Abstract

본 발명은 리튬이차전지 음극재용 탄소-규소복합산화물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 Si/SiO 2 원료분말혼합체와 금속 마그네슘을 기상 반응시킴으로써, 규소산화물(SiO X, 0<x≤2) 내에 규소 입자, MgSiO 3(enstatite) 및 Mg 2SiO 4(forsterite) 결정을 포함하는 표면이 탄소로 피복된 이차전지 음극재용 탄소-규소복합산화물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
