Description
本申请要求在2019年11月22日提交中国专利局、申请号为201911156862.2、发明名称为“隐藏式车门把手安装机构及车辆”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明属于车辆技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种隐藏式车门把手安装机构及包含该隐藏式车门把手安装机构的车辆。
汽车门把手用于将车门打开,为了美观和并减小风阻系数,部分汽车车门把手采用隐形式设计,即车门解锁,车门把手自动探出,供乘员开启车门用,随着车辆开始行驶,把手自动隐藏在车门内部,减小风阻,减少油耗,有利于节能减排,隐藏式车门把手也有保护把手,避免把手暴露在车门钣金外侧,避免受到烈日风雨等侵蚀的作用。
把手强度要求把手安装在车门外板加强板上,外观美观性要求把手与把手周边的车门外板需间隙、面差均匀,这就要求把手总成在安装过程中实现可根据外观调整的安装方式。目前,把手底座一般通过螺栓直接连接在车门外板加强板的安装孔上,可通过把手安装孔达到调整把手与把手周边车门外板间隙的目的。但是,由于螺栓连接的方式存在相对较大的装配误差,且不能调整面差,因此不能保证把手与车门外板的面差均匀,且把手安装孔的调整量有限,极限状态下也很难做到保证把手与车门外板的间隙均匀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种隐藏式车门把手安装机构,旨在解决现有的隐藏式把手安装结构难以达到使把手和车门外板的间隙、面差均匀的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:提供一种隐藏式车门把手安装机构,包括:
外板安装组件,用于设于所述车门外板的内侧,且所述外板安装组件用 于与车门外板一体设置;
底座组件,用于连接把手,所述底座组件通过所述外板安装组件卡接固定于指定的安装位置;以及
公差吸收组件,所述公差吸收组件与所述底座组件固接,且所述公差吸收组件用于设于车门外板加强板上的安装孔和螺栓之间,所述公差吸收组件用于吸收所述螺栓和所述安装孔之间的公差,所述车门外板加强板固接于所述车门外板内侧。
作为本申请另一实施例,所述外板安装组件包括用于与所述车门外板一体设置的外板卡接板,所述外板卡接板设有多个,多个所述外板卡接板用于环绕所述车门外板上的把手孔设置,所述外板卡接板上设有第一卡口,所述底座组件上设有用于与所述第一卡口卡接固定的第一卡扣。
作为本申请另一实施例,所述外板安装组件还包括用于与所述车门外板一体设置的外板限位板,所述外板限位板用于环绕所述把手孔设置,所述底座组件上设有用于套装于所述外板限位板外周的槽状定位结构,所述第一卡扣设于所述槽状定位结构内。
作为本申请另一实施例,所述底座组件包括:
安装垫环,套设于所述外板限位板外周,所述安装垫环上设有用于使所述外板卡接板穿过的过孔;
底座安装环,套装于所述安装垫环外周,所述底座安装环上设有所述第一卡扣,所述安装垫环和所述底座安装环配合形成所述槽状定位结构;以及
底座,设于所述底座安装环内侧,所述底座与所述底座安装环卡接,所述底座还用于连接所述把手。
作为本申请另一实施例,所述安装垫环上设有定位凹陷,所述底座安装环的外侧面上设有与所述定位凹陷对应插接的定位凸筋。

底座连接环,一体设置于所述底座组件上,所述底座连接环的内环面上 设有螺旋状凸起;
卡扣式连接座,所述卡扣式连接座位于所述底座连接环的内侧,且所述卡扣式连接座与所述底座连接环卡接,所述卡扣式连接座用于插设于所述安装孔中;
弹性卡脚,所述弹性卡脚设于所述底座连接环和所述卡扣式连接座之间,且所述弹性卡脚分别与所述底座连接环和所述卡扣式连接座连接,所述弹性卡脚用于在平行于所述安装孔径向面的平面上发生弹性形变;以及
稳定块,所述稳定块上设有用于与所述螺旋状凸起插接配合的螺旋槽;
所述稳定块、所述弹性卡脚和所述卡扣式连接座内均设有用于使所述螺栓穿过的通孔。
作为本申请另一实施例,所述弹性卡脚包括:
第一卡脚连接部,与所述卡扣式连接座连接;
弹性臂,设于所述第一卡脚连接部外周,所述弹性臂的一端与所述第一卡脚连接部连接;以及
第二卡脚连接部,所述第二卡脚连接部设于所述弹性臂的另一端,所述第二卡脚连接部与所述弹性臂一一对应,且所述第二卡脚连接部与所述底座连接环连接。
本发明提供的隐藏式车门把手安装机构的有益效果在于:与现有技术相比,本发明隐藏式车门把手安装机构,在安装的时候先将底座组件通过卡接方式预固定在车门外板上,无需通过与螺栓配合的孔进行位置的调节,以卡接限位的方式定位底座组件,能够有效保证底座组件以最小的误差精确的预固定在指定的安装位置上,进而能有效保证把手和车门外板之间的间隙、面差均匀;在预固定底座组件后,通过公差吸收组件将底座组件最终固定在车门外板加强板上,吸收制造公差和连接误差,使底座组件能有效的固定在车门外板加强板上。
本发明还提供一种车辆,包括上述的隐藏式车门把手安装机构。
本发明提供的车辆的有益效果在于:与现有技术相比,本发明车辆通过采用上述能使把手间隙、面差均匀的隐藏式车门把手安装结构,能在保证把手安装强度要求的基础上,使车门及把手的外观更加美观。

请一并参阅图1,现对本发明提供的隐藏式车门把手安装机构进行说明。所述隐藏式车门把手安装机构,包括外板安装组件1、底座组件2和公差吸收组件3。外板安装组件1用于设于车门外板4的内侧,且外板安装组件1用于与车门外板4一体设置;底座组件2用于连接把手5,底座组件2通过外板安装组件1卡接固定于指定的安装位置;公差吸收组件3与底座组件2固接,且公差吸收组件3用于设于车门外板加强板6上的安装孔7和螺栓9之间,公差吸收组件用于吸收螺栓9和安装孔7之间的公差,车门外板加强板6固接于车门外板4内侧。
需要注意的是,以图1为例,车门外板4向车门外板加强板6的方向为向内的方向,反之则为向外的方向。
本发明提供的隐藏式车门把手安装机构,与现有技术相比,在安装的时候先将底座组件2通过卡接方式预固定在车门外板4上,无需通过与螺栓配合的孔进行位置的调节,以卡接限位的方式定位底座组件2,能够有效保证底座组件2以最小的误差精确的预固定在指定的安装位置上,进而能有效保证把手5和车门外板4之间的间隙、面差均匀;在预固定底座组件2后,通过公差吸收组件3将底座组件2最终固定在车门外板加强板6上,吸收制造公差和连接误差,使底座组件2能有效的固定在车门外板加强板6上。
作为本发明提供的隐藏式车门把手安装机构的一种具体实施方式,请参阅图1及图2,为实现外板安装组件1与底座组件2的卡接固定,外板安装组件1包括用于与车门外板4一体设置的外板卡接板101,外板卡接板101设有多个,多个外板卡接板101用于环绕车门外板4上的把手孔8设置,外板卡接板101上设有第一卡口102,底座组件2上设有用于与第一卡口102卡接固定的第一卡扣204。底座组件2上安装有把手5及控制把手运动的控制组件,车门外板加强板6上也设有与把手孔8对应的通孔结构,外板卡接板101对应于该通孔结构,底座组件2上的第一卡扣204能卡接在第一卡口102上,进而达到对底座组件2预固定的目的,其结构简单紧凑,占用空间小,能够合理利用车门总成的内部空间。
作为本发明实施例的一种具体实施方式,请参阅图1及图2,外板安装组件1还包括用于与车门外板4一体设置的外板限位板103,外板限位板103用于环绕把手孔8设置,底座组件2上设有用于套装于外板限位板103外周的槽状定位结构,第一卡扣204设于槽状定位结构内。槽状定位结构与外板限位板103配合,在卡接插入的过程中对底座组件2起到导向预定位的作用,在卡接到位后,还能对底座组件2起到进一步固定的作用,保证卡接后底座组件2位置的准确性。
作为本发明实施例的一种具体实施方式,请参阅图1至图4及图6至图9,底座组件2包括安装垫环201、底座安装环203和底座205。安装垫环201套设于外板限位板103外周,安装垫环201上设有用于使外板卡接板101穿过的过孔202;底座安装环203套装于安装垫环201外周,底座安装环203上设有第一卡扣204,安装垫环201和底座安装环203配合形成所述槽状定 位结构;底座205,设于底座安装环203内侧,底座205与底座安装环203卡接,底座205还用于连接把手5。安装垫环201和底座安装环203设于车门外板加强板6和车门外板4之间,为了便于安装,通过卡接先固定在车门外板4上,使得底座安装环203与把手孔8的相对位置固定,而后再将底座205卡接固定在底座安装环203上,使得底座205与把手孔8的相对位置固定,进而使得安装于底座205上的把手与把手孔8的相对位置固定,保证外观的间隙和面差均匀,最后通过公差吸收组件3和螺栓9进行底座205的最终固定。
具体地,安装垫环201为胶垫,使得安装垫环201具有更好的弹性。
作为本发明实施例的一种具体实施方式,参阅图2、图6、图8及图9,安装垫环201上设有定位凹陷206,底座安装环203的外侧面上设有与定位凹陷206对应插接的定位凸筋207。定位凹陷206和定位凸筋207配合起到进一步定位的作用,防止安装垫环201和底座安装环203之间发生相对位移,保证卡接后底座安装环203位置的准确性。
作为本发明实施例的一种具体实施方式,请参阅图2、图6至图9,为实现底座205与底座安装环203的卡接固定,底座安装环203的内侧面上设有多个第二卡扣208,多个第二卡扣208环绕底座安装环203设置,底座205上设有多个用于与第二卡扣208卡接的第二卡口209。该卡接结构简单紧凑,占用空间小,能够合理利用车门总成的内部空间。
作为本发明实施例的一种具体实施方式,请参阅图2、图6至图9,底座安装环203的内侧面上设有多个定位柱210,多个定位柱210环绕底座安装环203设置,底座205上设有多个用于与定位柱210插接定位的定位孔211。定位孔211和定位柱210配合起到进一步定位的作用,防止底座205和底座安装环203之间发生相对位移,保证卡接后底座205位置的准确性。
具体地,外板卡接板101设有三个,定位凹陷206设有六个,第二卡扣208设有十四个,定位柱210设有十四个。直接卡接的结构和用于进行辅助限位的结构多,全面保证了组装后把手5和车门外板4的间隙、面差。
作为本发明实施例的一种具体实施方式,请参阅图1、图3至图7及图10至图13,为使公差吸收组件3实现吸收制造公差和连接误差的功能,同 时保证螺栓9与安装孔7之间的连接强度,公差吸收组件3包括底座连接环301、卡扣式连接座302、弹性卡脚303和稳定块304。底座连接环301一体设置于底座组件2上,底座连接环301的内环面上设有螺旋状凸起306;卡扣式连接座302位于底座连接环301的内侧,且卡扣式连接座302与底座连接环301卡接,卡扣式连接座302用于插设于安装孔7中;弹性卡脚303设于底座连接环301和卡扣式连接座302之间,且弹性卡脚303分别与底座连接环301和卡扣式连接座302连接,弹性卡脚303用于在平行于安装孔7径向面的平面上发生弹性形变;稳定块304上设有用于与螺旋状凸起306插接配合的螺旋槽307;稳定块304、弹性卡脚303和卡扣式连接座302内均设有用于使螺栓9穿过的通孔,螺栓9贯穿稳定块304和弹性卡脚303上的通孔,并伸入卡扣式连接座302的通孔内,使卡扣式连接座302膨胀直至与安装孔7固接。
具体地,由于底座连接环301凸出于底座205设置,因此,在底座连接环301和底座205之间设置加强筋,保证底座连接环301和底座205连接位置的强度。
由于弹性卡脚303能够在平行于安装孔7径向面的平面上发生弹性形变(即能够在X向和Z向上发生弹性形变),使得公差吸收组件3能够吸收车门内板、外板的制造公差以及焊接误差;由于稳定块304与底座连接环301通过螺旋槽307和螺旋状凸起306达到螺旋配合,使得公差吸收组件3能够吸收安装孔7轴向上的公差(即Y向公差)。由于公差吸收组件3能够吸收X向、Y向和Z向的公差和误差,无需调整卡接后底座组件2的位置,就能使得螺栓9能顺利的与安装孔7固接。另外,稳定块304与底座连接环301的螺旋配合增大了摩擦力,避免了异响。
具体地,稳定块304上螺旋配合位置的厚度约为14mm。
作为本发明实施例的一种具体实施方式,请参阅图10至图13,弹性卡脚303包括第一卡脚连接部3031、弹性臂3032和第二卡脚连接部3033。第一卡脚连接部3031与卡扣式连接座302连接;弹性臂3032设有多个,多个弹性臂3032设于第一卡脚连接部3031外周,弹性臂3032的一端与第一卡脚连接部3031连接,多个弹性臂3032用于在平行于安装孔7径向面的平面 上发生弹性形变;第二卡脚连接部3033设于弹性臂3032的另一端,第二卡脚连接部3033与弹性臂3032一一对应,且第二卡脚连接部3033与底座连接环301连接。多个弹性臂3032在平行于安装孔7径向面的平面上发生弹性形变实现了X向和Z向的公差吸收,第一卡脚连接部3031和第二卡脚连接部3033还保证了弹性卡脚303与卡扣式连接座302和底座连接环301的连接,弹性卡脚303可设置为扁平状的结构,占用空间小,变形能力可靠。
作为本发明实施例的一种具体实施方式,请参阅图10至图13,弹性臂3032为弧形臂,弧形臂的曲率中心均朝向第一卡脚连接部3031设置。由于弧形臂本身具有能发生多个方向弹性形变的能力,因此,在第一卡脚连接部3031的外周中心对称地设置两个弧形臂即可。
作为本发明实施例的一种具体实施方式,图中未示出,弹性臂3032为波浪形,或者为与弹簧类似的螺旋状,可环绕第一卡脚连接部3031均匀设置四个,上述形状的弹性臂在各自的轴向上具有良好的弹性形变能力,在各自的径向上也具有一定的弹性形变能力,因此,可通过设置四个及以上数量的弹性臂3032来达到发生多方向弹性形变的效果。
作为本发明实施例的一种具体实施方式,请参阅图3至图7及图10至图13,底座连接环301的两侧设有卡接凸起308,卡扣式连接座302包括连接座体3021、卡钩连接部3022及设于卡钩连接部3022上的卡钩3023,连接座体3021上设有座体卡扣3024,卡钩连接部3022上设有卡扣豁口3025及与卡扣豁口3025对应的旋转定位槽3026,卡钩连接部3022上还设有卡脚豁口3027,第一卡脚连接部3031上设有用于与卡脚豁口3027卡机配合的卡脚卡扣3034,第一卡脚连接部3031上还设有与卡扣豁口3025对应的卡扣限位凸起3035。
作为本发明实施例的一种具体实施方式,请参阅图10及图11,卡钩连接部3022的外侧面上以及稳定块304的外侧面上分别设有局部过硬点309,避免卡钩连接部3022与车门外板加强板6之间以及稳定块304与第一卡脚连接部3031之间因大面接触相对运动发生异响。
作为本发明实施例的一种具体实施方式,请参阅图6,安装垫环201的外侧面上设有凸环,凸环较窄,可避免安装垫环201与车门外板4之间因大 面接触相对运动发生异响。
作为本发明实施例的一种具体实施方式,请参阅图10至图13,第二卡脚连接部3033为插接柱,底座连接环301上设有与插接柱插接配合的插接孔310。
组装过程:
将安装垫环201套装在外板限位板103上,并使外板卡接板101穿过过孔202;
将底座安装环203套装在安装垫环201上,并使第一卡扣204卡接在第一卡口102上,即完成底座安装环203与车门外板4的组装;
将座体卡扣3024分别插入卡扣豁口3025,随后旋转连接座体3021,使座体卡扣3024旋入旋转定位槽3026中,即完成连接座体3021与卡钩连接部3022的组装;
将卡脚卡扣3034插入卡脚豁口3027,同时卡扣限位凸起3035插入卡扣豁口3025中,即完成弹性卡脚303与卡钩连接部3022的组装,同时卡扣限位凸起3035还限定了座体卡扣3024的位置,防止座体卡扣3024从卡扣豁口3025中脱出;
将卡钩3023卡接于卡接凸起308上,即完成底座连接环301与卡扣式连接座302的组装;
将稳定块304上的螺旋槽307对应于底座连接环301上的螺旋状凸起306,使螺旋状凸起306插入螺旋槽307中,即完成稳定块304与底座连接环301的组装,上述各个部件的组装形成了底座总成;
将底座总成上的各个连接座体3021对应插入车门外板加强板6上的安装孔7中,并将底座205卡接安装到底座连接环203上,插入螺栓9,螺栓9在连接座体3021中膨胀后即与安装孔7固接,完成了底座总成与车门外板4的组装。
本发明提供的隐藏式车门把手安装机构,能够精确的对底座组件2进行与固定,并在固定的时候通过公差吸收组件3吸收公差,可应用其他类似安装要求高、吸收长尺寸链公差、保证外观间隙、面差的零部件安装过程中;同时,由于安装的时候把手5是背向操作人员的,为不可视安装,通过 形成底座总成后再进行安装,连接座体3021插入过程中可通过弹性卡脚303的变形微调底座205的位置,使底座205完成与底座安装环203的卡接,在很大程度上简化了操作人员的组装难度。
本发明还提供一种车辆。所述车辆包括上述的隐藏式车门把手安装机构。
本发明提供的车辆,通过采用上述能使把手间隙、面差均匀的隐藏式车门把手安装结构,能在保证把手安装强度要求的基础上,使车门及把手的外观更加美观。

在权利要求中,不应将位于括号之间的任何参考符号构造成对权利要求的限制。单词“包含”不排除存在未列在权利要求中的元件或步骤。位于元件之前的单词“一”或“一个”不排除存在多个这样的元件。本发明可以借助于包括有若干不同元件的硬件以及借助于适当编程的计算机来实现。在列举了若干装置的单元权利要求中,这些装置中的若干个可以是通过同一个硬件项来 具体体现。单词第一、第二、以及第三等的使用不表示任何顺序。可将这些单词解释为名称。

Claims (10)
- 隐藏式车门把手安装机构,其特征在于,包括:外板安装组件,用于设于车门外板的内侧,且所述外板安装组件用于与所述车门外板一体设置;底座组件,用于连接把手,所述底座组件通过所述外板安装组件卡接固定于指定的安装位置;以及公差吸收组件,所述公差吸收组件与所述底座组件固接,且所述公差吸收组件用于设于车门外板加强板上的安装孔和螺栓之间,所述公差吸收组件用于吸收所述螺栓和所述安装孔之间的公差,所述车门外板加强板固接于所述车门外板的内侧。
- 如权利要求1所述的隐藏式车门把手安装机构,其特征在于,所述外板安装组件包括用于与所述车门外板一体设置的外板卡接板,所述外板卡接板设有多个,多个所述外板卡接板用于环绕所述车门外板上的把手孔设置,所述外板卡接板上设有第一卡口,所述底座组件上设有用于与所述第一卡口卡接固定的第一卡扣。
- 如权利要求2所述的隐藏式车门把手安装机构,其特征在于,所述外板安装组件还包括用于与所述车门外板一体设置的外板限位板,所述外板限位板用于环绕所述把手孔设置,所述底座组件上设有用于套装于所述外板限位板外周的槽状定位结构,所述第一卡扣设于所述槽状定位结构内。
- 如权利要求3所述的隐藏式车门把手安装机构,其特征在于,所述底座组件包括:安装垫环,套设于所述外板限位板外周,所述安装垫环上设有用于使所述外板卡接板穿过的过孔;底座安装环,套装于所述安装垫环外周,所述底座安装环上设有所述第一卡扣,所述安装垫环和所述底座安装环配合形成所述槽状定位结构;以及底座,设于所述底座安装环内侧,所述底座与所述底座安装环卡接,所述底座还用于连接所述把手。
- 如权利要求4所述的隐藏式车门把手安装机构,其特征在于,所述安装垫环上设有定位凹陷,所述底座安装环的外侧面上设有与所述定位凹陷对应插接的定位凸筋。
- 如权利要求4所述的隐藏式车门把手安装机构,其特征在于,所述底座安装环的内侧面上设有多个第二卡扣,多个所述第二卡扣环绕所述底座安装环设置,所述底座上设有多个用于与所述第二卡扣卡接的第二卡口。
- 如权利要求6所述的隐藏式车门把手安装机构,其特征在于,所述底座安装环的内侧面上设有多个定位柱,多个所述定位柱环绕所述底座安装环设置,所述底座上设有多个用于与所述定位柱插接定位的定位孔。
- 如权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的隐藏式车门把手安装机构,其特征在于,所述公差吸收组件包括:底座连接环,一体设置于所述底座组件上,所述底座连接环的内环面上设有螺旋状凸起;卡扣式连接座,所述卡扣式连接座位于所述底座连接环的内侧,且所述卡扣式连接座与所述底座连接环卡接,所述卡扣式连接座用于插设于所述安装孔中;弹性卡脚,所述弹性卡脚设于所述底座连接环和所述卡扣式连接座之间,且所述弹性卡脚分别与所述底座连接环和所述卡扣式连接座连接,所述弹性卡脚用于在平行于所述安装孔径向面的平面上发生弹性形变;以及稳定块,所述稳定块上设有用于与所述螺旋状凸起插接配合的螺旋槽;所述稳定块、所述弹性卡脚和所述卡扣式连接座内均设有用于使所述螺栓穿过的通孔。
- 如权利要求8所述的隐藏式车门把手安装机构,其特征在于,所述弹性卡脚包括:第一卡脚连接部,与所述卡扣式连接座连接;弹性臂,设有多个,多个所述弹性臂设于所述第一卡脚连接部外周,所述弹性臂的一端与所述第一卡脚连接部连接,多个所述弹性臂用于在平行于所述安装孔径向面的平面上发生弹性形变;以及第二卡脚连接部,所述第二卡脚连接部设于所述弹性臂的另一端,所述第二卡脚连接部与所述弹性臂一一对应,且所述第二卡脚连接部与所述底座连接环连接。
- 车辆,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的隐藏式车门把手安装机构。
