本发明提供了一种柔性面板贴合装置,包括运输机构、真空室、盖板治具以及贴合治具;运输机构用于驱动柔性面板进入或离开真空室;盖板治具用于供待贴合的盖板固定于其上;贴合治具有一朝向盖板治具凸出的曲面状的凸起,用于在当运输机构将柔性面板传输到盖板下方时,贴合治具的凸起将柔性面板朝向盖板的方向顶起。

Description

柔性面板贴合装置及柔性面板贴合方法 技术领域
本发明涉及显示领域,具体涉及一种柔性面板贴合装置及柔性面板贴合方法。
背景技术
背部采用曲面设计的方式大量应用。伴随着可绕OLED技术( OLED:Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)成熟,目前很多手机正面采用曲面设计,同时OLED搭配穿戴设备,使得未来曲面设备的应用空间越来越广泛,而曲面显示设备均需要使用到曲面贴合工艺。
目前,现有的贴合工艺通常有以下几种,这里举两种论述:将柔性面板(本文所有柔性面板的定义为:包括而不限于单一结构的显示面板、单一结构的触控面板、集成触控与显示一体的面板等)定位于模具内,在将玻璃盖板放入治具板并置于模具上方,再完成两者的定位后通过真空贴合机将两者进行贴合,这种贴合方式存在以下缺陷:a、柔性面板、玻璃盖板与治具之间的定位不准;b、贴合后四周弧面部分容易出现压痕、压伤、以及贴合不牢等问题;c、治具板与模具需要对位精度难把控,导致贴合过程中模具会损伤产品;d、贴合时,两治具紧密契合,导致内部排气不畅,造成抽真空时间过长,生产效率低,请容易产生气泡。将硬质的盖板放在对应设计的模具内,柔性的面板通过滚轮的方式沿着盖板贴服,其缺陷在于:a、贴合过程中容易移位,造成贴合偏移;b、对于弯曲半径小或弯曲角度大的产品,该方法完全无法对应。
因此,现有技术存在缺陷,急需改进。
技术问题
本发明实施例的目的是提供一种柔性面板贴合装置及柔性面板贴合方法,具有利于排出贴合过程中产生的气泡的有益效果。
技术解决方案
本发明实施例的目的是提供一种柔性面板贴合装置,包括运输机构、真空室、盖板治具以及贴合治具;
所述运输机构用于驱动该柔性面板进入或离开所述真空室;
所述盖板治具以及所述贴合治具均设置于所述真空室内,所述盖板治具与所述贴合治具相对设置,所述盖板治具用于供待贴合的盖板固定于其上;
所述贴合治具具有一朝向所述盖板治具凸出的曲面状的凸起,用于在当所述运输机构将所述柔性面板传输到所述盖板下方时,所述贴合治具的凸起将所述柔性面板朝向所述盖板的方向顶起,从而使得所述盖板与所述柔性面板贴合;
其中,所述运输机构包括运输组件以及膜材,所述膜材用于供所述柔性面板贴合于其上,所述运输组件用于驱动所述膜材移动;所述真空室设置有抽真空组件,用于在所述柔性面板进入所述真空室后将所述真空室内的空气抽出。
在本发明所述的柔性面板贴合装置中,所述膜材上设置有用于供柔性面板粘接于其上的粘性区域。
在本发明所述的柔性面板贴合装置中,所述粘性区域的粘力为20~3000g/cm2。
在本发明所述的柔性面板贴合装置中,还包括夹具,所述膜材上设置有位于所述粘性区域侧的非粘性区域,所述夹具夹持在所述非粘性区域以将所述膜材拉直。
在本发明所述的柔性面板贴合装置中,所述膜材呈环状。
在本发明所述的柔性面板贴合装置中,所述凸起为柔性凸起。
在本发明所述的柔性面板贴合装置中,所述盖板治具设置有与盖板形状适配的凹槽。
本发明实施例还提供一种柔性面板贴合装置,包括运输机构、真空室、盖板治具以及贴合治具;
所述运输机构用于驱动该柔性面板进入或离开所述真空室;
所述盖板治具以及所述贴合治具均设置于所述真空室内,所述盖板治具与所述贴合治具相对设置,所述盖板治具用于供待贴合的盖板固定于其上;
所述贴合治具具有一朝向所述盖板治具凸出的曲面状的凸起,用于在当所述运输机构将所述柔性面板传输到所述盖板下方时,所述贴合治具的凸起将所述柔性面板朝向所述盖板的方向顶起,从而使得所述盖板与所述柔性面板贴合。
在本发明所述的柔性面板贴合装置中,所述运输机构包括运输组件以及膜材,所述膜材用于供所述柔性面板贴合于其上,所述运输组件用于驱动所述膜材移动。
在本发明所述的柔性面板贴合装置中,所述膜材上设置有用于供柔性面板粘接于其上的粘性区域。
在本发明所述的柔性面板贴合装置中,所述粘性区域的粘力为20~3000g/cm2。
在本发明所述的柔性面板贴合装置中,还包括夹具,所述膜材上设置有位于所述粘性区域侧的非粘性区域,所述夹具夹持在所述非粘性区域以将所述膜材拉直。
在本发明所述的柔性面板贴合装置中,所述真空室设置有抽真空组件,用于在所述柔性面板进入所述真空室后将所述真空室内的空气抽出。
在本发明所述的柔性面板贴合装置中,所述膜材呈环状。
在本发明所述的柔性面板贴合装置中,所述凸起为柔性凸起。
在本发明所述的柔性面板贴合装置中,所述盖板治具设置有与盖板形状适配的凹槽。
一种柔性面板贴合方法,采用上述所述的柔性面板贴合装置,所述方法包括以下步骤:
将盖板放在该盖板治具上并固定;
柔性面板贴合在运输机构的膜材上,以及撕除柔性面板表面的保护膜;
通过运输机构的运输组件转动膜材,将柔性面板移至真空室内;
拉直膜材上的设置有柔性面板的区域使得柔性面板悬空置于真空室内;
抽出该真空室内的空气;
贴合治具的凸起将所述柔性面板朝向所述盖板的方向顶起,从而使得所述盖板与所述柔性面板贴合。
有益效果
由上可知,本发明通过贴合治具将柔性面板与固定在盖板治具上的盖板贴合,由于该贴合治具设置的凸起便于排出贴合过程中产生的气泡。

请参阅图1,图1是本发明一些实施例中的柔性面板贴合装置,用于将柔性面板100与盖板200贴合。其中,该柔性面板100为液晶显示面板或者OLED显示面板。该盖板200为曲面的玻璃盖板,该装置包括运输机构10、真空室20、盖板治具30以及贴合治具40。
其中,该运输机构10用于驱动柔性面板100进入或离开该真空室20。其中,该盖板治具30以及贴合治具40均设置于该真空室20内,该盖板治具30与贴合治具40相对设置且间隔预定距离,该盖板治具30用于供待贴合的盖板200固定于其上;该贴合治具40具有一朝向盖板治具30凸出的曲面状的凸起41,用于在当运输机构10将柔性面板100传输到盖板200下方时,该贴合治具40的凸起41将柔性面板100朝向盖板200的方向顶起,从而使得盖板200与柔性面板100贴合。
在一些实施例中,该运输机构10包括运输组件以及膜材11,运输组件用于驱动该膜材11移动。该运输组件可以为马达驱动的。该膜材11大致呈环状。该膜材11用于供柔性面板100贴合于其上。该膜材11可循环使用,其上设置有粘性区域以及非粘性区域。其中,该粘性区域具有粘性,粘性区域用于供柔性面板粘接于其上,该粘性区域设置有粘性材料层,以具有粘性。粘性区域的粘力为20~3000g/cm2。该非粘性区域位于粘性区域两侧。
该柔性面板贴合装置还包括夹具50,夹具50夹持在该非粘性区域,夹具50夹持在非粘性区域以将该该非粘性区域之间的粘性区域的膜材11拉直。
在一些实施例中,该真空室20设置有抽真空组件,用于在柔性面板进入真空室20后将真空室20内的空气抽出。
在一些实施例中,该贴合治具40包括本体42以及设置于本体42上的凸起41。凸起41为柔性凸起。该凸起41可以采用硅胶或者橡胶制成。该本体42与该凸起为一体结构。可以理解地,还可以包括一驱动机构,该驱动机构用于驱动该贴合治具40朝向该盖板治具30移动,以完成柔性面板100与盖板200的贴合,并在贴合完成后驱动该贴合治具40复位。
在一些实施例中,该盖板治具30设置有与盖板200形状适配的凹槽。
由上可知,本发明通过贴合治具将柔性面板与固定在盖板治具上的盖板贴合,由于该贴合治具设置的凸起便于排出贴合过程中产生的气泡。
请同时参照图2,图2是本发明一些实施例中的柔性面板贴合方法的流程图,其采用上述实施例中的柔性面板贴合装置,该方法包括以下步骤:
S101、将盖板放在该盖板治具上并固定。
其中,可以采用真空吸附的方式将该盖板200吸附在该盖板治具30上。该盖板治具30上设置有与盖板200的形状适配的凹槽。
S102、柔性面板贴合在运输机构的膜材上,以及撕除柔性面板表面的保护膜。
其中,对柔性面板100的位置进行设置并对位,然后去除柔性面板100表面的保护膜。该膜材11大致呈环状。该膜材11用于供柔性面板100贴合于其上。该膜材11可循环使用,其上设置有粘性区域以及非粘性区域。其中,该粘性区域具有粘性,粘性区域用于供柔性面板粘接于其上,该粘性区域设置有粘性材料层,以具有粘性。粘性区域的粘力为20~3000g/cm2。该非粘性区域位于粘性区域两侧。
S103、通过运输机构的运输组件转动膜材,将柔性面板移至真空室内。
其中,该膜材11为循环膜材,在真空室20外完成将柔性面板100贴到该膜材11上之后,将柔性面板100运输到真空室20内。
S104、拉直膜材上的设置有柔性面板的区域使得柔性面板悬空置于真空室内。其中,通过在膜材11的非粘性区域设置夹具来将该膜材的粘性区域拉直。
S105、抽出该真空室内的空气;采用抽真空组件来抽出该真空室内的空气。
S106、贴合治具的凸起将所述柔性面板朝向所述盖板的方向顶起,从而使得所述盖板与所述柔性面板贴合。其中,通过驱动机构驱动该贴合治具朝向该盖板治具30的方向移动。贴合后,盖板200及柔性面板100的组合随膜材移出真空室20,并从膜材上取下。该贴合治具40包括本体42以及设置于本体42上的凸起41。凸起41为柔性凸起。该凸起41可以采用硅胶或者橡胶制成。该本体42与该凸起为一体结构。可以理解地,还可以包括一驱动机构,该驱动机构用于驱动该贴合治具40朝向该盖板治具30移动,以完成柔性面板100与盖板200的贴合,并在贴合完成后驱动该贴合治具40复位。
由上可知,本发明通过贴合治具将柔性面板与固定在盖板治具上的盖板贴合,由于该贴合治具设置的凸起便于排出贴合过程中产生的气泡。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种柔性面板贴合装置,其包括运输机构、真空室、盖板治具以及贴合治具;
    所述运输机构用于驱动该柔性面板进入或离开所述真空室;
    所述盖板治具以及所述贴合治具均设置于所述真空室内,所述盖板治具与所述贴合治具相对设置,所述盖板治具用于供待贴合的盖板固定于其上;
    所述贴合治具具有一朝向所述盖板治具凸出的曲面状的凸起,用于在当所述运输机构将所述柔性面板传输到所述盖板下方时,所述贴合治具的凸起将所述柔性面板朝向所述盖板的方向顶起,从而使得所述盖板与所述柔性面板贴合;
    其中,所述运输机构包括运输组件以及膜材,所述膜材用于供所述柔性面板贴合于其上,所述运输组件用于驱动所述膜材移动;所述真空室设置有抽真空组件,用于在所述柔性面板进入所述真空室后将所述真空室内的空气抽出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性面板贴合装置,其中,所述膜材上设置有用于供柔性面板粘接于其上的粘性区域。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的柔性面板贴合装置,其中,所述粘性区域的粘力为20~3000g/cm2。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的柔性面板贴合装置,其中,还包括夹具,所述膜材上设置有位于所述粘性区域侧的非粘性区域,所述夹具夹持在所述非粘性区域以将所述膜材拉直。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性面板贴合装置,其中,所述膜材呈环状。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性面板贴合装置,其中,所述凸起为柔性凸起。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性面板贴合装置,其中,所述盖板治具设置有与盖板形状适配的凹槽。
  8. 一种柔性面板贴合装置,其包括运输机构、真空室、盖板治具以及贴合治具;
    所述运输机构用于驱动该柔性面板进入或离开所述真空室;
    所述盖板治具以及所述贴合治具均设置于所述真空室内,所述盖板治具与所述贴合治具相对设置,所述盖板治具用于供待贴合的盖板固定于其上;
    所述贴合治具具有一朝向所述盖板治具凸出的曲面状的凸起,用于在当所述运输机构将所述柔性面板传输到所述盖板下方时,所述贴合治具的凸起将所述柔性面板朝向所述盖板的方向顶起,从而使得所述盖板与所述柔性面板贴合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的柔性面板贴合装置,其中,所述运输机构包括运输组件以及膜材,所述膜材用于供所述柔性面板贴合于其上,所述运输组件用于驱动所述膜材移动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的柔性面板贴合装置,其中,所述膜材上设置有用于供柔性面板粘接于其上的粘性区域。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的柔性面板贴合装置,其中,所述粘性区域的粘力为20~3000g/cm2。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的柔性面板贴合装置,其中,还包括夹具,所述膜材上设置有位于所述粘性区域侧的非粘性区域,所述夹具夹持在所述非粘性区域以将所述膜材拉直。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的柔性面板贴合装置,其中,所述真空室设置有抽真空组件,用于在所述柔性面板进入所述真空室后将所述真空室内的空气抽出。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的柔性面板贴合装置,其中,所述膜材呈环状。
  15. 根据权利要求8所述的柔性面板贴合装置,其中,所述凸起为柔性凸起。
  16. 根据权利要求8所述的柔性面板贴合装置,其中,所述盖板治具设置有与盖板形状适配的凹槽。
  17. 一种柔性面板贴合方法,其特包括以下步骤:
    将盖板放在该盖板治具上并固定;
    柔性面板贴合在运输机构的膜材上,以及撕除柔性面板表面的保护膜;
    通过运输机构的运输组件转动膜材,将柔性面板移至真空室内;
    拉直膜材上的设置有柔性面板的区域使得柔性面板悬空置于真空室内;
    抽出该真空室内的空气;
    贴合治具的凸起将所述柔性面板朝向所述盖板的方向顶起,从而使得所述盖板与所述柔性面板贴合。
