Claims (6)
- 積層された複数のバッテリセルを含むバッテリと、
絶縁性材料から形成され、前記バッテリの鉛直下側に配置されるトレイと、
前記バッテリセルの積層方向に締め付け力を発生させ、複数の前記バッテリセルを一体に保持する拘束部材とを備え、
前記拘束部材は、前記拘束部材と前記バッテリとの間に前記トレイが介在するように設けられ、
前記拘束部材は、導電体から形成される、バッテリパック構造。 - 前記拘束部材は、金属から形成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック構造。
- 前記バッテリを収容し、金属から形成されるケース体をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリパック構造。
- 前記トレイは、前記バッテリと向い合う第1表面と、前記第1表面から凹み、液体を溜める溝部とを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパック構造。
- 前記トレイは、前記拘束部材と向い合い、前記第1表面の裏面である第2表面と、前記溝部と重なる位置で前記第2表面から突出する突出部とをさらに含み、
前記突出部が前記拘束部材に当接することにより、前記トレイが前記バッテリに対して位置決めされる、請求項4に記載のバッテリパック構造。 - 積層された複数のバッテリセルを含むバッテリと、
絶縁性材料から形成され、前記バッテリの鉛直下側に配置されるトレイと、
前記バッテリセルの積層方向に締め付け力を発生させ、複数の前記バッテリセルを一体に保持する拘束部材とを備え、
前記拘束部材は、前記拘束部材と前記バッテリとの間に前記トレイが介在するように設けられ、
前記トレイは、前記バッテリと向い合う第1表面と、前記第1表面から凹み、液体を溜める溝部とを含み、
前記トレイは、前記拘束部材と向い合い、前記第1表面の裏面である第2表面と、前記溝部と重なる位置で前記第2表面から突出する突出部とをさらに含み、
前記突出部が前記拘束部材に当接することにより、前記トレイが前記バッテリに対して位置決めされる、バッテリパック構造。
