리튬 이차 전지용 양극 및 이를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지에 관한 것으로서, 상기 양극은 전류 집전체; 상기 전류 집전체에 형성되고, 리튬을 인터칼레이션 및 디인터칼레이션할 수 있는 화합물을 포함하는 활물질 층; 및 상기 활물질 층에 형성되고, 평균 입경(D50)이 2㎛ 이하인 하기 화학식 1의 화합물 및 수계 바인더를 포함하는 코팅층을 포함한다. [화학식 1] LiaFe1-xMxPO4 (상기 화학식 1에서, 0.90 ≤ a ≤ 1.8, 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.7, M은 Mg, Co, Ni 또는 이들의 조합임)
