상기 렌탈 가전제품(20)은 고객이 선택한 거치식 가전제품(10)과 동일한 가전제품이 출고 될 수 있고 각기 다른 제품이 출고 될 수 있으며, 거치식 가전제품의 가격(보증료)에 따라 렌탈 가전제품(20)은 변동 될 수 있다.
사용자 단말기(100)는 컴퓨터, 태블릿 PC 및 스마트폰 등으로 사용자가 가전제품의 정보와 거치식 가전제품(10) 계약 관련 정보를 네트워크(300)를 통해 관리서버(400)에 접속하여 확인할 수 있다. 또한, 사용자 단말기(100)는 계약을 위한 관리자 정보 및 원하는 가전제품을 선택할 수 있으며, 가전제품을 배송 및 반납하기 위한 일정 및 주소를 입력하여 관리서버(400)로 전달하고, 관리서버(400)는 입력된 정보를 데이터베이스(500)에 저장하여 관리한다.
관리자 단말기(200)는 컴퓨터, 태블릿 PC 및 스마트폰 등으로서, 렌탈 업체 단말기(600)로부터 가전제품 정보와 사용자 정보, 거치식 가전제품(10) 계약 관련 정보 및 가전제품 렌탈 운영 관련 정보를 확인할 수 있으며, 또한, 렌탈 가전제품(20) 정보와, 사용자 정보, 거치식 가전제품(10) 계약 관련 정보 및 가전제품 렌탈 운영 관련 정보 중 수정된 정보를 입력받아 관리서버(400)로 전달하여 데이터베이스(500)에 정보가 업데이트 되도록 한다.
네트워크(300)는 유선과 무선을 가리지 않으며, 모든 통신 방식이 사용 가능하다.
도 2 내지 도 3을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 거치식 렌탈 서비스 운영 방법에 대하여 설명한다.
도 2 및 도 3을 참조하면, 사용자가 사용자 단말기(100)를 통해 관리서버(400)에 접속하여 데이터베이스(500)에 저장된 가전제품을 확인하고 계약하기 원하는 가전제품을 선택하면(S100), 관리서버(400)는 선택된 가전제품 정보를 관리자 단말기(200)로 전달한다. 이때, 선택된 가전제품은 사용자가 계약 기간 동안 사용하게 될 거치식 가전제품(10)을 의미하며, 국내외에서 생산되는 가전제품 종류 중에서 선택 가능하다. 사용자 단말기(100)는 거치식 가전제품(10)에 대한 보증료를 납입하고 배송지 정보를 입력하며, 관리자 단말기(200)는 보증료 납입이 확인(S110)되면 사용자 단말기(100)에 거치식 가전제품(10)이 할당되고, 렌탈 업체 단말기(600)로 복수의 렌탈 가전제품(20)이 할당된다(S120).

상기 렌탈 가전(20)은 안마의자 외에도 국내외에서 생산되는 가전제품 종류 중에서 선택 가능하다.
또한, 계약 기간 만기 후, 사용자가 원한다면, 거치식 가전제품에 대한 보증료를 환급받지 않고, 새로운 거치식 가전제품으로 다시 계약하여 이용할 수 있으며, 사용했던 가전제품의 가격을 재산정하여 보증료를 일부 환급 받고 다시 계약하여 이용할 수 있는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
또한, 거치식 가전제품의 AS는 최초 1년은 제조사에서 진행하며, 남은 계약기간 동안은 관리자가 AS를 진행하여 거치식 가전제품의 이용에 불편을 최소화 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

상기 관리자 단말기(200)는 사용자 단말기와의 거치식 창업제품 계약기간 동안 점검 및 AS가 이루어지도록 한다.(S250)
이후, 렌탈 업체 단말기(600)는 거치식 창업제품의 계약 기간 만기 도래 1개월 전에 관리자 단말기(200)로 렌탈 수입 정보를 정산하여 통보하고, 관리자 단말기(200)는 사용자 단말기(100)로 다른 분야 거치식 창업 제품 계약 여부를 확인 요청한다.(S260)
상기(S260) 단계에서, 사용자 단말기(100)가 다른 분야 거치식 창업 제품 계약을 진행시 - 기존의 거치식 창업 제품은 반납하고, 새롭게 다른 분야의 거치식 창업 제품을 할당 받게 되며, 렌탈 업체 단말기(600)에 복수의 렌탈 창업 제품 할당 단계로(S220) 진행되게 된다.
또한, 다른 분야 거치식 창업 제품 계약 진행하지 않을시 - 거치식 창업 제품을 반납하고(S270), 거치식 창업 제품에 대한 보증료를 환급 받게 된다.(S280)
따라서, 창업 후 창업 실패로 관련 업종을 접게되어 창업시 구매했던 물품을 헐값에 판매하는 일이 발생되지 않도록 다른 분야 창업을 진행하거나 보증료를 환급 받아, 다시 시작할 수 있는 기틀을 마련할 수 있도록 한다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 거치식 렌탈 서비스 운영 방법을 통한 수익 창출 예시도이다.
본 발명에 따른 거치식 가전제품(10)의 수익 구조는 렌탈 업체가 사용자가 납입한 거치식 가전제품(10)에 대한 보증료를 가지고, 복수의 가전 제품을 출고하고, 이를 거치식 가전제품(10), 렌탈 가전제품(20)으로 운영하여 수익을 창출하는 구조이다. 사용자는 거치식 가전제품(10) 계약 시, 거치식 가전제품(10)에 대한 보증료를 납입하고, 계약 기간 동안 거치식 가전제품(10)을 사용하기 위해 월 사용료를 매월 납입한다. 이와 동시에, 렌탈 업체는 할당된 렌탈 가전(20)을 계약 기간 동안 운영하여 또다른 수익을 창출한다.
이때 렌탈 가전(20)의 계약기간은 거치식 가전제품(10)의 계약 기간 보다 1개월 적은기간으로 하며, 즉 거치식 가전제품(10)의 잔여 계약기간이 n개월이면, 렌탈 가전(20)의 계약기간은 n-1개월로 진행하며, 거치식 가전제품(10)의 계약기간 동안 렌탈 가전(20)의 수익을 통하여 거치식 가전제품(10)의 보증료 반환을 원활하게 진행할 수 있도록 하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
도 5를 참조하면, 거치식 가전제품의 계약 기간을 4년(48개월)으로 하는 경우, 렌탈 가전제품의 계약 기간을 47개월로 운영하여 창출되는 수익을 계산해보면, 거치식 가전제품에 대한 1년차 수익은 거치식 가전제품의 보증료 4,500,000원과 거치식 가전제품에 대한 일년치 월 사용료 270,000원으로, 총 4,770,000원이고, 거치식 가전제품에 대한 2년차, 3년차 및 4년차 수익은 각각 270,000원 이다.
렌탈 가전제품은 거치식 가전제품 1대의 계약에 따라 2대의 렌탈 가전과 1대의 PB가전 렌탈로 운영될 수 있으며, 거치식 가전제품의 계약기간 보다 1개월 적은 계약 기간동안 운영된다. 예를 들어 거치식 가전제품의 계약기간이 n개월이면 렌탈 가전의 계약기간은 (n-1) 개월로 계약을 진행하여 렌탈 가전의 계약기간 만기가 거치식 가전제품의 계약기간 만기 보다 1개월 앞서 계약기간이 만기가되어, 거치식 가전제품의 보증금 환급을 원활하게 진행할 수 있도록 하는 것을 나타낸다.
또한, 상기 거치식 가전제품의 계약기간(48개월 또는 60개월)에 따라 렌탈 가전제품의 계약기간(47개월 또는 59개월)이 정해지며 거치식 가전제품의 만기 1개월 전에 렌탈 가전의 계약기간이 만기되어 거치식 가전제품의 보증료 환급에 대한 준비를 진행할 수 있는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
이어서, 렌탈 가전제품(20)에 대한 일년치 수익은 예를 들면, 렌탈 가전 1대에 1,260,000(1개월:105,000)원이며 총 2대에 대해서는 2,520,000(1개월:210,000)원이고, PB가전 렌탈 1대에 대한 일 년치 수익은 1,062,000(1개월:88,500)원이다.
따라서, 업체가 계약 기간 4년 동안 창출할 수 있는 수익은, 매년 거치식 가전제품으로부터 창출된 수익과 렌탈 가전제품 및 PB가전 렌탈로부터 창출된 수익을 합한 금액으로서, 예를 들면 1년차 수익은 8,352,000원이고, 2년차 및 3년차 수익은 3,852,000원이고, 4년차 수익은 - 946,500원으로서, 총 15,109,500원이다. 이때, 1년차 수익은 거치식 가전제품에 대한 보증금이 포함된 금액이고, 4년차 수익은 거치식 가전제품에 대한 보증금이 환급되어 제외된 금액이다.
상술한 바와 같이, 렌탈 업체는 사용자 단말기를 소지한 사용자로부터 거치식 가전제품(10) 사용에 대한 월 사용료를 매달 지불받고, 동시에 복수의 렌탈 가전제품(20)을 운영함으로써 수익을 창출하게 된다. 또한, 사용자 단말기를 소지한 사용자는 거치식 가전제품(10)의 계약 기간 동안 렌탈 업체에 의해 렌탈 가전제품(20)이 운영되어 창출된 수익으로부터 계약 기간 만기시 보증료를 전액 환급받아, 실제로는 계약 기간 동안 월 사용료만 지불하고 거치식 가전제품(10)을 사용할 수 있게 된다.

  6. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 거치식 렌탈 서비스 운영 방법은 거치식 보증료를 납부하여 학원 수강증 및 회원권과 같이 일정기간 동안 사용 후 사용기간이 종료되는 온라인 오프라인 서비스에도 적용하여 월 사용료를 납부하며 이용 후 사용기간이 종료되면 사용권한을 회수하고 보증료를 환급해 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 거치식 렌탈 서비스 운영 방법.
