本实施例为一种桌架,主要用于带立柱1的办公桌,本实施例包括立柱1和安装在立柱1底部的地脚架2,立柱1和地脚架2相互交叉呈一角度,通常而言立柱1和地脚架2呈垂直交叉,本实施例中地脚架2和立柱1之间通过快速拆装结构来实现,具体而言,所述地脚架2或立柱1,其中之一固定连接有连接构件3,另一个上设有锁止凸块4,所述连接构件3包括插接轨道31和设在插接轨道31内的锁止槽303,所述锁止凸块4依次插入所述插接轨道31并滑移卡入所 述锁止槽303,所述锁止凸块4在锁止槽303内时保持立柱1和地脚架2的锁合状态,所述桌架还包括用于将锁止凸块4顶出所述锁止槽303的顶出构件5。
本实施例中,利用连接构件3和锁止凸块4的相互锁合来代替传统的紧固螺钉,在锁合过程中,仅需要将锁止凸块4沿插接轨道31插入,然后通过相对滑移的方式卡入锁止槽303内,整个组装过程中,是不需要借助其他工具的,可以一次性完成操作,所述锁止凸块4在锁止槽303内时保持立柱1和地脚架2的锁合状态,而在需要将锁止凸块4从锁止槽303内顶出脱离时,可借助于顶出构件5,利用顶出构件5的顶触力将锁止凸块4顶出,从而实现解锁,当然在组装时,同样可也利用顶出构件5,将锁止凸块4顺利卡入锁止槽303。显然利用这种连接方式,用户在操作时基本不需要借助其他工具,而且组装步骤一次性可以完成,大大提升了便利性,另外,本实施例中这些连接构件3、锁止凸块4、顶出构件5等均可以选择预装在立柱1或地脚架2上,在这种情况下还可以减少因紧固螺钉掉落、遗失等造成无法组装的问题。
本实施例具体的优选结构如下:
本实施例中,连接构件3优选是与立柱1固定连接,锁止凸块4则优选是设在地脚架2上,连接构件3优选是通过至少两个定位凸柱32插入设在立柱1底部的定位孔101中,并用紧固螺钉11固定,锁止凸块4的具体连接方式会在下午具体展开。
本实施例中连接构件3中的插接轨道31为两段式,包括插入轨道301和防脱轨道302,所述插入轨道301和防脱轨道302相交且连通,所述锁止槽303位于防脱轨道302内,设置两段交叉式的轨道,相当于防脱轨道302与插入方向或拔出方向不在同一个方向上,防脱轨道302本身可以起到防脱离的效果,而将锁止槽303设置在防脱轨道302内,则进一步保证了锁止凸块4不从防脱轨道302内脱离。
需要说明的是,在其他实施方式中,插接轨道31可以不局限于两段式,可以是三段式、四段式,甚至一段式,只要地脚架2与立柱1之间利用插接连接并配合锁止槽锁合的方式,均落入本实用新型的保护范围内。
此外,为了方便在组装时的便利性,所述插入轨道301和防脱轨道302之间设有导向面33,所述锁止凸块4在所述导向面33的导向作用下,从插入轨道301 滑入所述锁止槽303,利用导向面33的结构,用户在组装地脚架2和立柱1时,可以不借助顶出构件5,直接利用导向面33来使得锁止凸块4卡入锁止槽303,进一步简化组装步骤。
如图3至图5,是本实施例连接构件3的具体结构,所述连接构件3包括柱状体,所述插入轨道301、防脱轨道302位于柱状体的周侧面,插入轨道301沿柱状体轴向而设,所述防脱轨道302沿柱状体周向而设。
组装时,将地脚架2上的锁止凸块4对准连接构件3的插入轨道301,使得锁止凸块4沿连接构件3的轴向方向进入插入轨道301,所述锁止凸块4插入所述插入轨道301后,把地脚架2和立柱1相对转动一角度,使得锁止凸块4周向转动进入防脱轨道302,至此连接构件3对锁止凸块4就完成轴向方向的定位,相当于立柱1与地脚架2之间不会产生轴向位移。
为了保证锁止凸块4被锁定在防脱轨道302内,在防脱轨道302里设置锁止槽303,具体而言,所述锁止槽303为设在防脱轨道302底壁或顶壁上的凹槽,插入轨道301和防脱轨道302相交处设有导向面33,导向面33为倾斜面,具体可参见图4或图5。
对于锁止凸块4,如图3所示,本实施例中优选是在所述地脚架2上设有连接孔201,所述锁止凸块4由连接孔201内壁径向朝内凸出形成,这种结构的锁止凸块4占用空间小,可以将连接构件3容置在该连接孔201内,从而不影响地脚架2的整体厚度,而且加工制造也较为方便。
当然,需要说明的是,锁止凸块4的结构并不局限于本实施例中的这种形状结构,也可以是焊接在地脚架2上的一个L形的连接块,例如包括横向段和竖向段,横向段作为锁合凸块,竖向段连接到地脚架2上。
为了增加锁止凸块4的弹性形变能力,所述地脚架2在所述锁止凸块4的两侧设有弹性槽202,所述顶出构件5位于锁止凸块4的轴向一侧,顶出构件5对锁止凸块4的作用力方向为轴向方向,利用两边的弹性槽202,可以增加锁止凸块4的弹性形变能力。
对于地脚架2,所述地脚架2包括顶板21和底板22,底板22的底部两端还安装有垫脚24,所述连接孔201位于顶板21上,所述顶出构件5为活动安装在地板上的旋钮或按钮,本实施例中优选为旋钮,具体而言是一个可手动旋转的 螺母,通过手动旋转的方式来实现轴向位移,从而实现对锁止凸块4的轴向顶出作用,对于旋钮,优选是预装在地脚架2上。当然在别的具体实施方式中,同样也可以用按钮来代替,另外,对于地脚架2而言,也并不局限于包括顶板21和底板22,也可以是一体板,这种简单的变换均落入本实用新型的保护范围内。
另外,本实施例中,为了加强立柱1与地脚架2之间的防脱稳定性,所述连接构件3安装在立柱1上,所述连接构件3上还设有至少一个辅助定位轨道34,所述地脚架2上设有与辅助定位轨道34对应匹配的辅助定位凸块23,所述锁止凸块4插入插接轨道31的同时,所述辅助定位凸块23也插入辅助定位轨道34内。
本实施例中辅助定位轨道34优选是三个,辅助定位凸块23也优选是三个,辅助定位轨道34基本与插接轨道31一致,辅助定位凸块23的结构和锁止凸块4也一致,区别在于辅助定位轨道34中未设置锁止槽303,辅助定位凸块23则可以不需要很好的弹性形变能力,因为辅助定位轨道34的作用仅仅是防止辅助定位凸块23发生轴向位移,而不需要将辅助定位凸块23锁定。
实施例二
如图1所示,本实施例为一种桌子,桌子包括桌板6和安装在桌板6下方的桌架,所述桌架包括立柱1和安装在立柱1底部的桌脚架,其中本实施例中桌架采用上述实施例一或与实施例一等同的桌架。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型的具体实施方式,但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此,熟悉该本领域的技术人员应该明白实用新型包括但不限于附图和上面具体实施方式中描述的内容。任何不偏离本实用新型的功能和结构原理的修改都将包括在权利要求书的范围中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便于组装的桌架,包括立柱和安装在立柱底部的地脚架,其特征在于,所述地脚架或立柱,其中之一固定连接有连接构件,另一个上设有锁止凸块,所述连接构件包括插接轨道和设在插接轨道内的锁止槽,所述锁止凸块依次插入所述插接轨道并滑移卡入所述锁止槽,所述锁止凸块在锁止槽内时保持立柱和地脚架的锁合状态,所述桌架还包括用于将锁止凸块顶出所述锁止槽的顶出构件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的桌架,其特征在于,所述插接轨道包括插入轨道和防脱轨道,所述插入轨道和防脱轨道相交且连通,所述锁止槽位于防脱轨道内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的桌架,其特征在于,所述插入轨道和防脱轨道之间设有导向面,所述锁止凸块在所述导向面的导向作用下,从插入轨道滑入所述锁止槽。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的桌架,其特征在于,所述连接构件包括柱状体,所述插入轨道、防脱轨道位于柱状体的周侧面,插入轨道沿柱状体轴向而设,所述防脱轨道沿柱状体周向而设,所述锁止凸块插入所述插入轨道后周向转动进入防脱轨道。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的桌架,其特征在于,所述锁止槽为设在防脱轨道底壁或顶壁上的凹槽,插入轨道和防脱轨道相交处设有导向面。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的桌架,其特征在于,所述连接构件固定连接在立柱底部,所述地脚架上设有连接孔,所述锁止凸块由连接孔内壁径向朝内凸出形成。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的桌架,其特征在于,所述地脚架在所述锁止凸块的两侧设有弹性槽,所述顶出构件位于锁止凸块的轴向一侧。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的桌架,其特征在于,所述地脚架包括顶板和底板,所述连接孔位于顶板上,所述顶出构件为活动安装在地板上的旋钮或按钮。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的桌架,其特征在于,所述连接构件安装在立柱上,所述连接构件上还设有至少一个辅助定位轨道,所述地脚架上设有与辅助定位轨道对应匹配的辅助定位凸块,所述锁止凸块插入插接轨道的同时,所述辅助定位凸块也插入辅助定位轨道内。
  10. 一种桌子,包括桌板和桌架,其特征在于,所述桌架采用如权利要求1至9之一所述的桌架。
