Abstract
Description
[1 蓄電装置の構成の説明]
まず、本実施の形態における蓄電装置1の構成について説明する。図1は、実施の形態に係る蓄電装置1の外観を示す斜視図である。図2は、実施の形態に係る蓄電ユニット10を分解した場合の各構成要素を示す分解斜視図である。
図3は、実施の形態に係る排気部50及びバスバーフレーム12の概略構成を示す分解斜視図である。
図5は、実施の形態に係る連結部731と、蓄電素子11との位置関係を示す説明図である。具体的には、図5は、図4におけるV-V線を含む切断面を見た図である。図5においては、蓄電素子11は平面図で示し、連結部731は断面図で示している。図6は、実施の形態に係る連結部731と、排気部50との位置関係を示す断面図である。具体的には、図6は、連結部731の位置をXZ平面で切断した断面図である。
次に、ガイド部80の詳細について説明する。図7は実施の形態に係るガイド部80の概略構成を示す上面図である。
図4に示すように、複数の検出線保持部90のうち、一つの検出線保持部90は、Y軸マイナス方向の端部に配置された蓄電素子11の近傍に配置されている。残りの各検出線保持部90は、第一バスバー群131のうちの一つのバスバー13に接続された一対の蓄電素子11のうち、Y軸マイナス方向の蓄電素子11の近傍に配置されている。検出線保持部90は、概ね同一な構成であるために、ここでは一つの検出線保持部90を例示して説明する。
以上のように、本実施の形態に係る蓄電装置1によれば、それぞれガス排出弁111を有し、当該ガス排出弁111が同一方向を向く姿勢で配列された複数の蓄電素子11と、複数の蓄電素子11に電気的に接続される複数のバスバー13と、複数の蓄電素子11上に配置されて、複数のバスバー13を保持するバスバーフレーム12(バスバー保持部材)と、を備え、蓄電素子11は、上面にガス排出弁111を有する容器11a(本体部)と、容器11aの上面に配置された一対の電極端子(正極端子11b及び負極端子11c)とを備え、バスバーフレーム12は、複数の蓄電素子11上であってガス排出弁111の一側方に配置される第一保持部71と、複数の蓄電素子11上であってガス排出弁111の他側方に配置される第二保持部72と、複数の蓄電素子11のうち、隣り合う少なくとも一対の蓄電素子11の間に配置され、第一保持部71と第二保持部72とを連結する連結部731とを備え、連結部731の一部の上端面(底面733)は、容器11aの上面11eよりも下方または面一に配置されている。
