Claims (15)
- 一种显示面板,包括显示区域和绑定区域,所述绑定区域包括:第一衬底,以及设置在所述第一衬底一侧的至少一排第一引脚,所述第一引脚沿第一方向排布且相互独立;其中,同一排中相邻的两个第一引脚在靠近所述显示区域一端的间距大于远离所述显示区域一端的间距,使所述至少一排第一引脚整体呈长边靠近所述显示区域的类似倒梯形的结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,同一排的所述第一引脚相对于第一基准线对称分布,所述第一基准线为所述绑定区域沿所述第一方向的边界的中垂线。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一引脚与所述第一基准线之间的夹角,随着所述第一引脚与所述第一基准线之间距离的增大逐渐增大。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的显示面板,其中,各所述第一引脚与所述第一基准线之间的夹角大于或等于约78°,且小于或等于84°。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的显示面板,其中,各所述第一引脚的形状和尺寸相同。
- 根据权利要求5所述的显示面板,其中,各所述第一引脚的宽度大于或等于约11μm,且小于或等于约47μm;以及各所述第一引脚的长度大于或等于约600μm,且小于或等于约1100μm。
- 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的显示面板,其中,各所述第一引脚的间距大于或等于约3μm,且小于或等于约10μm。
- 一种覆晶薄膜,可应用于如权利要求1-7任一项所述的显示面板,所述覆晶薄膜贴附于所述显示面板的绑定区域,所述覆晶薄膜包括:第二衬底,以及设置在所述第二衬底一侧的至少一排第二引脚,所述第二引脚沿所述第一方向排布且相互独立,各所述第二引脚配置来与相应的第一引脚进行绑定;其中,同一排中相邻的两个第二引脚在靠近所述显示区域一端的间距大 于远离所述显示区域一端的间距。
- 根据权利要求8所述的覆晶薄膜,其中,同一排的第二引脚相对于第二基准线对称分布,所述第二基准线为所述覆晶薄膜沿所述第一方向的边界的中垂线。
- 根据权利要求9所述的覆晶薄膜,其中,所述第二引脚与所述第二基准线之间的夹角,随着所述第二引脚与所述第二基准线之间距离的增大逐渐增大。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的覆晶薄膜,其中,各所述第二引脚与所述第二基准线之间的夹角大于或等于约78°,且小于或等于约84°。
- 根据权利要求8-11任一项所述的覆晶薄膜,其中,各所述第二引脚的形状和尺寸相同。
- 根据权利要求12所述的覆晶薄膜,其中,各所述第二引脚的宽度大于或等于约6μm,且小于或等于约43μm;以及各所述第二引脚的长度大于或等于约800μm,且小于或等于约1300μm。
- 根据权利要求8-13任一项所述的覆晶薄膜,其中,各所述第二引脚的间距大于或等于约7μm,且小于或等于约15μm。
- 一种显示装置,包括如权利要求1-7任一项所述的显示面板,和/或如权利要求8-14任一项所述的覆晶薄膜。
