技术领域
本发明涉及能够以与各种高度的物品对应的高度将该物品捆包的高度可变箱的组装方法以及装置。
背景技术
近年来,经由网络而订货购入各种商品的情况广泛流行,由此接受订货的邮购行业者将各种大小的商品装箱而向消费者寄送。此时,考虑输送效率,若使用与商品的大小对应的多种箱,则在箱的管理、每个种类的捆包方面需要较大的成本。
作为针对这种状况的对策,在下述专利文献1中,提出如下箱:使侧壁为折叠式,而能够使大小有级地变化。

然而,由于上述专利文献1所记载的箱不能无级地调整大小,所以无法尽可能减小内部的空隙而提高输送效率。
发明内容
因此,本发明的课题在于,将根据每个物品使箱的高度无级变化而进行组装以用于寄送的方法以及装置具体化。
为了解决上述课题,本发明的组装方法构成为:供给载置物品的基板与覆盖于所述基板的盖板,测定物品的高度,并根据物品的高度的测定值,在基板以及盖板中的至少一方,调整相距两侧的第一格线的间隔而刻划第二格线,并使所述一方以沿着第一格线以及第二格线卷起的方式弯折,将所述一方的两端部贴于另一方。
另外,在上述方法中,在预先刻划了第一格线的基板以及盖板刻划第二格线的情况下,使基板与盖板朝向交叉的方向,而将盖板覆盖于基板。
并且,在以向两侧方伸出的方式经由折痕线而设置于基板的弯折片,刻划位于第二格线的延长线上的切痕,在使盖板以卷起的方式弯折时,弯折片在切痕分离,而沿着向盖板的两侧方伸出的突出片的内表面,由此塞住箱的棱部上的基板与盖板的间隙。
除此之外,在上述组装方法中,在基板载置内置物,并通过向基板的底部外表面环绕的薄膜来固定内置物,利用粘接剂贯通薄膜而将盖板的两端部贴于基板。
另外,实施上述方法的组装装置构成为:根据物品的高度的测定值,使对置的划线工具接近分离,在基板以及盖板调整相距第一格线的间隔而刻划第二格线,使基板以卷起的方式弯折,并使盖板以卷起的方式弯折。
另外,利用一体设置于划线工具的刀片在弯折片刻划切痕,以使向基板的两侧方伸出的弯折片沿着向盖板的两侧方伸出的突出片的内表面。
若采用本发明的组装方法以及装置,则根据物品的高度的测定值,在基板以及盖板调整刻划格线的位置,并使基板以及盖板以卷起的方式弯折而进行封装,因此,能够根据每个捆包的物品使高度无级变化地制作箱子直至成为封装状态,除了能够消减包装成本之外,还能够尽可能减小内部的空隙而提高输送效率。
另外,使向基板的两侧方伸出的弯折片以沿着向盖板的两侧方伸出的突出片的内表面的方式弯折,由此能够塞住箱的棱部上的基板与盖板的间隙,防止尘埃向箱内侵入。

具体实施方式
在以下所示的实施方式中,对利用图8所示那样的高度可变箱来捆包由邮购等发送的商品M的情况进行说明。
该高度可变箱由纸板制的基板1与盖板2构成,基板1在底板11的两侧经由第一格线a以及第二格线b而依次连接设置有侧板12以及折起片13,盖板2在顶板21的两侧经由第一格线a以及第二格线b而依次连接设置有侧板22以及折起片23。将商品M载置于底板11,并卷绕薄膜14而固定商品M。
使基板1的侧板12以及折起片13以沿着第一格线a以及第二格线b向上方卷起的方式弯折,使基板1与盖板2朝向交叉的方向,将盖板2覆盖于基板1,并将顶板21贴于基板1的折起片13。使盖板2的侧板22以及折起片23以沿着第一格线a以及第二格线b向下方卷起的方式弯折,并将盖板2的折起片23贴于底板11。
接下来,根据图1~图7,对通过本发明的组装装置,由基板1以及盖板2组装上述高度可变箱而捆包商品M的工序进行说明。
如图1所示,该组装装置构成为:依次配置有高度测定部A、移载部B、划线部C、方向转换部D、第一成型部E以及第二成型部F。
对于从上游工序供给的基板1而言,在底板11的两侧以与侧缘隔开间隔的方式刻划第一格线a,将商品M载置于底板11,并缠绕薄膜14而固定商品M,在此状态下,将该基板1载于输送机,向高度测定部A输送该基板1。对于盖板2而言,在顶板21的两侧以与侧缘隔开间隔的方式刻划第一格线a,在此状态下,将盖板2从盒中取出。
如图2所示,高度测定部A具备高度检测机构,该高度检测机构在借助伺服马达31的旋转而升降的升降体32设置有传感器33以及被弹簧向下方施力的触头34。在该高度检测机构中,若触头34随着升降体32的下降而与商品M抵接,则由传感器33感知,从而测定商品M的高度。此外,作为高度检测机构,也能够使用根据由照相机拍摄的图像来进行判定的高度检测机构、光电管式的高度检测机构等非接触式的高度检测机构。
如图3所示,移载部B具备在垂直面上旋转的臂35的前端部轴支承有抱持体36的移载机构,由抱持体36悬挂载有商品M的基板1,随着臂35的旋转而将该基板1从输送机30移载于斗(bucket)37。斗37构成为多个斗巡回。
如图4所示,划线部C具备划线机构,在该划线机构中,使支承于引导轴40的一对移动杆41的螺母42、43与借助伺服马达38而旋转的螺纹轴39旋合,使螺母42、43的螺纹的卷绕方向不同,随着螺纹轴39的旋转,而使设置于移动杆41的下部的缸体44的轴下部的划线工具45彼此接近分离,并且利用缸体44使划线工具45升降。另外,还具备利用缸体46使位于各划线工具45的外侧下方的压碰头46a升降的预折机构。
此外,作为划线工具45,除了图示那样的升降式的划线工具之外,也能够使用使圆盘状的划线工具旋转的旋转式的划线工具。
在该划线部C中,根据由高度测定部A测定的商品M的高度的测定值,来驱动伺服马达38使划线工具45相互接近分离,并利用缸体44使划线工具45下降,由此,在基板1的第一格线a与侧缘之间,调整相距第一格线a的间隔而与第一格线a平行地刻划第二格线b,使基板1的第一格线a与第二格线b之间形成为侧板12,使第二格线b与侧缘之间形成为折起片13。
而且,在由划线工具45按压基板1的第二格线b的位置的状态下,利用缸体46使压碰头46a上升,而预折折起片13。

如图5所示,方向转换部D具备在旋转致动器47的轴下部设置有吸引器48并利用缸体49使该吸引器48升降的旋转升降机构,方向转换部D利用吸引器48吸附基板1,并利用缸体49提起基板1而利用旋转致动器47使基板1转换90°方向,然后,利用缸体49使基板1降下。
如图6所示,第一成型部E具备利用伺服马达51使心轴(mandrel)50上下移动并利用缸体52使心轴50前后移动的心轴可动机构,由此根据由高度测定部A测定的测定值,以定位于规定的高度的方式使心轴50前进,利用板按压部53从下方按压基板1的底板11,并且利用未图示的臂使侧板12以及折起片13以沿着第一格线a以及第二格线b卷起的方式弯折。
然后,对折起片13涂覆热熔型粘接剂,使盖板2覆盖于基板1,使顶板21载置压接于折起片13。另外,回到基于第二格线b的预折,也对盖板2的折起片23涂覆热熔型粘接剂。
如图7所示,第二成型部F具备在弯折引导件54设置有从下方趋向上方间隔变窄的一对引导板54a并且利用伺服马达55使弯折引导件54升降的弯折引导机构,并且,在其下方具备利用缸体56使一对压碰头56a以上方接近的方式朝倾斜方向升降的弯折压接机构。
在该第二成型部F中,根据由高度测定部A测定的商品M的高度的测定值,利用伺服马达55使弯折引导件54下降至与侧板12的高度对应的位置,从而使侧板22沿着第一格线a向下方弯折,之后,利用缸体56使一对压碰头56a倾斜上升,而使折起片23沿着第二格线b向内侧弯折,并压接于底板11的外表面。
若采用上述那样的组装方法以及装置,则根据商品M的高度的测定值,在基板1以及盖板2调整刻划第二格线b的位置,并使基板1以及盖板2以卷起的方式弯折而进行封装,因此,能够根据每个捆包的商品M使高度无级变化地制作箱子直至成为封装状态,除了能够消减包装成本之外,还能够尽可能减小内部的空隙,而提高输送效率。
另外,如图9所示,高度可变箱构成为:在基板1,以从第一格线a的位置越过侧板12的高度为最大的第二格线b的位置的方式,经由穿孔状的折痕线c而设置有向两侧方伸出的弯折线,并且在盖板2且在从第一格线a的位置到折起片23的位置设置有向两侧方伸出的突出片26,为了组装上述高度可变箱,也可以对上述那样的组装方法以及装置追加顺序以及加工工具。
在该情况下,若在基板1的弯折片15刻划位于第二格线b的延长线上的切痕d,则在使盖板2以沿着第一格线a以及第二格线b卷起的方式弯折时,弯折片15在切痕d分离,弯折片15的从侧板12延伸的部分以沿着突出片26的内表面的方式向外侧合理弯折,弯折片15的从折起片13延伸的部分向下方弯折而沿着侧板12的内表面,因此,能够塞住箱的棱部上的基板1与盖板2的间隙。
在进行上述组装时,为了在组装装置刻划切痕d,如图10所示,在划线部C中,可以利用缸体44使在两端部一体设置有刀片45a的划线工具45升降,而与第二格线b同时地刻划切痕d。
然而,在图9所示的高度可变箱中,作为将商品M固定于基板1的薄膜14,使用遍及底板11的与侧板12的边界部附近之间的宽度广的薄膜,使薄膜14钩挂在形成于底板11的端缘两侧部的定位凹部16,而相对于底板11定位。
另外,在盖板2,在与折起片13重叠的顶板21的两端部,设置有启封时切断的由分割线围起来的贴着部24,在与底板11重叠的两个端缘附近,设置有启封用的分割线或者剪切带等构成的撕裂带25。基板1与盖板2在比贴着部24以及撕裂带25更靠近端缘侧的位置被贴合。
此时,利用热熔型粘接剂贯通熔融的薄膜14,而将盖板2的两端的折起片23贴于底板11的外表面,但是也可以通过冲孔、热风而预先在薄膜14开孔,并贯通该孔而将折起片23贴于底板11。
此外,在上述实施方式中,例示了对折起片13涂覆热熔型粘接剂而将顶板21与折起片13压接的装置,但是在折起片13十分长的情况下,即使省略对折起片13涂覆热熔型粘接剂,也能够不使折起片13从顶板21的下方脱离地,保持封装状态。
另外,作为上述组装装置,例示了供给预先刻划了第一格线a的基板1以及盖板2并利用划线部C来刻划第二格线b的装置,但是也可以在划线部C刻划第一格线a与第二格线b。
另外,例示了在基板1与盖板2的双方刻划第一格线a以及第二格线b的装置,但是也可以仅在基板1与盖板2中的任一方刻划第一格线a以及第二格线b,并使上述一方以沿着第一格线a以及第二格线b卷起的方式弯折,将上述一方的两端部贴于另一方。

Claims (6)

1.一种高度可变箱的组装方法,其特征在于,
供给载置物品的基板(1)与覆盖于所述基板(1)的盖板(2),测定物品的高度,并根据物品的高度的测定值,在基板(1)以及盖板(2)中的至少一方,调整相距两侧的第一格线(a)的间隔而刻划第二格线(b),并使所述一方以沿着第一格线(a)以及第二格线(b)卷起的方式弯折,将所述一方的两端部贴于另一方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高度可变箱的组装方法,其特征在于,
在预先刻划了第一格线(a)的基板(1)以及盖板(2)刻划第二格线(b),使基板(1)与盖板(2)朝向交叉的方向,而将盖板(2)覆盖于基板(1)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高度可变箱的组装方法,其特征在于,
在以向两侧方伸出的方式经由折痕线(c)而设置于基板(1)的弯折片(15),刻划位于第二格线(b)的延长线上的切痕(d),在使盖板(2)以卷起的方式弯折时,弯折片(15)在切痕(d)分离,而沿着向盖板(2)的两侧方伸出的突出片(26)的内表面。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的高度可变箱的组装方法,其特征在于,
在基板(1)载置内置物,并通过向基板(1)的底部外表面环绕的薄膜(14)来固定内置物,利用粘接剂贯通薄膜(14)而将盖板(2)的两端部贴于基板(1)。
5.一种高度可变箱的组装装置,其是实施权利要求2所述的组装方法的装置,其特征在于,
根据物品的高度的测定值,使对置的划线工具(45)接近分离,在基板(1)以及盖板(2)调整相距第一格线(a)的间隔而刻划第二格线(b),使基板(1)以卷起的方式弯折,并使盖板(2)以卷起的方式弯折。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高度可变箱的组装装置,其特征在于,
利用一体设置于划线工具(45)的刀片(45a)在弯折片(15)刻划切痕(d),以使向基板(1)的两侧方伸出的弯折片(15)沿着向盖板(2)的两侧方伸出的突出片(26)的内表面。
