本公开涉及家具技术领域,具体涉及一种猫家具的连接结构以及猫家具。
发明背景
随着技术的发展以及消费者需求的多样化,市场上出现了各种各样的猫家具,例如,猫爬架、猫抓柱和猫梯子等。现有的猫家具通常设计为模块化结构,在运输过程中将各个部件模块单独放置或运输,到达目的地之后再将各个部件模块进行组合。
为使组装后的猫家具牢固,现有的猫家具中通常使用螺钉将各个部件模块固定连接以进行组合。因而,当需要再次搬运猫家具时,需要先拆卸螺钉才能将各部件模块分离。但是,在拆卸螺钉时,往往会对猫家具造成损坏。此外,在猫家具使用过程中,由于使用期间经常会受到宠物的冲撞,有可能发生螺钉外露的情况。这不仅容易对宠物造成伤害,还会导致猫家具的稳定性不佳。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本公开提供一种猫家具的连接结构以及猫家具。
根据本公开的第一方面,提供一种猫家具的连接结构,该猫家具包括连接结构、柱子和面板。其中,连接结构包括:第一连接件,被构造为固定于柱子的端面和面板二者中的一者,并设有至少一个卡槽;以及第二连接件,被构造为固定于柱子的端面和面板二者中的另一者,并设有至少一个卡块,至少一个卡块被构造为分别与至少一个卡槽卡合,以实现第一连接件和第二连接件的可拆卸连接。
在第一方面的第一种实现方式中,至少一个卡槽包括间隔布置的第一方形卡槽和第二方形卡槽;至少一个卡块包括间隔布置的第一方形卡块和第二方形卡块;第一方形卡块插设于第一方形卡槽内以与第一方形卡槽卡合,第二方形卡块插设于第二方形卡槽内以与第二方形卡槽卡合。
在一些实施例中,第一方形卡槽呈从其底部到其顶部其宽度逐渐减小的楔形,第一方形卡块呈从其底部到其顶部其宽度逐渐增大的楔形,以与第一方形卡槽的形状相匹配;第二方形卡槽呈从其底部到其顶部其宽度逐渐减小的楔形,第二方形卡块呈从其底部到其顶部其宽度逐渐增大的楔形,以与第二方形卡槽的形状相匹配。
在一些实施例中,至少一个卡块还包括第一圆形卡块和第二圆形卡块,第一圆形卡块位于第一方形卡块的内端处,第二圆形卡块位于第二方形卡块的内端处;至少一个卡槽还包括第一圆形卡槽和第二圆形卡槽,第一圆形卡槽位于第一方形卡槽的内端处,第二圆形卡槽位于第二方形卡槽的内端处;第一圆形卡块被构造为插设于第一圆形卡槽内以与第一圆形卡槽卡合;第二圆形卡块被构造为插设于第二圆形卡槽内以与第二形卡圆槽卡合。
在一些实施例中,第一方形卡槽与第一圆形卡槽的连接处设有第一狭窄区域,第一狭窄区域中设有第一凸出部,第一凸出部被构造为使得第一狭窄区域比第一方形卡槽和第一圆形卡槽更狭窄;第二方形卡槽与第二圆形卡槽的连接处设有第二狭窄区域,第二狭窄区域中设有第二凸出部,第二凸出部被构造为使得第二狭窄区域比第二方形卡槽和第二圆形卡槽更狭窄。
在一些实施例中,第一连接件还设有第一削弱部和第二削弱部,第一削弱部为第一削弱孔或第一削弱槽,第二削弱部为第二削弱孔或第二削弱槽;第一削弱部邻近第一凸出部,使得当第一凸出部被从第一方形卡槽滑动至第一圆形卡槽的第一圆形卡块挤压时容易形变;第二削弱部邻近第二凸出部,使得当第二凸出部被从第二方形卡槽滑动至第二圆形卡槽的第二圆形卡块挤压时容易形变。
在一些实施例中,第一连接件还设有第一狭槽和第二狭槽,第一狭槽从第一削弱部延伸至第一圆形卡槽;第二狭槽从第二削弱部延伸至第二圆形卡槽。
可选地,第一方形卡槽的外端从第二连接件的外周面起向第二连接件的中部延伸;第二方形卡槽的外端从第二连接件的外周面起向第二连接件的中部延伸。
可选地,第一方形卡块的外端处设有第一凸起部,第一方形卡槽的外端处设有第一凹陷部,第一凸起部与第一凹陷部相抵接;第二方形卡块的外端处设有第二凸起部,第二方形卡槽的外端处设有第二凹陷部,第二凸起部与第二凹陷部相抵接。
可选地,第一连接件还设有第三卡槽,第三卡槽位于第一方形卡槽和第二方形卡槽之间,并且第三卡槽的长度大于第一方形卡槽的长度和第二方形卡槽的长度;第二连接件还设有第三卡块,第三卡块位于第 一方形卡块和第二方形卡块之间,并且第三卡块的长度大于第一方形卡块的长度和第二方形卡块的长度;其中所述第三卡块被构造为具有呈T形的截面形状,所述第三卡槽被构造为与所述第三卡块相适配以与所述第三卡块卡合。
在一些实施例中,第二连接件还设有封口部,封口部从第二连接件的外周面起向其内部延伸,第一方形卡块、第二方形卡块和第三卡块中的每一者的外端从封口部的内表面向第二连接件的中部延伸;第一连接件设有封堵槽,封堵槽从第一连接件的外周面起向其中部延伸,第一方形卡槽、第二方形卡槽和第三卡槽中的每一者的外端从封堵槽起向第二连接件的中部延伸;封堵槽被构造为与封口部相适配,以供封口部插设于其中。
可选地,第三卡槽的外端设有喇叭开口,喇叭开口包括开口部和导入部,开口部的宽度趋近导入部而逐渐减小。
在一些实施例中,开口部的壁厚趋近导入部而逐渐增大。
可选地,第一连接件的端面上设有多个弹性片,多个弹性片被构造为在第一连接件和第二连接件连接在一起时,顶紧第二连接件。
在第一方面的第二种实现方式中,至少一个卡块包括T形卡块,T形卡块的一端部设有止挡块,至少一个卡槽包括与T形卡块适配的卡槽,T形卡块被构造为插设于卡槽内以与卡槽卡合;第一连接件还设有止挡槽,止挡槽位于卡槽的一端,止挡块被构造为插设于止挡槽内。
在一些实施例中,T形卡块上设置有凸起,卡槽上设有凸出部,凸出部上设有凹槽,凸起被构造为置于凹槽内以与凹槽卡合。
可选地,第一连接件设置有卡紧组件,卡紧组件包括锁扣和按钮;锁扣包括转动部、推动部和锁紧部,转动部可转动地被支撑,推动部和锁紧部分别固定于转动部的两侧,按钮可滑动地连接于第一连接件,按钮的一端与推动部相连接,按钮的另一端穿过第一连接件并延伸至第一连接件外侧;T形卡块上设置有凹陷部,锁紧部被构造为卡接于凹陷部内,以阻止T形卡块从卡槽中滑出。
在一些实施例中,锁紧组件还包括挡块,挡块固定于第一连接件,转动部设有抵挡部,抵挡部与挡块相抵接。
可选地,第一连接件上设置有转动轴,转动部设有转动孔,转动轴插设于转动孔内以使转动部相对转动轴可转动。
可选地,当第一连接件安装于柱子上时,第一连接件可转动地连接于柱子。
在一些实施例中,卡槽内设置有圆孔,圆孔内设置有阶梯槽,阶梯槽内设有圆环,圆环通过穿过圆环和圆孔的螺栓固定于柱子,使得第一连接件与圆环可转动地连接。
可选地,连接结构还包括锁紧组件,锁紧组件包括第一连接块、第二连接块和锁紧块,第一连接块被构造为固定于第一连接件,第一连接块上设有一对相对布置的第一扇形块;第二连接块被构造为固定于柱子的端面和面板二者中的一者,第二连接块设有一对相对布置的第二扇形块,一对第一扇形块和一对第二扇形块能够拼合成圆柱体;一对第二扇形块的周侧设置有凸缘,锁紧块螺合于一对第一扇形块的外侧面,锁紧块的底部与凸缘的侧面相抵接。
在一些实施例中,锁紧块设有内螺纹,一对第一扇形块设有外螺纹,锁紧块的内螺纹螺合于一对第一扇形块的外螺纹。

实施本公开的方式
为使本公开的目的、技术手段和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图对本公开作进一步详细说明。
需要说明的是,本公开提供的猫家具的连接结构可以用于连接猫家具的部件模块(例如柱子和面板),也可以用于连接人类家具的部件模块。例如,猫家具可以包括猫爬架、猫抓柱、猫梯子等,人类家具可以包括儿童使用的边桌等。
图1所示为本公开提供的一种示例性的猫家具的结构示意图。该猫家具是本公开提供的连接结构的一种示例性的应用场景。如图1所示,该猫家具可以包括柱子1、面板2以及连接结构。
其中,连接结构可以包括第一连接件3和第二连接件6。其中,第一连接件3被构造为固定于柱子1的端面和面板2二者中的一者,第二连接件6被构造为固定于柱子1的端面和面板2二者中的另一者。也就是说,第一连接件3和第二连接件6被固定在不同的部件上,从而通过第一连接件3和第二连接件6之间的连接实现两个不同部件之间的连接。
具体而言,第一连接件3设有至少一个卡槽,第二连接件6设有至少一个卡块。其中,第二连接件6的至少一个卡块被构造为分别与第一连接件3的至少一个卡槽卡合,以实现第一连接件3和第二连接件6的可拆卸连接。
采用本公开提供的连接结构,通过第一连接件与第二连接件之间的卡合连接方式,能够有效提高猫家具中各部件模块(例如柱子和面板)之间的安装操作和拆卸操作的便捷性。此外,不需要额外使用螺钉等其他固定部件,从而从根本上避免长时间使用时螺钉外露而导致意外伤害的情况。
图2-8所示为本公开一实现方式提供的猫家具的连接结构以及其中各组成部分的示意图。该连接结构例如可以应用于图1所示的猫家具,作为其中的连接结构。例如,结合图1所示的应用场景,如图10和图11所示,第一连接件3可以固定于柱子1的端面,第二连接件6可以固定于面板2。由此,通过连接第一连接件3与第二连接件6,即可实现柱子1与面板2之间的连接。
在一些实施例中,如图3等所示,第一连接件3的至少一个卡槽包括间隔布置的第一方形卡槽4和第二方形卡槽5。相对应地,如图4等所示,第二连接件6的至少一个卡块包括间隔布置的第一方形卡块7和第二方形卡块8。在进行连接时,第一方形卡块7可以插设于第一方形卡槽4内以与第一方形卡槽4卡合,第二方形卡块8可以插设于第二方形卡槽5内以与第二方形卡槽5卡合。
示例性地,如图10-11所示,第一连接件3可以固定连接于柱子1的端面,第二连接件6可以固定连接于面板2上。此时,第一连接件3上设有相对设置的第一方形卡槽4和第二方形卡槽5,第二连接件6上设置有第一方形卡块7和第二方形卡块8。通过第一方形卡块7卡接于第一方形卡槽4内,第二方形卡块8卡接于第二方形卡槽5内,即可实现柱子1与面板2之间的连接。
并且,只需将第一方形卡块7和第二方形卡块8推出第一方形卡槽4和第二方形卡槽5即可实现拆卸,能够大大提高拆装效率。
根据本实施例提供的连接结构,通过采用形状相匹配的方形卡槽和方形卡块,能够通过简单的推入操作使第一连接件与第二连接件卡合连接,并能够通过简单的推出操作将处于连接状态的第一连接件与第二连接件进行拆分,有效提高部件模块的拆装效率。
此外,通过将第一方形卡槽和第二方形卡槽相对设置,能够在各部件模块连接时保证其连接牢固。
如图2-3所示,在本公开的一些实施例中,第一方形卡槽4可以采用从底部到顶部宽度逐渐减小的楔形。为与第一方形卡槽4的形状相匹配,第一方形卡块7可以呈从底部到顶部宽度逐渐增大的楔形。类似地,第二方形卡槽5也可以呈从底部到顶部宽度逐渐减小的楔形,第二方形卡块8则可以呈从底部到顶部宽度逐渐增大的楔形,以与第二方形卡槽5的形状相匹配。
在本实施例提供的连接结构中,通过采用具有相对应的楔形结构的卡块和卡槽,能够使二者的卡合关系更加牢固,不易滑脱,有效提高了连接结构的可靠性,进而提高了组装后的猫家具的稳定性。
可选地,如图4所示,第二连接件6的至少一个卡块还可以包括第一圆形卡块9和第二圆形卡块11,其中,第一圆形卡块9位于第一方形卡块7的内端处,第二圆形卡块11位于第二方形卡块8的内端处。相对应地,如图5所示,第一连接件3的至少一个卡槽还可以包括第一圆形卡槽10和第二圆形卡槽12,其中,第一圆形卡槽10位于第一方形卡槽4的内端处,第二圆形卡槽12位于第二方形卡槽5的内端处。
在进行连接时,第一圆形卡块9可被插设于第一圆形卡槽10内以与第一圆形卡槽10卡合,第二圆形卡块11可被插设于第二圆形卡槽12内以与第二形卡圆槽12卡合。
由此,在保证第一连接件和第二连接件更加牢固连接的同时,圆形卡槽还可以对圆形凸块进行限位阻挡,避免凸块从卡槽的另一端滑出,进而有效防止由连接结构连接的部件模块之间发生脱落,保证家具的稳定性。
可选地,如图5所示,第一方形卡槽4与第一圆形卡槽10的连接处设有第一狭窄区域26,第二方形卡槽5与第二圆形卡槽12的连接处设有第二狭窄区域27。其中,第一狭窄区域26中设有第一凸出部13,第一凸出部13被构造为使得第一狭窄区域26比第一方形卡槽4和第一圆形卡槽10更狭窄;第二狭窄区域27中设有第二凸出部14,第二凸出部14被构造为使得第二狭窄区域27比第二方形卡槽5和第二圆形卡槽12更狭窄。示例性地,第一凸出部13和/或第二凸出部14可以呈倒圆角。
如此,通过在卡槽内设置凸出部,当第一连接件和第二连接件连接时,凸出部与卡槽中的卡块之间能够产生更大的摩擦力,使得卡块不易从卡槽中滑出,进一步提高了连接结构的可靠性。
进一步地,如图5-6所示,在一些实施例中,第一连接件3还可以设有第一削弱部28和第二削弱部29。其中,第一削弱部28可以为第一削弱孔28或第一削弱槽28,第二削弱部29可以为第二削弱孔29或第二削弱槽29。
具体地,第一削弱部28邻近第一凸出部13,使得当第一凸出部13被从第一方形卡槽4滑动至第一圆形卡槽10的第一圆形卡块9挤压时容易形变。类似地,第二削弱部29邻近第二凸出部14,使得当第二凸出部14被从第二方形卡槽5滑动至第二圆形卡槽12的第二圆形卡块11挤压时容易形变。
在连接过程中,当卡块进入卡槽并到达狭窄区域时,凸出部将受到卡块的挤压。在本实施例中,通过在凸出部附近设置削弱部,削弱部能够为凸出部提供形变空间,从而使得凸出部被挤压时易于发生形变,为卡块让出滑动空间,便于卡块端部的圆形卡块滑动至卡槽端部的圆形卡槽中。
进一步地,在一些优选的实施例中,如图6所示,第一连接件3还可以设有第一狭槽31和第二狭槽32。其中,第一狭槽31从第一削弱部28延伸至第一圆形卡槽10,第二狭槽32从第二削弱部29延伸至第二圆形卡槽12。由此,通过改进削弱部的结构,能够使凸出部更加易于发生形变,从而在连接时使圆形卡块更加顺滑地到达圆形卡槽中,同时能够减轻卡槽和卡块在摩擦过程中产生的损耗。
可选地,圆形卡块的最大宽度可以大于方形卡块的宽度,方形卡块的宽度可以与卡槽中狭窄区域的宽度相匹配。也就是说,当卡块端部的圆形卡块滑动至卡槽端部的圆形卡槽中后,凸出部不再受到圆形卡块的挤压,能够在方形卡块提供的空间中完全或者部分恢复至形变前的状态。并且,凸出部对于圆形卡槽中的圆形卡块构成了限制,使得圆形卡块需要在较大的外力下才能从圆形卡槽中脱出,从而能够有效防止圆形卡块从圆形卡槽中意外滑出。
例如,在本实施例中,如图4所示,第一方形卡块7的宽度小于第一圆形卡块9的最大宽度,第二方形卡块8的宽度小于第二圆形卡块11的最大宽度。并且,第一方形卡块7的宽度可以与图5所示的第一狭窄区域26的宽度相匹配,第二方形卡块8的宽度可以与图5所示的第二狭窄区域27的宽度相匹配。
或者,圆形卡块的最大宽度也可以小于或等于方形卡块的宽度。在这里,圆形卡块与方形卡块的连接处可以设有凹陷区域,该凹陷区域的宽度与卡槽中的狭窄区域的宽度相匹配。由此,当卡块端部的圆形卡块滑动至卡槽端部的圆形卡槽中后,凸出部与凹陷区域相对,能够在凹陷区域提供的空间中完全或者部分恢复至形变前的状态。并且,与上述示例相似地,位于凹陷区域内的凸出部对于圆形卡槽中的圆形卡块能够构成限制,使得圆形卡块需要在较大的外力下才能从圆形卡槽中脱出,从而能够有效防止圆形卡块从圆形卡槽中意外滑出。
例如,在本实施例中,第一方形卡块7与第一圆形卡块9的连接处可以设有第一凹陷区域,第二方形卡块8与第二圆形卡块11的连接处可以设有第二凹陷区域,其中,第一凹陷区域的宽度小于第一方形卡块7的宽度,第二凹陷区域的宽度小于第二方形卡块8的宽度,且第一凹陷区域的宽度与第二凹陷区域的宽度相匹配。
在本公开的一些实施例中,第一方形卡槽4的外端从第二连接件6的外周面起向第二连接件6的中部延伸;第二方形卡槽5的外端从第二连接件6的外周面起向第二连接件6的中部延伸。在该连接结构中,只需将第一方形卡块7和第二方形卡块8分别对准第一方形卡槽4和第二方形卡槽5并平行推入,即可实现第一连接件3和第二连接件6的连接,进而实现不同部件模块,例如柱子1和面板2之间的连接。
例如,如图5所示,第一方形卡槽4的一端开放于第一连接件3的外周面,另一端与第一圆形卡槽10相连通;相似地,第二方形卡槽5的一端开放于第一连接件3的外周面,另一端与第二圆形卡槽12相连通。在该连接结构中,只需将第一圆形卡块9和第二圆形卡块11分别对准第一方形卡槽4和第二方形卡槽5并平行推入,直至第一圆形卡块9和第二圆形卡块11分别进入第一圆形卡槽10和第二圆形卡槽12,即可完成第一连接件3和第二连接件6的连接。
在本公开的一些可选的实施例中,如图4所示,第一方形卡块7的外端处可以设有第一凸起部15,第二方形卡块8的外端处可以设有第二凸起部17。相应地,如图5所示,第一方形卡槽4的外端处可以设有第一凹陷部16,第二方形卡槽5的外端处可以设有第二凹陷部18。当第一连接件3与第二连接件6相连接时,第一凸起部15与第一凹陷部16相抵接,第二凸起部17与第二凹陷部18相抵接。由此,凹陷部可以分别对相应的凸起部实现限位作用,从而确保方形卡块更加精准地与方形卡槽卡合。
在本公开的一些可选的实施例中,如图3等所示,第一连接件3还可以设有第三卡槽19。具体地,第三卡槽19可位于第一方形卡槽4和第二方形卡槽5之间,并且第三卡槽19的长度大于第一方形卡槽4的长度和第二方形卡槽5的长度。相对应地,如图4等所示,第二连接件6还可以设有第三卡块20。
具体地,第三卡块20位于第一方形卡块9和第二方形卡块11之间,并且第三卡块20的长度大于第一方形卡块9的长度和第二方形卡块10的长度。在这里,当第一连接件3与第二连接件6相连接时,第三卡块20与第三卡槽19卡合,从而进一步提高两个连接件之间的连接可靠性,进而提高猫家具的部件模块之间的连接可靠性。
在本公开的另外一些实施例中,如图7和8所示,第二连接件6还设有封口部21,第一连接件3设有与封口部21相匹配的封堵槽30,封堵槽30用于供封口部21插设于其中。
具体而言,如图7所示,封口部21从第二连接件6的外周面起向第二连接件6的内部延伸,第一方形卡块7、第二方形卡块8和第三卡块20中的每一者的外端从封口部21的内表面向第二连接件6的中部延伸。 相对应地,如图8所示,封堵槽30从第一连接件3的外周面起向第一连接件3的中部延伸,第一方形卡槽4、第二方形卡槽5和第三卡槽19中的每一者的外端从封堵槽30起向第一连接件3的中部延伸。
在本实施例中,通过在两个连接件上分别设置相适配的封口部和封堵槽,当两个连接件卡合连接时,封口部容纳于封堵槽中,封口部的外侧面和另一连接件的外周面处于同一圆周面上,使得两个连接件形成一个整体,提高连接结构的表面流畅度和美观度。
当第一连接件3与第二连接件6连接时,由于封堵槽30的深度(即封堵槽30的底面与第一连接件3的外周面之间的高度差)大于或者等于封口部21的厚度,因此封口部21能够容纳于封堵槽30中且封口部21的外侧面与第一连接件3的外周面处于同一圆周面上。
可选地,参见图8,第三卡块20被构造为具有呈T形的截面形状,第三卡槽19被构造为与第三卡块20相适配以与第三卡块20卡合。
根据这种构造,能够大幅度提高第一连接件3与第二连接件6的连接强度。具体而言,第三卡块20的这种构造能够更有效地避免第一连接件3和第二连接件6朝向远离彼此方向移动而分离,从而结合第一、第二方形卡块7,8和第一、第二方向卡槽4,5,第一连接件3与第二连接件6的连接强度将显著地提升。
可选地,在一些实施例中,如图9所示,第三卡槽19的外端可以设有喇叭开口22。具体地,喇叭开口22包括开口部23和导入部24,开口部23的宽度趋近导入部24而逐渐减小。通过设置宽度较大的喇叭开口,在安装人员将卡块推入卡槽时能够更加容易地将二者对准,提高安装效率。
进一步地,开口部23还可以设置为壁厚趋近导入部24而逐渐增大。由此,进一步增加卡槽在外周面一端的开口面积,从而使厚度较大的卡块也能够被容易地推入卡槽,提高安装效率,减轻零部件磨损。
此外,第二连接件6的第三卡块20远离封口部21的一端可以设置为倒圆角。由此,能够更好地引导第三卡块20进入第三卡槽19,降低了预先对准时的准确度要求,进一步提高了连接结构的易操作性。
在上述任一实施例或示例中的连接结构中,可选地,第一连接件3的端面上还可以设有多个弹性片25。其中,多个弹性片25被构造为在第一连接件3和第二连接件6连接在一起时对第二连接件6施加压力,即顶紧第二连接件6。
可以理解,当第一连接件3与第二连接件6连接时,第一连接件3与第二连接件6之间可能存在一定的间隙。因此,通过在第一连接件3的端面上设置若干弹性片25,利用弹性片25顶紧第二连接件6,能够使得第一连接件3与第二连接件6之间的连接更加稳定。
图12-27所示为本公开另一实现方式提供的猫家具的连接结构以及其中各组成部分的示意图。本实现方式中的连接结构可以应用于图28-31所示的猫家具,也可以应用于图1所示的猫家具作为其中的连接结构。
例如,结合图1或者图28-31中任一所示的应用场景,如图16所示,第一连接件3可以固定于柱子1的端面,第二连接件6可以固定于面板2;或者,如图24所示,第一连接件3可以固定于面板2,第二连接件6可以固定于柱子1的端面。由此,通过连接第一连接件3与第二连接件6,即可实现柱子1与面板2之间的连接。
在本实现方式中,如图13等所示,第二连接件6的至少一个卡块包括T形卡块104,第一连接件3的至少一个卡槽包括与T形卡块104适配的卡槽107。其中,T形卡块104被构造为插设于卡槽107内以与卡槽107卡合。
进一步地,如图14所示,T形卡块104的一端部可以设有止挡块105。相对应地,如图15所示,第二连接件6还设有止挡槽108,止挡槽108位于卡槽107的一端,止挡块105被构造为插设于止挡槽108内。
基于该连接结构,当需要将柱子1和面板2进行连接时,只需将T形卡块104推入卡槽107内直至止挡块105插至止挡槽108中,从而大大提高了猫家具的各部件模块的安装便捷性。并且,在进行拆卸时,也只需将T形卡块104从卡槽107中推出,即可分离柱子1和面板2,从而大大提高了拆装效率。
在一些实施例中,如图14所示,T形卡块104上可以设置有凸起109。相应地,如图15所示,卡槽107上可以设有凸出部110,且凸出部110上设有凹槽111。其中,凸起109被构造为置于凹槽111内以与凹槽111卡合。由此,当第一连接件3与第二连接件6卡合连接时,凸起109卡接于凹槽111内,进一步提高了部件模块之间连接的可靠性。
可选地,在一些实施例中,第一连接件3可以设置有卡紧组件。具体地,如图21所示,卡紧组件可以包括锁扣112和按钮113。其中,如图22所示,锁扣112可以包括转动部114、推动部115和锁紧部116,转动部114可转动地被支撑,推动部115和锁紧部116分别固定于转动部114的两侧。按钮113可滑动地连接于第一连接件3,按钮113的一端与推动部115相连接,按钮113的另一端穿过第一连接件3并延伸至第一连接件3外侧。如图20所示,T形卡块104上可以设置有凹陷部117,锁扣112的锁紧部116被构造为卡接于凹陷部117内,以阻止T形卡块104从卡槽107中滑出。
可选地,第一连接件3上可以设置有转动轴。相应地,转动部114可以设有转动孔121。其中,转动轴可以插设于转动孔121内,以使转动部114能够相对于转动轴转动。
在本实施例中,当需要将柱子1和面板2进行连接时,安装人员可以按压按钮113,处于按压状态的按钮113能够驱动锁扣的推动部115绕转动部114转动,带动锁紧部116朝向T形卡块104的凹陷部117移动,当锁紧部116完全移动到凹陷部117内时,实现锁紧部116卡接于凹陷部117内。当需要拆卸时,只需反向拉出按钮113,驱使锁紧部116背向凹陷部117移动,当锁紧部116完全离开凹陷部117时,即可对柱子1和面板2进行拆卸。
进一步地,如图21所示,锁紧组件还可以包括挡块118,挡块118固定于第一连接件3。相应地,转动部114可以设有抵挡部119,抵挡部119与挡块118相抵接。由此,抵挡部119可以限制转动部114的转动范围,使转动部114在一定角度范围内转动。
可选地,在一些实施例中,当第一连接件3安装于柱子1上时,第一连接件3可转动地连接于柱子1。当柱子1与面板2连接时,第一连接件3可转动连接于柱子1上。由此,可通过旋转第一连接件3,使卡槽107对准第二连接件6的T形卡块104,并进一步将T形卡块104推入卡槽107内,从而通过简单的操作实现柱子1和面板2的连接。
具体地,作为一种优选的方式,如图25所示,卡槽107内可以设置有圆孔122。其中,圆孔122内设置有阶梯槽123,阶梯槽123内设有圆环124,圆环124通过穿过圆环124和圆孔122的螺栓固定于柱子1,使得第一连接件3与圆环124可转动地连接。
在本实现方式的一些可选的实施例中,连接结构还可以包括锁紧组件。
如图26和27所示,锁紧组件包括第一连接块125、第二连接块126和锁紧块127,第一连接块125被构造为固定于第二连接件6,第一连接块125上设有一对相对布置的第一扇形块128。第二连接块126被构造为固定于柱子1的端面和面板2二者中的一者,第二连接块126设有一对相对布置的第二扇形块129,一对第一扇形块128和一对第二扇形块129能够拼合成圆柱体。一对第二扇形块129的周侧设置有凸缘130,锁紧块127螺合于一对第一扇形块128的外侧面,锁紧块127的底部与凸缘130的侧面相抵接。
根据本实施例中的连接结构,在将第二连接件6固定连接于面板2(或者柱子1的端面)时,可以通过旋紧锁紧块127将第一连接块125固定于面板2(或者柱子1的端面)上,从而方便第二连接件6与面板2(或者柱子1的端面)之间的安装和拆卸。
图32-37所示为本公开另一实现方式提供的猫家具的连接结构以及其中各组成部分的示意图。本实现方式中的连接结构可以应用于图38所示的猫家具,也可以应用于图1所示的猫家具作为其中的连接结构,也可以应用于图28-31所示的猫家具作为其中的连接结构。
例如,结合图7、图1或者图28-31中任一所示的应用场景,如图36所示,第一连接件3可以固定于柱子1的端面,第二连接件6可以固定于面板2;或者,第一连接件3可以固定于面板2,第二连接件6可以固定于柱子1的端面。由此,通过连接第一连接件3与第二连接件6,即可实现柱子1与面板2之间的连接。
在本实现方式中,如图33所示,第一连接件3的至少一个卡槽包括第一弧形卡槽204和第二弧形卡槽205,第一弧形卡槽204和第二弧形卡槽205相对布置;相对应地,第二连接件6的至少一个卡块包括第一卡块207和第二卡块208。其中,第一卡块207插设于第一弧形卡槽204内以与第一弧形卡槽204卡合,第二卡块208插设于第二弧形卡槽205内以与第二弧形卡槽205卡合。
本连接结构中,通过将第一卡块207和第二卡块208分别旋进第一弧形槽4和第二弧形槽5,即可实现柱子1与面板2之间的连接,提高了柱子1和面板2之间安装的方便性。并且,拆卸时,只需将第一卡块207和第二卡块208推旋出第一弧形槽4和第二弧形槽5即可,大大提高了拆装效率。此外,由于不需要额外的螺钉等固定机构对柱子1和面板2进行固定,避免了长时间使用后发生螺钉外露导致意外伤害等情况。
此外,通过将第一弧形槽4和第二弧形槽5相对布置,能够在柱子1和面板2连接时保证连接牢固。
进一步地,在一些实施例中,如图34所示,在第一连接件3中,第一弧形卡槽204可以包括第一导向槽209和第一凸缘210,第二弧形卡槽205包括第二导向槽211和第二凸缘212。如图35所示,在第二连接件6中,第一卡块207包括第一连接块213和第一凸块214,第二卡块208包括第二连接块215和第二凸块216。其中,第一凸块214插设于第一导向槽209内以与第一导向槽209卡合,第二凸块216插设于第二导向槽211内以与第二导向槽211卡合。
在该连接结构中,第一凸块214和第二凸块216分别插设在第一导向槽209和第二导向槽211内,第一凸缘210阻挡第一凸块214滑出第一导向槽209,以保证第一凸块214牢固卡接于第一导向槽209内,第二凸缘212阻挡第二凸块216滑出第二导向槽211,以保证第二凸块216牢固卡接于第二导向槽211内,从而确保猫家具中各部件模块之间连接的稳定性。
进一步地,在一些实施例中,如图34所示,第一弧形卡槽204的端部设有第一圆槽217,第二弧形卡槽205的端部设有第二圆槽218,第一弧形卡槽204与第一圆槽217相连通,第二弧形卡槽205与第二圆槽218相连通。其中,第一凸块214插设于第一圆槽217内以与第一圆槽217卡合,第二凸块216插设于第二圆槽218内以与第二圆槽218卡合。
在该连接结构中,第一凸块214插设于第一弧形槽4端部的第一圆槽217内,可进一步保证第一卡块207与第一弧形槽4牢固卡合,相似地,第二凸块216插设于第二弧形槽5端部的第二圆槽218内,可进一步保证第二卡块208与第二弧形槽5牢固卡合。由此,能够进一步提高猫家具中各部件模块之间连接的稳定性。
进一步地,在一些实施例中,如图34所示,第一圆槽217设有第一阻挡部219,第二圆槽218设有第二阻挡部220。在连接状态下,第一凸块214与第一阻挡部219相抵接,第二凸块216与第二阻挡部220相抵接。
在该连接结构中,第一圆槽217上的第一阻挡部219可以有效防止第一凸块214滑出第一圆槽217,第二圆槽218上的第二阻挡部220可以有效防止第二凸块216滑出第二圆槽218,从而进一步提高猫家具中各部件模块之间连接的稳定性。
进一步地,在一些实施例中,如图34所示,第一弧形卡槽204与第一圆槽217的连接处设有第一凸出部221,第二弧形卡槽205与第二圆槽218的连接处设有第二凸出部222。优选地,第一凸出部221可以呈倒圆角,第二凸出部222也可以呈倒圆角,从而方便第一凸块214和第二凸块216推进并卡接于第一圆槽217内。
可选地,如图34所示,第一连接件3还设有导入槽223,导入槽223与第一弧形卡槽204和第二弧形卡槽205二者均相连通。
可选地,如图34所示,第一连接件3还可以设有导入口224,导入口224与导入槽223相连通。
在该连接结构中,当柱子1与面板2连接时,第一卡块207和第二卡块208可以沿着导入口224进入导向槽滑进第一弧形槽4和第二弧形槽5并卡接于第一弧形槽4和第二弧形槽5内。
优选地,如图34所示,导入槽223可以设置有第三凸缘225。在该连接结构中,当第一卡块207和第二卡块208沿着导向槽滑进第一弧形槽4和第二弧形槽5时,第三凸缘225可以有效防止第一卡块207和第二卡块208滑出导向槽。
本公开还提供一种猫家具,如图1、图28-31或者图38所示,该猫家具可以包括:柱子1、面板2和上述任一实现方式、实施例或示例中的连接结构。

Claims (32)

  1. 一种猫家具的连接结构,其特征在于,所述猫家具包括所述连接结构、柱子(1)和面板(2),所述连接结构包括:
    第一连接件(3),被构造为固定于所述柱子(1)的端面和所述面板(2)二者中的一者,并设有至少一个卡槽;以及
    第二连接件(6),被构造为固定于所述柱子(1)的端面和所述面板(2)二者中的另一者,并设有至少一个卡块,所述至少一个卡块被构造为分别与所述至少一个卡槽卡合,以实现所述第一连接件(3)和所述第二连接件(6)的可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述至少一个卡槽包括间隔布置的第一方形卡槽(4)和第二方形卡槽(5);所述至少一个卡块包括间隔布置的第一方形卡块(7)和第二方形卡块(8);所述第一方形卡块(7)插设于所述第一方形卡槽(4)内以与所述第一方形卡槽(4)卡合,所述第二方形卡块(8)插设于第二方形卡槽(5)内以与所述第二方形卡槽(5)卡合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一方形卡槽(4)呈从其底部到其顶部其宽度逐渐减小的楔形,所述第一方形卡块(7)呈从其底部到其顶部其宽度逐渐增大的楔形,以与所述第一方形卡槽(4)的形状相匹配;所述第二方形卡槽(5)呈从其底部到其顶部其宽度逐渐减小的楔形,所述第二方形卡块(8)呈从其底部到其顶部其宽度逐渐增大的楔形,以与所述第二方形卡槽(5)的形状相匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述至少一个卡块还包括第一圆形卡块(9)和第二圆形卡块(11),所述第一圆形卡块(9)位于所述第一方形卡块(7)的内端处,所述第二圆形卡块(11)位于所述第二方形卡块(8)的内端处;
    所述至少一个卡槽(26)还包括第一圆形卡槽(10)和第二圆形卡槽(12),所述第一圆形卡槽(10)位于所述第一方形卡槽(4)的内端处,所述第二圆形卡槽(12)位于所述第二方形卡槽(5)的内端处;
    所述第一圆形卡块(9)被构造为插设于所述第一圆形卡槽(10)内以与所述第一圆形卡槽(10)卡合;所述第二圆形卡块(11)被构造为插设于所述第二圆形卡槽(12)内以与所述第二形卡圆槽(12)卡合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一方形卡槽(4)与所述第一圆形卡槽(10)的连接处设有第一狭窄区域(26),所述第一狭窄区域(26)中设有第一凸出部(13),所述第一凸出部(13)被构造为使得所述第一狭窄区域(26)比所述第一方形卡槽(4)和所述第一圆形卡槽(10)更狭窄;所述第二方形卡槽(5)与所述第二圆形卡槽(12)的连接处设有第二狭窄区域(27),所述第二狭窄区域(27)中设有第二凸出部(14),所述第二凸出部(14)被构造为使得所述第二狭窄区域(27)比所述第二方形卡槽(5)和所述第二圆形卡槽(12)更狭窄。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(3)还设有第一削弱部(28)和第二削弱部(29),所述第一削弱部(28)为第一削弱孔(28)或第一削弱槽(28),所述第二削弱部(29)为第二削弱孔(29)或第二削弱槽(29);
    所述第一削弱部(28)邻近所述第一凸出部(13),使得当所述第一凸出部(13)被从所述第一方形卡槽(4)滑动至所述第一圆形卡槽(10)的所述第一圆形卡块(9)挤压时容易形变;
    所述第二削弱部(29)邻近所述第二凸出部(14),使得当所述第二凸出部(14)被从所述第二方形卡槽(5)滑动至所述第二圆形卡槽(12)的所述第二圆形卡块(11)挤压时容易形变。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(3)还设有第一狭槽(31)和第二狭槽(32),所述第一狭槽(31)从所述第一削弱部(28)延伸至所述第一圆形卡槽(10);所述第二狭槽(32)从所述第二削弱部(29)延伸至所述第二圆形卡槽(12)。
  8. 根据权利要求2至7中任一项所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一方形卡槽(4)的外端从所述第二连接件(6)的外周面起向所述第二连接件(6)的中部延伸;所述第二方形卡槽(5)的外端从所述第二连接件(6)的外周面起向所述第二连接件(6)的中部延伸。
  9. 根据权利要求2至8中任一项所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一方形卡块(7)的外端处设有第一凸起部(15),所述第一方形卡槽(4)的外端处设有第一凹陷部(16),所述第一凸起部(15)与所述第一凹陷部(16)相抵接;所述第二方形卡块(8)的外端处设有第二凸起部(17),所述第二方形卡槽(5)的外端处设有第二凹陷部(18),所述第二凸起部(17)与所述第二凹陷部(18)相抵接。
  10. 根据权利要求2至9中任一项所述的一种连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(3)还设有第三卡槽(19),所述第三卡槽(19)位于所述第一方形卡槽(4)和所述第二方形卡槽(5)之间,并且所述第三卡槽(19)的长度大于所述第一方形卡槽(4)的长度和所述第二方形卡槽(5)的长度;所述第二连接件(6)还设有第三卡块(20),所述第三卡块(20)位于所述第一方形卡块(9)和所述第二方形卡块(11)之间,并且所述第三卡块(20)的长度大于所述第一方形卡块(9)的长度和所述第二方形卡块 (10)的长度;其中所述第三卡块(20)被构造为具有呈T形的截面形状,所述第三卡槽(19)被构造为与所述第三卡块(20)相适配以与所述第三卡块(20)卡合。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种连接结构,其特征在于,所述第二连接件(6)还设有封口部(21),所述封口部(21)从所述第二连接件(6)的外周面起向其内部延伸,所述第一方形卡块(7)、所述第二方形卡块(8)和所述第三卡块(20)中的每一者的外端从所述封口部(21)的内表面向所述第二连接件(6)的中部延伸;
    所述第一连接件(3)设有封堵槽(30),所述封堵槽(30)从所述第一连接件(3)的外周面起向其中部延伸,所述第一方形卡槽(4)、所述第二方形卡槽(5)和所述第三卡槽(19)中的每一者的外端从所述封堵槽(30)起向所述第一连接件(3)的中部延伸;
    所述封堵槽(30)被构造为与所述封口部(21)相适配,以供所述封口部(21)插设于其中。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的一种连接结构,其特征在于,所述第三卡槽(19)的外端设有喇叭开口(22),所述喇叭开口(22)包括开口部(23)和导入部(24),所述开口部(23)的宽度趋近所述导入部(24)而逐渐减小。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种连接结构,其特征在于,所述开口部(23)的壁厚趋近所述导入部(24)而逐渐增大。
  14. 根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的一种连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(3)的端面上设有多个弹性片(25),所述多个弹性片(25)被构造为在所述第一连接件(3)和所述第二连接件(6)连接在一起时,顶紧所述第二连接件(6)。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述至少一个卡块包括T形卡块(104),所述T形卡块(104)的一端部设有止挡块(105),所述至少一个卡槽包括与所述T形卡块(104)适配的卡槽(107),所述T形卡块(104)被构造为插设于所述卡槽(107)内以与所述卡槽(107)卡合;所述第一连接件(3)还设有止挡槽(108),所述止挡槽(108)位于所述卡槽(107)的一端,所述止挡块(105)被构造为插设于所述止挡槽(108)内。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述T形卡块(104)上设置有凸起(109),所述卡槽(107)上设有凸出部(110),所述凸出部(110)上设有凹槽(111),所述凸起(109)被构造为置于所述凹槽(111)内以与所述凹槽(111)卡合。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(3)设置有卡紧组件,所述卡紧组件包括锁扣(112)和按钮(113);所述锁扣(112)包括转动部(114)、推动部(115)和锁紧部(116),所述转动部(114)可转动地被支撑,所述推动部(115)和所述锁紧部(116)分别固定于所述转动部(114)的两侧,所述按钮(113)可滑动地连接于所述第一连接件(3),所述按钮(113)的一端与所述推动部(115)相连接,所述按钮(113)的另一端穿过所述第一连接件(3)并延伸至所述第一连接件(3)外侧;所述T形卡块(104)上设置有凹陷部(117),所述锁紧部(116)被构造为卡接于所述凹陷部(117)内,以阻止所述T形卡块(104)从所述卡槽(107)中滑出。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述卡紧组件还包括挡块(118),所述挡块(118)固定于所述第一连接件(3),所述转动部(114)设有抵挡部(119),所述抵挡部(119)与所述挡块(118)相抵接。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(3)上设置有转动轴,所述转动部(114)设有转动孔(121),所述转动轴插设于所述转动孔(121)内以使所述转动部(114)相对所述转动轴可转动。
  20. 根据权利要求17至19中任一项所述的连接结构,其特征在于,当所述第一连接件(3)安装于所述柱子(1)上时,所述第一连接件(3)可转动地连接于所述柱子(1)。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述卡槽(107)内设置有圆孔(122),所述圆孔(122)内设置有阶梯槽(123),所述阶梯槽(123)内设有圆环(124),所述圆环(124)通过穿过所述圆环(124)和圆孔(122)的螺栓固定于所述柱子(1),使得所述第一连接件(3)与所述圆环(124)可转动地连接。
  22. 根据权利要求15至21中任一项所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述连接结构还包括锁紧组件,所述锁紧组件包括第一连接块(125)、第二连接块(126)和锁紧块(127),所述第一连接块(125)被构造为固定于所述第二连接件(6),所述第一连接块(125)上设有一对相对布置的第一扇形块(128);所述第二连接块(126)被构造为固定于所述柱子(1)的端面和所述面板(2)二者中的一者,所述第二连接块(126)设有一对相对布置的第二扇形块(129),所述一对第一扇形块(128)和所述一对第二扇形块(129)能够拼合成圆柱体;所述一对第二扇形块(129)的周侧设置有凸缘(130),所述锁紧块(127)螺合于所述一对第一扇形块(128)的外侧面,所述锁紧块(127)的底部与所述凸缘(130)的侧面相抵接。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的一种连接结构,其特征在于,所述锁紧块(127)设有内螺纹,所述一对第一扇形块(128)设有外螺纹,所述锁紧块(127)的所述内螺纹螺合于所述一对第一扇形块(128)的所述外螺纹。
  24. 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述至少一个卡槽包括第一弧形卡槽(204)和第二弧形卡槽(205),所述第一弧形卡槽(204)和所述第二弧形卡槽(205)相对布置;所述至少一个卡块包括第一卡块(207)和第二卡块(208);所述第一卡块(207)插设于所述第一弧形卡槽(204)内以与所述第一弧形卡槽(204)卡合,所述第二卡块(208)插设于所述第二弧形卡槽(205)内以与所述第二弧形卡槽(205)卡合。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一弧形卡槽(204)包括第一导向槽(209)和第一凸缘(210),所述第二弧形卡槽(205)包括第二导向槽(211)和第二凸缘(212),所述第一卡块(207)包括第一连接块(213)和第一凸块(214),所述第二卡块(208)包括第二连接块(215)和第二凸块(216),所述第一凸块(214)插设于所述第一导向槽(209)内以与所述第一导向槽(209)卡合,所述第二凸块(216)插设于所述第二导向槽(211)内以与所述第二导向槽(211)卡合。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一弧形卡槽(204)的端部设有第一圆槽(217),所述第二弧形卡槽(205)的端部设有第二圆槽(218),所述第一弧形卡槽(204)与所述第一圆槽(217)相连通,所述第二弧形卡槽(205)与所述第二圆槽(218)相连通,所述第一凸块(214)插设于所述第一圆槽(217)内以与所述第一圆槽(217)卡合,所述第二凸块(216)插设于所述第二圆槽(218)内以与所述第二圆槽(218)卡合。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一圆槽(217)设有第一阻挡部(219),所述第二圆槽(218)设有第二阻挡部(220),所述第一凸块(214)与所述第一阻挡部(219)相抵接,所述第二凸块(216)与所述第二阻挡部(220)相抵接。
  28. 根据权利要求26或27所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一弧形卡槽(204)与所述第一圆槽(217)的连接处设有第一凸出部(221);所述第二弧形卡槽(205)与所述第二圆槽(218)的连接处设有第二凸出部(222)。
  29. 根据权利要求24至28中任一项所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(3)还设有导入槽(223),所述导入槽(223)与所述第一弧形卡槽(204)和第二弧形卡槽(205)二者均相连通。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(3)还设有导入口(224),所述导入口(224)与所述导入槽(223)相连通。
  31. 根据权利要求29或30所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述导入槽(223)设置有第三凸缘(225)。
  32. 一种猫家具,其特征在于,包括:柱子(1)、面板(2)和如权利要求1至31中任一项所述的连接结构,所述连接结构用于连接所述柱子(1)和面板(2)。
