또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 덮개 회전부, 열림용 탄성체, 그리고 덮개 잠금부를 더 포함하는 기술구성을 제공하므로, 팔 받침 덮개의 분실 없이 덮개 잠금부의 조작 만으로 열림용 탄성체의 탄성력에 의해 팔 받침 덮개가 자동으로 열릴 수 있고, 사용자가 그 반대되는 힘을 가하면서 팔 받침 덮개가 덮개 잠금부에 의해 자동으로 잠길 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 쿠션 부재를 더 포함하는 기술구성을 제공하므로, 사용자가 팔을 팔 받침 덮개에 올릴 경우 충분한 쿠션감을 줄 수 있다.

이하, 첨부한 도면을 참고로 하여 본 발명의 실시예에 대하여 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 상세히 설명한다. 그러나 본 발명은 여러 가지 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며 여기에서 설명하는 실시예에 한정되지 않는다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 의자용 암레스트를 개략적으로 나타낸 사시도이고, 도 3은 도 2의 의자용 암레스트를 III-III 선으로 잘라 본 도면이며, 그리고 도 4는 도 3의 의자용 암레스트의 "A"부를 확대하여 나타낸 도면이다. 도 5는 도 3의 의자용 암레스트의 팔 받침 덮개가 열린 상태를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 6은 도 2의 의자용 암레스트를 VI-VI 선으로 잘라 본 도면이고, 도 7은 도 2의 의자용 암레스트 중 컵 홀더가 외부에 노출되도록 팔 지지용 수납 케이스가 회전된 상태를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 의자용 암레스트(100)는, 도 2 내지 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 지지부(6)를 통해 좌부(2)에 구비되며 사용자의 팔을 받치는 의자용 암레스트로, 팔 지지용 수납 케이스(110)와 팔 받침 덮개(120)를 포함할 수 있다. 이하, 도 2 내지 도 7을 계속 참조하여, 각 구성요소에 대해 상세히 설명한다.
팔 지지용 수납 케이스(110)는, 사용자의 팔의 하중을 지지할 뿐만 아니라 필기구 등의 물품을 수납하기 위한 구성요소이다. 이러한 팔 지지용 수납 케이스(110)는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 지지부(6)의 상단에 구비되되 좌부(2)를 기준으로 전후 방향으로 길게 구비될 수 있으며, 도 3 내지 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 내부 수용부(111)와 연통되는 상부 개방부(112)를 가질 수 있다.
또한, 팔 지지용 수납 케이스(110)는, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 그 내부의 공간인 내부 수용부(111)을 구획시키는 하나 이상의 격벽(113)을 포함할 수 있다. 따라서, 하나 이상의 격벽(113)을 통해 필기구 등의 물건을 구분하여 보관할 수 있어, 팔 지지용 수납 케이스(110)의 내부 수용부(111)를 보다 효율적으로 활용할 수 있다.
팔 받침 덮개(120)는, 사용자의 팔을 받칠 뿐만 아니라 팔 지지용 수납 케이스(110)의 상부 개방부(112)를 개폐시키기 위한 구성요소이다. 이러한 팔 받침 덮개(120)는, 도 3 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 팔 지지용 수납 케이스(110)에 회전 가능하게 구비될 수 있다.
따라서, 위와 같은 구성요소들이 제공되므로, 사용자가 팔 받침 덮개(120)를 이용하여 팔을 받칠 수 있음과 함께 팔 받침 덮개(120)를 열어 팔 지지용 수납 케이스(110)의 상부 개방부(112)를 통해 내부 수용부(111)에 필기구 등의 물건을 수납할 수 있어, 즉 사용자의 손에 가장 인접한 본 발명의 의자용 암레스트(100)에 필기구 등의 물건을 수납할 수 있어, 수납된 물건을 빠르고 쉽게 이용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 비 좁은 책상 위해 별도의 필기구 선반이나 필기구 통을 구비하지 않아도 되어 책상 위의 공간 또한 효율적으로 활용할 수 있다.
이와 더불어, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 의자용 암레스트(100)는, 도 2 내지 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 팔 받침 덮개(120)의 상면에 구비되는 쿠션 부재(130)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자가 팔을 팔 받침 덮개(120)에 올릴 경우 충분한 쿠션감을 줄 수 있다.
이와 더불어, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 의자용 암레스트(100)는, 도 2, 도 3, 도 5 내지 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 컵 홀더(140)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 컵 홀더(140)는, 컵을 거치하기 위한 구성요소이다. 이러한 컵 홀더(140)는, 도 6 및 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 지지부(6)의 상단과 팔 지지용 수납 케이스(110) 사이에 구비될 수 있다.
띠라서, 컵 홀더(140)를 통해, 사용자의 손에 가장 인접한 본 발명의 의자용 암레스트(100)에 컵(미도시)을 거치할 수 있어, 거치된 컵을 빠르고 쉽게 이용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 비 좁은 책상 위해 컵을 올려놓지 않아도 되어 책상 위의 공간 또한 효율적으로 활용할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 컵 홀더(140)는, 도 6 및 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 컵 홀더 몸체(141)와 하나 이상의 컵 안착공(142)을 포함할 수 있다. 컵 홀더 몸체(141)는 판 형상을 가질 수 있고, 컵 안착공(142)은 컵 홀더 몸체(141)에 형성될 수 있으며 컵이 수용된 형태로 컵이 안착될 수 있다.
나아가, 컵 홀더 몸체(141)는, 도 2, 도 3 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 팔 지지용 수납 케이스(110)의 저면과 동일한 크기와 동일한 형상을 가질 수 있다.
이와 더불어, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 의자용 암레스트(100)는, 도 6 및 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 케이스 회전부(150)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 케이스 회전부(150)는, 도 6 및 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 팔 지지용 수납 케이스(110)에 의해 컵 홀더(140)가 덮이거나 외부에 노출되도록 팔 지지용 수납 케이스(110)를 컵 홀더(140)에 회전 가능하게 구비시킬 수 있다.
따라서, 케이스 회전부(150)를 통해 팔 지지용 수납 케이스(110)를 회전시키는 것으로 컵 홀더(140)를 덮거나 외부에 노출시킬 수 있어(도 7 참조), 컵 홀더(140)의 사용이 필요 없을 경우에는 팔 지지용 수납 케이스(110)의 아래에 컵 홀더(140)가 위치되도록 하여(도 2 참조) 본 발명의 의자용 암레스트(100)가 차지하는 공간을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 케이스 회전부(150)는, 도 6 및 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 수직 힌지축(151)과 수직 힌지공(152)을 포함할 수 있다. 수직 힌지축(151)은 컵 홀더 몸체(141)에 구비되되 컵 홀더 몸체(141)의 상면에 수직하게 구비될 수 있고, 수직 힌지공(152)은 팔 지지용 수납 케이스(110)에 구비되며 수직 힌지축(151)에 회전 가능하게 삽입될 수 있다. 물론, 도시되지는 않았지만, 수직 힌지축은 팔 지지용 수납 케이스에 구비되고 수직 힌지공은 컵 홀더에 구비될 수도 있을 것이다.
이와 더불어, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 의자용 암레스트(100)는, 도 3 내지 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 덮개 회전부(160), 열림용 탄성체(170), 그리고 덮개 잠금부(180)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
덮개 회전부(160)는 팔 받침 덮개(120)를 팔 지지용 수납 케이스(110)에 회전 가능하게 구비시킬 수 있고, 열림용 탄성체(170)는 덮개 회전부(160)에 구비될 수 있으며 팔 받침 덮개(120)가 열리는 방향으로 탄성력을 가할 수 있다. 덮개 잠금부(180)는 팔 지지용 수납 케이스(110)와 팔 받침 덮개(120) 사이에 구비될 수 있으며 상부 개방부(112)에 대해 팔 받침 덮개(120)가 닫힌 상태 또는 열린 상태에 놓이도록 할 수 있다.
따라서, 팔 받침 덮개(120)의 분실 없이 덮개 잠금부(180)의 조작 만으로 열림용 탄성체(170)의 탄성력에 의해 팔 받침 덮개(120)가 자동으로 열릴 수 있고, 사용자가 그 반대되는 힘을 가하면서 팔 받침 덮개(120)가 덮개 잠금부(180)에 의해 자동으로 잠길 수 있다.
예를 들어, 덮개 잠금부(180)는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 걸림 부재(181), 피니언(pinion)(182), 제1 랙(first rack)(183), 제2 랙(second rack)(184), 그리고 걸림용 탄성체(185)를 포함할 수 있다. 걸림 부재(181)는 팔 받침 덮개(120)의 저면에 돌출되게 구비될 수 있으며 걸림공(181a)을 가질 수 있다. 피니언(182)은 팔 지지용 수납 케이스(110)에 회동 가능하게 구비될 수 있고, 제1 랙(183)은 피니언(182)에 맞물리며 걸림공(181a)에 대응하는 삽입 단부(183a)를 가질 수 있고, 제2 랙(184)은 피니언(182)에 맞물리고 제1 랙(183)과 반대 방향으로 이동되며 팔 지지용 수납 케이스(110)의 외부에 노출되는 누름 단부(184a)를 가질 수 있다. 걸림용 탄성체(185)는 피니언(182)과 팔 지지용 수납 케이스(110) 사이에 구비될 수 있으며 제1 랙(183)의 삽입 단부(183a)가 걸림공(181a)에 삽입되는 방향으로 회전력을 가할 수 있다. 나아가, 삽입 단부(183a)의 상면은, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 삽입 단부(183a)의 삽입 방향으로 점점 하향 경사지는 형상을 가질 수 있다.
따라서, 제2 랙(184)의 누름 단부(184a)를 사용자가 누르면 피니언(182)을 통해 반대 방향으로 이동되는 제1 랙(183)의 삽입 단부(183a)가 걸림공(181a)에서 빠짐과 동시에 열림용 탄성체(170)의 탄성력에 의해 팔 받침 덮개(120)가 열릴 수 있고, 팔 받침 덮개(120)를 사용자가 닫으면 걸림 부재(181)의 누르는 힘에 의해 제1 랙(183)의 삽입 단부(183a)가 뒤로 후퇴한 후 걸림 부재(181)가 더 내려와 걸림 부재(181)의 걸림공(181a)에 삽입 단부(183a)가 위치될 수 있고 이렇게 삽입 단부(183a)가 걸림공(181a)에 위치되면 걸림용 탄성체(185)의 탄성력에 의해 제1 랙(183)의 삽입 단부(183a)가 걸림공(181a)에 삽입되는 방향으로 이동되면서 걸림공(181a)에 걸려 팔 받침 덮개(120)가 닫힌 상태를 유지할 수 있다.
물론, 도시되지는 않았지만, 다른 예로, 덮개 잠금부는 팔 받침 덮개의 저면에 구비되며 걸림공을 가지는 걸림 부재와, 팔 지지용 수납 케이스에 회전 가능하게 구비되며 걸림공에 대응하는 후크와, 후크를 걸림공에 삽입되는 방향으로 회전력을 가하는 걸림용 탄성체를 포함하는 메커니즘을 가질 수도 있을 것이다.
이상에서 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 대하여 상세하게 설명하였지만 본 발명의 권리범위는 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고 다음의 청구범위에서 정의하고 있는 본 발명의 기본 개념을 이용한 당업자의 여러 변형 및 개량 형태 또한 본 발명의 권리범위에 속하는 것이다.
본 발명은 의자용 암레스트에 관한 것으로서 산업상 이용가능성이 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 지지부를 통해 좌부에 구비되며 사용자의 팔을 받치는 의자용 암레스트로,
    상기 지지부의 상단에 구비되되 상기 좌부를 기준으로 전후 방향으로 길게 구비되며 상부 개방부를 가지는 팔 지지용 수납 케이스; 및
    상기 상부 개방부를 개폐시키며 사용자의 팔을 받치는 팔 받침 덮개;
    를 포함하는
    의자용 암레스트.
  2. 제1항에서,
    상기 의자용 암레스트는,
    상기 지지부의 상단과 상기 팔 지지용 수납 케이스 사이에 구비되며 컵을 거치하는 컵 홀더
    를 더 포함하는
    의자용 암레스트.
  3. 제1항에서,
    상기 의자용 암레스트는,
    상기 팔 받침 덮개의 상면에 구비되는 쿠션 부재
    를 더 포함하는
