Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Trägermaterial (T,T') umfassend mindestens eine Komponente (K), wobei die Komponente (K) adhäsiv an das Trägermaterial (T) gebunden und/oder auf dem Trägermaterial (T) immobilisiert und/oder eingetrocknet ist, wobei das Trägermaterial (T) geeignet ist ein bestimmtes Volumen einer Flüssigkeit beinhaltend eine definierte Menge der Komponente (K) aufzunehmen und in Anwesenheit eines Elutionsfluids wieder freizugeben. Des Weiteren betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein Kitsystem (KS), die Verwendung eines Kitsystems (KS) für die Herstellung einer Antikörperlösung oder Proteinlösung, sowie ein Verfahren zum Nachweis eines immobilisierten Analyten auf einer Membran, sowie ein Verfahren zum Nachweis eines nicht-immobilisierten Analyten (z.B. in Lösung), sowie die Verwendung mindestens einer Komponente (K), eines Kitsystems (KS) oder eines Trägermaterials (T) in verschiedenen Verfahren.
