また、図9に示すように、ベースシート1に、第1罫線aの位置から側板12の高さが最大となる第2罫線bの位置を越えて、ミシン目状の折目線cを介し両側方へ張り出す折曲片15を設け、カバーシート2に、第1罫線aの位置から折込片23の位置まで、両側方へ張り出す突出片26を設けた高さ可変箱を組み立てるため、上記のような組立方法及び装置に手順及び加工具を付加してもよい。

Claims (6)
- 物品を載せるベースシート(1)とこれに被せるカバーシート(2)とを供給し、物品の高さを測定し、その高さの測定値に基づいて、ベースシート(1)及びカバーシート(2)の少なくとも一方に、両側の第1罫線(a)からの間隔を調整して第2罫線(b)を入れ、これを第1罫線(a)及び第2罫線(b)に沿って巻き込むように折り曲げ、その両端部を他方に貼り付ける高さ可変箱の組立方法。
- 請求項1に記載の高さ可変箱の組立方法において、予め第1罫線(a)を入れたベースシート(1)及びカバーシート(2)に第2罫線(b)を入れ、ベースシート(1)とカバーシート(2)とを交差する方向へ向けて、カバーシート(2)をベースシート(1)に被せることを特徴とする高さ可変箱の組立方法。
- 請求項2に記載の高さ可変箱の組立方法において、ベースシート(1)に両側方へ張り出すように折目線(c)を介して設けた折曲片(15)に、第2罫線(b)の延長線上に位置する切込(d)を入れ、カバーシート(2)を巻き込むように折り曲げる際、折曲片(15)が切込(d)で分離して、カバーシート(2)の両側方へ張り出す突出片(26)の内面に沿うようにしたことを特徴とする高さ可変箱の組立方法。
- 請求項2又は3に記載の高さ可変箱の組立方法において、ベースシート(1)に内容物を載置して、ベースシート(1)の底部外面へ回り込むフィルム(14)により固定し、カバーシート(2)の両端部を、接着剤によりフィルム(14)を貫通してベースシート(1)に貼り付けることを特徴とする高さ可変箱の組立方法。
- 請求項2に記載の組立方法を実施する装置であって、物品の高さの測定値に基づき、対向する罫入具(45)を接離させ、ベースシート(1)及びカバーシート(2)に第1罫線(a)からの間隔を調整して第2罫線(b)を入れ、ベースシート(1)を巻き込むように折り曲げ、カバーシート(2)を巻き込むように折り曲げる高さ可変箱の組立装置。
- 請求項5に記載の高さ可変箱の組立装置において、ベースシート(1)の両側方へ張り出す折曲片(15)を、カバーシート(2)の両側方へ張り出す突出片(26)の内面に沿わせるため、罫入具(45)に一体として設けた切刃(45a)により、折曲片(15)に切込(d)を入れることを特徴とする高さ可変箱の組立装置。
