为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种可折叠箱,所述折叠箱具有箱体和箱盖,其中所述箱体具有底座及可折叠地连接于所述底座的一对相对的第一侧板和一对相对的第二侧板,其特征在于,所述箱盖的第一边缘通过铰接件铰接于一对所述第一侧板中一个侧板的顶端,所述箱盖沿第一边缘设有箱盖铰接部,且一对所述第一 侧板中一个侧板的顶端设有侧板铰接部,其中所述铰接件的第一边缘和第二边缘分别设有第一主体铰接部和第二主体铰接部,所述箱盖铰接部和所述第一主体铰接部相互铰接,以及所述侧板铰接部和所述第二主体铰接部相互铰接。
一实施例中,所述铰接件为与所述箱体和所述箱盖分开的构件,以及所述箱盖铰接部仅沿所述箱盖的第一边缘设置。
一实施例中,所述铰接件和所述箱盖相互铰接所形成的组件的大小匹配于所述可折叠箱的开口的大小。
一实施例中,所述铰接件的第一主体铰接部设有沿第一边缘相互间隔开的多个凹槽,其中所述箱盖的箱盖铰接部的至少一部分位于所述凹槽内。
一实施例中,所述铰接件和所述箱盖的宽度设置成在所述箱盖翻折到所述侧板外侧面上时,并相对于底座折叠时,所述箱盖边缘不延伸超出所述底座的外缘。

一实施例中,所述箱盖进一步设有用于将箱盖锁定到侧板上的锁定机构,所述锁定机构设置于与设有所述箱盖铰接部所在的半部分之外的另半部分。
一实施例中,所述箱盖与所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板之间的连接处、所述底座与所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板之间的连接处、以及所述第一侧板与所述第二侧板之间的连接处均设置有密封件。
一实施例中,所述箱盖与所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板之间的密封件设置在所述箱盖的底侧外周并固定连接于所述箱盖。
一实施例中,所述箱盖由内板和外板相互焊接而成,所述箱盖的一对相对的边缘处的外板延伸出所述内板的边缘,另一对相对的边缘中的一个边缘设有箱盖铰接部,另一个边缘处的外板和内板齐平或者也延伸出所述内板的边缘,所述箱盖上的密封件连接于所述内板。
一实施例中,所述箱盖的与设有箱盖铰接部的边缘相对的另一边缘处的外板设有一条卡边,所述第一侧板的内侧顶端设有开口朝上的凹槽,所述卡边可操作地卡入所述凹槽中。
一实施例中,所述箱盖进一步设置成,在盖上箱盖的状态下,所述箱盖的外板的延伸出所述内板边缘的部分搭接于所述第二侧板上。
一实施例中,所述箱盖的密封件为具有相对的两对侧边的环状件,所述箱盖的密封件的一对相对的侧边延伸超出所述第二侧板的所述内板的外边缘,另一对相对的侧边中的一个可操作地抵靠所述第一侧板。

下文参照附图描述本发明的实施例。具体参见图1,示出了根据本发明的可折叠容器100,包括底座1、两对侧板2、3以及箱盖4。每对侧板2、3在底端铰接至底座1的边缘并能够相对于底座1折叠,箱盖4通过铰接件5铰接至一对侧板2中一个侧板的顶端。侧板2、3的纵向两端各设有咬合部202和302,当各侧板相对于底座1直立时,各侧板2和3通过咬合部202和302彼此咬合而连接,从而与底座1共同形成可折叠容器100的内部容积,箱盖4可覆盖可折叠箱100的顶部开口。而当各侧板2、3和箱盖4相对于底座1折叠时,可折叠容器100能够方便地存储和运输。应理解,侧板2和3之间的连接方式并不限于上述咬合方式,只要能够彼此首尾相接围出内部空间即可。侧板2和3的底端设有侧板铰接部,以铰接连接至底座1的外缘。
图2中示出了可折叠箱100的一侧板2、铰接件5以及箱盖4的分解立体图。如图所示,箱盖4沿与侧板2邻接的第一边缘41设有箱盖铰接部411,而侧板2(也称为长侧板或第一侧板)的顶端21设有侧板铰接部211。铰接件5具有与箱盖4相邻的第一边缘51和与侧板2相邻的第二边缘52,铰接件5的第一边缘51和第二边缘52分别设有第一主体铰接部511和第二主体铰接部521。箱盖铰接部411与第一主体铰接部511相互铰接,而侧板铰接部211与第二主体铰接部521相互铰接。
此外,为了更好地使得箱盖4闭合在顶端开口上,较佳地在一对相对的侧板2中的另一个的顶端的内侧设有开口朝上和朝向箱体内部的凹槽,从而用于在使用状态接纳箱盖4的第二边缘42。
在所示实施例中,上述一对侧板2为两对相对的侧板中长度较长的长侧板,而另一对侧板3(也称为短侧板或第二侧板)为长度较短的短侧板,箱盖4铰接于其中一个长侧板2的顶端21。但应理解,箱盖4也可通过铰接件铰接于其中一个短侧板的3顶端而不脱离本发明的范围。
在图2所示具体实施例中,箱盖铰接部411包括相互间隔开的多个箱盖伸出部4111,各箱盖伸出部4111从箱盖4的边缘41沿箱盖4所在的平面水平延伸,且每个箱盖伸出部4111设有铰链孔4112,铰链孔4112大致沿第一边缘41 的方向延伸。侧板铰接部211包括相互间隔开的多个侧板伸出部2111,各侧板伸出部2111从侧板2的顶端21沿侧板2所在的平面向上延伸,且每个侧板伸出部2111设有铰链孔2112,铰链孔2112大致沿侧板2的顶端21的方向延伸。第一主体铰接部511和第二主体铰接部512分别包括相互间隔开的多个第一主体伸出部5111和第二主体伸出部5121,每个第一主体伸出部5111均设有铰链孔5112,每个第二主体伸出部5121均设有铰链孔5122。铰链孔5112和5122分别大致沿铰接体5的边缘51和52的方向延伸。较佳地,各铰链孔4112彼此对准,各铰链孔5112也彼此对准,因此当各箱盖伸出部4111与各第一主体伸出部5111彼此交错放置时,各铰链孔4112和各铰链孔5112彼此对准,从而能够通过将第一铰链轴53穿过各铰链孔4112和各铰链孔5112实现铰接件5与箱盖4之间的铰接。较佳地,各铰链孔2112彼此对准,各铰链孔5122也彼此对准,因此当各侧板伸出部2111与各第二主体伸出部5121彼此交错放置时,各铰链孔2112和各铰链孔5122也彼此对准,从而能够通过将第二铰链轴54穿过各铰链孔2112和各铰链孔5122实现铰接件5与侧板2之间的铰接。更佳地,铰接件5的第一边缘51和第二边缘52彼此平行。如此,箱盖4经由铰接件5铰接至侧板2之后,第一铰链轴53和第二铰链轴54彼此平行。
较佳地,铰接件5的第一主体铰接部511设有沿第一边缘51相互间隔开的多个凹槽512,箱盖4的箱盖铰接部411的至少一部分,具体是箱盖铰接部411的各箱盖伸出部4111位于凹槽512内。较佳地,当箱盖4关闭可折叠容器100的开口时,各箱盖伸出部4111贴合地位于各凹槽512内,从而进一步确保对开口的封闭。
此外,在一未示出的实施例中,可设置成箱盖伸出部4111和第一主体伸出部5111中的一个设有铰链轴,而另一个设有用于与该铰链轴配合的铰链孔,从而通过将该铰链轴配合到铰链孔内来实现箱盖4与铰接件5的铰接。替代地或另外地,可设置成侧板伸出部2111和第二主体伸出部5121中的一个设有铰链轴,而另一个设有用于与该铰链轴配合的铰链孔,从而通过将该铰链轴配合到铰链孔内来实现侧板2与铰接件5的铰接。
当然,应理解,箱盖4与铰接件5之间的铰接以及侧板2与铰接件5之间的铰接并不限于上述方式,也可采用本领域内的其他常规铰接方式,例如通过柔性减薄部彼此铰接而不脱离本发明的范围。在本发明中,当箱盖4通过铰接 件5与侧板2形成铰接连接时,箱盖4能够相对于侧板2绕侧板2的顶端旋转270°以上,如图5所示。在可折叠箱100处于使用状态时,箱盖4相对于侧板2垂直并关闭可折叠箱100的开口。当可折叠箱100处于收纳状态时,箱盖4能够相对于侧板2的顶端旋转以放置在侧板2的外表面上,从而在将其他三个侧板折叠放置于底座1上之后,能够将侧板2和箱盖4折叠放置在其他三个侧板上。如此,处于收纳状态的可折叠箱100便于储存和运输。
在图中所示的实施例中,铰接件5为与侧板2和箱盖4分开的构件,箱盖铰接部411仅沿箱盖4设置在第一边缘41。但应理解,铰接件5也可与侧板2和箱盖4中的一个或两个一体形成而不脱离本发明的范围。例如,如上文提到的,铰接件5可通过柔性减薄部与侧板2的顶端21和/或箱盖4的第一边缘41铰接连接。较佳地,铰接件5的厚度等于侧板2和箱盖4的厚度之和,从而当箱盖4折叠到侧板2的外表面上时能够与侧板2的外表面贴合不向上突出。
当可折叠箱100处于使用状态时,铰接件5和箱盖4相互铰接形成的组件的大小与可折叠箱100的开口大小相匹配,从而能够关闭可折叠箱100的开口。而当可折叠箱100如图3所示处于收纳状态时,侧板2折叠到底座1上,箱盖4旋转翻折到侧板2的外侧,此时箱盖4的与第一边缘41相对的第二边缘42不延伸超出侧板2的底端,从而确保箱盖4的第二边缘42在折叠状态不会超出底座1的外缘。
图2中所示的箱盖4具有板状主体,箱盖4的除了第一边缘41之外的其他三个边缘分别可操作地搭接在另一侧板2和两个侧板3的顶端,如图4所示。
在图1所示的可折叠箱100中,底座1具有板状主体11和从板状主体11的一对相对边缘向上延伸的一对相对的护边12。图6A中示出了侧板2处于折叠状态的可折叠箱100。图6C示出了侧板2与底座1脱离的立体图。其中图6D示出了其局部放大图。如图6D所示,护边12设有开口朝上和朝内开放的凹腔121,凹腔121的两侧端壁上部设有第一底座限位凸起1211,凹腔121的中部设有从凹腔121的底壁一体向上延伸出的底座限位部1212和位于底座限位部内并朝向内部开口的底座导向部1213。底座限位部1212横截面呈“T”字形,从而在两侧与凹腔121的侧壁形成两个长条形开放式凹槽1214。底座导向部1213呈纵向延伸的凹腔。底座导向部1213从距离底座限位部预定距离的位置处向上(纵向)延伸预定距离。侧板2底端设有向下延伸的多个相互间隔开的铰链伸出部22。当侧板2相对于底座1直 立时,铰链伸出部22容纳在凹腔121内。铰链伸出部22包括从侧板2向下延伸的两个侧板限位部221,两个侧板限位部221的彼此相对的侧面设有侧板铰链轴223,侧板铰链轴223可在凹槽1214内旋转并上下滑动,以实现侧板2相对于底座1在直立状态与折叠状态之间切换。在两个侧板限位部221之间还设有侧板导向部222。侧板导向部222具有连接于两个侧板限位部221之间的板状部222a和垂直于板状部222a延伸出的导向块222b构成。导向部可上下滑动地连接于底座导向部。当侧板2处于直立状态时,该导向块222b卡合在底座导向部1213内,从而将侧板2固定于护边12,如图8的局部剖视图和局部放大图8A所示。底座导向部1213的结构和侧板导向部222的结构使得在侧板处于折叠状态时,侧板与底座的连接处呈平坦状态,其上没有凹坑。当侧板2处于折叠状态时,第一底座限位凸起1211阻挡侧板限位部221,以防止侧板2向上与底座1分离。在图中示出了设置在护边12上的4个凹腔121和设置在侧板2底端的4个铰链伸出部22,但应理解,可根据需要设置任何合适数量的凹腔121和铰链伸出部22。
较佳地,箱盖4还设有用于将箱盖4锁定到侧板的锁定机构,该锁定机构设置在箱盖4的远离第一边缘41的部分,从而能够更稳固地将箱盖4闭合至侧板。
本发明的可折叠箱100还可通过在底座1、侧板2和3以及箱盖4内设置保温层而具有保温功能。如图9和9A、9B所示,第一侧板2、第二侧板3和箱盖4中每个均有内板和外板相互焊接而成,在内板与外板之间设有保温层。如图10和10A所示,底座1的板状主体11和护边2内也设有保温层16。上述的各保温层可以是预先制作完成的保温板,然后放置于底座、侧板和箱盖中,也可以是在底座、侧板和箱盖制作完成后,通过灌装的方式,往底座、侧板和箱盖的内部灌入保温材料来实现。保温材料可以是聚氨酯泡沫、聚苯板、酚醛泡沫等。
在图9A的细节放大图中示出了侧板2的顶端21处的内部结构和箱盖4的第一边缘41处的内部结构。其中侧板2由侧板外板23和侧板内板24相互焊接而成,箱盖4由箱盖外板43和箱盖内板44相互焊接而成。侧板2的内板24的外周缘内侧设有焊筋25,焊筋25大致沿内板24的外周缘的方向延伸并从侧板内板24的外表面朝向侧板外板23的内表面延伸,并用于在末端焊接至侧板外板23的内表面。 但应理解,焊筋25也可设置在侧板外板23的外周缘内侧并从侧板外板23的内表面朝向侧板内板24的外表面延伸并用于在末端焊接至侧板内板24的外表面。还应理解,可在侧板外板23的外周缘内侧以及侧板内板24的外周缘内侧均设置焊筋25,焊筋25的末端彼此焊接。较佳地如图中所示,侧板2设有两条彼此平行且相互间隔开的焊筋25。在可折叠箱100的侧板2和箱盖4由塑料材料制成的情况下,焊筋25与内板24的外表面、外板23的内表面或者与另一焊筋25之间的焊接通过超声波焊接来实现,以更好地实现焊缝的密封性。在由内板23、外板24和焊筋25围成的内部空间内,设有保温层26。两条间隔开焊筋25的设置能够进一步确保外板、内板与焊筋所围成的空间相对于外部的密封性。此外,为了便于制造,较佳地,前述侧板咬合部和侧板铰接部都一体形成在外板23上。
侧板3也可由外板30和内板31焊接而成,其间填充有保温层36。其具体结构与侧板2相同,在此不再赘述。
在设置两条焊筋25的情况下,侧板2的顶部设有密闭空腔,该密闭空腔由两条焊筋25和内板24和外板23共同形成。
还如图9A所示,箱盖4的外板43的外周缘内设有焊筋45,焊筋45大致沿外板43的外周缘的方向延伸并从箱盖外板43的内表面朝向箱盖内板44的外表面延伸,并用于在末端焊接至箱盖内板44的外表面。但应理解,焊筋45也可设置在箱盖内板44的外周缘内侧并从箱盖内板44的外表面朝向箱盖外板43的内表面延伸并用于在末端焊接至箱盖外板43的内表面。还应理解,可在箱盖外板23的外周缘内侧以及箱盖内板24的外周缘内侧均设置焊筋45,焊筋45的末端彼此焊接。较佳地如图中所示,箱盖4设有两条彼此平行且相互间隔开的焊筋45。在可折叠箱100的箱盖4由塑料材料制成的情况下,焊筋25与内板44的外表面、外板43的内表面或者与另一焊筋45之间的焊接通过超声波焊接来实现,以更好地实现焊缝的密封性。在由外板43、内板44和焊筋45围成的内部空间内,设有保温层46。两条间隔开焊筋45的设置能够进一步确保外板、内板与焊筋所围成的空间相对于外部的密封性。
图12示出了箱盖4的仰视分解立体图。箱盖4具有四个边缘41、42、47和48。较佳地,第一边缘41设有箱盖铰接部4111,第二边缘42处的外板43延伸超出内板44并在盖上箱盖时搭接在侧板2的内侧。具体地,如图4B所示,外板43的边缘可设有一条卡边4a,而在侧板2的内侧顶端设有开口朝上凹槽2a,卡边4a可卡 入凹槽2a中。另一实施例中,第二边缘42处的外板与内板齐平。而在另外两个边缘47和48处,外板43延伸超出内板44。较佳地,在可折叠箱100处于使用状态时,外板43延伸超出内板44的部分搭接于侧板3上。
图9B示出了底座1护边12处的剖视图。图10和10A示出了底座1的分解图及细节放大图。从图中可以看出,底座1由底座主体14和底座底板15相互焊接而成。底座主体14设有朝下开口的板状主体空腔142和两对相对的护边空腔143,板状主体空腔142和护边空腔143由底座焊接筋141相互间隔开。底座主体14包括基板145,基板145呈矩形,护边12由护边内板124和护边外板123形成,护边内板124和护边外板123分别形成护边12的内表面和外表面。护边内板124从护边基板145的边缘向上延伸,而底座焊接筋141从护边基板145的边缘向下延伸并用于焊接到底座底板15的上表面。护边外板123的下端也焊接至底座底板15的上表面,较佳地焊接至底座底板15的上表面边缘。护边内板124和护边外板123和底座焊接筋141共同形成护边空腔143,而底座基板145和底座焊接筋141共同形成板状主体空腔142。在护边空腔143和板状主体空腔142内分别设置保温层。此外,如上文所述,护边12还设有多个凹腔121,在护边12内位于凹腔121之间的部分也设有保温层。保温层通常由轻质泡沫制成。
采用上述结构的可折叠箱100具有良好的保温性能,能够用于储存生鲜产品。
根据本发明,为了更好地形成密封和进行保温,还可对可折叠箱100设置密封结构。具体如图14-22A所示,在可折叠箱100中,在箱盖4与侧板2和侧板3之间的连接处、底座1与侧板2和侧板3的连接处、以及侧板2和3之间的连接处均设置密封件,从而实现可折叠箱100内部相对于外部的密封。
如图19所示,箱盖4与侧板2和侧板3之间的密封件401设置在箱盖4的底侧外周并固定连接于箱盖4。具体地,密封件401呈矩形环状,具有相对的两对侧边。密封件401连接于箱盖4的内板44的外缘。密封件401可以任何合适的方式连接至内板44的外缘,例如可在内板44的外缘上设置若干突起,而在密封件401上设置若干形状匹配的卡槽,从而将密封件401卡配至内板44,或者在密封件401上设置若干突起部,而在内板44的边缘上设置相应形状的凹陷以用于容纳上述突起部。还可设想,也可在密封件401上设置突条,而在内板44的外缘上设置相应凹槽,从而接纳并保持上述突条。
在一优选实施例中,箱盖4的密封件401具有密封件主体4011和从密封件主 体4011凸出的至少一排安装柱4012,安装柱4012的末端设有卡扣。箱盖4上设有相应的安装孔,卡扣卡入安装孔以将密封件安装在箱盖上。
在图20所示较佳实施例中,在可折叠箱100的使用状态,当箱盖4闭合在顶部开口时,密封件401的位于边缘47和48的一对侧边延伸超出侧板3的内板的外边缘,而位于边缘42的侧边可操作地抵靠侧板2。较佳地,侧板2中未与箱盖4铰接的一个的顶端内侧设有开口朝上和朝向箱体内部的凹槽2a,密封件401的位于边缘42的卡边4a可操作地抵靠该凹槽2a,见图20B。
图20A中示出了箱盖4与侧板2中的一个通过铰接件5铰接的局部放大提剖视图。如图21、22及22A所示,在铰接件5的下侧连接有铰接件密封件501,该铰接件密封件501的第一侧边5011可操作地抵靠该侧板2,其中第一侧边5011为铰接件密封件501远离箱盖4的侧边。较佳地,铰接件密封件501的与箱盖4相邻的第二侧边5011至少部分地与箱盖4上的密封件401重叠。
侧板2和侧板3也分别设有密封件201和301,图15和15A中示出了侧板2的密封件201,图16和16A中示出了侧板2的密封件301。在图17和18中分别进一步示出侧板2及其密封件201和侧板3及其密封件301。
如前文所述,在侧板2的底端都设有铰链伸出部22,用于与底座1上的凹腔121形成铰接连接。较佳地,在侧板3的底端也设有铰链伸出部32,且为了将侧板3铰接连接至底座1,在底座1的相应一对边缘也设有护边16,如图14所示。护边16内也设有凹腔161。凹腔161和铰链伸出部32可分别采用与凹腔121和铰链伸出部22相同的结构,在此不再赘述。
在图17和18所示的实施例中,侧板2的密封件201仅位于侧板2的底部,而侧板3的密封件301呈大致矩形环状,包括分别位于侧板3的四个边缘的部分。从而,侧板2和侧板3之间的密封通过侧板3的密封件301的左右侧边缘部分来实现。但应理解,也可设置成侧板2的密封件201呈大致矩形环状,包括分别位于侧板2的四个边缘的部分,而侧板3的密封件301仅位于侧板3的底部,从而侧板2和侧板3之间的密封通过侧板2的密封件201的左右边缘来实现。
如图17所示,侧板2底部的密封件201包括多个位于中部的“n”形部分和两侧的半“n”形部分,其中每个n形部分的两个支腿分别覆盖相邻两个铰链伸出部22的相邻两个侧板限位部221的内侧表面,而两侧的半“n”形部分覆盖侧板2左右两侧的铰链伸出部22的外端侧板限位部221的内侧表面。其中上述“n”形部分 和半“n”形部分是彼此分开的单独密封件,“n”形部分的数量根据铰链伸出部22的数量来设定。具体来说,密封件201位于铰链伸出部的左右两侧及下侧并延伸超出铰链伸出部的左右两侧和下侧。由此,可以对铰链伸出部左右两侧与底座护边之间的空间的间隙,以及铰链伸出部与底座护边上的凹腔底部之间的间隙进行有效密封,即覆盖铰链伸出部与底座护边上的凹腔底部之间的间隙。一实施例中,安装于所述铰链伸出部的密封件的左右边缘处设有竖向的凹槽201a且下边缘设有横向的凹槽201b,如图8A所示。
位于侧板3底部的密封件301的部分具有相同的结构,在此不再赘述。密封件301延伸超出铰链伸出部的左右两侧和下侧的部分的结构如18所示,其为相对于密封件的主体突出的凸条301a和301b。密封件201具有类似的结构。密封件201和301与侧板2和3之间的连接方式可以是任何合适的方式,参照上文关于密封件401安装方式的描述。一未示出的实施例中,侧板底部与底座凹腔之间的密封件也可以设置在底座凹腔中,或者,在侧板底部和底座凹腔中均设置密封件。侧板底部和底座凹腔之间的密封件布置成覆盖铰链伸出部与底座护边上的凹腔底部之间的间隙。
如上文所述,在较佳实施例中,在侧板2和侧板3的纵向两端各设有咬合部202和302,当各侧板相对于底座1直立时,各侧板2和侧板3通过咬合部202和302彼此咬合而连接。密封件301与侧板3的咬合部302连接,且密封件301横向延伸超出咬合部302,从而在可折叠箱100的使用状态下侧板2和侧板3相互连接时能够抵靠侧板2以密封两者之间的接缝。密封件301与咬合部302之间的连接可通过任何合适的方式实现,例如在密封件301的位于纵向边缘的长条形板状主体上设置有相互间隔开的多个凸起,而在侧板咬合部302设有相应的凹槽,用于可操作地固定上述凸起。在密封件201包括分别位于四个边缘的部分,而密封件301仅位于侧板3底部的情况下,则密封件201与侧板2的咬合部202连接并横向延伸超出咬合部202,从而在可折叠箱100的使用状态下侧板2和侧板3相互连接时能够抵靠侧板3以密封两者之间的接缝。在密封件201的位于纵向边缘的长条形板状主体上设置有相互间隔开的多个凸起,而在侧板咬合部202设有相应的凹槽,用于可操作地固定上述凸起。
图20中示出了铰接件5及其密封件501。图22示出了铰接件5和其密封件501组装在一起的立体图。图22A中示出了图22的细节A的放大图。密封件 501紧贴安装在铰接件5的下方。当箱盖4关闭可折叠箱100的开口时,密封件501与箱盖4的密封件401至少部分地重叠,从而确保箱盖4与铰接件5之间接缝处的密封。密封件501与铰接件5之间的连接方式可以是任何合适的方式,参照上文关于密封件401安装方式的描述。
以上已详细描述了本发明的较佳实施例,但应理解到,若需要,能修改实施例的方面来采用各种专利、申请和出版物的方面、特征和构思来提供另外的实施例。
考虑到上文的详细描述,能对实施例做出这些和其它变化。一般而言,在权利要求中,所用的术语不应被认为限制在说明书和权利要求中公开的具体实施例,而是应被理解为包括所有可能的实施例连同这些权利要求所享有的全部等同范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种可折叠箱,所述折叠箱具有箱体和箱盖,其中所述箱体具有底座及可折叠地连接于所述底座的一对相对的第一侧板和一对相对的第二侧板,其特征在于,所述箱盖的第一边缘通过铰接件铰接于一对所述第一侧板中一个侧板的顶端,所述箱盖沿第一边缘设有箱盖铰接部,且一对所述第一侧板中一个侧板的顶端设有侧板铰接部,其中所述铰接件的第一边缘和第二边缘分别设有第一主体铰接部和第二主体铰接部,所述箱盖铰接部和所述第一主体铰接部相互铰接,以及所述侧板铰接部和所述第二主体铰接部相互铰接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠箱,其特征在于,所述铰接件为与所述箱体和所述箱盖分开的构件,以及所述箱盖铰接部仅沿所述箱盖的第一边缘设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠箱,其特征在于,所述铰接件和所述箱盖相互铰接所形成的组件的大小匹配于所述可折叠箱的开口的大小。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠箱,其特征在于,所述铰接件的第一主体铰接部设有沿第一边缘相互间隔开的多个凹槽,其中所述箱盖的箱盖铰接部的至少一部分位于所述凹槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠箱,其特征在于,所述铰接件和所述箱盖的宽度设置成在所述箱盖翻折到所述侧板外侧面上时,并相对于底座折叠时,所述箱盖边缘不延伸超出所述底座的外缘。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠箱,其特征在于,所述箱盖具有板状主体,所述箱盖的除了所述第一边缘之外的其他边缘分别可操作地搭接所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板的顶端。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠箱,其特征在于,所述箱盖铰接部包括相互间隔开的多个箱盖伸出部,每个所述箱盖伸出部设有铰链孔;所述侧板铰接部包括相互间隔开的多个侧板伸出部,每个所述侧板伸出部设有铰链孔;所述第一主体铰接部和所述第二主体铰接部分别包括相互间隔开的多个第一主体伸出部和多个第二主体伸出部,每个所述第一主体伸出部和每个所述第二主体伸出部均设有铰链孔;其中第一铰链轴穿过所述箱盖伸出部的铰链孔和所述第一主体伸出部的铰链孔,以及第二铰链轴穿过所述第二主体伸出部的铰链孔和所述侧板伸出部的铰链孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠箱,其特征在于,所述箱盖铰接部包括相互间 隔开的多个箱盖伸出部,所述侧板铰接部包括相互间隔开的多个侧板伸出部,以及所述第一主体铰接部和所述第二主体铰接部分别包括相互间隔开的多个第一主体伸出部和多个第二主体伸出部;其中所述箱盖伸出部和所述第一主体伸出部中的一个设有铰链轴,另一个设有与该铰链轴配合的铰链孔;所述侧板伸出部和所述第二主体伸出部中的一个设有铰链轴,另一个设有与该铰链轴配合的铰链孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠箱,其特征在于,所述两对相对的侧板中一对侧板为长度较长的长侧板,另一对侧板为长度较短的短侧板,所述箱盖铰接于其中一个长侧板的顶端。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠箱,其特征在于,所述底座具有板状主体和从板状主体的一对相对边缘向上延伸出的一对相对的护边,所述护边设有开口朝上和朝内的凹腔,所述凹腔的两侧端壁上部设有第一底座限位凸起,所述凹腔的中部设有从凹腔的底壁一体向上延伸出的底座限位部和位于所述底座限位部内并朝向内部开口的底座导向部;所述长侧板的底端设有相互间隔开的多个铰链伸出部,每个铰链伸出部的底端设有侧板铰链轴和在所述侧板铰链轴之间的侧板导向部;其中所述侧板铰链轴与所述第一限位凸起和所述底座限位部配合,所述侧板导向部与所述底座导向部配合。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠箱,其特征在于,所述箱盖进一步设有用于将箱盖锁定到侧板上的锁定机构,所述锁定机构设置于与设有所述箱盖铰接部所在的半部分之外的另半部分。
