본 발명은, 하기 화학식 1 또는 화학식 2로 표시되는 리튬이차전지용 양극활물질 및 그의 제조방법, 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 그래핀-리튬금속인산염을 포함하는 리튬이차전지용 양극활물질 복합소재 및 그의 제조방법, 다공성 산화철 나노입자를 포함하는 음극활물질 및 그의 제조방법, 및 상기 양극활물질, 상기 양극활물질 복합소재 및/또는 상기 음극활물질을 포함하는 리튬이차전지를 개시한다. [화학식 1] LiNi 1-x-yMn xM yO 2 [화학식 2] Li 1+xMn 2-yM yO 4 [화학식 3] LiMPO 4-rGO
