构来驱动其翻转,例如气缸、电缸、液压缸等结构,在本申请中,采用八个气缸与第一翻折件1、第二翻折件2、第三翻折件3、第四翻折件4、第五翻折件5、第六翻折件6、第七翻折件7、第八翻折件8一一对应地铰接,从而通过控制各个气缸伸缩来控制相应的翻折件翻折。
如图16所示,第六翻折件6和第八翻折件8上均设有避让口;包装方法包括步骤S112,步骤S112位于步骤S110之后,步骤S112包括:控制贴纸设备通过避让口将贴纸300贴附在包装片材100的第六区域106和包装片材100的第八区域108上。这样,可方便地将贴纸300贴在包装片材100的第六区域106和第八区域108上,从而对包装结束的包裹进行固定,防止包装散开。
如图11和图12所示,在步骤S106中,先控制第五翻折件5朝向待包装物体200翻折,再控制第七翻折件7朝向待包装物体200翻折,并使包装片材100的第七区域107压设在包装片材100的第五区域105上。这样,使第五翻折件5和第七翻折件7依次翻折,可使包装片材100的第七区域107压设在包装片材100的第五区域105上,从而使包裹密封性更好,且更加坚固。
如图15所示,在步骤S110中,控制第六翻折件6和第八翻折件8朝向待包装物体200翻折后,使包装片材100的第六区域106 和包装片材100的第八区域108间隔设置。这样,使包装片材100的第六区域106与包装片材100的第八区域108间形成空隙,当贴附贴纸时,贴纸可与包装片材100裸露在空隙处的部分贴合,从而使贴纸更好地对包裹进行固定。
在本实施例中,如图21所示,待包装物体200为圆柱形结构,圆柱形结构的直径为D、高度为H;在步骤S104之前具有步骤S102,步骤S102包括:对包装片材100进行加工,使包装片材100沿第一方向的长度X>2D+2H,使包装片材沿第二方向的长度Y<2D+2H;其中,第一方向与第二方向垂直;使第五翻折件5与第七翻折件7之间的连线所在的方向与包装片材100的第一方向一致,使第六翻折件6与第七翻折件7之间的连线所在的方向与包装片材100的第二方向一致。
为了方便包装片材100的制作并保证包装可靠性,如图22所示,步骤S102包括:在基材上裁剪出第一边a、第二边b、第三边c、第四边d,形成包装片材100,第一边a与第三边c相对设置,第二边b与第四边d相对设置;长度X为第一边a与第三边c之间的最大距离,长度Y为第二边b与第四边d之间的最大距离。
为了方便包装片材100的制作并保证包装精度,基材为正方形结构,第一边a与第三边c相互平行,第二边b与第四边d相互平行。
如图13和图14所示,在步骤S108中,先控制第二翻折件2和第四翻折件4朝向待包装物体200翻折,再控制第五翻折件5和第七翻折件7朝远离待包装物体200的一侧翻折。这样可有效地避免第五翻折件5和第七翻折件7过早地与包装片材100脱离导致的包装散开的问题,有利于保证包装的稳定性。
另外,在步骤S110之后具有以下步骤:S114,如图17所示,控制第六翻折件6和第八翻折件8朝远离待包装物体200的一侧翻折,以使第六翻折件6和第八翻折件8与包装片材100分离;S116,如图18所示,控制第五翻折件5和第七翻折件7朝向待包装物体200翻折,以使第五翻折件5和第七翻折件7压设在包装片材100上;S118,如图19所示,控制第二翻折件2和第四翻折件4朝远离待包装物体200的一侧翻折,以使第二翻折件2和第四翻折件4与包装片材100分离。
在包装过程中,少部分包装片材100会伸出至第二翻折件2和第四翻折件4远离待包装物体200的一侧,通过采用第五翻折件5和第七翻折件7将包装片材100压紧固定,可有效地避免第二翻折件2和第四翻折件4朝远离待包装物体200运动时将包装后的包裹带翻的情况。
如图20所示,在步骤S118之后具有以下步骤:S120、将第五翻折件5和第七翻折件7朝远离待包装物体200的一侧翻折,以使第五翻折件5与第七翻折件7与包装片材100分离;S122、将第一翻折件1和第三翻折件3朝远离待包装物体200的一侧翻折,以使第一翻折件1和第三翻折件3与包装片材100分离。这样,便使第一翻折件1、第二翻折件2、第三翻折件3、第四翻折件4、第五翻折件5、第六翻折件6、第七翻折件7、第八翻折件8均完成复位,将包装好的包裹暴露,以方便对包裹进行取拿。
另外,为了避免在包装过程中包装片材100发生位移而影响包装效果,步骤S104包括:将包装片材100与支撑件10之间进行固定。
进一步地,步骤S104包括:通过设置在支撑件10上的吸气孔将包装片材100吸附在支撑件10上。

  1. 一种包装机构,用于将包装片材(10’)包裹在目标物体(100’)的外侧,其特征在于,所述包装机构包括:
    承载部件(1’),所述承载部件(1’)具有用于放置所述包装片材(10’)和所述目标物体(100’)的承载面;
    多个第一翻折件(2’),多个所述第一翻折件(2’)环绕所述承载部件(1’)设置,各个所述第一翻折件(2’)相对于所述承载部件(1’)可翻转地设置,以通过多个所述第一翻折件(2’)对所述包装片材(10’)进行翻折,以对所述目标物体(100’)的侧壁进行遮挡;
    多个第二翻折件(3’),各个所述第二翻折件(3’)一一对应地安装在各个所述第一翻折件(2’)上,各个所述第二翻折件(3’)位于相应的所述第一翻折件(2’)远离所述承载部件(1’)的一侧;各个所述第二翻折件(3’)相对于相应的所述第一翻折件(2’)可翻转地设置,以对所述包装片材(10’)被所述第一翻折件(2’)折起的部分进行翻折,以对所述目标物体(100’)的顶部进行遮挡。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装机构,其特征在于,所述包装机构包括:
    多个第一驱动装置(4’),各个所述第一驱动装置(4’)与各个所述第一翻折件(2’)一一对应地连接,以通过各个所述第一驱动装置(4’)驱动相应的所述第一翻折件(2’)翻转;
    多个第二驱动装置(5’),各个所述第二驱动装置(5’)与各个所述第二翻折件(3’)一一对应地连接,以通过各个所述第二驱动装置(5’)驱动相应的所述第二翻折件(3’)翻转。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的包装机构,其特征在于,所述第一驱动装置(4’)和所述第二驱动装置(5’)均为线性驱动装置,所述线性驱动装置具有可沿直线方向运动的驱动端;
    所述第一驱动装置(4’)的驱动端与所述第一翻折件(2’)铰接,所述第一驱动装置(4’)的主体部分与第一支撑件(6’)铰接;
    所述第二驱动装置(5’)的驱动端与所述第二翻折件(3’)铰接,所述第二驱动装置(5’)的主体部分与第二支撑件(7’)铰接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的包装机构,其特征在于,所述第一支撑件(6’)和所述承载部件(1’)均固定设置在外部的安装基体上;所述第二支撑件(7’)与所述第一翻折件(2’)固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的包装机构,其特征在于,所述第一驱动装置(4’)的驱动端与所述第一翻折件(2’)的铰接位置处装有杆端关节轴承(8’);和/或,所述第二驱动装置(5’)的驱动端与所述第二翻折件(3’)的铰接位置处装有杆端关节轴承(8’)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的包装机构,其特征在于,所述第一驱动装置(4’)设置在所述承载部件(1’)远离所述承载面的一侧;所述第一驱动装置(4’)和所述第二驱动装置(5’)均为可伸缩式结构;所述第二支撑件(7’)为条形结构,所述条形结构的第一端与所述第一翻折件(2’)固定连接,所述条形结构的第二端与所述第二驱动装置(5’)的主体部分铰接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的包装机构,其特征在于,所述承载面为矩形面;所述第一翻折件(2’)和所述第二翻折件(3’)均为四个,四个所述第一翻折件(2’)一一对应地设置在所述矩形面的四条边的位置处。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的包装机构,其特征在于,四个所述第一翻折件(2’)分为第一组翻折件(21’)和第二组翻折件(22’),所述第一组翻折件(21’)和所述第二组翻折件(22’)均包括两个相对设置的所述第一翻折件(2’);
    所述第一组翻折件(21’)中的两个所述第一翻折件(2’)的长度大于所述矩形面与之相对应的边的长度;
    所述第二组翻折件(22’)中的两个所述第一翻折件(2’)的长度小于或等于所述矩形面与之相对应的边的长度;
    其中,所述第一翻折件(2’)的长度为所述第一翻折件(2’)沿所述矩形面的与之相对应的边所在的方向上的长度。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的包装机构,其特征在于,所述第二翻折件(3’)的两侧设有用于对相邻的所述第二翻折件(3’)进行避让的切面结构(31’)。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的包装机构,其特征在于,所述包装机构包括贴标装置(20’),所述贴标装置(20’)具有贴标头(201’),所述贴标头(201’)设置于所述承载部件(1’)的上方,所述贴标头(201’)沿竖直方向可运动地设置,以在多个所述第一翻折件(2’)和多个所述第二翻折件(3’)对所述包装片材(10’)进行翻折后,通过所述贴标头(201’)将标签贴覆在折叠好的所述包装片材(10’)上,以对折叠好的所述包装片材(10’)进行定型。
  11. 一种包装方法,所述包装方法用于包装机构,所述包装机构包括支撑件(10)、四个分别设置于所述支撑件(10)外周的第一翻折件(1),第二翻折件(2),第三翻折件(3)和第四翻折件(4);还包括与所述第一翻折件(1)相连接的第五翻折件(5)、与所述第二翻折件(2)相连接的第六翻折件(6)、与所述第三翻折件(3)相连接的第七翻折件(7)、与所述第四翻折件(4)相连接的第八翻折件(8);其中,所述第一翻折件(1)和所述第三翻折件(3)相对设置,所述第二翻折件(2)与所述第四翻折件(4)相对设置;其特征在于,所述包装方法包括以下步骤:
    S104、当所述支撑件(10)上放置有包装片材(100)和待包装物体(200)后,控制所述第一翻折件(1)和所述第三翻折件(3)朝向所述待包装物体(200)翻折;控制所述第五翻折件(5)和所述第七翻折件(7)朝向所述待包装物体(200)翻折;
    S108、控制所述第二翻折件(2)和所述第四翻折件(4)朝向所述待包装物体(200)翻折;控制所述第五翻折件(5)和所述第七翻折件(7)朝远离所述待包装物体(200)的一侧翻折;
    S110、控制所述第六翻折件(6)和所述第八翻折件(8)朝向所述待包装物体(200)翻折。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的包装方法,其特征在于,所述第六翻折件(6)和所述第八翻折件(8)上均设有避让口;所述包装方法包括步骤S112,所述步骤S112位于所述步骤S110之后,所述步骤S112包括:控制贴纸设备通过所述避让口将贴纸(300)贴附在所述包装片材(100)的第六区域(106)和所述包装片材(100)的第八区域(108)上;其中,所述包装片材(100)的第六区域(106)与所述第六翻折件(6)相对应,所述包装片材(100)的第八区域(108)与所述第八翻折件(8)相对应。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的包装方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S106中,先控制所述第五翻折件(5)朝向所述待包装物体(200)翻折,再控制所述第七翻折件(7)朝向所述待包装物体(200)翻折。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的包装方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S110中,控制所述第六翻折件(6)和所述第八翻折件(8)朝向所述待包装物体(200)翻折后,使所述包装片材(100)的第六区域(106)和所述包装片材(100)的第八区域(108)间隔设置。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的包装方法,其特征在于,所述待包装物体(200)为圆柱形结构,所述圆柱形结构的直径为D、高度为H;在所述步骤S104之前具有步骤S102,所述步骤S102包括:
    对包装片材(100)进行加工,使所述包装片材(100)沿第一方向的长度X>2D+2H,使所述包装片材沿第二方向的长度Y<2D+2H;其中,所述第一方向与所述第二方向垂直;
    使所述第五翻折件(5)与所述第七翻折件(7)之间的连线所在的方向与包装片材(100)的第一方向一致,使所述第六翻折件(6)与所述第七翻折件(7)之间的连线所在的方向与所述包装片材(100)的第二方向一致。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的包装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S102包括:在基材上裁剪出第一边a、第二边b、第三边c、第四边d,形成所述包装片材(100),所述第一边a与所述第三边c相对设置,所述第二边b与所述第四边d相对设置;所述长度X为所述第一边a与所述第三边c之间的最大距离,所述长度Y为所述第二边b与所述第四边d之间的最大距离。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的包装方法,其特征在于,所述基材为正方形结构,所述第一边a与所述第三边c相互平行,所述第二边b与所述第四边d相互平行。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的包装方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S108中,先控制所述第二翻折件(2)和所述第四翻折件(4)朝向所述待包装物体(200)翻折,再控制所述第五翻折件(5)和所述第七翻折件(7)朝远离所述待包装物体(200)的一侧翻折。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的包装方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S110之后具有以下步骤:
    S114、控制所述第六翻折件(6)和所述第八翻折件(8)朝远离所述待包装物体(200)的一侧翻折;
    S116、控制所述第五翻折件(5)和所述第七翻折件(7)朝向所述待包装物体(200)翻折;
    S118、控制所述第二翻折件(2)和所述第四翻折件(4)朝远离所述待包装物体(200)的一侧翻折。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的包装方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S118之后具有以下步骤:
    S120、控制所述第五翻折件(5)和所述第七翻折件(7)朝远离所述待包装物体(200)的一侧翻折;
    S122、控制所述第一翻折件(1)和所述第三翻折件(3)朝远离所述待包装物体(200)的一侧翻折。
  21. 根据权利要求11所述的包装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S104包括:将所述包装片材(100)与所述支撑件(10)之间进行固定。
  22. 根据权利要求11所述的包装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S104包括:通过设置在所述支撑件(10)上的吸气孔将所述包装片材(100)吸附在所述支撑件(10)上。
