通过喇叭和喇叭盖自动上下料模组运输送产品,由抓料模组抓取喇叭盖和喇叭在载台模组上,在由打胶模组和载体模组做圆插补点胶,最后由卸料模组自动装盘及排不良,不同工位各施其职密切配合,从而实现了产品全自动输送、喇叭自动组装入喇叭盖、自动点胶水、自动装盘收盘,效率高,品质稳定,自动化程度高,效果好,生产成本低,使用方便、简单、快捷,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。

实施例一:
请参阅图1-17,本发明一种喇叭组装点胶及上下料自动机,包括:
机架 11;及设置在机架 11上的外罩12;及设置在机架 11上的进气控制器17和抽风模组16;及设置在外罩12上的人机界面模组13和双控急停按钮14;及设置在外罩12上的三色警报灯15;
请参阅图3,本发明一种喇叭组装点胶及上下料自动机,还应包括喇叭自动上下料模组20;喇叭盖上下料模组30;抓料模组40;点胶模组50;卸料模组60;载体模组70。
当把装有喇叭产品的塑胶盘放在喇叭自动上下料模组20的第一放盘模组25中,一次叠放二十层;把装有喇叭盖产品的塑胶盘放在喇叭盖自动上下料模组30的第二放盘模组35中,一次叠放二十层;放好后,喇叭塑盘感应器259和喇叭盖塑盘感应器359感应有物品,在双控急停按钮14中按启动键开始启动。
此时喇叭自动上下料模组20的第一放盘模组25中的第三气缸252,第四气缸253,第五气缸254,第六气缸255,第七气缸256,第八气缸257,第九气缸258,及其相对面同样方式的第九气缸258、第十气缸259,第十一气缸2511,第十二气缸2512,第十三气缸2513,第十四气缸2514,第十五气缸2515联合运作,自动放置一盘装有喇叭的塑盘在喇叭自动上下料模组20中皮带模组23上,皮带模组23中的第二马达236开始运动,塑盘遇到第一阻挡模组24中第一个阻挡244,停止运动,等待抓喇叭。
同样此时喇叭盖自动上下料模组30的第二放盘模组35中的气缸351,气缸352,气缸354,气缸355,气缸356,气缸357,气缸358,及其相对面同样方式的气缸联合运作,放置一盘装有喇叭盖的塑盘在喇叭自动上下料模组30中皮带模组34上,皮带模组34中的第三马达344开始运动,塑盘遇到第三阻挡模组33中第一个阻挡334,停止运动,等待抓喇叭。
此时,载体模组70丝杆第六马达78开始运动,把第二载台75送到喇叭和喇叭盖组装位置。
抓料模组40开始工作,伺服马达412和伺服马达49密切配合,运动到喇叭盖位置支上,步进马达47和吸盘模组43动作,来回四次从喇叭盖的塑盘中抓取喇叭盖到第二载台75中。
抓取完喇叭盖后,压紧气缸76压紧产品,第一CCD模组45运行到喇叭位置,开始拍照对比。
对比完后吸盘模组43运行到喇叭位置,来回四次从喇叭的塑盘中抓取喇叭装到喇叭盖中。其中每次抓喇叭都要第一CCD模组45进行拍照对比,若喇叭角度有误差,侧由旋转马达42补偿,若前后左右有误差,侧由服马达412和伺服马达49进行补偿。
此时,载体模组70丝杆第六马达78第五马达77开始运动,把第二载台75送到点胶位置,把第一载台73送到喇叭和喇叭盖组装位置。抓料模组40重复上述动作往第一载台73中抓放喇叭盖和喇叭。
点胶模组50开始动作,首先第二CCD模组55拍照定位,马达52和第六马达78开始做圆弧插补,开始给喇叭和喇叭盖子点胶。
按照设定轨迹,点胶模组50和载体模组70点完四组产品,抓料模组40往第一载台73里面上料也完成上料。
此时,载体模组70丝杆第六马达78和第五马达77开始运动,把第二载台75送到卸料位置,把第一载台73送到点胶位置。
点胶模组50重复上述点胶过程,马达52和第五马达77做圆弧插补点胶。当第二载台75运行到卸料模组60的位置,马达62联合气缸64、气缸64、气吸盘66开始往空塑盘里装料。若有不良侧把不良选出放在不良皮带模组21排除。
卸料完成后,载体模组70丝杆第六马达78和第五马达77开始运动,把第二载台75送到初始上料位置,把第一载台73送到卸料位置。抓料模组40和卸料模组60重复上述过程,开始工作。
完成一个单循环后,点胶模组50需要运动到擦胶位置,由擦胶系统335对点胶针擦除残余胶水。若跟换一次点胶针头,点胶模组50需要运动到对针位置,由对针系统245重新对针,归零。
其中,喇叭自动上下料模组20工作顺序是,先由第一放盘模组25放一盘喇叭在轨道23上,第二马达236开始启动,塑盘由盖板233卡住盘的法兰开始运动,第一阻挡244有效,抓取完喇叭塑盘的第一排喇叭后,第一阻挡244复位,第二阻挡243有效,重复上述过程,依次第三阻挡242有效,第四阻挡241有效,直至料盘物料全部抓完,所有阻挡复位。
空塑盘继续前行,运行到第一收盘模组22位置,第一感应器225感知有物品,第一气缸223动作,顶升一个空盘,空盘被棘轮托料机构222托住,重复收料,直到收盘模组收完二十个空盘,第二气缸224动作,完全把空盘顶出,人手取走一叠空盘。
其中,喇叭盖自动上下料模组30工作顺序是,先由第二放盘模组35放一盘喇叭盖在第二轨道模组34上,第三马达344开始启动,塑盘由盖板346卡住盘的法兰开始运动,第十二阻挡334有效,抓取完喇叭盖塑盘的第一排喇叭盖后,第十二阻挡334复位,第十一阻挡333有效,重复上述过程,依次第十阻挡332有效,第九阻挡331有效,直至料盘物料全部抓完,所有阻挡复位。
空塑盘继续前行,运行到收料阻挡32位置,第八阻挡324有效,收料模组60开始把载台模组70上第二载台75和第一载台73上的成品装到空盘的第一排,第七阻挡323有效,第八阻挡324复位,重复前面过程。
依次第六阻挡322有效,第五阻挡321有效,直到四排全装满,所有阻挡复位。
塑胶盘载着成品继续前行,运行到第二收盘模组31的位置,第二感应器315感知有物品,第十六气缸314动作,顶升一个成品盘,成品盘被棘轮托料机构312托住,重复收料,直到收盘模组收完二十个成品盘,人手取出一叠盘。
其中,所述喇叭自动上下料模组20,包括不良皮带模组21,第一收盘模组22,第一轨道模组23,第一阻挡模组24,第一放盘模组25。
不良皮带模组21包括第一骨架211,固定立板212,皮带线213,第一马达214;
第一收盘模组22包括第二骨架221,第一棘轮托杆222,第一气缸223,第二气缸224,第一感应器225。
第一轨道模组23包括第一皮带231,第五骨架232,第一压块233,第一骨架固定块234,第一皮带固定架235,第二马达236。
其中,所述喇叭盖上下料模组30,包括第二收盘模组31,第二阻挡模组32,第三阻挡模组33,第二轨道模组34,第二放盘模组35。
第二收盘模组31包括第三骨架311,第二棘轮托杆312,防护板313,第十六气缸314,第二感应器315,第二轨道模组34包括第二皮带342,第四骨架341,第二压块345,第二骨架固定块347,第四马达343。
其中,抓料模组 40,包括第一立柱41,旋转马达42,抓手模组43,光源44,第一CCD模组45,第一Z向丝杆46,第一Z轴马达47,Y向丝杆48,Y轴马达49,第一X向丝杆411,第一X轴马达412,固定码413。
其中,点胶模组 50,包括第二立柱51,第二X轴马达52,点胶系统53,第二Z向丝杆54,第二CCD模组55,第二Z轴马达56,第二X向丝杆57,固定码58。
其中,卸料模组 60,包括第三立柱61,第三X轴马达62,第三X向丝杆63,Z向一滑台64,Z向二滑台65,第一气吸盘66、第二气吸盘67,固定码68。
其中,载体模组 70,包括第一丝杆71,第二丝杆72,第一载台73,第二载台75,第一压料气缸74,第二压料气缸76,第五马达77,第六马达78。
如此开始重复连续运行,使得喇叭和喇叭盖自动上下料模组运输送产品,由抓料模组抓取喇叭盖和喇叭在载台模组上,在由打胶模组和载体模组做圆插补点胶,最后由卸料模组自动装盘及排不良,不同工位各施其职密切配合,从而实现了产品全自动输送、喇叭自动组装入喇叭盖、自动点胶水、自动装盘收盘,效率高,品质稳定,自动化程度高,效果好,生产成本低,使用方便、简单、快捷。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种喇叭组装点胶及上下料自动机,其特征在于:包括:
    机架(11),及
    设置在机架(11)上的外罩(12);及
    设置在机架(11)上的喇叭自动上下料模组(20),所述喇叭自动上下料模组(20)可实现自动送喇叭、自动回收装喇叭的塑胶盘;及
    设置在机架(11)上的喇叭盖上下料模组(30),所述喇叭盖上下料模组(30)可以实现自动送喇叭盖、自动回收装喇叭盖的塑胶盘;及
    设置在机架(11)上的抓料模组(40),所述抓料模组(30)在CCD协助下实现喇叭盖和喇叭抓取;及
    设置在机架(11)上的点胶模组(50),所述点胶模组(50)在CCD协助下喇叭装到喇叭盖里后点胶水固化;及
    设置在机架(11)上的卸料模组(60),所述卸料模组(60)用于成品的自动装盘和不良品的选除;及
    设置在机架(11)上的载体模组(70),所述载体模组(70)用于载台;及
    设置在机架(11)底部的抽风模组(16),所述抽风模组(16)用于冷却机箱内的控制系统;及
    设置在外罩(12)上的三色警报灯(15),三色警报灯(15)用于机台不同运行状态的提示;及
    设置在外罩(12)上的人机界面模组(13)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种喇叭组装点胶及上下料自动机,其特征在于:还包括:
    双控急停按钮(14),双控急停按钮(14)设置在外罩(12)上面板的正面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种喇叭组装点胶及上下料自动机,其特征在于:所述喇叭自动上下料模组(20)包括:
    排不良皮带模组(21);
    第一收盘模组(22),所述第一收盘模组(22)的一端与排不良皮带模组(21)连接;
    第一轨道模组(23),所述第一轨道模组(23)的一端与所述第一收盘模组(22)的另一端连接;
    第一阻挡模组(24),所述第一阻挡模组(24)设置于所述第一轨道模组(23)的上方;
    第一放盘模组(25),所述第一放盘模组(25)的一端与所述阻挡模组(24)的一端连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种喇叭组装点胶及上下料自动机,其特征在于:所述不良皮带模组(21)包括:
    第一骨架(211);
    固定立板(212),所述固定立板(212)与所述第一骨架(211)的两侧连接;
    皮带线(213),所述皮带线(213)设置于所述第一骨架(211)的上方;
    第一马达(214),所述第一马达(214)设置于所述皮带线(213)的一端;
    所述第一收盘模组(22)包括:
    第二骨架(221);
    第一棘轮托杆(222),所述第一棘轮托杆(222)设置于所述第二骨架(221)的下方;
    第一气缸(223),所述第一气缸(223)设置于所述第一棘轮托杆(222)的下方;;
    第二气缸(224),所述第二气缸(224)设置于所述第一气缸(223)的下方;
    第一感应器(225),所述第一感应器(225)设置于所述第一棘轮托杆(222)的一侧。
