이하에서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예 및 첨부하는 도면을 참조하여 본 발명을 상세히 설명하되, 도면의 동일한 참조부호는 동일한 구성요소를 지칭함을 전제하여 설명하기로 한다.
발명의 상세한 설명 또는 특허청구범위에서 어느 하나의 구성요소가 다른 구성요소를 "포함"한다고 할 때, 이는 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한 당해 구성요소만으로 이루어지는 것으로 한정되어 해석되지 아니하며, 다른 구성요소들을 더 포함할 수 있는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 컨버터블 모자(100)가 캡모자로 사용될 때의 구성을 도시한 사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명에 따른 컨버터블 모자(100)가 썬캡으로 사용될 때의 구성을 도시한 사시도이다.
여기서, 캡모자는 사용자의 머리를 덮는 일반적인 캡모자를 말하며, 썬캡은 사용자의 머리를 덮지 않으며 햇빛을 가리는 차양면적이 넓은 모자를 말한다.
본 발명에 따른 컨버터블 모자(100)는 사용자의 머리에 결합되는 밴드(110)와, 밴드(110)의 전방에 결합되어 햇빛을 가리는 차양(120)과, 캡모자와 썬캡으로 변환하여 사용될 수 있게 밴드(110)와 차양(120) 사이에 결합되는 위치가 가변되는 형상변환크라운(130,130a)을 포함한다.
본 발명에 따른 컨버터블 모자(100)는 형상변환크라운(130,130a)의 위치조절을 통해 하나의 모자를 도 1에 도시된 캡모자와 도 2에 도시된 썬캡의 두 가지 형태로 변환하여 사용할 수 있다.
도 1에 도시된 캡모자로 사용될 때 형상변환크라운(130,130a)의 패턴형상에 의해 밴드(110)와의 사이에 전방이격공간(A)와 후방공간(B)이 형성되어 앞과 뒤가 개방된다. 이에 의해 일반적인 캡모자와 같이 완전히 머리를 덮는 형태가 아닌 머리의 앞과 뒤가 개방되어 통기성이 향상될 수 있는 장점이 있다.
또한, 도 2에 도시된 썬캡으로 사용될 경우 머리의 상부는 개방되고 얼굴 앞쪽의 차양면적은 증가되므로 태양광을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
이에 의해 사용자는 활동하는 장소, 날씨, 일사량, 바람정도에 따라 본 발명의 컨버터블 모자(100)의 형상을 변환하여 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
도 3은 밴드(110)의 구성을 도시한 사시도이다. 밴드(110)는 사용자의 머리에 결합되어 컨버터블 모자(100)가 사용자의 머리에 착용된 상태가 안정적으로 유지되게 한다.
밴드(110)는 도 3의 (a)와 (b)에 도시된 바와 같이 띠 형태로 구비되는 밴드본체(111)와, 밴드본체(111)의 양단에 구비되어 머리에 맞게 사이즈를 조절할 수 있게 하는 한 쌍의 사이즈조절부재(113,113a)를 포함한다.
밴드본체(111)는 부드러운 심지를 직물로 감싸서 제작된다. 밴드본체(111)의 안쪽에는 도면에 도시되지 않았으나 흡수성이 좋은 직물소재로 땀받이를 형성하여 이마와 닿는 부분의 접촉성을 좋게하고 땀을 흡수할 수 있게 한다.
한 쌍의 사이즈조절부재(113,113a)의 한 쪽에는 복수개의 위치조절공(113b)이 형성되고, 나머지 한 쪽에는 복수개의 위치조절돌기(113c)가 형성된다. 사용자는 본인의 머리 사이즈에 맞게 위치조절돌기(113c)를 위치조절공(113b)에 끼워 사용하게 된다.
본 발명의 바람직한 실시예의 컨버터블 모자(100)는 밴드(110)에 사이즈조절부재(113,113a)가 구비되었으나, 경우에 따라 밴드(110)는 사이즈조절부재가 없는 형태로 구비될 수도 있다. 사이즈조절부재(113,113a)가 없는 경우에는 고무줄이나 벨트에 의해 사이즈를 조절할 수 있다.
밴드본체(111)의 양측에는 측면크라운결합영역(115)이 구비된다. 측면크라운결합영역(115)은 형상변환크라운(130,130a)의 밴드측면결합라인(131a)이 결합된다. 이 때, 측면크라운결합영역(115)은 밴드봉제면(137)과 봉제되어 결합될 수 있다.
한편, 밴드본체(111)의 내측에 사용자의 이마와 접촉되는 영역에는 제1착탈결합부재(117)가 구비된다. 제1착탈결합부재(117)는 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 캡모자로 사용될 때 형상변환크라운(130,130a)의 차양위치고정부재(135)가 결합된다.
제1착탈결합부재(117)는 차양위치고정부재(135)에 대응되는 형태로 구비될 수 있다. 도시된 바와 같이 차양위치고정부재(135)가 수단추로 구비될 때 제1착탈결합부재(117)는 암단추로 구비될 수 있다. 또한, 경우에 따라 암수벨크로 형태로 구비될 수 있다.
제1착탈결합부재(117)는 밴드본체(111)의 내측에 구비되므로 은폐되어 외부로 노출되지 않는다.
차양(120)은 밴드(110)의 전방에 수평방향으로 일정면적 형성되어 사용자의 얼굴로 햇빛이 비춰지는 것을 차단한다. 차양(120)은 해당형상의 플라스틱을 직물로 감싸서 제조되다.
차양(120)은 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 밴드(110)에 고정결합된다. 이를 위해 차양(120)은 밴드결합라인(121)이 밴드(110)의 하부에 봉제되어 견고하게 고정된다.
차양(120)의 상부에는 양측으로 한 쌍의 제2착탈결합부재(123)가 구비된다. 제2착탈결합부재(123)는 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 컨버터블 모자(100)가 썬캡으로 사용될 때 형상변환크라운(130,130a)의 차양위치고정부재(135)가 착탈가능하게 결합된다.
제2착탈결합부재(123)는 앞서 설명한 제1착탈결합부재(117)와 동일하게 차양위치고정부재(135)의 종류에 대응되게 구비된다.
도 4는 형상변환크라운(130,130a)의 정면구성을 도시한 정면도이다. 한 쌍의 형상변환크라운(130,130a)은 사용자가 밴드(110)와 차양(120)에 결합되는 위치를 조절하여 컨버터블 모자(100)를 캡모자 또는 선캡 중 어느 하나의 용도로 사용할 수 있게 형상을 변환시킨다.
형상변환크라운(130,130a)은 전체적으로 "ㄴ" 자 형상으로 형성된 크라운본체(131)와, 크라운본체(131)의 하부에 구비된 크라운결합부재(133)와, 크라운본체(131)이 선단에 구비되는 차양위치고정부재(135)를 포함한다.
크라운본체(131)는 밴드(110)의 측면크라운결합영역(115)에 결합되는 밴드측면결합라인(131a)과, 밴드측면결합라인(131a)의 타단에 구비되는 결합위치가변라인(131d)과, 밴드측면결합라인(131a)과 결합위치가변라인(131d)을 전방에서 곡선형태로 연결하는 전방곡선라인(131c)과, 밴드측면결합라인(131a)과 결합위치가변라인(131d)을 후방에서 직선형태로 연결하는 후방라인(131b)으로 둘러쌓여 형성된다.
크라운본체(131)는 직물로 구성되거나 연질의 플라스틱 ,연질의 금속재질이나 가죽, 고무재질 또는 종이재질등으로 이루어질 수 있다.
여기서, 밴드측면결합라인(131a)의 폭(W1)은 밴드(110)의 측면크라운결합영역의 폭에 대응되게 형성되고, 결합위치가변라인(131d)의 폭(W2)은 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 캡모자위치로 위치되었을 때 사용자의 머리를 덮을 수 있는 길이로 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.
전방곡선라인(131c)은 완만한 곡선형태로 형성되고, 전방곡선라인(131c)의 경로 중에는 함몰형성된 넥라인(131e)이 형성된다. 이러한 전방곡선라인(131c)의 곡선형상은 크라운본체(131)를 캡모자로 사용하기 위해 머리의 상부로 굴곡시켰을 때 입체의 형상으로 구형의 머리형태를 감쌀 수 있으며, 썬캡으로 사용하기 위해 머리로부터 분리하여 차양(120)에 결합시켜 수평하게 배치된 평면으로 전환시에 차양(120)과도 용이하게 결합할 수 있게 하기 위함이다.
이에 따라 전방곡선라인(131c)과 넥라인(131e)의 형상은 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 성인의 머리의 곡률과, 밴드(110)와 차양(120)의 측면 라인을 고려하여 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
전방곡선라인(131c)과 넥라인(131e)은 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 캡모자로 사용되기 위해 크라운본체(131)가 밴드(110)의 상부로 펼쳐져서 위치될 때 밴드(110)와의 사이에 입체적인 곡면을 형성하여 사용자가 머리에 착용했을 때 불편함이 없게 한다. 넥라인(131e)의 함몰된 깊이에 의해 밴드(110)와의 사이에 전방이격공간(A)이 형성되고, 전방이격공간(A)은 통기성을 향상시켜주는 역할도 하지만 사용자의 머리가 여유있게 삽입될 수 있게 하는 역할도 한다.
한편, 전방곡선라인(131c)과 넥라인(131e)은 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 선캡으로 사용되기 위해 밴드(110)의 양쪽에 수평방향으로 펼쳐졌을 때 차양(120)의 판면과 들뜸없이 위치될 수 있도록 곡률이 형성된다.
넥라인(131e)은 접힘라인(136)에 의해 접혀질 때 전방곡선라인(131c)과의 접혀짐과 주름이 최소화될 수 있는 곡률과 함몰깊이로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
후방라인(131b)은 밴드측면결합라인(131a)과 결합위치가변라인(131d)을 직선형태로 연결한다. 이에 의해 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 크라운본체(131)가 캡모자위치로 결합되면 후방라인(131b)의 뒷쪽(B)이 개방되어 사용자의 머리 뒤쪽으로 통기가 가능한 장점이 있다.
또한, 후방라인(131b)은 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 크라운본체(131)가 썬캡위치로 결합되면 측면에서 햇빛을 가리는 최대 폭을 형성하게 된다. 후방라인(131b)은 사용자의 귀 뒤쪽으로 수평하게 펼쳐져서 사용자의 앞쪽 얼굴 뿐만 아니라 옆 얼굴로도 햇빛이 비춰지지 않게 충분히 가릴 수 있게 한다.
크라운결합부재(133)는 결합위치가변라인(131d)의 테두리영역에 구비되어 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 한 쌍의 형상변환크라운(130,130a)이 캡모자위치일 때 한 쌍의 형상변환크라운(130,130a)을 서로 결합시킨다. 크라운결합부재(133)에 의해 한 쌍의 형상변환크라운(130,130a)이 서로 결합되어 함께 사용자의 머리를 덮게 된다.
크라운결합부재(133)는 도시된 바와 같이 지퍼형태로 구비될 수 있다. 그러나, 크라운결합부재(133)는 이 뿐만 아니라 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 똑딱단추(133a,133a')로 구비되거나, 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 암수벨크로부재(133b,133b')로 구비될 수 있다.
이 때, 암수벨크로부재(133b,133b')는 밴드(110)의 내측까지 연장되게 구비하여 외부의 충격이나 사용자의 활동시에도 암수벨크로부재(133b,133b')가 풀어지는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
한편, 썬캡으로 사용되기 위해 암수벨크로부재(133b,133b')가 분리될 경우, 각 암수벨크로부재(133b,133b')에는 그에 대응되는 별도의 암수벨크로부재(133b,133b')를 결합시켜 사용한다. 대응되는 암수벨크로부재(133b,133b')를 결합하지 않을 경우 외부로 암수벨크로부재(133b,133b')가 노출되어 사용자가 형상변환크라운(130,130a)을 손으로 만질 때 다치는 것을 방지하기 위함이다.
차양위치고정부재(135)는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 크라운본체(131)의 전방곡선라인(131c)과 결합위치가변라인(131d)이 만나는 모서리 영역에 구비된다. 차양위치고정부재(135)는 캡모자로 사용될 때는 밴드(110)의 제1착탈결합부재(117)에 결합되고, 썬캡으로 사용될 때는 차양(120)의 제2착탈결합부재(123)에 결합된다.
차양위치고정부재(135)는 암수단추의 형태로 구비되나, 경우에 따라 암수벨크로, 똑딱단추, 자석 등 다양한 착탈가능한 체결부재로 구비될 수 있다.
밴드봉제면(137)은 밴드측면결합라인(131a)의 상부에 밴드(110)와 닿는 측면크라운결합영역(115)을 봉제하여 형성된다. 밴드봉제면(137)은 크라운본체(131)의 밴드측면결합라인(131a)을 밴드(110)의 측면에 고정결합시킨다.
이에 따라 사용자는 형상변환크라운(130,130a)의 하부가 밴드(110)에 고정된 상태에서 결합위치가변라인(131d)의 위치만 변환시켜 캡모자 또는 선캡으로 사용할 수 있다.
그러나, 이는 일실시예일 뿐이며 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 밴드측면결합라인(131a)은 암수벨크로부재(137a,116)에 의해 밴드(110)에 착탈가능하게 결합될 수 있다. 또한 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이 밴드측면결합라인(131a)은 똑딱단추(137b,116a)에 의해 밴드(110)에 착탈가능하게 결합될 수 있다. 이 외에도 자석이나 단추 등에 의해 결합될 수 있다.
이렇게 밴드측면결합라인(131a)이 밴드(110)에 착탈가능하게 결합되는 경우, 사용자는 필요에 따라 한 쌍의 형상변환크라운(130,130a)은 밴드(110)로부터 분리하여 컨버터블 모자를 차양(120)과 밴드(110)만 결합된 심플한 선캡으로 사용이 가능한 장점이 있다.
한편, 밴드봉제면(137)의 상부에는 접힘라인(136)이 구비된다. 접힘라인(136)은 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 선캡으로 사용될 때 크라운본체(131)를 외측방향으로 접혀지게 지지한다. 접힘라인(136)은 내부에 와이어 등이 삽입되어 넥라인(131e) 영역으로 접혀져 넥라인(131e)이 밴드(110)와 접촉되며 크라운본체(131)가 평면형태에서 들뜸이나 주름발생을 최소화하여 유지할 수 있게 한다.
한편, 크라운본체(131)의 후방라인(131b)과 결합위치가변라인(131d)에는 형상유지부재(139)가 결합된다. 형상유지부재(139)는 썬캡으로 사용될 때, 차양(120)의 양측에 배치된 형상변환크라운(130,130a)이 하부로 쳐지지 않고 수평하게 위치가 유지되게 한다.
사용자는 태양의 입사각등을 고려하여 형상유지부재(139)의 형상을 조절하여 형상변환크라운(130,130a)의 차양각도를 다양하게 조절할 수 있다.
형상유지부재(139)는 철사와 같은 외력에 의해 형상이 가변되는 와이어부재로 구비된다. 도 5는 형상유지부재(139)가 크라운본체(131)에 삽입되는 과정을 도시한 예시도이다. 도시된 바와 같이 크라운본체(131)의 후방라인(131b)과 결합위치가변라인(131d)의 테두리영역을 따라 봉제공간(138)이 형성되고, 형상유지부재(139)는 봉제공간(138)으로 삽입되어 크라운본체(131)에 고정된다.
이러한 구성을 갖는 본 발명에 따른 컨버터블 모자(100)의 사용과정을 도 1 내지 도 10을 참조하여 설명한다.
본 발명에 따른 컨버터블 모자(100)는 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 밴드(110)와, 밴드(110)의 전방에 결합된 차양(120)과, 밴드(110)의 양쪽에 결합된 한 쌍의 형상변환크라운(130,130a)을 포함한다.
사용자는 햇살이 강하지 않는 장소에서 컨버터블 모자(100)를 사용할 경우 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 캡모자 형태로 착용한다. 이를 위해 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 양쪽으로 펼쳐진 한 쌍의 형상변환크라운(130,130a)을 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 밴드(110)의 위쪽으로 모으고, 지퍼형태인 크라운결합부재(133)를 체결한다.
그리고, 서로 결합된 한 쌍의 형상변환크라운(130,130a)의 선단에 위치된 차양위치고정부재(135)를 밴드(110)의 내측에 형성된 제1착탈결합부재(117)에 결합시킨다.
이렇게 컨버터블 모자(100)가 캡모자로 전환되면 밴드(110)와 넥라인(131e) 사이의 이격공간(A)으로 공기가 이동될 수 있으며, 후방라인(131b)과 밴드(110) 사이의 후방공간(B)으로 공기가 이동될 수 있다.
즉, 캡모자는 한 쌍의 형상변환크라운(130,130a)에 의해 머리가 덮혀 머리를 외부로 노출시키지 않아 햇볕, 바람, 먼지 등으로부터 머리를 보호할 수 있다. 또한, 전방 이격공간(A)과 후방공간(B)으로 통풍이 원활하게 이루어져 시원하게 착용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
한편, 캡모자 형태의 컨버터블 모자(100)를 썬캡 형태로 변환하고자 할 경우, 사용자는 차양위치고정부재(135)를 제1착탈결합부재(117)와 분리하고, 크라운결합부재(133)를 분리한다.
도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 서로 분리된 한 쌍의 크라운결합부재(133)는 접힘라인(136)을 중심으로 양측으로 수평하게 접혀진다. 이 상태에서 사용자는 넥라인(131e)이 밴드(110)와 맞닿도록 크라운본체(131)를 차양(120) 측으로 당기고, 크라운결합부재(133)를 제2착탈결합부재(123)에 고정한다.
이에 의해 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 컨버터블 모자(100)가 선캡형태로 변환될 수 있다. 사용자는 선캡형태의 컨버터블 모자(100)를 머리에 착용하고 손으로 형상유지부재(139)를 가압하여 차양각도와 형상을 임의대로 조절하여 사용할 수 있다.
이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 본 발명에 따른 컨버터블 모자는, 야외활동이나 운동, 또는 작업시에 사용자의 취향과 필요에 따라 손쉽게 그 착용 형태를 변형하여 착용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 컨버터블 모자는 형상변환크라운의 결합위치에 따라 일반적인 캡모자 또는 썬캡으로 형상을 전환하여 사용할 수 있다.
이상 몇 가지의 실시예를 통해 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 살펴보았다.
본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 본 발명의 기재사항으로부터 상기 살펴본 실시예를 다양하게 변형하거나 변경할 수 있음은 자명하다. 또한, 비록 명시적으로 도시되거나 설명되지 아니하였다 하여도 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 본 발명의 기재사항으로부터 본 발명에 의한 기술적 사상을 포함하는 다양한 형태의 변형을 할 수 있음은 자명하며, 이는 여전히 본 발명의 권리범위에 속한다. 첨부하는 도면을 참조하여 설명된 상기의 실시예들은 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적으로 기술된 것이며 본 발명의 권리범위는 이러한 실시예에 국한되지 아니한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 사용자의 머리에 씌워지는 밴드(110)와;
    상기 밴드(110)에 구비되어 햇빛을 차단하는 차양(120)과;
    일단은 상기 밴드(110)에 결합되고, 타단은 상기 밴드(110)의 위로 펼쳐져 사용자의 머리를 덮는 캡모자위치와 상기 차양(120)의 측면에 연장되게 위치되어 상기 차양(120)의 햇빛차단 면적을 증가시키는 선캡위치 중 어느 하나에 위치되는 하나 이상의 형상변환크라운(130,130a);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터블 모자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 형상변환크라운(130,130a)은 한 쌍이 구비되며,
    상기 형상변환크라운(130,130a)은 상기 밴드(110)의 측면에 결합되는 밴드측면결합라인(131a)과, 상기 밴드측면결합라인(131a)의 타단에 형성되어 상기 캡모자위치 또는 상기 선캡위치 중 어느 하나에 위치되는 결합위치가변라인(131d)과, 상기 밴드측면결합라인(131a)과 상기 결합위치가변라인(131d)을 전방에서 곡선형태로 연결하는 전방곡선라인(131c)과, 상기 밴드측면결합라인(131a)과 상기 결합위치가변라인(131d)을 후방에서 직선형태로 연결하는 후방라인(131b)으로 둘러 쌓여지는 크라운본체(131)와;

  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 밴드(110)에 사용자의 이마와 맞닿는 내측영역에 구비되어 상기 캡모자위치에서 상기 차양위치고정부재(135)와 착탈가능하게 결합되는 제1착탈결합부재(117)와;
    상기 차양(120)의 양측 상면에 구비되어 상기 선캡위치에서 상기 차양위치고정부재(135)와 착탈가능하게 결합되는 제2착탈결합부재(123)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터블 모자.
  4. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 후방라인(131b)과 상기 결합위치가변라인(131d)을 따라 상기 크라운본체(131) 내부에 수용되어 상기 선캡위치에서 상기 형상변환크라운(130,130a)이 하부로 쳐지지 않고 수평한 형상이 유지되게 하는 형상유지부재(139)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터블 모자.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 캡모자위치에서 상기 한 쌍의 형상변환크라운(130,130a)의 밴드측면결합라인(131a)은 상기 밴드(110)의 양측에 결합되고, 한 쌍의 차양위치고정부재(135)는 상기 밴드(110)의 제1착탈결합부재(117)에 결합되고, 상기 한 쌍의 결합위치가변라인(131d)은 상기 밴드(110)의 상부로 펼쳐진 후 서로 크라운결합부재(133)에 의해 결합되며,
    상기 선캡위치에서 상기 한 쌍의 형상변환크라운(130,130a)의 밴드측면결합라인(131a)은 상기 밴드(110)의 양측에 결합되고, 상기 결합위치가변라인(131d)은 상기 밴드측면결합라인(131a)으로부터 상기 밴드(110)의 바깥쪽으로 수평하게 접혀지고 상기 차양위치고정부재(135)는 상기 제2착탈결합부재(123)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터블 모자.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 크라운결합부재(133)는 지퍼, 벨크로부재, 단추, 자석 중 어느 하나로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터블 모자.
