需要说明的是,图1~图3中的D1方向即为第一方向;图1~图3中的D2方向即为第二方向;图4~图6中的L1为第二弧形顶121两侧的厚度和;图4~图6中的L2为固定开口30和固定腔40的深度和;图4~图6中的L3为链牙下侧部20的上表面的第一方向的长度、第一弧形顶111的直径以及第一连接部11的长度;图4~图6中的H1为链牙下侧部20的高度;图4~图6中的H2为第一弧形顶111的半径;;图4~图6中的H3为第二弧形顶121的顶端与链牙下侧部20的间距。
如图1~6所示,本方案实施例提供一种拉链牙,包括链牙上侧部10和上表面水平的链牙下侧部20,链牙下侧部20的上表面包括相互垂直的第一方向与第二方向,链牙上侧部10包括设于链牙下侧部20上表面的第一连接部11,和与第一连接部11相交的第二连接部12,第一连接部11沿第一方向设置,且第一连接部11的长度L3与链牙下侧部20上表面在的第一方向上的长度L3相同,第二连接部12沿第二方向设置,第二连接部12的长度与链牙下侧部20的上表面上的第二方向上的长度相同,第一连接部11的顶部沿第一方向设置为圆弧状,第二连接部12的顶部为圆弧状。
本方案的拉链牙,通过设置链牙上侧部10与链牙下侧部20,链牙下侧部20用于将链牙上侧部10固定,且用于保障拉链牙的强度。并将链牙上侧部10设置为包括相互垂直的第一连接部11与第二连接部12,第一连接部11的长度L3与链牙下侧部20上表面的第一方向的长度L3相同,使得第一连接部11与链牙下侧部20的连接尺寸足够大;第二连接部12的长度与链牙下侧部20上表面的第二方向的长度相同,进而保障拉在正常使用下具有较长的使用寿命。此外,第一连接部11与第二连接部12的顶部均为圆弧状,且第一连接部11与第二连接部12相交,使得链牙上侧部10的上表面为相交的两个弧形形成的结构,使得该拉链牙在使用时不会与用户的衣物或用户的皮肤产生刮蹭,有效提高了用户体验。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图1~3所示,第一连接部11包括第一弧形顶111与设于第一弧形顶111两侧的第一组合件112,第一弧形顶111为弧形结构,且第一弧形顶111的长度L3与链牙下侧部20的上表面的第一方向的长度L3相同,且第一组合件112由弧形顶朝向第二方向延伸直径逐渐减小。通过设置第一弧形顶111与设于第一弧形顶111两侧的第一组合件112,且第一组合件112的尺寸逐渐减小,使得第一连接部11形成细长的且表面为弧形的结构,一方面,可有效防止第一连接部11刮蹭衣物或损伤用户的手部;另一方面,由于第一连接部11为细长的结构,当该拉链牙实际应用于拉链上时,该第一连接部11自然形成干涉回避,且在结构链带后可有效提高其可弯折能力,使得该拉链能够在较大角度的挤压下保持不易爆链,能够提升拉链的使用效果。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图1~6所示,第二连接部12包括第二弧形顶121与设于第二弧形顶121两侧的第二组合件122,第二弧形顶121的顶端与第一弧形顶111相交,第二弧形顶121为扇形,第二组合件122由弧形顶朝向第二方向延伸直径逐渐减小。由于第二弧连接部结构与第一弧形顶111结构类似,均是形成细长且弧形的结构,第二连接部12与第一连接部11垂直且相交设置。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图1~6所示,第一弧形顶111为半圆形结构,且第一弧形顶111的长度L3与链牙下侧部20的上表面的第一方向的长度L3相同第二弧形顶121的直径与第一弧形顶111的直径L3相同。通过将第一弧形顶111与第二弧形顶121的直径L3设置为相同,且该通过设置第一弧形顶111与第二弧形顶121的直径相同,使得第一连接部11与第二连接部12的顶端弧度相同,这样,拉链牙的上表面的弧形相同,用户的观感以及触感更佳。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图1~3所示,第二弧形顶121的两端与链牙下侧部20的两侧平齐。具体地,第二连接部12的沿第二方向上的两端与链牙下侧部20的沿第二方向上的两侧平齐,这样,第二连接部12便不会伸出于链牙下侧部20。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图4所示,第一弧形顶111的半径H2与链牙下侧部20的高度H1相同。通过第一弧形顶111的高度H2与链牙下侧部20的高度H1相同,使得该拉链牙在保障强度的基础上具有较佳的美观性。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图6所示,第二组合件122在第一方向上的最大长度L1大于第一弧形顶111的直径L3的40%。具体地,第二弧形顶121两侧的厚度L1是指两个第二连接部12加第二弧形顶121的厚度,且该第二弧形顶121两侧的厚度L1大于第一弧形顶111直径L3的40%,避免第二连接部12的尺寸过于细长,导致用户体验不佳;且提高第二连接部12的厚度可有效保障拉链牙的强度。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图1~3所示,第二连接部12的下表面开设有第一开口槽123,链牙下侧部20的表面开设有与第一开口槽123位置对应的第二开口槽21,第一开口槽123与第二开口槽21组合形成固定开口30。通过设置由第一开口槽123与第二开口槽21组合形成的固定开口30,使得能够将该拉链牙固定于链带上。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图1~3所示,第一开口槽123朝向第一连接部11方向延伸的第一弧形腔124,第二开口槽21朝向第一连接部11方向延伸的第二弧形腔22,第一弧形腔124与第二弧形腔22围合形成用于将拉链牙固定的固定腔40。通过设置固定腔40,使得链带在插入固定开口30以固定拉链牙时,能够在固定腔40与固定开口30的连接处形成卡接,具体地,链带完全插入固定开口30内并充满固定腔40时,填塞于固定腔40内的链带在受到将链带取出的拉力时,链带会与固定腔40与固定开口30的连接处卡接,使得不易将拉链牙取下。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图1~3所示,链牙下侧部20沿第二方向开设有位于链牙下侧部20两侧的啮合部23。通过设置啮合部23,这样,在链牙下侧部20形成凹腔,且链牙下侧部20的端部形成凸起部24,具体地,该凸起的形状与尺寸和啮合部23的形状与尺寸对应,这样,设置于相对的两根链带上的两个链带牙能够相对应连接,且凸起部24能够插接于啮合部23内。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图1~3所示,啮合部23的为弧形的凹腔。通过将该啮合部23设置为弧形结构,使得在两根相对设置的链带在开始连接或拆卸时,弧形结构的啮合部23与形状对应的弧形的凸起部24可较方便地固定以及拆卸;在两根相对设置的链带连接形成拉链时,啮合部23与该凸起部24对应卡接,保障拉链连接的稳定性。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图1~3所示,第二弧形顶121的顶端与链牙下侧部20的间距H3大于第一弧形顶111的半径H2的50%。由于第一弧形顶111与第二弧形顶121的为半径相同的圆弧,通过第二弧形顶121顶端与下端面的间距设置为大于第一弧形顶111的半径的一半,使得第二弧形顶121与链牙下侧部20的上表面的延长平面相交,即第一弧形顶111与链牙下侧部20的上表面没有相交处,而第二连接部12的两端与链牙下侧部20的沿第二方向的两端平齐,使得第二连接部12的尺寸较大,这样,开设于第二连接部12与链牙下侧部20的固定开口30的外侧结构较厚,进而有效保障该拉链牙的强度。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图1~3所示,固定开口30和固定腔40的深度和L2大于第二弧形顶121的两侧的厚度和L1的40%。通过将固定开口30的尺寸设置为较大,具体地,大于第二弧形顶121的两侧的厚度和L1的40%且小于第二弧形顶121的两侧的厚度和L1的70%,这样,便能保障固定开口30与链带之间连接的强度。
进一步地,在本实施例中,拉链牙采用注塑工艺制备,且表面电镀有涂料。通过注塑工艺制备的拉链牙,能够使得通过该拉链牙在控制成本的基础上具有较高的强度。再喷涂涂料,使得该拉链牙形成有宇宙飞船或飞机等形状。
本方案实施例还提供一种拉链,包括链带和上述的拉链牙,拉链牙为多个且并排设于链带上。由于使用有上述的拉链牙,由于第一连接部11与第二连接部12的顶部均为圆弧状,且第一连接部11与第二连接部12相交,使得链牙上侧部10的上表面为相交的两个弧形形成的结构,使得用该拉链牙制备的拉链在使用时不会与用户的衣物或用户的皮肤产生刮蹭,有效提高了用户体验。
以上仅为本方案的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本方案。对于本领域的技术人员来说,本方案可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本方案的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本方案的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种拉链牙,其特征在于:包括链牙上侧部和上表面水平的链牙下侧部,所述链牙下侧部的上表面包括相互垂直的第一方向与第二方向,所述链牙上侧部包括设于所述链牙下侧部上表面的第一连接部,和与所述第一连接部相交的第二连接部,所述第一连接部沿所述第一方向设置,且所述第一连接部的长度与所述链牙下侧部的上表面在所述第一方向上的长度相同,所述第二连接部沿所述第二方向设置,所述第二连接部的长度与所述链牙下侧部的上表面的所述第二方向的长度相同,所述第一连接部的顶部沿所述第一方向设置为圆弧状,所述第二连接部的顶部为圆弧状。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拉链牙,其特征在于:所述第一连接部包括第一弧形顶与设于所述第一弧形顶两侧的第一组合件,所述第一弧形顶为弧形结构,且所述第一弧形顶的长度与所述链牙下侧部的上表面的所述第一方向的长度相同,且所述第一组合件由所述弧形顶朝向所述第二方向延伸直径逐渐减小。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的拉链牙,其特征在于:所述第二连接部包括第二弧形顶与设于所述第二弧形顶两侧的第二组合件,所述第二弧形顶的顶端与所述第一弧形顶相交,所述第二弧形顶为扇形,所述第二组合件由所述弧形顶朝向所述第二方向延伸直径逐渐减小。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的拉链牙,其特征在于:所述第一弧形顶为半圆形结构,且所述第一弧形顶的直径与所述链牙下侧部的上表面的所述第一方向的长度相同,所述第二弧形顶的直径与所述第一弧形顶的直径相同。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的拉链牙,其特征在于:所述第二弧形顶的两端与所述链牙下侧部的两侧平齐。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的拉链牙,其特征在于:所述第一弧形顶的半径与所述链牙下侧部的高度相同。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的拉链牙,其特征在于:所述第二组合件在所述第一方向上的最大长度大于所述第一弧形顶的直径的40%。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的拉链牙,其特征在于:所述第二连接部的下表面开设有第一开口槽,所述链牙下侧部的表面开设有与所述第一开口槽位置对应的第二开口槽,所述第一开口槽与所述第二开口槽组合形成固定开口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的拉链牙,其特征在于:所述第一开口槽朝向所述第一连接部方向延伸的第一弧形腔,所述第二开口槽朝向所述第一连接部方向延伸的第二弧形腔,所述第一弧形腔与所述第二弧形腔围合形成用于将所述拉链牙固定的固定腔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的拉链牙,其特征在于:所述链牙下侧部沿所述第二方向开设有位于所述链牙下侧部两侧的啮合部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的拉链牙,其特征在于:所述啮合部的为弧形的凹腔。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的拉链牙,其特征在于:所述第二弧形顶的顶端与所述链牙下侧部的间距大于所述第一弧形顶的半径的50%。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的拉链牙,其特征在于:所述固定开口和所述固定腔的深度和大于所述第二弧形顶的两侧的厚度的40%。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的拉链牙,其特征在于:所述拉链牙采用注塑工艺制备,且表面电镀有涂料。
  15. 一种拉链,其特征在于:包括链带和如权利要求1~14任一项所述的拉链牙,多个所述拉链牙并排设于所述链带上。
