Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態1に係る電池モジュール100の外観斜視図である。図2は、図1に示す電池モジュール100の分解斜視図である。
図12は、実施例2の配線収納スペース溝80の簡略図である。実施例1と同様、配線収納スペース溝80は、インシュレーションカバーの一部であり、樹脂射出成形により蓋部101と一体で形成される。
図13は、実施例3の配線収納スペース溝80の簡略図である。実施例1と同様、配線収納スペース溝80は、インシュレーションカバーの一部であり、樹脂射出成形により蓋部101と一体で形成される。
蓋部101は、開いた状態で底部106に対して斜め上方を向く構造となっている。このような構造とすることで、配線収納スペース溝80を閉口した際にヒンジ部104の曲げをその分少なくすることができるため、ヒンジ部104のストレス軽減となる。また、ヒンジ部104の肉厚を増すことも可能になるため、成形時の樹脂流れを改善し、また適用樹脂の選定も増すことができる。
図15は、実施例4の配線収納スペース溝80の簡略図である。実施例1と同様、配線収納スペース溝80は、インシュレーションカバーの一部であり、樹脂射出成形により蓋部101と一体で形成される。

Claims (11)
- 底部と壁部、および蓋部により形成された配線収納スペースを有し、
前記壁部は、外壁、端面、および前記配線収納スペースと対向する内壁を有する、電気接続部材収納ケースにおいて、
前記蓋部は、前記内壁または前記端面に設けられたヒンジ部を介して前記壁部に接続され、
前記蓋部は、一対の広面と一対の狭面を有し、前記蓋部が前記配線収納スペースを閉じた状態で、前記狭面が前記内壁に対向し、
前記ヒンジ部は、前記内壁と前記広面とを接続している電気接続部材収納ケース。 - 請求項1において、
前記壁部は、前記蓋部の開きを抑える係止突起を有する電気接続部材収納ケース。 - 底部と壁部、および蓋部により形成された配線収納スペースを有し、
前記壁部は、外壁、端面、および前記配線収納スペースと対向する内壁を有する、電気接続部材収納ケースにおいて、
前記蓋部は、前記内壁または前記端面に設けられたヒンジ部を介して前記壁部に接続され、
前記壁部は、前記蓋部の開きを抑える係止突起を有し、
前記内壁には、前記係止突起と前記底部との間にストッパーが設けられた電気接続部材収納ケース。 - 請求項3において、
前記蓋部は、一対の広面と一対の狭面を有し、前記蓋部が前記配線収納スペースを閉じた状態で、前記狭面が前記内壁に対向する電気接続部材収納ケース。 - 請求項4において、
前記ヒンジ部は、前記内壁と前記狭面とを接続している電気接続部材収納ケース。 - 請求項4において、
前記ヒンジ部は、前記端面と前記狭面とを接続している電気接続部材収納ケース。 - 請求項1または請求項6において、
前記配線収納スペースを閉じる前記蓋部が開いた状態で、前記蓋部の幅広面は前記底部と垂直に設けられた電気接続部材収納ケース。 - 請求項5において、
前記配線収納スペースを閉じる前記蓋部が開いた状態で、前記蓋部の幅広面は前記底部と平行に設けられた電気接続部材収納ケース。 - 請求項5において、
前記配線収納スペースを閉じる前記蓋部が開いた状態で、前記蓋部の幅広面は前記底部に対して斜めに設けられた電気接続部材収納ケース。 - 正極端子と負極端子を有する複数の電池を複数積層した積層体と、
前記積層体の前記正極端子と前記負極端子側に設けられた請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれかに記載の電気接続部材収納ケースを有し、
前記電気接続部材収納ケースは、前記複数の電池を電気的に接続するバスバを収容するバスバ収容スペースと、
前記バスバに設けられた配線を有し、
前記配線は、前記配線収納スペースに収容された電池モジュール。 - 請求項10において、
前記バスバ収容スペースは、前記外壁と対向する位置に設けられた電池モジュール。
