本発明は、金属-ゴム複合体、コンベヤベルト、ホース、ゴムクローラ及びタイヤに関するものである。
一般に、コンベヤベルト、ホース、ゴムクローラ及びタイヤ等の強度が要求されるゴム物品には、ゴムを補強して強度及び耐久性を向上させる目的で、金属部材とゴムとの複合体(以下、「金属-ゴム複合体」と呼ぶ。)が用いられている。かかる金属-ゴム複合体が長期間にわたって高い強度及び耐久性を発揮するためには、金属とゴムとを強力に接着することが必要である。
従来、前記金属とゴムとを直接加硫接着させるために、ゴム側には、接着促進剤が配合されており、該接着促進剤としては、ステアリン酸コバルトや、バーサチック酸コバルト等の有機酸コバルト塩が汎用されている。
しかしながら、有機酸コバルト塩の毒性が懸念されており、コバルト塩を含有しないゴムの開発が求められている。かかる要請に対して、下記特許文献1には、特定の金属塩からなるゴムと金属との接着促進剤が開示されている。
従来、前記金属とゴムとを直接加硫接着させるために、ゴム側には、接着促進剤が配合されており、該接着促進剤としては、ステアリン酸コバルトや、バーサチック酸コバルト等の有機酸コバルト塩が汎用されている。
しかしながら、有機酸コバルト塩の毒性が懸念されており、コバルト塩を含有しないゴムの開発が求められている。かかる要請に対して、下記特許文献1には、特定の金属塩からなるゴムと金属との接着促進剤が開示されている。
しかしながら、本発明者らが検討したところ、上記特許文献1に記載の接着促進剤は、金属とゴムとの間の接着を促進する効果が必ずしも十分でなく、コバルト塩を使用せずに、金属とゴムとの間の接着性を更に向上させる必要がある。
そこで、本発明は、上記従来技術の問題を解決し、金属とゴムとの間の接着性を向上させた金属-ゴム複合体を提供することを課題とする。
また、本発明は、かかる金属-ゴム複合体を具え、優れた耐久性を有する、コンベヤベルト、ホース、ゴムクローラ及びタイヤを提供することを更なる課題とする。
また、本発明は、かかる金属-ゴム複合体を具え、優れた耐久性を有する、コンベヤベルト、ホース、ゴムクローラ及びタイヤを提供することを更なる課題とする。
上記課題を解決する本発明の要旨構成は、以下の通りである。
本発明の金属-ゴム複合体は、金属と、該金属に少なくとも一部が接着しているゴムと、を具える金属-ゴム複合体であって、
前記金属と前記ゴムとの接着界面からゴム側に100nm以内の領域の、ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム及びニッケルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属元素の合計濃度(C1)と、前記金属と前記ゴムとの接着界面からゴム側に向かって100nm~200nmの領域の、ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム及びニッケルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属元素の合計濃度(C2)と、の比(C1/C2)が7.0以上であることを特徴とする。
かかる本発明の金属-ゴム複合体は、金属とゴムとの間の接着性が高い。
前記金属と前記ゴムとの接着界面からゴム側に100nm以内の領域の、ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム及びニッケルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属元素の合計濃度(C1)と、前記金属と前記ゴムとの接着界面からゴム側に向かって100nm~200nmの領域の、ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム及びニッケルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属元素の合計濃度(C2)と、の比(C1/C2)が7.0以上であることを特徴とする。
かかる本発明の金属-ゴム複合体は、金属とゴムとの間の接着性が高い。
本発明の金属-ゴム複合体の好適例においては、前記ゴムが、ゴム成分100質量部に対して0.01~10質量部の硫黄を含むゴム組成物からなる。この場合、強固な接着層を形成して、良好な接着性を発揮できる。
本発明の金属-ゴム複合体の他の好適例においては、前記ゴムが、ゴム成分100質量部に対して2質量部以上のシリカを含むゴム組成物からなる。この場合、金属とゴムとの間の接着性が更に向上する。
本発明の金属-ゴム複合体の他の好適例においては、前記ゴムが、ゴム成分100質量部に対して1質量部以上のレゾルシンを含むゴム組成物からなる。この場合も、金属とゴムとの間の接着性が更に向上する。
本発明の金属-ゴム複合体において、前記ゴムは、炭素数が2~25であり、金属種がビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム又はニッケルであるカルボン酸の金属塩(1)、及び下記一般式(A):

のいずれかの構造であり、Mは、ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム又はニッケルであり、(RCOO)は、それぞれ独立して炭素数2~25の脂肪族カルボン酸残基であり、xは、(Mの価数-1)の整数である]で表される化合物(2)からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含有することが好ましい。この場合、金属とゴムとの間の接着性が更に向上する。

ここで、前記ゴム組成物は、前記カルボン酸の金属塩(1)を含有し、該カルボン酸の金属塩(1)中の金属種がビスマス又は銅であることが好ましい。この場合、湿熱条件下においても金属とゴムとの接着が良好となる。
また、前記ゴム組成物は、前記カルボン酸の金属塩(1)を含有し、該カルボン酸の金属塩(1)におけるカルボン酸が、脂肪族モノカルボン酸又は脂肪族ジカルボン酸であることも好ましい。この場合、原料の入手が容易である。
また、前記カルボン酸の金属塩(1)におけるカルボン酸が、炭素数2~20の飽和の脂肪族モノカルボン酸であることが更に好ましい。この場合、カルボン酸の金属塩(1)がゴム成分の硫黄架橋に影響を及ぼし難く、ゴム物性への悪影響が少ないゴム硬化物が得られる。
また、前記カルボン酸の金属塩(1)におけるカルボン酸が、2-エチルヘキサン酸、ネオデカン酸、ヘキサデカン酸又はオクタデカン酸であることがより一層好ましい。この場合、カルボン酸の金属塩(1)がゴム成分の硫黄架橋に影響を更に及ぼし難く、ゴム物性への悪影響が更に少ないゴム硬化物が得られる。
また、前記ゴム組成物は、前記化合物(2)を含有し、該化合物(2)中のMがビスマス又は銅であることも好ましい。この場合、湿熱条件下においても金属とゴムとの接着が良好となる。
また、前記ゴム組成物は、前記化合物(2)を含有し、該化合物(2)中のZが前記式(z-1)で表される構造であることも好ましい。この場合、金属とゴムとの間の接着力が更に高くなる。
また、前記ゴム組成物は、前記化合物(2)を含有し、該化合物(2)における(RCOO)が、炭素数2~20の飽和の脂肪族モノカルボン酸の残基であることも好ましい。この場合、化合物(2)がゴム成分を架橋せず、金属近傍への化合物(2)の分散又は金属表面への化合物(2)の吸着をより進行させ、金属とゴムとの接着を促進する効果をより発現できる。
また、前記化合物(2)における(RCOO)が、2-エチルヘキサン酸の残基、ネオデカン酸の残基、ヘキサデカン酸の残基又はオクタデカン酸の残基であることが更に好ましい。この場合、化合物(2)がゴム成分を架橋せず、金属近傍への化合物(2)の分散又は金属表面への化合物(2)の吸着をより一層進行させ、金属とゴムとの接着を促進する効果をより一層発現できる。
本発明の金属-ゴム複合体の他の好適例においては、前記金属に亜鉛メッキが施されている。この場合、金属とゴムとの間の接着性が更に向上する。
また、本発明のコンベヤベルトは、上記に記載の金属-ゴム複合体を具えることを特徴とする。かかる本発明のコンベヤベルトは、優れた耐久性を有する。
また、本発明のホースは、上記に記載の金属-ゴム複合体を具えることを特徴とする。かかる本発明のホースは、優れた耐久性を有する。
また、本発明のゴムクローラは、上記に記載の金属-ゴム複合体を具えることを特徴とする。かかる本発明のゴムクローラは、優れた耐久性を有する。
また、本発明のタイヤは、上記に記載の金属-ゴム複合体を具えることを特徴とする。かかる本発明のタイヤは、優れた耐久性を有する。
本発明によれば、金属とゴムとの間の接着性を向上させた金属-ゴム複合体を提供することができる。
また、本発明によれば、かかる金属-ゴム複合体を具え、優れた耐久性を有する、コンベヤベルト、ホース、ゴムクローラ及びタイヤを提供することができる。

以下に、本発明の金属-ゴム複合体、コンベヤベルト、ホース、ゴムクローラ及びタイヤを、その実施形態に基づき、図面を参照しながら、詳細に例示説明する。
<金属-ゴム複合体>
図1は、本発明の金属-ゴム複合体の、金属とゴムとの接着界面の一例を模式的に示した断面図である。
図1に示す金属-ゴム複合体10は、金属1と、該金属1に少なくとも一部が接着しているゴム2と、を具える。
ここで、金属1とゴム2との接着界面AIからゴム側に100nm以内の領域B1の、ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム及びニッケルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属元素の合計濃度(C1)と、金属1とゴム2との接着界面AIからゴム側に向かって100nm~200nmの領域B2の、ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム及びニッケルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属元素の合計濃度(C2)と、の比(C1/C2)は、7.0以上であり、9.0以上であることが好ましい。
前記金属元素の合計濃度の比(C1/C2)が7.0以上であることは、金属1とゴム2との接着界面AIのゴム2側の近傍に、前記金属元素が濃縮されていることを意味し、接着界面AIのゴム2側の近傍に前記金属元素が濃縮されていることで、金属1とゴム2との間の接着性が向上し、安定した接着品質が得られる。また、前記金属元素の合計濃度の比(C1/C2)が9.0以上の場合、金属1とゴム2との間の接着性が更に向上する。
図1は、本発明の金属-ゴム複合体の、金属とゴムとの接着界面の一例を模式的に示した断面図である。
図1に示す金属-ゴム複合体10は、金属1と、該金属1に少なくとも一部が接着しているゴム2と、を具える。
ここで、金属1とゴム2との接着界面AIからゴム側に100nm以内の領域B1の、ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム及びニッケルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属元素の合計濃度(C1)と、金属1とゴム2との接着界面AIからゴム側に向かって100nm~200nmの領域B2の、ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム及びニッケルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属元素の合計濃度(C2)と、の比(C1/C2)は、7.0以上であり、9.0以上であることが好ましい。
前記金属元素の合計濃度の比(C1/C2)が7.0以上であることは、金属1とゴム2との接着界面AIのゴム2側の近傍に、前記金属元素が濃縮されていることを意味し、接着界面AIのゴム2側の近傍に前記金属元素が濃縮されていることで、金属1とゴム2との間の接着性が向上し、安定した接着品質が得られる。また、前記金属元素の合計濃度の比(C1/C2)が9.0以上の場合、金属1とゴム2との間の接着性が更に向上する。
なお、前記金属元素の合計濃度の比(C1/C2)の上限は、特に限定されるものではなく、前記領域B2の前記金属元素の合計濃度(C2)は0でもよいが、前記金属元素の合計濃度の比(C1/C2)は、通常は100以下である。
前記金属1とゴム2との接着界面AIのゴム2側の近傍(前記領域B1)は、ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム及びニッケルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属元素を含み、また、前記領域B2は、通常は、ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム及びニッケルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属元素を含む。なお、前記領域B1及び領域B2は、ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ及びモリブデンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属元素を含むことが好ましい。前記領域B1及び領域B2は、前記金属元素を1種のみ含んでもよいし、2種以上含んでもよい。
なお、金属1とゴム2との接着界面AIからゴム側に100nm以内(即ち、接着界面AIからゴム側に向かって0~100nm)の領域B1の、前記金属元素の合計濃度(C1)と、金属1とゴム2との接着界面AIからゴム側に向かって100nm~200nmの領域B2の、前記金属元素の合計濃度(C2)と、の比(C1/C2)は、後述する実施例に記載のように、透過型電子顕微鏡(TEM)により測定する。また、接着界面AIから領域B1及び領域B2の両端までの距離は、最短距離である。
前記金属-ゴム複合体10の金属(金属部材)1は、金属-ゴム複合体10の補強材としての役割を担い、金属-ゴム複合体を具えるゴム物品の強度を向上させる。該金属1は、特に限定されるものではなく、種々の形状をとることができる。本発明の一実施態様においては、前記金属1は、金属コードである。該金属コードとしては、金属ワイヤー(金属鋼線)を複数本撚り合わせてなるもの、又は金属ワイヤーの単線からなるものが好ましい。また、該金属ワイヤーは、特に限定されないが、例えば、鉄、鋼(ステンレス鋼)、鉛、アルミニウム、銅、黄銅、青銅、モネル金属合金、ニッケル、亜鉛等の線材が挙げられる。なお、本発明の好適実施態様においては、前記金属1は、スチールコードである。金属1がスチールコードの場合、所望の形状に変形させ易く、金属-ゴム複合体10の生産性に優れる。
前記金属1は、その表面に、メッキが施されていることが好ましい。ここで、メッキとしては、特に限定されないが、金属1とゴム2との接着性の観点から、例えば、亜鉛メッキ、銅メッキ、ブラス(真鍮)メッキ等が挙げられ、これらの中でも、亜鉛メッキが好ましい。金属1に亜鉛メッキが施されている場合、金属1とゴム2との間の接着性が更に向上する。なお、金属1にメッキが施されている場合には、該メッキ層も金属に含まれ、金属1とゴム2との接着界面AIとは、メッキ層とゴム2との界面を指すものとする。
前記金属-ゴム複合体10のゴム(複合体のゴム部分)2には、ゴム成分に対して、種々の配合剤を配合したゴム組成物を適用することができる。
前記ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物のゴム成分としては、例えば、ジエン系ゴムを用いることができる。該ジエン系ゴムとしては、例えば、天然ゴム(NR)、ジエン系合成ゴム等が挙げられる。ジエン系合成ゴムとしては、例えば、イソプレンゴム(IR)、ブタジエンゴム(BR)、スチレン-ブタジエン共重合体ゴム(SBR)、スチレン-イソプレン-ブタジエンゴム(SIBR)、エチレン-プロピレン-ジエンゴム(EPDM)、クロロプレンゴム(CR)、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエン共重合体ゴム(NBR)等が挙げられる。これらゴム成分の中でも、伸長結晶化し易く、破壊特性に優れる観点から、天然ゴム(NR)が好ましい。これらゴム成分は、1種単独でも、2種以上をブレンドして使用してもよい。また、金属-ゴム複合体10の破壊特性の観点から、ゴム成分として、天然ゴム(NR)とスチレン-ブタジエン共重合体ゴム(SBR)とを併用することが好ましい。
前記ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物は、炭素数が2~25であり、金属種がビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム又はニッケルであるカルボン酸の金属塩(1)、及び下記一般式(A):

前記カルボン酸の金属塩(1)は、炭素数2~25の脂肪族カルボン酸の金属塩であることが好ましい。ここで、金属種は、ビスマス(Bi)、銅(Cu)、アンチモン(Sb)、銀(Ag)、ニオブ(Nb)、モリブデン(Mo)、ジルコニウム(Zr)又はニッケル(Ni)である。これら金属種の中でも、湿熱条件下においても金属1とゴム2との接着が良好となる観点から、ビスマス、銅、アンチモン及び銀が好ましく、ビスマス及び銅がより好ましい。
また、カルボン酸として、炭素数が2以上の脂肪族カルボン酸を用いた場合、カルボン酸金属塩(1)のゴム成分との相溶性が向上し、その結果として、金属1とゴム2との間の接着力が向上する。また、カルボン酸として、炭素数が25以下の脂肪族カルボン酸を用いた場合、カルボン酸金属塩(1)の合成が容易である。
前記炭素数2~25の脂肪族カルボン酸としては、例えば、脂肪族モノカルボン酸、脂肪族ジカルボン酸が好ましい。ここで、カルボン酸(脂肪族カルボン酸)の炭素数とは、カルボキシル基の炭素原子数を含めた数を言う。
前記炭素数2~25の脂肪族カルボン酸としては、例えば、飽和の脂肪族モノカルボン酸、不飽和の脂肪族モノカルボン酸等が挙げられる。
前記飽和の脂肪族モノカルボン酸としては、例えば、エタン酸、プロパン酸、ブタン酸、ペンタン酸、ヘキサン酸、2-エチルヘキサン酸、ヘプタン酸、オクタン酸、ノナン酸、イソノナン酸、デカン酸、ネオデカン酸、ドデカン酸、テトラデカン酸、ヘキサデカン酸、ヘプタデカン酸、オクタデカン酸、エイコサン酸、ドコサン酸、テトラコサン酸、ナフテン酸等が挙げられる。
また、前記不飽和の脂肪族モノカルボン酸としては、例えば、9-ヘキサデセン酸、cis-9-オクタデセン酸、11-オクタデセン酸、cis,cis-9,12-オクタデカジエン酸、9,12,15-オクタデカトリエン酸、6,9,12-オクタデカトリエン酸、9,11,13-オクタデカトリエン酸、エイコサン酸、8,11-エイコサジエン酸、5,8,11-エイコサトリエン酸、5,8,11,14-エイコサテトラエン酸、桐油脂肪酸、アマニ脂肪油酸、大豆油脂肪酸、トール油脂肪酸、樹脂酸、ロジン酸、アビエチン酸、ネオアビエチン酸、パラストリン酸、ピマール酸、デヒドロアビエチン酸等が挙げられる。
前記飽和の脂肪族モノカルボン酸としては、例えば、エタン酸、プロパン酸、ブタン酸、ペンタン酸、ヘキサン酸、2-エチルヘキサン酸、ヘプタン酸、オクタン酸、ノナン酸、イソノナン酸、デカン酸、ネオデカン酸、ドデカン酸、テトラデカン酸、ヘキサデカン酸、ヘプタデカン酸、オクタデカン酸、エイコサン酸、ドコサン酸、テトラコサン酸、ナフテン酸等が挙げられる。
また、前記不飽和の脂肪族モノカルボン酸としては、例えば、9-ヘキサデセン酸、cis-9-オクタデセン酸、11-オクタデセン酸、cis,cis-9,12-オクタデカジエン酸、9,12,15-オクタデカトリエン酸、6,9,12-オクタデカトリエン酸、9,11,13-オクタデカトリエン酸、エイコサン酸、8,11-エイコサジエン酸、5,8,11-エイコサトリエン酸、5,8,11,14-エイコサテトラエン酸、桐油脂肪酸、アマニ脂肪油酸、大豆油脂肪酸、トール油脂肪酸、樹脂酸、ロジン酸、アビエチン酸、ネオアビエチン酸、パラストリン酸、ピマール酸、デヒドロアビエチン酸等が挙げられる。
前記炭素数2~25の脂肪族ジカルボン酸としては、例えば、飽和の脂肪族ジカルボン酸、不飽和の脂肪族ジカルボン酸等が挙げられる。
前記飽和の脂肪族ジカルボン酸としては、例えば、シュウ酸、マロン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸等が挙げられる。
また、前記不飽和の脂肪族ジカルボン酸としては、例えば、フマル酸、マレイン酸等が挙げられる。
前記飽和の脂肪族ジカルボン酸としては、例えば、シュウ酸、マロン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸等が挙げられる。
また、前記不飽和の脂肪族ジカルボン酸としては、例えば、フマル酸、マレイン酸等が挙げられる。
前記カルボン酸の中でも、ゴム成分の硫黄架橋に影響を及ぼし難く、コンベヤベルト、ホース、ゴムクローラ、タイヤ等に使用するのに適した、ゴム物性への悪影響が少ないゴム硬化物が得られることから、飽和の脂肪族モノカルボン酸が好ましい。また、飽和の脂肪族モノカルボン酸の中でも、炭素数2~20の飽和の脂肪族モノカルボン酸が好ましく、2-エチルヘキサン酸、ネオデカン酸、ヘキサデカン酸及びオクタデカン酸がより好ましく、2-エチルヘキサン酸が特に好ましい。
前記カルボン酸の金属塩(1)は、例えば、国際公開第2016/039375号に記載のような、炭素数2~25の脂肪族カルボン酸(a)と、金属(ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム、ニッケル)の酸化物(b-1)、金属(ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム、ニッケル)の水酸化物(b-2)及び金属(ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム、ニッケル)の炭酸塩(b-3)から選ばれる一種以上と、を直接反応させて製造する方法(直接法)や、炭素数2~25の脂肪族カルボン酸(a)と水酸化ナトリウムを水の存在下で反応させて脂肪族カルボン酸のナトリウム塩を得た後、該脂肪族カルボン酸のナトリウム塩と、金属(ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム、ニッケルの金属塩)の硫酸塩(c-1)、金属(ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム、ニッケル)の塩化物(c-2)及び金属(ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム、ニッケル)の硝酸塩(c-3)から選ばれる一種以上と、を反応させて製造する方法(複分解法)により得ることができる。
上記一般式(A)中の(RCOO)は、炭素数2~25の脂肪族カルボン酸の残基である。炭素数が2以上の脂肪族カルボン酸の残基の場合、化合物(2)のゴム成分との相溶性が向上し、その結果として、金属1とゴム2との間の接着力が向上する。また、炭素数が25以下のカルボン酸の残基の場合、化合物(2)の合成が容易であることに加えて、化合物(2)のゴム成分中での分散性や化合物(2)の金属表面への吸着性が向上して、金属1とゴム2との間の接着力を向上させる効果が大きくなる。ここで、(RCOO)の炭素数とは、カルボキシル基の炭素原子数を含めた数を言う。
前記炭素数2~25の脂肪族モノカルボン酸の残基としては、脂肪族モノカルボン酸の残基が好ましい。該脂肪族モノカルボン酸の残基としては、前記の脂肪族モノカルボン酸由来の残基を好ましく例示できる。
前記脂肪族カルボン酸の残基の中でも、化合物(2)がゴム成分を架橋せず、金属近傍への化合物(2)の分散又は金属表面への化合物(2)の吸着をより進行させ、金属1とゴム2との接着を促進する効果をより発現できることから、飽和の脂肪族モノカルボン酸の残基が好ましい。また、飽和の脂肪族モノカルボン酸の残基の中でも、炭素数2~20の飽和の脂肪族モノカルボン酸の残基が好ましく、2-エチルヘキサン酸の残基、ネオデカン酸の残基、ヘキサデカン酸の残基及びオクタデカン酸の残基がより好ましい。
上記一般式(A)中のMは、金属種であり、具体的には、ビスマス(Bi)、銅(Cu)、アンチモン(Sb)、銀(Ag)、ニオブ(Nb)、モリブデン(Mo)、ジルコニウム(Zr)又はニッケル(Ni)である。これら金属種の中でも、湿熱条件下においても金属1とゴム2との接着が良好となる観点から、ビスマス、銅、アンチモン及び銀が好まく、ビスマス及び銅がより好ましい。
また、上記一般式(A)中のxは、(Mの価数-1)の整数である。
上記一般式(A)中のZは、上記式(z-1)~式(z-4)から選ばれる構造である。上記構造の中でも、金属1とゴム2との間の接着力が更に高くなることから、上記式(z-1)で表される構造が好ましい。
上記一般式(A)で表される化合物(2)は、例えば、国際公開第2016/039375号に記載のような、炭素数2~25の脂肪族カルボン酸(a)と、炭素数1~5の低級アルコールのホウ酸エステル(d-1)、炭素数1~5の低級アルコールのメタホウ酸エステル(d-2)、炭素数1~5の低級アルコールのリン酸エステル(d-3)又は炭素数1~5の低級アルコールの亜リン酸エステル(d-4)と、該エステル(d-1)~(d-4)中に存在している炭素数1~5の低級アルコール残基との揮発性エステルを生成可能な酸(e)と、金属源である金属化合物M(f)と、を混合、加熱し、得られる揮発性エステルを除去する方法により製造することができる。
前記カルボン酸の金属塩(1)及び上記一般式(A)で表される化合物(2)の中でも、金属1とゴム2との接着性の観点から、2-エチルヘキサン酸ニッケル及び2-エチルヘキサン酸ビスマスが特に好ましい。
前記ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物中の、前記カルボン酸の金属塩(1)及び上記一般式(A)で表される化合物(2)からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の合計含有量は、ゴム成分100質量部に対して0.01~20質量部が好ましく、1~15質量部が更に好ましく、5~10質量部がより一層好ましい。
また、前記ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物中の、ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム及びニッケルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属元素の合計含有量は、ゴム成分100質量部に対して0.5質量部以上が好ましく、1.4質量部以上がより好ましく、また、3質量部以下が好ましく、2.8質量部以下がより好ましい。前記金属元素の合計含有量が、0.5質量部以上の場合、金属1とゴム2との間の接着性が更に向上し、また、3質量部以下の場合、ゴム成分の架橋反応への影響が小さく、ゴム2が劣化し難い。
また、前記ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物中の、ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム及びニッケルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属元素の合計含有量は、ゴム成分100質量部に対して0.5質量部以上が好ましく、1.4質量部以上がより好ましく、また、3質量部以下が好ましく、2.8質量部以下がより好ましい。前記金属元素の合計含有量が、0.5質量部以上の場合、金属1とゴム2との間の接着性が更に向上し、また、3質量部以下の場合、ゴム成分の架橋反応への影響が小さく、ゴム2が劣化し難い。
前記金属1とゴム2との接着界面AIのゴム2側の近傍に前記金属元素を濃縮する方法としては、ゴム2に使用するゴム組成物に、シリカ、レゾルシン、塩素化パラフィン等を配合することが有効である。
また、前記ゴム2に使用するゴム組成物に、前記カルボン酸の金属塩(1)や前記化合物(2)を配合する場合、金属元素の種類や、カルボン酸の種類を適宜選択することでも、金属1とゴム2との接着界面AIのゴム2側の近傍に、前記金属元素を濃縮することができる。ここで、金属元素としては、ニッケルが好ましく、カルボン酸としては、オクチル酸が好ましい。
また、ゴム2の加硫条件(温度、時間等)を調整することでも、前記金属1とゴム2との接着界面AIのゴム2側の近傍に前記金属元素を濃縮できる。
また、前記ゴム2に使用するゴム組成物に、前記カルボン酸の金属塩(1)や前記化合物(2)を配合する場合、金属元素の種類や、カルボン酸の種類を適宜選択することでも、金属1とゴム2との接着界面AIのゴム2側の近傍に、前記金属元素を濃縮することができる。ここで、金属元素としては、ニッケルが好ましく、カルボン酸としては、オクチル酸が好ましい。
また、ゴム2の加硫条件(温度、時間等)を調整することでも、前記金属1とゴム2との接着界面AIのゴム2側の近傍に前記金属元素を濃縮できる。
前記ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物は、前記ゴム成分100質量部に対して2質量部以上のシリカを含むことが好ましく、5質量部以上のシリカを含むことが更に好ましい。ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物がシリカを2質量部以上含む場合、金属1とゴム2との間の接着性が更に向上する。
また、前記ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物において、シリカの含有量は、生産性の観点からは、ゴム成分100質量部に対して、50質量部以下が好ましく、40質量部以下が更に好ましく、20質量部以下がより一層好ましく、15質量部以下が特に好ましい。
前記シリカとしては、例えば、湿式シリカ(含水ケイ酸)、乾式シリカ(無水ケイ酸)、表面処理シリカ等が挙げられ、混練性等の生産性の観点からは、湿式シリカが好ましい。
また、前記ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物において、シリカの含有量は、生産性の観点からは、ゴム成分100質量部に対して、50質量部以下が好ましく、40質量部以下が更に好ましく、20質量部以下がより一層好ましく、15質量部以下が特に好ましい。
前記シリカとしては、例えば、湿式シリカ(含水ケイ酸)、乾式シリカ(無水ケイ酸)、表面処理シリカ等が挙げられ、混練性等の生産性の観点からは、湿式シリカが好ましい。
前記ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物は、前記ゴム成分100質量部に対して1質量部以上のレゾルシンを含むことが好ましく、2質量部以上のレゾルシンを含むことが更に好ましい。ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物がレゾルシンを1質量部以上含む場合、金属1とゴム2との間の接着性が更に向上する。
また、前記ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物において、レゾルシンの含有量は、ゴム成分100質量部に対して、10質量部以下であることが好ましく、5質量部以下であることが更に好ましい。
また、前記ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物において、レゾルシンの含有量は、ゴム成分100質量部に対して、10質量部以下であることが好ましく、5質量部以下であることが更に好ましい。
前記ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物は、前記ゴム成分100質量部に対して1質量部以上の塩素化パラフィンを含むことが好ましく、3質量部以上の塩素化パラフィンを含むことが更に好ましい。ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物が塩素化パラフィンを1質量部以上含む場合、金属1とゴム2との間の接着性が更に向上する。
また、前記ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物において、塩素化パラフィンの含有量は、ゴム成分100質量部に対して、30質量部以下であることが好ましく、20質量部以下であることが更に好ましい。

前記ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物は、前記シリカの他にも、補強性充填剤として、カーボンブラック等を含有することも好ましい。
前記カーボンブラックとしては、特に制限されることはなく、例えば、SAF、ISAF、HAF、FEF級のカーボンブラック等が使用でき、それらの2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。カーボンブラックの含有量は、特に限定されないが、ゴム成分100質量部に対して20~100質量部であることが好ましく、40~80質量部であることが更に好ましい。
前記カーボンブラックとしては、特に制限されることはなく、例えば、SAF、ISAF、HAF、FEF級のカーボンブラック等が使用でき、それらの2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。カーボンブラックの含有量は、特に限定されないが、ゴム成分100質量部に対して20~100質量部であることが好ましく、40~80質量部であることが更に好ましい。
前記ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物は、ゴム成分100質量部に対して0.01~10質量部の硫黄を含むことが好ましい。前記金属1とゴム2との接着界面AI近傍には、前記金属元素が濃化しているが、ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物が硫黄を0.01~10質量部含む場合、金属1と、ゴム2中のゴム成分と、濃化した金属元素と、硫黄とが、強固な接着層を形成して、良好な接着性を発揮できる。
また、前記ゴム組成物中の硫黄の含有量は、ゴム成分100質量部に対して1~10質量部の範囲が更に好ましく、2~8質量部の範囲がより一層好ましい。
前記硫黄としては、特に限定されるものではないが、粉末硫黄、沈降硫黄、コロイド硫黄、不溶性硫黄、オイル処理硫黄等が挙げられる。
また、前記ゴム組成物中の硫黄の含有量は、ゴム成分100質量部に対して1~10質量部の範囲が更に好ましく、2~8質量部の範囲がより一層好ましい。
前記硫黄としては、特に限定されるものではないが、粉末硫黄、沈降硫黄、コロイド硫黄、不溶性硫黄、オイル処理硫黄等が挙げられる。
前記ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物は、加硫促進剤を含有することが好ましい。該加硫促進剤としては、例えば、スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤、チアゾール系加硫促進剤等が挙げられる。該スルフェンアミド加硫促進剤としては、例えば、N-シクロヘキシル-2-ベンゾチアゾールスルフェンアミド(CZ、CBS)、N-tert-ブチル-2-ベンゾチアゾールスルフェンアミド(NS、BBS)、N-オキシジエチレン-2-ベンゾチアゾールスルフェンアミド(OBS)、N,N-ジイソプロピル-2-ベンゾチアゾールスルフェンアミド(DPBS)、N,N-ジシクロヘキシル-2-ベンゾチアゾールスルフェンアミド(DZ、DCBS)等が挙げられる。また、前記チアゾール系加硫促進剤としては、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾール(M)等が挙げられる。
前記加硫促進剤の含有量は、ゴム成分100質量部に対して、0.1~12質量部が好ましく、0.2~10質量部がより好ましく、0.3~9質量部がより一層好ましい。

前記ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物には、上記各成分の他、種々の配合剤を任意に配合することができる。そのような配合剤としては、例えば、ステアリン酸、亜鉛華(酸化亜鉛)、ワックス、オイル、老化防止剤、加工助剤等が挙げられる。
また、前記ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物は、バンバリーミキサー、ニーダ等の混合機を用いて混練し作製することができる。

前記ゴム2に用いるゴム組成物は、将来的な環境規制への対処の観点から、コバルト化合物の含有量が、前記ゴム成分100質量部に対して0.01質量部以下であることが好ましく、コバルト化合物を含まないことが更に好ましい。また、コバルト化合物の添加は、ゴム組成物の熱劣化を促進するため、耐劣化性の観点からも、コバルト化合物を含まないことが望ましい。なお、コバルト化合物(又はコバルト化合物に由来するコバルト金属若しくはコバルトイオン)が、外部からゴム2に移行することもあり得るが、少なくともゴム2に用いるゴム組成物を製造する際には、コバルト化合物を配合しないことが好ましい。
前記金属-ゴム複合体10は、例えば、金属1(コード等)を、必要に応じて、洗浄処理を施した後、該金属1と前記ゴム2用のゴム組成物とを接着させる工程を経て
製造することができる。ここで、金属1とゴム2とを接着させる方法としては、例えば、金属1とゴム2とを加圧加熱下で加硫接着する方法等が挙げられる。

<コンベヤベルト>
本発明のコンベヤベルトは、上述の金属-ゴム複合体を具えることを特徴とする。かかる本発明のコンベヤベルトは、金属とゴムとの間の接着性が高い、上述の金属-ゴム複合体を具えるため、優れた耐久性を有する。
一実施形態においては、上述のゴム2用のゴム組成物を、コンベヤベルトのうち、少なくとも、スチールコード等からなる金属補強材(金属1)の下側の、駆動プーリー、従動プーリー、保形ローター等と接触する内周側の表層ゴム(下面カバーゴム)に用いることができ、また、金属補強材(金属1)の上側の、輸送物品と接触する外周側の表層ゴム(上面カバーゴム)に用いることもできる。
前記コンベヤベルトの具体的な製造例としては、上記ゴム組成物からなるゴムシートで金属補強材を挟み込み、このゴムシートを加熱圧着して加硫接着することにより、金属補強材にゴムを接着及び被覆することが挙げられる。
本発明のコンベヤベルトは、上述の金属-ゴム複合体を具えることを特徴とする。かかる本発明のコンベヤベルトは、金属とゴムとの間の接着性が高い、上述の金属-ゴム複合体を具えるため、優れた耐久性を有する。
一実施形態においては、上述のゴム2用のゴム組成物を、コンベヤベルトのうち、少なくとも、スチールコード等からなる金属補強材(金属1)の下側の、駆動プーリー、従動プーリー、保形ローター等と接触する内周側の表層ゴム(下面カバーゴム)に用いることができ、また、金属補強材(金属1)の上側の、輸送物品と接触する外周側の表層ゴム(上面カバーゴム)に用いることもできる。
前記コンベヤベルトの具体的な製造例としては、上記ゴム組成物からなるゴムシートで金属補強材を挟み込み、このゴムシートを加熱圧着して加硫接着することにより、金属補強材にゴムを接着及び被覆することが挙げられる。
<ホース>
本発明のホースは、上述の金属-ゴム複合体を具えることを特徴とする。かかる本発明のホースは、金属とゴムとの間の接着性が高い、上述の金属-ゴム複合体を具えるため、優れた耐久性を有する。
一実施形態において、ホースは、径方向内側に位置する内面ゴム層(内管ゴム)と、径方向外側に位置する外面ゴム層と、上記内面ゴム層及び上記外面ゴム層の間に位置する金属補強層(金属1)と、を具える。そして、一実施形態においては、上述のゴム2用のゴム組成物を、内面ゴム層及び外面ゴム層の少なくともいずれかに用いることができる。
本発明のホースは、上述の金属-ゴム複合体を具えることを特徴とする。かかる本発明のホースは、金属とゴムとの間の接着性が高い、上述の金属-ゴム複合体を具えるため、優れた耐久性を有する。
一実施形態において、ホースは、径方向内側に位置する内面ゴム層(内管ゴム)と、径方向外側に位置する外面ゴム層と、上記内面ゴム層及び上記外面ゴム層の間に位置する金属補強層(金属1)と、を具える。そして、一実施形態においては、上述のゴム2用のゴム組成物を、内面ゴム層及び外面ゴム層の少なくともいずれかに用いることができる。
<ゴムクローラ>
本発明のゴムクローラは、上述の金属-ゴム複合体を具えることを特徴とする。かかる本発明のゴムクローラは、金属とゴムとの間の接着性が高い、上述の金属-ゴム複合体を具えるため、優れた耐久性を有する。
一実施形態においては、ゴムクローラは、スチールコード(金属1)と、該スチールコードを被覆する中間ゴム層と、該中間ゴム層の上に配置された芯金(金属1)と、前記中間ゴム層と芯金とを囲む本体ゴム層とを具え、更に、本体ゴム層の接地面側に複数のラグを有している。ここで、上述のゴム2用のゴム組成物は、ゴムクローラのいずれの部位に用いてもよい。
本発明のゴムクローラは、上述の金属-ゴム複合体を具えることを特徴とする。かかる本発明のゴムクローラは、金属とゴムとの間の接着性が高い、上述の金属-ゴム複合体を具えるため、優れた耐久性を有する。
一実施形態においては、ゴムクローラは、スチールコード(金属1)と、該スチールコードを被覆する中間ゴム層と、該中間ゴム層の上に配置された芯金(金属1)と、前記中間ゴム層と芯金とを囲む本体ゴム層とを具え、更に、本体ゴム層の接地面側に複数のラグを有している。ここで、上述のゴム2用のゴム組成物は、ゴムクローラのいずれの部位に用いてもよい。
<タイヤ>
本発明のタイヤは、上述の金属-ゴム複合体を具えることを特徴とする。かかる本発明のタイヤは、金属とゴムとの間の接着性が高い、上述の金属-ゴム複合体を具えるため、優れた耐久性を有する。
タイヤにおける本発明の金属-ゴム複合体の適用部位としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、カーカス、ベルト、ビードコア等が挙げられる。
前記タイヤを製造する方法としては、慣用の方法を用いることができる。例えば、タイヤ成形用ドラム上に、未加硫ゴム組成物及び金属コードからなるカーカス及びベルト(金属-ゴム複合体10)、未加硫ゴム組成物からなるトレッド等の通常タイヤ製造に用いられる部材を順次貼り重ね、ドラムを抜き去ってグリーンタイヤとする。次いで、このグリーンタイヤを常法に従って加熱加硫することにより、所望のタイヤ(例えば、空気入りタイヤ)を製造することができる。
本発明のタイヤは、上述の金属-ゴム複合体を具えることを特徴とする。かかる本発明のタイヤは、金属とゴムとの間の接着性が高い、上述の金属-ゴム複合体を具えるため、優れた耐久性を有する。
タイヤにおける本発明の金属-ゴム複合体の適用部位としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、カーカス、ベルト、ビードコア等が挙げられる。
前記タイヤを製造する方法としては、慣用の方法を用いることができる。例えば、タイヤ成形用ドラム上に、未加硫ゴム組成物及び金属コードからなるカーカス及びベルト(金属-ゴム複合体10)、未加硫ゴム組成物からなるトレッド等の通常タイヤ製造に用いられる部材を順次貼り重ね、ドラムを抜き去ってグリーンタイヤとする。次いで、このグリーンタイヤを常法に従って加熱加硫することにより、所望のタイヤ(例えば、空気入りタイヤ)を製造することができる。
以下に、実施例を挙げて本発明を更に詳しく説明するが、本発明は下記の実施例に何ら限定されるものではない。
<金属-ゴム複合体の作製>
金属1として、表面に亜鉛メッキが施された、直径0.39mmのスチールワイヤを準備した。
また、表1に示す配合処方に従い、通常のバンバリーミキサーを用いて、ゴム組成物を調製し、得られたゴム組成物を厚さ2mmのゴムシートに圧延成形した。
上記スチールワイヤ7本を隙間なく並べ、該スチールワイヤ(金属1)を前記ゴムシート(ゴム2)で上下から被覆し、167℃で、11分間加硫して、金属-ゴム複合体10を作製した。
得られた金属-ゴム複合体10に対して、下記の方法で、金属元素濃度比を測定し、接着性を評価した。結果を表1に示す。
金属1として、表面に亜鉛メッキが施された、直径0.39mmのスチールワイヤを準備した。
また、表1に示す配合処方に従い、通常のバンバリーミキサーを用いて、ゴム組成物を調製し、得られたゴム組成物を厚さ2mmのゴムシートに圧延成形した。
上記スチールワイヤ7本を隙間なく並べ、該スチールワイヤ(金属1)を前記ゴムシート(ゴム2)で上下から被覆し、167℃で、11分間加硫して、金属-ゴム複合体10を作製した。
得られた金属-ゴム複合体10に対して、下記の方法で、金属元素濃度比を測定し、接着性を評価した。結果を表1に示す。
(1)金属元素濃度比(C1/C2)の測定
透過型電子顕微鏡(TEM)により、金属1とゴム2との接着界面近傍を観察し、STEM-EDXによるマッピング分析を実施後、2nm間隔のビスマス、ニッケル元素濃度ラインを抽出し、金属1とゴム2との接着界面AIからゴム側に100nm以内の領域B1におけるビスマス又はニッケルの算術平均濃度(C1)と、金属1とゴム2との接着界面AIからゴム側に向かって100nm~200nmの領域B2におけるビスマス又はニッケルの算術平均濃度(C2)との比(C1/C2)を測定した。測定は異なる箇所で2回実施し、その平均値を使用した。
なお、実施例1及び比較例1の金属-ゴム複合体10については、ビスマスの濃度比(C1/C2)を測定し、実施例2の金属-ゴム複合体10については、ニッケルの濃度比(C1/C2)を測定した。使用装置及び観察条件は、以下の通りである。
使用装置: 日本電子社製透過型電子顕微鏡「JEM-F200」
観察条件: 加速電圧=200kV
また、観察断面は、FIB装置を用いて、加速電圧30kVにて、膜厚100nm程度となるように薄膜加工を実施した。使用装置は、以下の通りである。
FIB装置: エスアイアイナノテクノロジー製 (デュアルビーム低加速FIB/SEM複合装置)「XVision 200DB」
透過型電子顕微鏡(TEM)により、金属1とゴム2との接着界面近傍を観察し、STEM-EDXによるマッピング分析を実施後、2nm間隔のビスマス、ニッケル元素濃度ラインを抽出し、金属1とゴム2との接着界面AIからゴム側に100nm以内の領域B1におけるビスマス又はニッケルの算術平均濃度(C1)と、金属1とゴム2との接着界面AIからゴム側に向かって100nm~200nmの領域B2におけるビスマス又はニッケルの算術平均濃度(C2)との比(C1/C2)を測定した。測定は異なる箇所で2回実施し、その平均値を使用した。
なお、実施例1及び比較例1の金属-ゴム複合体10については、ビスマスの濃度比(C1/C2)を測定し、実施例2の金属-ゴム複合体10については、ニッケルの濃度比(C1/C2)を測定した。使用装置及び観察条件は、以下の通りである。
使用装置: 日本電子社製透過型電子顕微鏡「JEM-F200」
観察条件: 加速電圧=200kV
また、観察断面は、FIB装置を用いて、加速電圧30kVにて、膜厚100nm程度となるように薄膜加工を実施した。使用装置は、以下の通りである。
FIB装置: エスアイアイナノテクノロジー製 (デュアルビーム低加速FIB/SEM複合装置)「XVision 200DB」
(2)接着性の評価
上記のようにして作製した金属-ゴム複合体10の、7本のスチールコードのうち両端の2本を除く、5本をまとめてピーリングさせ、スチールコードに残存するゴムの被覆面積の割合をゴム被覆率として算出した。ゴム被覆率が大きい程、接着性が良好であることを示す。

表1から、本発明に従う実施例の金属-ゴム複合体10は、金属1とゴム2との接着界面AIのゴム2側の近傍に金属元素が濃縮されており、接着性が高いことが分かる。
本発明の金属-ゴム複合体は、コンベヤベルト、ホース、ゴムクローラ、タイヤ等に利用できる。
1:金属、 2:ゴム、 10:金属-ゴム複合体、 AI:金属とゴムとの接着界面、 B1:金属とゴムとの接着界面からゴム側に100nm以内の領域、 B2:金属とゴムとの接着界面からゴム側に向かって100nm~200nmの領域
Claims (18)
- 金属と、該金属に少なくとも一部が接着しているゴムと、を具える金属-ゴム複合体であって、
前記金属と前記ゴムとの接着界面からゴム側に100nm以内の領域の、ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム及びニッケルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属元素の合計濃度(C1)と、前記金属と前記ゴムとの接着界面からゴム側に向かって100nm~200nmの領域の、ビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム及びニッケルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属元素の合計濃度(C2)と、の比(C1/C2)が7.0以上であることを特徴とする、金属-ゴム複合体。 - 前記ゴムが、ゴム成分100質量部に対して0.01~10質量部の硫黄を含むゴム組成物からなる、請求項1に記載の金属-ゴム複合体。
- 前記ゴムが、ゴム成分100質量部に対して2質量部以上のシリカを含むゴム組成物からなる、請求項1又は2に記載の金属-ゴム複合体。
- 前記ゴムが、ゴム成分100質量部に対して1質量部以上のレゾルシンを含むゴム組成物からなる、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の金属-ゴム複合体。
- 前記ゴムは、炭素数が2~25であり、金属種がビスマス、銅、アンチモン、銀、ニオブ、モリブデン、ジルコニウム又はニッケルであるカルボン酸の金属塩(1)、及び下記一般式(A):

[式中、Zは、下記式(z-1)~式(z-4):
- 前記ゴム組成物は、前記カルボン酸の金属塩(1)を含有し、該カルボン酸の金属塩(1)中の金属種がビスマス又は銅である、請求項5に記載の金属-ゴム複合体。
- 前記ゴム組成物は、前記カルボン酸の金属塩(1)を含有し、該カルボン酸の金属塩(1)におけるカルボン酸が、脂肪族モノカルボン酸又は脂肪族ジカルボン酸である、請求項5又は6に記載の金属-ゴム複合体。
- 前記カルボン酸の金属塩(1)におけるカルボン酸が、炭素数2~20の飽和の脂肪族モノカルボン酸である、請求項7に記載の金属-ゴム複合体。
- 前記カルボン酸の金属塩(1)におけるカルボン酸が、2-エチルヘキサン酸、ネオデカン酸、ヘキサデカン酸又はオクタデカン酸である、請求項8に記載の金属-ゴム複合体。
- 前記ゴム組成物は、前記化合物(2)を含有し、該化合物(2)中のMがビスマス又は銅である、請求項5に記載の金属-ゴム複合体。
- 前記ゴム組成物は、前記化合物(2)を含有し、該化合物(2)中のZが前記式(z-1)で表される構造である、請求項5又は10に記載の金属-ゴム複合体。
- 前記ゴム組成物は、前記化合物(2)を含有し、該化合物(2)における(RCOO)が、炭素数2~20の飽和の脂肪族モノカルボン酸の残基である、請求項5、10及び11のいずれか1項に記載の金属-ゴム複合体。
- 前記化合物(2)における(RCOO)が、2-エチルヘキサン酸の残基、ネオデカン酸の残基、ヘキサデカン酸の残基又はオクタデカン酸の残基である、請求項12に記載の金属-ゴム複合体。
- 前記金属に亜鉛メッキが施されている、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の金属-ゴム複合体。
- 請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の金属-ゴム複合体を具えることを特徴とする、コンベヤベルト。
- 請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の金属-ゴム複合体を具えることを特徴とする、ホース。
- 請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の金属-ゴム複合体を具えることを特徴とする、ゴムクローラ。
- 請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の金属-ゴム複合体を具えることを特徴とする、タイヤ。
