本发明涉及显示技术领域,具体涉及一种显示面板及其制备方法、显示装置。
薄膜晶体管(Thin Film Transistor,TFT)是目前液晶显示装置(Liquid CrystalDisplay,LCD)和有源矩阵驱动式有机电致发光显示装置(Active Matrix Organic Light-Emitting
Diode,AMOLED) 中的主要驱动元件,直接关系平板显示装置的显示性能。
现有市场上的液晶显示器大部分为背光型液晶显示器,其包括液晶显示面板及背光模组(back light
module)。液晶显示面板的工作原理是在薄膜晶体管阵列基板(Thin Film
Transistor Array Substrate,TFT Array
Substrate) 与彩色滤光片(Color Filter,CF)基板之间灌入液晶分子,并在两片基板上分别施加像素电压和公共电压,通过像素电压和公共电压之间形成的电场控制液晶分子的旋转方向,以将背光模组的光线透射出来产生画面。液晶显示面板成型工艺一般包括:前段阵列(Array)制程(薄膜.黄光.刻蚀及剥膜)、中段成盒(Cell)制程(TFT基板与CF基板贴合)及后段模组组装制程(驱动IC与印刷电路板压合)。其中,前段Array制程主要是形成TFT基板,以便于控制液晶分子的运动;中段Cell制程主要是在TFT基板与CF基板之间添加液晶;后段模组组装制程主要是驱动IC压合与印刷电路板的整合,进而驱动液晶分子转动,显示图像。
目前出现了COA(Color Filter on Array)+POA(PS on Array)技术,该技术将彩膜基板上的色阻层和间隔柱集成到阵列基板上,使得原彩膜基板结构变得单一,随着显示设备的发展,而对于显示设备的边框要求越来越窄,特别是在商业显示方面,需要更大的显示屏幕,屏幕拼接成显示墙,这就要求屏幕和屏幕之间的距离尽量缩小,所以需要边框更窄。目前绝大部分的LCD显示屏采用聚酰亚胺(PI)为液晶配向膜,而PI薄膜在涂布过程中会有一部分的外流,随着边框的变窄,外流的PI与框胶会形成重叠,而如果PI外流到框胶之外,针对COA(Color Filter on Array)+POA(PS on Array)等产品,由于PI的吸水性,更易导致显示设备在高湿环境下会有显示不良。
本发明实施例提供一种显示面板及其制备方法、显示装置,本申请针对彩色滤光层及其隔垫物集成到阵列基板上的产品的不足,通过在位于非显示区内的配向膜层设置有挡墙,使得水氧更加难以通过配向膜层进入显示面板内,从而有效提高显示面板的稳定性。
为解决上述问题,第一方面,本申请提供一种显示面板,所述显示面板包括非显示区,所述显示面板包括:

配向膜层,形成于所述彩膜基板上;

本发明实施例中通过提供一种显示面板,该显示面板包括非显示区,显示面板包括:彩膜基板;配向膜层,形成于彩膜基板上;其中,位于非显示区内的配向膜层设置有挡墙,挡墙的透水率低于配向膜层的透水率,区别于现有技术,本申请针对彩色滤光层及其隔垫物集成到阵列基板上的产品的不足,通过在位于非显示区内的配向膜层设置有挡墙,使得水氧更加难以通过配向膜层进入显示面板内,从而有效提高显示面板的稳定性。
为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例中的技术方案,下面将对实施例描述中所需要使用的附图作简单地介绍,显而易见地,下面描述中的附图仅仅是本发明的一些实施例,对于本领域技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图。
图1是本发明实施例提供一种显示面板的一个实施例结构示意图;

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个所述特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
目前出现了COA(Color Filter on Array)+POA(PS on Array)技术,该技术将彩膜基板上的色阻层和间隔柱集成到阵列基板上,使得原彩膜基板结构变得单一,随着显示设备的发展,而对于显示设备的边框要求越来越窄,特别是在商业显示方面,需要更大的显示屏幕,屏幕拼接成显示墙,这就要求屏幕和屏幕之间的距离尽量缩小,所以需要边框更窄。目前绝大部分的LCD显示屏采用聚酰亚胺(PI)为液晶配向膜,而PI薄膜在涂布过程中会有一部分的外流,随着边框的变窄,外流的PI与框胶会形成重叠,而如果PI外流到框胶之外,针对COA(Color Filter on Array)+POA(PS on Array)等产品,由于PI的吸水性,更易导致显示设备在高湿环境下会有显示不良。
基于此,本发明实施例提供一种显示面板及其制备方法、显示装置,以下分别进行详细说明。
首先,本发明实施例中提供一种显示面板,该显示面板包括非显示区,显示面板包括:彩膜基板;配向膜层,形成于彩膜基板上;其中,位于非显示区内的配向膜层设置有挡墙,挡墙的透水率低于配向膜层的透水率。
请参阅图1,图1为本发明实施例中显示面板的一个实施例结构示意图,其中,该显示面板10包括非显示区100和显示区101,其中,显示面板的显示区101用来显示像素画面,在显示区101对应区域还包括,阵列基板和彩膜基板以及位于阵列基板和彩膜基板之间的液晶层。显示面板的非显示区101对应阵列基板和彩膜基板相连的框胶106区域,显示面板包括:彩膜基板102;配向膜层103,形成于彩膜基板上;其中,位于非显示区100内的配向膜层103设置有挡墙104,挡墙104的透水率低于配向膜层103的透水率,其中,显示区101为了实现更好的显示效果,在液晶层上下层均设置有配向膜层103,配向膜层103可以为液晶层中的液晶分子提供一个预倾角,以使液晶分子在接收到偏转信号时可以更有效的实现偏转,配向膜层103可为聚酰亚胺制备而成,聚酰亚胺具有一定的吸水性,为了防止配向膜层103吸收水汽,从而导致面板内部器件被腐蚀,因此可在配向膜层103设置挡墙104,挡墙104所采用的材料的防水性比配向膜层103高。
区别于现有技术,本申请针对彩色滤光层及其隔垫物集成到阵列基板上的产品的不足,通过在位于非显示区100内的配向膜层103设置有挡墙104,使得水氧更加难以通过配向膜层103进入显示面板内,从而有效提高显示面板的稳定性。
请参阅图1和图2,图2为本发明实施例提供一种显示面板的另一个实施例结构示意图。
在一个优选的实施例中,显示面板还包括阵列基板105和框胶106,其中,色阻层集成于阵列基板上;阵列基板与彩膜基板相对设置;框胶106连接彩膜基板和阵列基板;框胶106和挡墙104一体成型,具体的,在彩膜基板制程中,在制备配向膜层103时,配向膜层103上形成有过孔,并在制备框胶106时,框胶106会填充过孔,使得在配向膜层103之间形成挡墙104,相较于配向膜层103,框胶106的密封性能更高,透水率更低。
进一步的,本实施例中,该挡墙104包括至少两个间隔分布的子挡墙1041,具体的,在配向膜层103中开设有多个过孔,在多个过孔中均填充框胶106,形成多个间隔分布的子挡墙104,例如可以形成4个子挡墙104,本申请对子挡墙104的数目不作限定,具体视实际情况而定,子挡墙104的宽度范围为50-200um,具体的,在配向膜层103开设过孔时,将过孔的宽度设定为50-200um,在过孔中填充框胶106,使其形成宽度范围为50-200um的子挡墙104,例如,可设定子挡墙104的宽度为100um,本申请对子挡墙104的宽度不做限定,具体视实际情况而定,当挡墙104的宽度适中时,即可降低制备复杂性,同时可以起到更好的隔绝水汽作用。
为了更好实施本发明实施例中显示面板,在显示面板的基础之上,本发明实施例中还提供一种显示装置,显示装置包括上述实施例所描述的显示面板。
本发明实施例中通过提供的显示装置,相较于传统显示装置,本申请的显示装置包括有上述实施例所描述的显示面板,该显示面板包括非显示区100,显示面板包括:彩膜基板;配向膜层103,形成于彩膜基板上;其中,位于非显示区100内的配向膜层103设置有挡墙104,挡墙104的透水率低于配向膜层103的透水率,区别于现有技术,本申请针对彩色滤光层及其隔垫物集成到阵列基板上的产品的不足,通过在位于非显示区100内的配向膜层103设置有挡墙104,使得水氧更加难以通过配向膜层103进入显示面板内,从而有效提高显示面板的稳定性。
为了更好实施本发明实施例中显示面板,在显示面板的基础之上,本发明实施例中还提供一种显示面板的制备方法,显示面板包括非显示区100,方法包括:提供彩膜基板;在彩膜基板上制备配向膜层103;在位于非显示区100内的配向膜层103上制备挡墙104,挡墙104的透水率低于配向膜层103的透水率。
请参阅图3,图3为本发明实施例提供一种显示面板的制备方法的一个实施例示意图,其中,显示面板包括非显示区100,方法包括:
201、提供彩膜基板。
本实施例中,所提供的彩膜基板中的色阻层和间隔柱可以是被集成至阵列基板上,彩膜基板主要包括黑色矩阵层。
202、在彩膜基板上制备配向膜层。
本实施例中,将聚酰亚胺材料涂布在彩膜基板上,经过图案化、固化等步骤,制备得到配向膜层103。
203、在位于非显示区内的配向膜层上制备挡墙,挡墙的透水率低于配向膜层的透水率。
本实施例中,在位于非显示区100内的配向膜层103上制备过孔,在过孔中填充透水率低于配向膜层103的材料,以在过孔中形成挡墙104。
本发明实施例中通过提供了显示面板的制备方法,相比传统的制备工艺,需将配向膜进行开孔,并在孔中填充防水材料,已制备挡墙104,该挡墙104可以有效的防止水汽通过配向膜层103侵入显示面板内部,从而有效的降低了显示面板被腐蚀的几率,提高了显示面板的稳定性。
在上述实施例的基础上,在本申请的另一个具体实施例中,在彩膜基板上制备配向膜层103,包括:在彩膜基板上制备公共电极层;在公共电极层上制备配向膜层103。
请参阅图4,图4为本发明实施例提供一种显示面板的制备方法的另一个实施例示意图,其中,在彩膜基板上制备配向膜层103,包括:
301、在彩膜基板上制备公共电极层。
本实施例中,在彩膜基板上方溅射金属层,以制备公共电极层。
302、在公共电极层上制备配向膜层。
本实施例中,在公共电极层上制备配向膜层103,配向膜位于液晶层和公共电极层之间。
在上述实施例的基础上,在本申请的另一个具体实施例中,在位于非显示区100内的配向膜层103上制备挡墙104,挡墙104的透水率低于配向膜层103的透水率,包括:通过激光镭射工艺对配向膜层103进行图案化,以在位于非显示区100内的配向膜层103上形成过孔;在过孔中制备挡墙104,挡墙104的透水率低于配向膜层103的透水率。
请参阅图5,图5为本发明实施例提供一种显示面板的制备方法的另一个实施例示意图,其中在位于非显示区100内的配向膜层103上制备挡墙104,挡墙104的透水率低于配向膜层103的透水率,包括:
401、通过激光镭射工艺对配向膜层进行图案化,以在位于非显示区内的配向膜层上形成过孔。
具体的,本实施例采用激光镭射工艺对配向膜层103进行镭射,以去除位于非显示区100内的配向膜层103上的配向膜层103材料,制备得到过孔。
402、在过孔中制备挡墙,挡墙的透水率低于配向膜层的透水率。
本实施例中,在上述过孔中填充防水材料,以在过孔中制备挡墙104。
在上述实施例的基础上,在本申请的一个具体实施例中,通过激光镭射工艺对配向膜层103进行图案化,以在位于非显示区100内的配向膜层103上形成过孔,包括:
通过激光镭射工艺对配向膜层103进行图案化,以在位于非显示区100内的配向膜层103上形成沿曲线方向延伸的过孔。
本实施例中,针对圆角显示面板,符合圆角显示面板的工艺,通过激光镭射工艺对配向膜层103进行图案化,该图案化是根据圆角的模型进行设定的,由于圆角处配向膜精度较难控制,因此圆角处的配向膜层103很容易外流,于外界相接触,因此更需在圆角对应处的配向膜之间制备挡墙104。
在一个具体的实施例中,在步骤302中,可以在公共电极层上直接制备矩形的配向膜层103。在步骤401中,通过激光镭射工艺对配向膜层103的边角进行倒角处理,得到具有边角为圆角的配向膜层。因此,配向膜层的涂布仅需标准的矩形涂布,可以简化圆角显示面板的配向膜层涂布工艺。
在一个具体的实施例中,在步骤402中,当形成过孔后,在制备框胶时,可通过框胶填充过孔,以框胶为材料制备得到挡墙。
本实施例中,通过激光镭射工艺对配向膜层103进行图案化,包括:
通过激光镭射工艺对位于非显示区100内的配向膜层103和公共电极层同时图案化,以在位于非显示区100内的配向膜层103上形成过孔。
本实施例中,结合彩膜基板制备工艺,可以将公共电极制程和挡墙104制程相结合,具体的,在彩膜基板上溅射金属层,形成金属层,紧接着,在金属层上方涂布聚酰亚胺材料,将聚酰亚胺材料进行固化后,通过激光镭射工艺对位于非显示区100内的配向膜层103和公共电极层同时图案化,以在位于非显示区100内的配向膜层103上形成过孔,该方法节省了新的设备成本,有效的解决了因配向膜吸水性导致显示面板易被腐蚀的问题。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见上文其他实施例中的详细描述,此处不再赘述。

Claims (13)
- 一种显示面板,其中,所述显示面板包括非显示区,所述显示面板包括:彩膜基板;配向膜层,形成于所述彩膜基板上;其中,位于所述非显示区内的所述配向膜层设置有挡墙,所述挡墙的透水率低于所述配向膜层的透水率。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,所述显示面板还包括阵列基板和框胶;所述阵列基板与所述彩膜基板相对设置;所述框胶连接所述彩膜基板和所述阵列基板;所述框胶和所述挡墙一体成型。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,所述挡墙包括至少两个间隔分布的子挡墙。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示面板,其中,所述子挡墙的宽度范围为50-200um。
- 一种显示装置,其中,所述显示装置包括显示面板,所述显示面板包括非显示区,所述显示面板包括:彩膜基板;配向膜层,形成于所述彩膜基板上;其中,位于所述非显示区内的所述配向膜层设置有挡墙,所述挡墙的透水率低于所述配向膜层的透水率。
- 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示面板还包括阵列基板和框胶;所述阵列基板与所述彩膜基板相对设置;所述框胶连接所述彩膜基板和所述阵列基板;所述框胶和所述挡墙一体成型。
- 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述挡墙包括至少两个间隔分布的子挡墙。
- 根据权利要求7所述的显示装置,其中,所述子挡墙的宽度范围为50-200um。
- 一种显示面板的制备方法,其中,所述显示面板包括非显示区,所述方法包括:提供彩膜基板;在所述彩膜基板上制备配向膜层;在位于所述非显示区内的所述配向膜层上制备挡墙,所述挡墙的透水率低于所述配向膜层的透水率。
- 根据权利要求9所述的显示面板的制备方法,其中,所述在所述彩膜基板上制备配向膜层,包括:在所述彩膜基板上制备公共电极层;在所述公共电极层上制备配向膜层。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示面板的制备方法,其中,所述在位于所述非显示区内的所述配向膜层上制备挡墙,所述挡墙的透水率低于所述配向膜层的透水率,包括:通过激光镭射工艺对所述配向膜层进行图案化,以在位于所述非显示区内的所述配向膜层上形成过孔;在所述过孔中制备挡墙,所述挡墙的透水率低于所述配向膜层的透水率。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示面板的制备方法,其中,所述通过激光镭射工艺对所述配向膜层进行图案化,以在位于所述非显示区内的所述配向膜层上形成过孔,包括:通过激光镭射工艺对所述配向膜层进行图案化,以在位于所述非显示区内的所述配向膜层上形成沿曲线方向延伸的过孔。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示面板的制备方法,其中,所述通过激光镭射工艺对所述配向膜层进行图案化,包括:通过激光镭射工艺对位于所述非显示区内的所述配向膜层和所述公共电极层同时图案化,以在位于所述非显示区内的所述配向膜层上形成过孔。
