Abstract

본 발명은 반죽물을 동시에 압착·가열하여 연속적으로 판상(plate shape)의 식품을 제조할 수 있는 컨베이어형 식품 제조장치를 제공한다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 가온 상태의 강판 벨트를 순환시키는 고정 컨베이어부와, 가온 상태의 강판 벨트를 순환시키고 고정 컨베이어부 상측에 승강 가능하게 설치되어 그 사이로 투입되는 반죽물을 압착·가열하여 연속적으로 판상(plate shape)의 식품을 제조하는 승강 컨베이어부가 구비된다. 또한 상기의 승강 컨베이어부는 압착 운전시 강판 벨트에 진동을 주기 위한 진동기가 탑재된다. 상기의 기술적 구성에 따르면, 반죽물을 동시에 압착·가열하여 연속적으로 판상(plate shape)의 식품을 제조할 수 있고, 반죽물을 동시에 압착·가열하고 진동을 주어 수증기의 배출이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 반죽의 조직이 치밀해져 쫄깃한 식감을 얻을 수 있다. 그리고 압착 운전시 승강 컨베이어부가 간헐적으로 승강함으로써 반죽물과 강판 벨트 간의 점착에 의한 과부하를 방지할 수 있다.
