随着柔性显示技术越来越成熟,曲面盖板贴合在柔性显示面板上的要求越来越高。现有的贴合装置难以满足要求,容易造成贴合不良,严重影响贴合质量。
技术问题
本申请提供一种贴合装置及贴合方法,可以解决现有的曲面盖板与柔性显示面板进行贴合时造成贴合不良,严重影响贴合质量的技术问题。
技术解决方案
本申请实施例提供一种贴合装置,其用于将曲面盖板贴合在柔性显示面板上,所述贴合装置包括:
腔体;
承载台,所述承载台设置在所述腔体内,所述承载台上开设有用于供所述曲面盖板安装于其中的凹槽;
抵紧块组件,所述抵紧块组件设置在所述腔体内,所述抵紧块组件用于支撑所述柔性显示面板,并将所述柔性显示面板以预设速度朝向所述曲面盖板贴合;

本申请实施例提供的贴合装置及贴合方法,通过给夹具组件增加旋转功能,抵紧块组件上升压合时,夹具组件同步旋转,夹具组件可持续固定柔性显示面板,防止柔性显示面板的边缘与曲面盖板的边缘在抵紧块组件过早接触,可以避免曲面盖板与柔性显示面板之间产生气泡,进而可以提高贴合质量。

图6为本申请实施例提供的柔性显示面板的曲面盖板贴合方法的第四种操作场景图。
本发明的实施方式
下面详细描述本申请的实施方式,所述实施方式的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施方式是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个所述特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
请参照图1,图1为本申请实施例提供的贴合装置的结构示意图。该贴合装置1000用于将曲面盖板贴合在柔性显示面板上。该贴合装置1000包括:腔体10、承载台20、抵紧块组件30、夹具组件40以及抽真空机构50。
其中,腔体10设置有抽气孔11。抽真空机构50与抽气孔11连接,以用于对腔体10进行抽真空。需要说明的是,抽气孔11的位置在此不做限制,具体可以根据需要进行设置。
在一些实施例中,腔体10包括第一部分101和第二部分102,第一部分101与第二部分102可分离连接。可以理解的,第一部分101为腔体10的上盖,第二部分102为腔体10的底壳,在使用时,可以将第一部分101与第二部分102分离,以将柔性显示面板、曲面盖板放入腔体10内。
其中,承载台20设置在腔体10内。承载台20上开设有用于供曲面盖板安装于其中的凹槽201。可以理解的是,凹槽201内可以设置固定结构,以使得曲面盖板可以固定安装在凹槽201内。比如,凹槽201内可以设置卡扣结构。
其中,抵紧块组件30设置在腔体10内。抵紧块组件30用于支撑柔性显示面板,并将柔性显示面板以预设上升速度朝向曲面盖板贴合。
具体的,抵紧块组件30包括一抵紧块301以及上升驱动机构302。抵紧块301的表面设置有与曲面盖板的内轮廓适配的曲面凸起。上升驱动机构302与抵紧块301连接,上升驱动机构302用于驱动抵紧块301。
在一些实施例中,抵紧块301可以采用弹性材料制成,例如橡胶或者硅胶。上升驱动机构302可以为采用电机驱动的抬升机构,也可以为采用气缸驱动的抬升机构,其均为现有技术中的常用驱动结构,故无需过多描述。
其中,夹具组件40设置在腔体10内。夹具组件40用于夹持所述柔性显示面板,所述夹具组件40包括旋转驱动机构403,并在柔性显示面板以预设速度朝向所述曲面盖板贴合时,所述旋转驱动机构控制所述夹具组件旋转直至所述柔性显示面板与所述曲面盖板完全贴合后与所述柔性显示面板分离。需要说明的是,该预设速度可以根据本领域技术人员的需要进行设置。
也即,可通过旋转驱动机构403,抵紧块组件30上升压合时,夹具组件40同步旋转,夹具组件40可持续固定柔性显示面板,防止柔性显示面板的边缘与曲面盖板的边缘在抵紧块组件30过早接触,可以避免曲面盖板与柔性显示面板之间产生气泡,进而可以提高贴合质量。
具体的,夹具组件40包括第一夹具401、第二夹具402以及旋转驱动机构403。第一夹具401夹持在柔性显示面板的第一侧,第二夹具402夹持在柔性显示面板的第二侧,第一侧与第二侧相对。旋转驱动机构403与第一夹具401以及第二夹具402连接,旋转驱动机构403用于控制第一夹具401以及第二夹具402旋转。旋转驱动机构403可以采用电机实现,例如步进电机。在一些实施例中,第一夹具401的夹持面与第二夹具402的夹持面均设置有防黏层。
在一些实施例中,夹具组件40可以采现有技术中的结构来实现其旋转及脱离,例如三轴驱动机构结合旋转电机。
本申请实施例提供的贴合装置,通过给夹具组件增加旋转功能,抵紧块组件上升压合时,夹具组件同步旋转,夹具组件可持续固定柔性显示面板,防止柔性显示面板的边缘与曲面盖板的边缘在抵紧块组件过早接触,可以避免曲面盖板与柔性显示面板之间产生气泡,进而可以提高贴合质量。
请参照图2,图2为本申请实施例提供的贴合方法的流程示意图。本申请实施例提供的贴合方法采用以上所述的贴合装置进行贴合。该贴合方法包括以下步骤:
S201、将柔性显示面板弯曲预设弧度,并通过夹具组件夹持所述柔性显示面板;
S202、对腔体进行抽真空处理,并将所述柔性显示面板上升至预设贴合位置;
S203、控制抵紧块组件将所述柔性显示面板以预设上升速度朝向所述曲面盖板贴合,并控制所述夹具组件以预设旋转速度旋转直至所述柔性显示面板与所述曲面盖板完全贴合后与所述显示面板分离。
具体的,请同时参照图3-图6,图3为本申请实施例提供的柔性显示面板的曲面盖板贴合方法的第一种操作场景图;图4为本申请实施例提供的柔性显示面板的曲面盖板贴合方法的第二种操作场景图;图5为本申请实施例提供的柔性显示面板的曲面盖板贴合方法的第三种操作场景图;图6为本申请实施例提供的柔性显示面板的曲面盖板贴合方法的第四种操作场景图。
在S201中,将柔性显示面板200弯曲预设弧度,将贴合装置1000的第一夹具401和第二夹具402分别夹在柔性显示面板200的两未被弯曲的相对的侧边上,第一夹具401和第二夹具402可沿着侧边旋转。操作时,先将贴合装置1000的第一部分101打开,其中,该预设弧度曲率小于该贴合装置1000的抵紧块的的曲率。
在S202中,将弯曲后的柔性显示面板200放置在贴合装置1000的抵紧块301上。其中,将柔性显示面板200设置在抵紧块301上后,将第一部分101与第二部分102闭合实现密封。对贴合装置1000的腔体10进行抽真空,并控制抵紧块组件30将柔性显示面板200朝向贴合装置1000的承载台20的凹槽201的方向移动,以将柔性显示面板200上升至预设贴合位置。
在S203中,控制抵紧块组件30以预设上升速度顶升柔性显示面板200,并控制夹具组件40自第一夹具401和第二夹具402的外侧朝向远离凹槽201的方向旋转,在柔性显示面板200完全进入凹后,第一夹具401和第二夹具402脱离柔性显示面板200。
其中,第一夹具401和第二夹具402可以持续固定住柔性显示面板200与曲面盖板100不提前接触,光学黏胶层不会拉胶。柔性显示面板200的上表面贴附一层光学黏胶层。其中,第一夹具401的夹持面和第二夹具402的夹持面均设置有防粘层,以避免第一夹具401以及第二夹具402与光学黏胶层粘接。
其中,第一夹具401和第二夹具402的预设旋转速度与抵紧块301的预设上升速度可通过仿真计算相匹配,通过仿真模拟计算得到具体的值,在贴合操作末端第一夹具401和第二夹具402快速后退以与柔性显示面板200分离,抵紧块301持续向上压合并保压。由于有些显示面板的边缘不与曲面盖板提前接触粘住,气泡通过抵紧块挤压有效排出。
本申请实施例提供的贴合装置及柔性显示面板的曲面盖板贴合方法,通过给夹具增加旋转功能,抵紧块组件上升压合时,夹具同步旋转,夹具可持续固定柔性显示面板,防止柔性显示面板的边缘与曲面盖板的边缘在抵紧块组件过早接触,可以避免曲面盖板与柔性显示面板之间产生气泡,可以提高贴合质量。
虽然本申请已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本申请,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本申请的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本申请的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种贴合装置,其用于将曲面盖板贴合在柔性显示面板上,其中,所述贴合装置包括:
    腔体;
    承载台,所述承载台设置在所述腔体内,所述承载台上开设有用于供所述曲面盖板安装于其中的凹槽;
    抵紧块组件,所述抵紧块组件设置在所述腔体内,所述抵紧块组件用于支撑所述柔性显示面板,并将所述柔性显示面板以预设速度朝向所述曲面盖板贴合;
    夹具组件,所述夹具组件设置在所述腔体内,所述夹具组件用于夹持所述柔性显示面板,所述夹具组件包括旋转驱动机构,并在所述柔性显示面板以预设速度朝向所述曲面盖板贴合时,所述旋转驱动机构控制所述夹具组件旋转直至所述柔性显示面板与所述曲面盖板完全贴合后;
    所述夹具组件包括第一夹具以及第二夹具;所述第一夹具夹持在所述柔性显示面板的第一侧,所述第二夹具夹持在所述柔性显示面板的第二侧,所述第一侧与所述第二侧相对;
    所述抵紧块组件包括一抵紧块,所述抵紧块的表面设置有与所述曲面盖板的内轮廓适配的曲面凸起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的贴合装置,其中,所述旋转驱动机构与所述第一夹具以及所述第二夹具连接,所述旋转驱动机构用于控制所述第一夹具以及所述第二夹具旋转。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的贴合装置,其中,所述第一夹具的夹持面与所述第二夹具的夹持面均设置有防黏层。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的贴合装置,其中,所述抵紧块组件还包括上升驱动机构,所述上升驱动机构与所述抵紧块连接,所述上升驱动机构用于驱动所述抵紧块。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的贴合装置,其中,所述腔体包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分与所述第二部分可分离连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的贴合装置,其中,所述腔体设置有抽气孔;所述贴合装置还包括一抽真空机构,所述抽真空机构与所述抽气孔连接,以用于对所述腔体进行抽真空。
  7. 一种贴合装置,其用于将曲面盖板贴合在柔性显示面板上,其中,所述贴合装置包括:
    腔体;
    承载台,所述承载台设置在所述腔体内,所述承载台上开设有用于供所述曲面盖板安装于其中的凹槽;
    抵紧块组件,所述抵紧块组件设置在所述腔体内,所述抵紧块组件用于支撑所述柔性显示面板,并将所述柔性显示面板以预设速度朝向所述曲面盖板贴合;
    夹具组件,所述夹具组件设置在所述腔体内,所述夹具组件用于夹持所述柔性显示面板,所述夹具组件包括旋转驱动机构,并在所述柔性显示面板以预设速度朝向所述曲面盖板贴合时,所述旋转驱动机构控制所述夹具组件旋转直至所述柔性显示面板与所述曲面盖板完全贴合后。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的贴合装置,其中,所述夹具组件包括第一夹具以及第二夹具;所述第一夹具夹持在所述柔性显示面板的第一侧,所述第二夹具夹持在所述柔性显示面板的第二侧,所述第一侧与所述第二侧相对。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的贴合装置,其中,所述旋转驱动机构与所述第一夹具以及所述第二夹具连接,所述旋转驱动机构用于控制所述第一夹具以及所述第二夹具旋转。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的贴合装置,其中,所述第一夹具的夹持面与所述第二夹具的夹持面均设置有防黏层。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的贴合装置,其中,所述抵紧块组件包括一抵紧块,所述抵紧块的表面设置有与所述曲面盖板的内轮廓适配的曲面凸起。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的贴合装置,其中,所述抵紧块组件还包括上升驱动机构,所述上升驱动机构与所述抵紧块连接,所述上升驱动机构用于驱动所述抵紧块。
  13. 根据权利要求7所述的贴合装置,其中,所述腔体包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分与所述第二部分可分离连接。
  14. 根据权利要求7所述的贴合装置,其中,所述腔体设置有抽气孔;所述贴合装置还包括一抽真空机构,所述抽真空机构与所述抽气孔连接,以用于对所述腔体进行抽真空。
  15. 一种贴合方法,其中,所述贴合方法包括以下步骤:
    将柔性显示面板弯曲预设弧度,并通过夹具组件夹持所述柔性显示面板;
    对腔体进行抽真空处理,并将所述柔性显示面板上升至预设贴合位置;
    控制抵紧块组件将所述柔性显示面板以预设上升速度朝向所述曲面盖板贴合,并控制所述夹具组件以预设旋转速度旋转直至所述柔性显示面板与所述曲面盖板完全贴合后与所述显示面板分离。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的贴合方法,其中,所述预设上升速度与所述预设旋转速度可通过仿真计算相匹配。
