Abstract
본원은 복수의 소수성 아미노산, 친수성 고분자, 및 호스트 분자가 치환된 온도감응성 폴리포스파젠; 및 게스트 분자가 연결된 생리활성 물질을 포함하는, 하이드로젤 조성물로서, 상기 호스트 분자에 상기 게스트 분자가 호스트-게스트 상호작용(host-guest interaction)에 의하여 포접(inclusion)되어 상기 폴리포스파젠과 상기 생리활성 물질이 컨쥬게이트를 형성하는 것인, 하이드로젤 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본원의 하이드로젤 조성물이 생체 내에 투입될 경우 생리활성 물질을 서서히 방출하며 줄기세포 분화에 유리한 조건을 제공한다. 뿐만 아니라, 줄기세포의 특정 분화에 적합하도록 생리활성 물질의 종류, 비율 및 배열이 제어된 본원의 하이드로젤 조성물을 높은 재현성으로 제조될 수 있다.
