本公开涉及互联网技术领域,例如涉及一种直播辅助数据的提供方法、装置、设备及可读介质。
背景技术
目前,在直播视频类应用程序中,主播用户可以通过开启视频直播功能,来吸引直播平台上的粉丝用户观看。主播用户在直播视频的过程中,不仅要完成对主题类型内容的直播,还要实现与粉丝用户的互动,因此很难实时准确的发现直播视频热度的变化以及热度变化的原因,进而严重影响主播用户对后续直播视频内容调整的实时性和准确性。
发明内容
本公开提供一种直播辅助数据的提供方法、装置、设备及可读介质,能够实时为主播用户提供调整直播策略的直播辅助数据,来帮助主播用户对后续直播视频内容进行实时准确的调整,吸引大量的粉丝,提高主播用户的直播热情。
本公开提供了一种直播辅助数据的提供方法,该方法包括:
在主播用户直播视频的过程中,获取直播辅助数据;所述直播辅助数据包括以下至少之一:主播用户的直播间数据和主播粉丝喜好数据;
将所述直播辅助数据发送至所述主播用户,以使所述主播用户依据所述直播辅助数据优化当前直播视频内容。
本公开还提供了一种直播辅助数据的提供装置,包括:
辅助数据获取模块,配置为在主播用户直播视频的过程中,获取直播辅助数据;所述直播辅助数据包括以下至少之一:主播用户的直播间数据和主播粉丝喜好数据;
辅助数据发送模块,配置为将所述直播辅助数据发送至所述主播用户,以 使所述主播用户依据所述直播辅助数据优化当前直播视频内容。

图1为本实施例提供的一种直播辅助数据的提供方法的流程图,本实施例可适用于在主播用户直播的过程中,为主播用户提供用于优化直播视频内容的直播辅助数据的情况,该方法可以由直播辅助数据的提供装置或电子设备来执行,该装置可以通过软件和硬件至少之一的方式来实现,该装置可以配置在电子设备中。
可选的,该电子设备可以是应用程序的后端直播平台对应的设备,还可以是安装有应用程序客户端的移动终端设备。
可选的,如图1所示,本实施例中的方法可以包括如下步骤:
S101,在主播用户直播视频的过程中,获取直播辅助数据。
直播辅助数据可以是辅助主播用户优化调整直播视频主题类型、直播风格以及直播内容的数据,直播辅助数据可以包括以下至少之一:主播用户的直播间数据和主播粉丝喜好数据。可选的,主播用户的直播间数据可以是从主播用户的直播间内存在的内容中提取出来的可对主播用户进行直播视频调整起到辅助作用的数据。该主播用户的直播间数据可以包括:与直播间中观看当前直播视频的粉丝数量相关的数据,例如,可以包括以下至少之一:观看当前直播视频的粉丝数量和观看当前直播视频的粉丝数量的变化情况。该主播用户的直播间数据还可以包括:与直播间中粉丝的互动评论内容相关的数据,例如,可以包括以下至少之一:粉丝在评论中表明的对直播视频的评价意见(如好评、中评或差评等)和粉丝在评论中表明的自己喜好的内容(如喜好的主题类型、喜好的直播风格等)。主播粉丝喜好数据可以是从主播用户的粉丝所具备的某些共性特征中提取出的可对主播用户进行直播视频调整起到辅助作用的数据。该主播粉丝喜好数据可以包括:主播用户的粉丝平时喜好观看的直播的主题类型、 直播风格、直播时段等等。
可选的,在主播用户直播视频的过程中,本步骤可以实时或定时触发获取一次直播辅助数据,例如可以每隔10分钟触发获取一次直播辅助数据。具体的,获取主播用户的直播间数据的一种可实施方式可以是从直播间观看粉丝数量的维度分析,实时监测主播用户的直播间的观看人数统计进程,获取直播间的实时观看粉丝数量作为主播用户的直播间数据;还可以是根据获取的观看粉丝数量,计算粉丝数量的变化情况(如增加或减少的粉丝数量)作为主播用户的直播间数据。获取主播用户的直播间数据的另一种可实施方式可以是从直播间的互动评论内容的维度分析,对粉丝在直播间中的互动评论内容进行识别,从中提取出有价值的词汇。粉丝在直播间中的互动评论内容例如包括以下至少之一的内容:直播间评论栏中的评论内容和直播界面上的弹幕内容。有价值的词汇例如,可以是好评、一般或差评等表达对本次直播视频评价的词汇;还可以是粉丝用户在评论内容中表达的喜好内容的词汇。具体如何执行上述两种可实施方式的过程将在后续实施例进行详细介绍。
可选的,本步骤获取主播粉丝喜好数据的一种可实施方式可以是从直播平台获取主播用户的粉丝的历史观看数据和操作数据,将所有粉丝的历史观看数据和操作数据中粉丝观看、收藏或评论次数最多的直播主题类型和直播风格作为粉丝喜好的主题类型和直播风格;将观看时间分布最多的时段作为粉丝喜好的观看时段。此时将确定的粉丝喜好的主题类型、直播风格和观看时段作为主播粉丝喜好数据。获取主播粉丝喜好数据的另一种可实施方式可以是通过主播用户的每个粉丝画像获取每个粉丝的喜好特征数据,然后对所有粉丝喜好特征数据进行综合分析,从中提取出主播用户的多数粉丝所共有的公共喜好特征数据作为主播粉丝喜好数据。该可实施方式的具体实现方式将在后续实施例进行详细介绍。
S102,将直播辅助数据发送至主播用户,以使主播用户依据直播辅助数据优化当前直播视频内容。
可选的,在本实施例中,将直播辅助数据发送至主播用户时,可以是向主播用户所属终端或主播用户账号对应的客户端发送该直播辅助数据,其中,直播辅助数据可以是以通知消息、直播视频的回执消息、弹窗等形式发送给主播 用户。主播用户在接收到该直播辅助数据后,可以根据直播辅助数据上的内容,结合自己的直播优势,对当前直播内容进行优化,以提高后续直播视频的质量,吸引更多的粉丝。
可选的,本步骤在向主播用户发送直播辅助数据时,可以是直接将直播辅助数据发送给主播用户,还可以是对直播辅助数据进行规范整合处理后,将规范整合处理后的数据发送至主播用户。对直播辅助数据进行规范整合处理可以是调用数据整合模板对应的程序代码,将S101获取的直播辅助数据作为输入数据,运行数据整合模板。此时数据整合模板会将直播辅助数据填入数据整合模板中对应的空区域,实现对直播辅助数据的规范整合处理。处理后的直播辅助数据可以更清楚直观的辅助主播用户优化当前直播视频内容。例如,S101获取的直播辅助数据可以是“500、好评、歌曲类、互动型”,由于该直播辅助数据过于抽象,直接将获取的直播辅助数据发送至主播用户,主播用户理解难度较大,此时采用数据整合模板“直播间人数[]人,直播间粉丝对当前直播的评价为[],粉丝的喜好主题类型为[],粉丝的喜好直播风格为[]”,对S101获取的直播辅助数据进行规范整合处理,得到的处理后的直播辅助数据为“直播间人数500人,直播间粉丝对当前直播的评价为好评,粉丝的喜好主题类型为歌曲类,粉丝的喜好直播风格为互动性”。
本实施例提供了一种直播辅助数据的提供方法,通过在主播用户直播视频的过程中,获取包含以下至少之一的直播辅助数据:主播用户的直播间数据和主播粉丝喜好数据,并将该直播辅助数据发送给主播用户,以使主播用户根据该直播辅助数据优化当前直播视频内容。本实施例的方案可以实现实时为主播用户提供调整直播策略的直播辅助数据,来帮助主播用户对后续直播视频内容进行实时准确的调整,从而吸引大量的粉丝,提高主播用户的直播热情。
本实施例为了保证向主播用户提供的直播辅助数据的全面性和准确性,本实施例在获取直播辅助数据时,不但可以获取上述S101中介绍的以下至少之一:和该主播用户相关的直播间数据和/或主播粉丝喜好数据,还可以进一步扩大直播辅助数据的获取范围,获取和当时直播平台相关的辅助数据(即直播平台辅助数据)与S101获取的数据一并作为直播辅助数据。该直播平台辅助数据还可以包括但不限于:站内视频主题分布数据、站内直播间粉丝数量情况和站内粉丝喜好数据中的至少一个。
站内视频主题分布数据可以是直播平台站内所拥有的总视频资源中,每个主题类型视频在总视频资源中的分布情况,例如,可以是每个主题类型视频的数量,还可以是每个主题类型视频占总视频资源的比例等。该站内视频主题分布数据的获取方式可以是:若直播平台已预先按照直播平台站内已有视频所属的主题类型,统计出了站内每种主题的分布情况,即站内视频主题分布数据,此时电子设备可以直接与直播平台进行交互获取站内视频主题分布数据。还可以是直播平台中只记录有站内视频的相关数据,并没有统计站内视频主题分布数据,此时电子设备可以是与直播平台进行交互,从直播平台获取站内所有视频的主题类型,然后统计每个主题类型对应的视频数量值,进而计算出站内每个主题类型视频在直播平台站内的分布数量或比重,作为站内视频主题分布数据。可选的,还可以是根据站内视频主题分布数据,将站内的稀缺主题作为直播辅助数据,即作为建议主播用户后续调整的直播主题。其中,稀缺主题可以是指直播平台站内所缺少的视频主题类型。
站内直播间粉丝数量情况可以是直播平台当前正在直播的每个直播间内的粉丝数量值、粉丝数量均值以及粉丝数量分布情况等。该站内直播间粉丝数量情况的获取方式可以是:电子设备通过直播平台监测站内每个直播间的观看粉丝数量,并对每个直播间的粉丝数量进行相关处理操作,得到站内直播间粉丝数量情况。例如,可以是对所有直播间的观看粉丝数量求均值,得到站内直播间平均观看粉丝数量;还可以是对站内直播间的观看粉丝数量的分布进行统计,得到每个粉丝数量区间对应的直播间数量;还可以是其他方式,对此本实施例不进行限定。
站内粉丝喜好数据可以是直播平台站内当前在线的粉丝所喜好的直播主题类型、直播风格、直播时间等数据。可选的,本实施例中的站内粉丝喜好数据可以是对站内在线粉丝的喜好数据进行统计后,选择的大多数粉丝所共有的喜好数据。该站内粉丝喜好数据的获取方式可以与获取主播粉丝喜好数据的方式类似,具体的获取方法将在后续实施例进行详细介绍。
本实施例将直播平台辅助数据与以下至少之一一并作为直播辅助数据:主播用户的直播间数据和主播粉丝喜好数据,这样设置的好处在于,使得提供给主播用户的辅助数据更加全面,使得主播用户根据该直播辅助数据调整后的直播内容,不但满足直播间粉丝的需求,还能够更好的满足整个直播平台站内在 线粉丝的要求,从而吸引更多的粉丝观看该直播视频。
图2A-2B示出了本实施例提供的另一种直播辅助数据的提供方法的流程图;本实施例在上述实施例提供的可选方案的基础上进行了优化,并对如何获取直播辅助数据中的主播用户的直播间数据和主播粉丝喜好数据进行详细介绍。
可选的,图2A示出了当直播辅助数据为主播用户的直播间数据时,执行直播辅助数据的提供方法的一种可实施方式的流程图。具体执行步骤包括:

可选的,本步骤可以是在主播用户直播视频的过程中,实时获取主播用户所在直播间的当前互动评论内容;还可以是每隔预设时长(如10分钟),获取该预设时长内主播用户所在直播间的互动评论内容。然后对获取的互动评论内容进行至少之一的识别:文字识别和语义识别,确定关键词汇。具体确定方法的一种可实施方式可以是预先设置一些候选评价词汇和候选喜好词汇,例如,预先设置的候选评价词汇包括:好评、中评、差评和精彩等。预先设置的候选喜好词汇包括:喜欢、爱、痴迷和沉迷等。在执行本步骤时,可以是先获取主播用户所在直播间的评论栏中的评论内容以及直播界面上的弹幕内容作为直播 间的互动评论内容,然后对获取的互动评论内容进行文字识别,再对识别到的文字进行分词处理,并将分词后的每个词汇与预设的候选评价词汇和候选喜好词汇进行匹配,将匹配成功的候选评价词汇作为关键词中的评价词汇;将匹配成功的候选喜好词汇在互动评论内容中的后缀词汇作为喜好内容词汇。例如,若匹配成功的喜好词汇为“喜欢”,互动评论内容为“喜欢流行歌曲”,则可以将互动评论内容中喜欢的后缀词汇“流行歌曲”作为喜好内容词汇。
可选的,在一些互动评论内容中不包含明显的评价词汇或喜好内容词汇的情况下,本步骤还可以采用另一种可实施方式来确定关键词汇,具体的可以是对互动评论内容进行语义识别,判断互动评论内容的语义是否为对直播视频的评价或包含粉丝喜好的内容,若语义识别结果为对直播视频的评价,则根据语义识别结果确定对应的评价词汇。例如,若互动评论内容为“这首歌完了再来一首”,虽然该评论内容没有评价词汇,但是通过语义分析可以看出,肯定是主播唱歌好听,粉丝喜好听,所以才会让主播再唱一首,故该评论内容的语义识别结果为对直播内容的评价,且确定出的评价词汇为“好评”。同理也可以是通过语义识别,对没有明显喜好词汇的互动评论内容,也可以通过语义识别来从互动评论内容中提取出喜好内容。例如,若互动评论内容为“每次直播唱歌我都看”,虽然该评论内容没有喜好词汇,但是通过语义分析可以看出,粉丝喜欢听主播唱歌,故确定出的喜好内容词汇为“歌曲”。可选的,本步骤可以是采用预先训练好的神经网络模型对互动评论内容进行语义识别。
为了保证根据互动评论内容确定的关键词的准确性和全面性,本步骤可以是同时采用上述两种可实施方式来确定关键词。
S206,根据关键词汇在互动评论内容中出现的频次,确定关键词汇的权重值。
可选的,由于主播用户的直播间的互动内容通常比较多,且每个粉丝的对直播视频的评价以及自己喜好的内容都不一定相同,所以S205确定的关键词的数量通常情况下不止一个。当S205确定的关键词为一个时,可以直接将该关键词作为主播用户的直播间数据。若S205确定的关键词数量较多时,若将所有的关键词都作为主播用户的直播间数据,会造成直播辅助数据较多,准确性较差,从而影响主播用户对后续直播内容调整的准确性。此时,本步骤可以是统计S205 确定的关键词在直播间互动评论内容中出现的频次,若关键词出现的频次越多,则该关键词对应的权重值就越大。例如,可以是直接将每个关键词出现的频次作为该关键词的权重值。
S207,将关键词汇及其权重值作为主播用户的直播间数据。
可选的,本步骤可以是将S205确定的关键词和S206确定的每个关键词的权重值进行关联后,直接作为主播用户的直播间数据。例如S205确定的关键词为“好评、差评、歌曲和舞蹈”,S206依次确定上述关键词的权重值分别为“256,51,179,3”,则可以将关键词和权重值关联后的“好评-256、差评-51、歌曲-179、舞蹈-3”作为主播用户的直播间数据。可选的,为了让主播用户更直观的根据主播用户的直播间数据调整后续直播内容,本实施例可以对生成主播用户的直播间数据的多个关键词进行筛选,选出有价值的关键词作为该主播用户的直播间数据。可以是按照S206确定的关键词的权重值,对S205确定的关键词进行排序,选择排序靠前的一个或多个关键词作为主播用户的直播间数据,例如,可以是从关键词中选择权重值排名第一的评价词汇和权重值排名第一的喜好内容词汇,以及两词汇的权重值作为主播用户的直播间数据。

本实施例提供了一种直播辅助数据的提供方法,通过在主播用户直播视频的过程中,获取多维度的主播辅助数据,即与直播间的观看粉丝数量相关的数据、与直播间中粉丝的互动评论内容相关的数据以及主播粉丝喜好数据中的至少一种,针对每一种直播辅助数据,都对应设置有不同的获取规则,按照每个主播辅助数据的获取规则实时获取到直播辅助数据后发送至主播用户。从而实时帮助主播用户对后续直播视频内容进行实时准确的调整,吸引大量的粉丝,提高主播用户的直播热情。
图3示出了本实施例提供的另一种直播辅助数据的提供方法的流程图;本实施例在上述实施例提供的可选方案的基础上进行了优化,给出了一种直播辅助数据提供方法的一种优选实例的详细介绍。

S303,将直播辅助数据和预测直播收益发送至主播用户,以使主播用户依据直播辅助数据优化当前直播视频内容。
本实施例提供了一种直播辅助数据的提供方法,通过在主播用户直播视频的过程中,获取直播辅助数据,并根据该直播辅助数据预测直播收益后,将该直播辅助数据和预测直播收益值发送给主播用户,以使主播用户根据该直播辅助数据优化当前直播视频内容。本实施例的方案不但可以实时为主播用户提供调整直播策略的直播辅助数据,来帮助主播用户对后续直播视频内容进行实时 准确的调整,吸引大量的粉丝;还可以通过预测直播收益给予主播用户直接收入预期刺激,提高主播用户的开播率。

监测主播用户所在直播间的观看粉丝数量;
根据所述观看粉丝数量,确定观看粉丝数量变化情况;
将以下至少之一作为主播用户的直播间数据:所述观看粉丝数量和观看粉丝数量变化情况。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,上述方法中,根据所述观看粉丝数量,确定观看粉丝数量变化情况,包括:

根据所述关键词汇在所述互动评论内容中出现的频次,确定所述关键词汇的权重值;
将所述关键词汇及其权重值作为主播用户的直播间数据。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,上述方法中,当直播辅助数据为主播粉丝喜好数据时,获取直播辅助数据,包括:
将主播用户粉丝的详情数据输入用户画像模型,得到所述主播用户粉丝的粉丝画像;
从所述粉丝画像中获取喜好特征数据;
从所述喜好特征数据中提取公共喜好特征数据作为主播粉丝喜好数据。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,上述方法中,将主播用户粉丝的详情数据输入用户画像模型,包括:
判断主播用户粉丝的等级和消费情况至少之一是否满足高质量评判标准;
将满足所述高质量评判标准的主播用户粉丝的详情数据输入用户画像模型。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,上述方法中,获取直播辅助数据,包括:
获取直播平台辅助数据,所述直播平台辅助数据包括站内视频主题分布数 据、站内直播间粉丝数量情况和站内粉丝喜好数据中的至少一个。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,上述方法中,在获取直播辅助数据之后,还包括:

将所述观看粉丝数量和观看粉丝数量变化情况的至少之一作为主播用户的直播间数据。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,上述装置中的所述辅助数据获取模块在执行根据所述观看粉丝数量,确定观看粉丝数量变化情况时,配置为:
根据所述观看粉丝数量,绘制观看粉丝数量的实时变化曲线图,作为观看粉丝数量变化情况。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,上述装置中的所述辅助数据获取模块在执行根据所述观看粉丝数量,确定观看粉丝数量变化情况时,还可以配置为:

从所述粉丝画像中获取喜好特征数据;
从所述喜好特征数据中提取公共喜好特征数据作为主播粉丝喜好数据。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,上述装置中的所述辅助数据获取模块在执行将主播用户粉丝的详情数据输入用户画像模型时,配置为:
判断主播用户粉丝的等级和消费情况至少之一是否满足高质量评判标准;

Claims (13)

  1. 一种直播辅助数据的提供方法,其中包括:
    在主播用户直播视频的过程中,获取直播辅助数据;所述直播辅助数据包括以下至少之一:主播用户的直播间数据和主播粉丝喜好数据;
    将所述直播辅助数据发送至所述主播用户,以使所述主播用户依据所述直播辅助数据优化当前直播视频内容。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,当直播辅助数据为主播用户的直播间数据时,获取直播辅助数据,包括:
    监测主播用户所在直播间的观看粉丝数量;
    根据所述观看粉丝数量,确定观看粉丝数量变化情况;
    将以下至少之一作为主播用户的直播间数据:所述观看粉丝数量、观看粉丝数量变化情况。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,根据所述观看粉丝数量,确定观看粉丝数量变化情况,包括:
    根据所述观看粉丝数量,绘制观看粉丝数量的实时变化曲线图,作为观看粉丝数量变化情况。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,根据所述观看粉丝数量,确定观看粉丝数量变化情况,包括:
    根据相邻时刻的观看粉丝数量,确定所述观看粉丝数量的变化值;
    若所述变化值超出正常变化范围,则将所述变化值作为观看粉丝数量变化情况。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的方法,其中,当直播辅助数据为主播用户的直播间数据时,获取直播辅助数据,包括:
    对所述主播用户所在直播间的互动评论内容进行以下至少之一:文字识别和语义识别;
    确定关键词汇,所述关键词汇包括以下至少之一:评价词汇和喜好内容词汇;
    根据所述关键词汇在所述互动评论内容中出现的频次,确定所述关键词汇的权重值;
    将所述关键词汇及所述关键词汇的权重值作为所述主播用户的直播间数据。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,当直播辅助数据为主播粉丝喜好数据时,获取直播辅助数据,包括:
    将主播用户粉丝的详情数据输入用户画像模型,得到所述主播用户粉丝的粉丝画像;
    从所述粉丝画像中获取喜好特征数据;
    从所述喜好特征数据中提取公共喜好特征数据作为主播粉丝喜好数据。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,将主播用户粉丝的详情数据输入用户画像模型,包括:
    判断主播用户粉丝的等级和消费情况至少之一是否满足高质量评判标准;
    将满足所述高质量评判标准的主播用户粉丝的详情数据输入用户画像模型。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一所述的方法,其中,获取直播辅助数据,还包括:
    获取直播平台辅助数据,所述直播平台辅助数据包括站内视频主题分布数据、站内直播间粉丝数量情况和站内粉丝喜好数据中的至少一个。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的方法,其中,在获取直播辅助数据之后,还包括:
    根据所述直播辅助数据,预测直播收益。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,将所述直播辅助数据发送至所述主播用户,包括:
    将所述直播辅助数据和所述预测直播收益发送至所述主播用户。
  11. 一种直播辅助数据的提供装置,包括:
    辅助数据获取模块,配置为在主播用户直播视频的过程中,获取直播辅助数据;所述直播辅助数据包括以下至少之一:主播用户的直播间数据和主播粉丝喜好数据;
    辅助数据发送模块,配置为将所述直播辅助数据发送至所述主播用户,以使所述主播用户依据所述直播辅助数据优化当前直播视频内容。
  12. 一种电子设备,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储器,配置为存储一个或多个程序;
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-10中任一所述的直播辅助数据的提供方法。
  13. 一种可读介质,所述可读介质上存储有计算机程序,其中,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-10中任一所述的直播辅助数据的提供方法。
