本发明的灯罩打磨机构200通过设置灯罩内孔安装基板210、灯罩内孔定位装置220、灯罩内孔搬运装置230及灯罩内孔打磨装置240,从而能够对灯罩内孔进行去毛刺打磨加工,且能够实现对打磨加工的毛刺进行快速收集,由此提高生产加工的效率及加工质量,且使得整体加工操作更加环保。

进一步地,灯罩直立通道360上设置有灯罩直立导向板361,灯罩直立导向板与灯罩直立通道远离灯罩直立传送带的一侧面连接,灯罩直立导向板的表面设置有导向圆弧面,且灯罩直立导向板的横截面为等边三角形横截面。
需要说明的是,灯罩完成内孔打磨操作后,通过灯罩内孔打磨装置240放置在灯罩直立传送台310上,此时,灯罩为平放状态,亦即,灯罩开口朝上设置,并通过灯罩直立传送带320传送至灯罩直立通道360处,此时,通过灯罩直立推料板340的推动操作,能够使得平放的灯罩推送至灯罩直立通道360内,由于灯罩直立通道360上设置有灯罩直立导向板361,且灯罩直立导向板的表面设置有导向圆弧面,如此,当灯罩推送至灯罩直立通道360内时,能够沿着灯罩直立导向板的导向圆弧面呈倾斜状态进入到灯罩直立通道360内,同时,灯罩直立通道360倾斜设置于灯罩直立传送台上,如此,灯罩能够保持倾斜状态进行下落至灯罩直立搬运机械手370处,然后再通过灯罩直立搬运机械手370将灯罩进行夹持,使得灯罩在夹持后保持直立状态。
请再次参阅图8,灯罩直立搬运机械手370上设置有灯罩直立搬运夹爪371,灯罩直立搬运夹爪用于夹持直立后的灯罩,灯罩直立搬运机械手用于带动灯罩直立搬运夹爪在灯罩直立通道与灯罩外槽去毛刺机构之间进行往复式位移。

需要说明的是,当灯罩进行外槽打磨加工是,灯罩外槽打磨夹爪441在灯罩外槽打磨固定机械手440的带动下移动到灯罩打磨工位处,然后通过第一灯罩外槽打磨夹块441b及第二灯罩外槽打磨夹块441c对灯罩的两端进行夹持固定,使得灯罩在进行外槽去毛刺加工时更加稳定;为了使得灯罩在去毛刺加工时能够更好地发生旋转,通过设置两个夹持打磨限位凸柱441d,使得灯罩在夹持固定时,其中一个夹持打磨限位凸柱441d位于灯罩内孔的外壁处,另外一个夹持打磨限位凸柱441d位于灯罩内孔的内壁处,亦即,通过夹持打磨限位间隙441e对灯罩进行位置限定,由此使得灯罩能够进行旋转操作,且使得灯罩在去毛刺加工进行旋转时,不会发生位置偏移,由此提高生产加工的精度。完成去毛刺加工后,灯罩外槽打磨固定机械手440再将灯罩外槽打磨夹爪441上的灯罩搬运放置在灯罩平放机构上。

进一步地,灯罩平放机构500还包括第一灯罩平放限位条560及第二灯罩平放限位条570,第一灯罩平放限位条与第二灯罩平放限位条间隔设置于灯罩平放倾斜通道内,且第一灯罩平放限位条与第二灯罩平放限位条之间设置有导向下料放置区,第一灯罩平放限位条位于灯罩平放倾斜通道远离灯罩平方输送通道的一侧面上,且第一灯罩平放限位条的一端延伸至灯罩平放中转通道内。
灯罩平放机构500还包括灯罩平放推料块580及灯罩平放推料气缸590,灯罩平放推料块滑动设置于灯罩平放中转通道内,灯罩平放推料气缸与灯罩平放推料块连接。
需要说明的是,当灯罩外槽打磨固定机械手440再将灯罩外槽打磨夹爪441上的灯罩搬运放置在灯罩平放机构上时,灯罩成直立状态,此时,灯罩外槽打磨固定机械手440将直立的灯罩放置在第一灯罩平放限位条与第二灯罩平放限位条之间的导向下料放置区上,然后通过重力的作用使得灯罩滚动滑落至灯罩平放中转通道上,由于第一灯罩平放限位条的一端延伸至灯罩平放中转通道内,使得灯罩保持直立的状态,此时,通过灯罩平放推料气缸590带动灯罩平放推料块580进行运动,使得灯罩平放推料块580能够将灯罩推送至灯罩平方输送通道540内,且在推送过程中,直立的灯罩发生偏倒,使得在进入灯罩平方输送通道540内时呈平放状态,最后再通过灯罩平方输送带550传送至灯罩检测机构处。
请再次参阅图2,灯罩检测机构600包括CCD检测模组610及灯罩检测转移机械手620,CCD检测模组及灯罩检测转移机械手分别设置于工作台上,灯罩检测转移机械手位于CCD检测模组与灯罩平放机构之间,灯罩检测转移机械手用于将灯罩平放机构上的灯罩转移放置在CCD检测模组上,CCD检测模组用于对灯罩进行成像检测;在本实施例中,CCD检测模组为CCD检测成像检测器。
需要说明的是,当灯罩平方输送带550将灯罩传送到位后,灯罩检测转移机械手将灯罩平方输送带550上的灯罩转移放置在CCD检测模组上,然后通过CCD检测模组对灯罩进行成像检测,由此判断灯罩的外观表面是否破损。
请再次参阅图2,底座上料机构700包括底座上料振动台710、底座上料定位台720及灯罩压合机械手730,底座上料振动台、底座上料定位台及灯罩压合机械手分别设置于工作台,底座上料振动台与底座上料定位台连通,底座上料定位台位于CCD检测模组与灯座下料机构之间,灯罩压合机械手用于将CCD检测模组上的灯罩搬运压合至底座上料定位台的底座上;在本实施例中,底座上料振动台为振动盘。
需要说明的是,底座通过底座上料振动台710进行振动上料操作,从而使得底座上料至底座上料定位台720上,此时,灯罩压合机械手将CCD检测模组 上的灯罩搬运并压合至底座上料定位台的底座上,从而完成灯罩与底座的组装操作。
请再次参阅图2,灯座下料机构800包括灯座下料机械手810及灯座下料传送带820,灯座下料机械手与灯座下料传送带分别设置于工作台上,灯座下料机械手位于灯座下料传送带与底座上料定位台之间,灯座下料机械手用于将底座上料定位台上的灯座搬运放置在灯座下料传送带上。
需要说明的是,当灯罩与底座组装成灯座后,灯座下料机械手810将底座上料定位台上的灯座搬运放置在灯座下料传送带上,然后通过灯座下料传送带将灯座下料至对应工位处,由此完成灯座组件的加工操作。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有以下优点:
本发明的组装设备20通过设置工作台100、灯罩打磨机构200、灯罩直立机构300、灯罩外槽去毛刺机构400、灯罩平放机构500、灯罩检测机构600、底座上料机构700及灯座下料机构800,从而完成LED灯座组件10的安装操作,由此代替人工生产的加工方式,使得整体生产效率及加工质量得到提高。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种灯罩打磨机构,其特征在于,包括灯罩内孔安装基板、灯罩内孔定位装置、灯罩内孔搬运装置及灯罩内孔打磨装置,所述灯罩内孔安装基板设置于所述工作台上,所述灯罩内孔定位装置、灯罩内孔搬运装置及灯罩内孔打磨装置分别设置于所述灯罩内孔安装基板上,所述灯罩内孔定位装置位于所述灯罩内孔搬运装置与所述灯罩内孔打磨装置之间;
    所述灯罩内孔定位装置用于对灯罩进行放置固定,所述灯罩内孔搬运装置用于将灯罩搬运放置在所述灯罩内孔定位装置上,所述灯罩内孔打磨装置用于对所述灯罩内孔定位装置上的灯罩内孔进行打磨操作;
    所述灯罩内孔定位装置包括灯罩内孔定位支撑台、灯罩内孔定位承载座、灯罩内孔定位凸台及灯罩内孔定位圆环,所述灯罩内孔定位支撑台设置于所述灯罩内孔安装基板上,所述灯罩内孔定位承载座设置于所述灯罩内孔定位支撑台的顶部,所述灯罩内孔定位凸台设置于所述灯罩内孔定位承载座上,所述灯罩内孔定位圆环设置于所述灯罩内孔定位凸台上,所述灯罩内孔定位凸台上开设有灯罩内孔毛屑落料孔,所述灯罩内孔毛屑落料孔的孔心与所述灯罩内孔定位圆环的圆心相对齐,所述灯罩内孔定位承载座内设置有灯罩内孔毛屑排料管道,所述灯罩内孔毛屑排料管道的一端与所述灯罩内孔毛屑落料孔连通,所述灯罩内孔毛屑排料管道的另一端延伸至所述灯罩内孔定位承载座外;
    所述灯罩内孔搬运装置包括灯罩内孔搬运支撑架、灯罩内孔搬运滑板、灯罩内孔搬运驱动件、灯罩内孔搬运升降驱动件、灯罩内孔搬运升降板及灯罩内孔搬运夹持组件,所述灯罩内孔搬运支撑架设置于所述灯罩内孔安装基板上,所述灯罩内孔搬运滑板滑动设置于所述灯罩内孔搬运支撑架上,所述灯罩内孔搬运驱动件与所述灯罩内孔搬运滑板连接,所述灯罩内孔搬运升降驱动件设置于所述灯罩内孔搬运滑板上,所述灯罩内孔搬运升降板与所述灯罩内孔搬运升降驱动件连接,所述灯罩内孔搬运夹持组件设置于所述灯罩内孔搬运升降板上,所述灯罩内孔搬运升降驱动件用于带动所述灯罩内孔搬运升降板向所述灯罩内孔定位支撑台的方向进行升降运动,以使所述灯罩内孔搬运夹持组件靠近或远离所述灯罩内孔定位圆环;
    所述灯罩内孔搬运夹持组件包括第一灯罩内孔搬运夹块、第二灯罩内孔搬运夹块及灯罩内孔搬运夹持驱动件,所述灯罩内孔搬运夹持驱动件设置于所述 灯罩内孔搬运升降板上,所述第一灯罩内孔搬运夹块及所述第二灯罩内孔搬运夹块分别与所述灯罩内孔搬运夹持驱动件连接,所述灯罩内孔搬运夹持驱动件用于带动所述第一灯罩内孔搬运夹块与所述第二灯罩内孔搬运夹块进行相互靠近或远离的运动,所述第一灯罩内孔搬运夹块上开设有第一灯罩内孔搬运夹持凹槽,所述第二灯罩内孔搬运夹块上开设有第二灯罩内孔搬运夹持凹槽,所述第一灯罩内孔搬运夹持凹槽与所述第二灯罩内孔搬运夹持凹槽均为半圆形凹槽结构;
    所述灯罩内孔搬运夹持组件还包括第一灯罩内孔搬运压紧件、第二灯罩内孔搬运压紧件、多个第一灯罩内孔搬运压紧限位凸粒及多个第二灯罩内孔搬运压紧限位凸粒,所述第一灯罩内孔搬运压紧件设置于所述第一灯罩内孔搬运夹持凹槽的槽壁上,各所述第一灯罩内孔搬运压紧限位凸粒间隔设置于所述第一灯罩内孔搬运压紧件靠近所述第二灯罩内孔搬运夹块的一侧面上,所述第二灯罩内孔搬运压紧件设置于所述第二灯罩内孔搬运夹持凹槽的槽壁上,各所述第二灯罩内孔搬运压紧限位凸粒间隔设置于所述第二灯罩内孔搬运压紧件靠近所述第一灯罩内孔搬运夹块的一侧面上,所述第一灯罩内孔搬运压紧件与所述第二灯罩内孔搬运压紧件均为弹性压紧块,所述第一灯罩内孔搬运压紧限位凸粒与所述第二灯罩内孔搬运压紧限位凸粒均为圆柱形凸粒;
    所述灯罩内孔打磨装置包括灯罩内孔打磨支架、灯罩内孔打磨升降件、灯罩内孔打磨升降板、灯罩内孔打磨套管、灯罩内孔打磨旋转件、灯罩内孔打磨头及灯罩内孔打磨吸屑管,所述灯罩内孔打磨支架设置于所述灯罩内孔安装基板上,所述灯罩内孔打磨升降件设置于所述灯罩内孔打磨支架上,所述灯罩内孔打磨升降板与所述灯罩内孔打磨升降件连接,所述灯罩内孔打磨旋转件设置于所述灯罩内孔打磨升降板上,所述灯罩内孔打磨套管的一端与所述灯罩内孔打磨旋转件连接,所述灯罩内孔打磨套管的另一端与所述灯罩内孔打磨头连接,所述灯罩内孔打磨套管靠近所述灯罩内孔打磨头的一端开设有灯罩内孔毛刺吸附孔,所述灯罩内孔打磨吸屑管的一端位于所述灯罩内孔毛刺吸附孔连通,所述灯罩内孔打磨吸屑管的另一端设置于所述灯罩内孔打磨升降板上;
    所述灯罩内孔打磨头的外侧壁上设置有多个灯罩内孔打磨刀片,各所述灯罩内孔打磨刀片围绕所述灯罩内孔打磨头成环形阵列设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯罩打磨机构,其特征在于,所述灯罩内孔搬运驱动件为电机丝杆驱动结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的灯罩打磨机构,其特征在于,所述灯罩内孔搬运升降驱动件为气缸。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的灯罩打磨机构,其特征在于,所述灯罩内孔搬运夹持驱动件为夹爪气缸。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的灯罩打磨机构,其特征在于,所述弹性压紧块为硅胶弹性块。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的灯罩打磨机构,其特征在于,所述灯罩内孔打磨升降件为气缸。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的灯罩打磨机构,其特征在于,所述灯罩内孔打磨旋转件为电机。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的灯罩打磨机构,其特征在于,所述灯罩内孔打磨头为圆柱体结构。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的灯罩打磨机构,其特征在于,所述灯罩内孔打磨套管内设置有密封腔,所述密封腔与所述灯罩内孔毛刺吸附孔连通。
  10. 一种组装设备,包括权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的灯罩打磨机构,其特征在于,所述组装设备还包括:工作台、灯罩直立机构、灯罩外槽去毛刺机构、灯罩平放机构、灯罩检测机构、底座上料机构及灯座下料机构,所述灯罩打磨机构、所述灯罩直立机构、所述灯罩外槽去毛刺机构、所述灯罩平放机构、所述灯罩检测机构、所述底座上料机构及所述灯座下料机构顺序设置于所述工作台上。
