使用感测部件感测残材的质量变化,并根据残材的质量变化进行提示;
将第二面板通过第一传送带传送至第二机台。
在本申请提供的面板切割方法中,所述使用感测部件感测残材的质量变化,并根据残材的质量变化进行提示的步骤包括:使用第一质量感应组件感测残材的质量变化,并将感测数据传递给第一反馈组件,使用所述第一反馈组件根据感测数据进行提示,所述感测部件包括第一质量感应组件和第一反馈组件。
在本申请提供的面板切割方法中,所述使用第一质量感应组件感测残材的质量变化的步骤包括:将第一质量感应组件设置于第二传送带远离残材夹取部件的方向上。
在本申请提供的面板切割方法中,所述使用所述第一反馈组件根据感测数据进行提示的步骤包括:使用第一反馈组件在感测数据与第一预设数据不同时进行提示。
在本申请提供的面板切割方法中,还包括:使用输入组件将第一预设数据传递给第一反馈组件。
在本申请提供的面板切割方法中,还包括:在第一反馈组件进行提示时,使用控制组件使第一传送带停止运动。

本申请提供一种面板切割装置,该面板切割装置包括第一机台、切割部件、第二机台、残材夹取部件、感测部件,所述第一机台用于承载第一面板,所述切割部件用于将所述第一面板切割得到第二面板,所述第二机台通过第一传送带与第一机台连接,所述残材夹取部件用于夹断第二面板上的残材,以使残材掉落至第二传送带,所述感测部件用于感测残材的质量变化,并根据残材的质量变化进行提示,通过设置感测部件,使感测部件感测残材的质量变化,并根据残材的质量变化进行提示,使得可以根据提示决定面板切割装置是否停止工作,进而防止残材后流损伤显示面板,解决了现有切割装置存在残材后流损伤显示面板的技术问题。

本发明的实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图示,用以例示本申请可用以实施的特定实施例。本申请所提到的方向用语,例如[上]、[下]、[前]、[后]、[左]、[右]、[内]、[外]、[侧面]等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本申请,而非用以限制本申请。在图中,结构相似的单元是用以相同标号表示。
本申请针对现有切割装置存在残材后流损伤显示面板的技术问题,本申请实施例用以解决该问题。
如图1所示,现有切割装置中包括残材夹取部件,该残材夹取部件包括底座11、转轴12以及设置在转轴12上且关于转轴12对称设置的残材夹13,在残材夹13上设有垫片14,在残材夹取部件夹取残材15时,残材夹13旋转以使对称设置的残材夹夹住残材,并将残材夹断,但实际过程中往往会出现夹不住残材或者残材夹不断等问题,进而导致残材进入下游设备,如图2所示,残材15会掉落在显示面板16下,导致显示面板16被大面积的刮伤,所以,现有切割装置存在残材后流损伤显示面板的技术问题。
如图3至图7所示,本申请实施例提供面板切割装置,该面板切割装置包括:
第一机台21,用于承载第一面板211;
切割部件22,用于将所述第一面板211切割得到第二面板212;
第二机台24,通过第一传送带213与第一机台21连接;
残材夹取部件23,用于夹断第二面板212上的残材214,以使残材214掉落至第二传送带215;
感测部件25,用于感测残材214的质量变化,并根据残材214的质量变化进行提示。
本申请实施例提供一种面板切割装置,该面板切割装置包括第一机台、切割部件、第二机台、残材夹取部件、感测部件,所述第一机台用于承载第一面板,所述切割部件用于将所述第一面板切割得到第二面板,所述第二机台通过第一传送带与第一机台连接,所述残材夹取部件用于夹断第二面板上的残材,以使残材掉落至第二传送带,所述感测部件用于感测残材的质量变化,并根据残材的质量变化进行提示,通过设置感测部件,使感测部件感测残材的质量变化,并根据残材的质量变化进行提示,使得可以根据提示决定面板切割装置是否停止工作,进而防止残材后流损伤显示面板,解决了现有切割装置存在残材后流损伤显示面板的技术问题。
需要说明的是,图中,第一传送带与第二传动带并不处于同一竖直平面,且面板切割装置中的部件所处的平面并不表示其实际位置,且第一面板与第一机台平行放置,第二面板与第二机台平行放置。
在一种实施例中,如图4所示,所述感测部件25包括第一质量感应部件251和第一反馈组件252,所述第一质量感应组件251用于感测残材的质量变化,将感测部件划分为第一质量感应组件,通过第一质量感应组件感应残材的质量变化,例如实际感测所得的质量变化与预设的质量变化不同,即出现了残材未从第二面板上掉落的问题,然后将感测数据传递给第一反馈组件,所述第一反馈组件根据感测数据进行提示,或者实际感测的质量变化与预设的质量变化相同,即残材完全脱落,也可将感测数据传递给第一反馈组件,所述第一反馈组件根据感测数据进行提示。
在一种实施例中,第一反馈组件根据实际感测数据做出不同的提示,例如使用指示灯来提示,在实际感测的质量变化与预设的质量变化相同时,亮绿色指示灯,表示工作正常,从而使面板切割装置继续运行,在实际感测的质量变化与预设的质量变化不同时,亮红色指示灯,表示工作异常,从而使得人员可进行调整、或者检修,进而防止残材损伤显示面板;或者使用声音来进行提示,例如在实际感测的质量变化与预设的质量变化相同时,不发出声音或者发出特定的声音表示工作正常,在实际感测的质量变化与预设的质量变化不同时,发出警报声或者特定的声音表示工作异常,从而使得人员可进行调整、或者检修,进而防止残材损伤显示面板。
需要说明的是,预设的质量变化为实际根据面板的尺寸来确定相应的残材的质量,进而计算残材的质量变化;特定的声音可根据实际过程中进行选取,本申请实施例不限于此。
在一种实施例中,所述第一质量感应组件设置于第二传送带远离残材夹取部件的方向上,且所述第一质量感应组件不随第二传送带移动,将第一质量感应组件设置在第二传送带下方(例如图3中感测部件的位置),可使得第一反馈组件根据第一质量感应组件的感测结果与第一预设数据确定残材是否掉落或者全部掉落,从而可以在感测结果与第一预设数据不同时进行提示,从而使得人员可以进行后续的修理,防止残材后流刮伤显示面板。
需要说明的是,第一预设数据为实际过程中针对不同面板尺寸确定的一个预设的残材的质量变化,例如在残材未掉落或者部分掉落时,感测的质量变化与第一预设数据不同,从而可以知道残材未掉落或者只是部分掉落,进而进行后续工作防止显示面板被残材刮伤。
需要说明的是,第一面板指未切割的母板或者经过一次或者几次切割的面板,第二面板指经过切割的面板或者最后得到的显示面板。
在一种实施例中,如图4所示,该面板切割装置还包括输入组件26,所述输入组件用于根据第二面板的尺寸输入第一预设数据,在实际过程中,根据第二面板的尺寸确定残材的质量,从而确定残材的质量变化,然后将第一残材的质量变化设为第一预设数据,并将第一预设数据传递给第一反馈组件,使得第一反馈组件根据感测数据与第一预设数据进行比对,再根据比对结果进行提示,进而解决了现有切割装置存在残材后流损伤显示面板的技术问题。
在一种实施例中,如图5所示,所述感测组件25包括第一质量感应组件251和第一反馈组件252,所述第一反馈组件252在感测数据与第一预设数据不同时进行提示,该面板切割装置还包括控制组件27和辅助切割组件28,所述控制组件27用于在第一反馈组件252提示时,控制第一传送带213停止运动,所述辅助切割组件28用于在残材未掉落或者部分掉落时,切割剩余未掉落的残材。
在本实施例中,考虑到第一反馈组件提示后续需要防止残材后流损伤显示面板,可增加控制组件,使得在第一反馈组件提示残材未掉落或者部分掉落时,控制组件可以使第一传送带停止工作,进而防止残材后流,或者控制组件可使面板切割组件停止工作,防止残材损伤显示面板。
在本实施例中,通过设置辅助切割组件,在残材未被切除掉落或者部分掉落时,可以将第一传送带停止,然后使用辅助切割组件切割残材,使面板切割装置能继续正常工作,辅助切割组件可人工操作或者根据需求根据指令进行操作。
在一种实施例中,如图6所示,所述感测部件25包括第二质量感应组件253和第二反馈组件254,所述第二质量感应组件253用于测量第二面板212的质量变化,并将测量数据传递给第二反馈组件254,所述第二反馈组件254根据测量数据确定残材的质量变化,并根据残材的质量变化进行提示。
在本实施例中,使用第二质量感应组件感应第二面板的质量变化,第二反馈组件根据第二面板的质量变化来确定残材的质量变化,从而可以比对残材的质量变化与预设值,再根据比对结果进行提示,例如残材未掉落或者部分掉落,通过第二质量感应组件感测到第二面板的质量变化,将第二面板的质量变化传递给第二反馈组件,第二反馈组件根据第二面板的质量变化确定了残材的质量变化,然后对比出残材的质量变化与第一预设数据不同,进而进行提示,表示残材未掉落或者完全掉落。
在一种实施例中,如图6所示,所述第二质量感应组件253设置于第一传送带213下,且所述第二质量感应组件253不随第一传送带213移动,在本实施例中,将第二质量感应组件设置于第一传送带下,使得第二质量感应组件可感测第二面板的质量变化,从而确定残材的质量变化,防止残材后流损伤显示面板。
在本实施例中,第二反馈组件提示可通过指示灯或者声音等进行提示,且根据实际需求确定指示灯或者声音的设置。
在本实施例中,可增加输入组件,用于输入第一预设数据,并将第一预设数据传递给第一反馈组件,还可以增加控制组件,所述控制组件用于控制第一传送带,在残材未掉落或者部分掉落时使第一传送带停止运动;还可以增加辅助切割组件,在残材未掉落或者部分掉落时切除剩余残材。
在一种实施例中,针对不同尺寸的面板,输入组件可依据实际操作过程中不同尺寸的面板确定第一预设数据,使得面板切割装置可针对不同尺寸的面板,防止残材损伤显示面板。
在一种实施例中,第二质量感应组件设置于第二机台,将其设置于第二机台,可测量第二面板的质量变化,将第二面板的质量变化传递给第二反馈组件,第二反馈组件根据第二面板的质量变化确定残材的质量变化,从而根据残材的质量变化进行提示,防止残材刮伤显示面板。
在一种实施例中,如图7所示,该面板切割装置还包括距离测量组件31和第三反馈组件32,所述距离测量组件31用于测量残材214与距离测量组件31的距离,并将测量的距离传递给第三反馈组件32,然后第三反馈组件32根据测量的距离进行提示;通过设置距离测量组件,使得可以测量残材与距离测量组件的距离,从而可以判断残材是否掉落,例如残材未掉落,则距离感应组件感测到距离与第二预设数据不等,则可以判断残材未掉落,第三反馈组件进行提示,从而防止残材刮伤显示面板。
需要说明的是,第二预设数据为残材掉落后残材与距离感应组件的距离,根据实际距离确定。
在一种实施例中,如图7所示,所述距离测量组件31设置于残材夹取部件23上,通过距离测量组件测量残材与距离测量组件的距离,可确定残材是否掉落,第三反馈组件进行提示,进而防止残材损伤显示面板。
如图8所示,本申请实施例提供一种面板切割方法,该面板切割方法包括:
S1,提供第一机台;
S2,将第一面板放置在第一机台上;
S3,使用切割部件将第一面板切割得到第二面板;
S4,使用残材夹取部件夹断第二面板上的残材,并使残材掉落至第二传送带;
S5,使用感测部件感测残材的质量变化,并根据残材的质量变化进行提示;
S6,将第二面板通过第一传送带传送至第二机台。
本申请实施例提供一种面板切割方式,该面板切割方法使用上述面板切割装置,该面板切割装置包括第一机台、切割部件、第二机台、残材夹取部件、感测部件,所述第一机台用于承载第一面板,所述切割部件用于将所述第一面板切割得到第二面板,所述第二机台通过第一传送带与第一机台连接,所述残材夹取部件用于夹断第二面板上的残材,以使残材掉落至第二传送带,所述感测部件用于感测残材的质量变化,并根据残材的质量变化进行提示,通过设置感测部件,是感测部件感测残材的质量变化,并根据残材的质量变化进行提示,使得可以根据提示决定面板切割装置是否停止工作,进而防止残材后流损伤显示面板,解决了现有切割装置存在残材后流损伤显示面板的技术问题。
在本申请实施例中,切割部件切割第一面板以得到第二面板,但第二面板上会存在残材,而残材夹取部件会出现夹不断残材的问题,本申请实施例通过感测组件感测残材的质量变化,并根据残材的质量变化进行提示,防止残材后流损伤显示面板。
在一种实施例中,面板切割装置包括第一质量感应组件和第一反馈组件,使用第一质量感应组件感测残材的质量变化,然后将感测数据传递给第一反馈组件,第一反馈组件在感测数据与第一预设数据不同时进行提示,以防止残材损伤显示面板。
在一种实施例中,面板切割装置包括第二质量感应组件和第二反馈组件,使用第二质量感应组件感测第二面板的质量变化,并将感测数据传递给第二反馈组件,第二反馈组件根据第二面板的质量变化确定残材的质量变化,且第二反馈组件在残材的质量变化与第一预设数据不同时进行提示,以防止残材损伤显示面板。
在一种实施例中,该面板切割方法还包括使用距离测量组件测量残材与距离测量组件之间的距离,并将测量的距离传递给第三反馈组件,第三反馈组件在测量的距离与第二预设数据不等时,进行提示,防止残材刮伤显示面板。

本申请实施例提供一种面板切割装置和面板切割方法,该面板切割装置包括第一机台、切割部件、第二机台、残材夹取部件、感测部件,所述第一机台用于承载第一面板,所述切割部件用于将所述第一面板切割得到第二面板,所述第二机台通过第一传送带与第一机台连接,所述残材夹取部件用于夹断第二面板上的残材,以使残材掉落至第二传送带,所述感测部件用于感测残材的质量变化,并根据残材的质量变化进行提示,通过设置感测部件,是感测部件感测残材的质量变化,并根据残材的质量变化进行提示,使得可以根据提示决定面板切割装置是否停止工作,进而防止残材后流损伤显示面板,解决了现有切割装置存在残材后流损伤显示面板的技术问题。
综上所述,虽然本申请已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本申请,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本申请的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本申请的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种面板切割装置,其包括:
    第一机台,用于承载第一面板;
    切割部件,用于将所述第一面板切割得到第二面板;
    第二机台,通过第一传送带与第一机台连接;
    残材夹取部件,用于夹断第二面板上的残材,以使残材掉落至第二传送带;
    感测部件,用于感测残材的质量变化,并根据残材的质量变化进行提示。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的面板切割装置,其中,所述感测部件包括第一质量感应组件和第一反馈组件,所述第一质量感应组件用于感测残材的质量变化,并将感测数据传递给第一反馈组件,所述第一反馈组件用于根据感测数据进行提示。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的面板切割装置,其中,所述第一质量感应组件设置于第二传送带远离残材夹取部件的方向上,且所述第一质量感应组件不随第二传送带移动,所述第一反馈组件用于在感测数据与第一预设数据不同时进行提示。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的面板切割装置,其中,还包括输入组件,所述输入组件用于根据第二面板的尺寸输入第一预设数据,并将第一预设数据传递给第一反馈组件。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的面板切割装置,其中,还包括控制组件,所述控制组件用于在第一反馈组件进行提示时,使第一传送带停止运动。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的面板切割装置,其中,还包括辅助切割组件,用于切割未掉落的残材。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的面板切割装置,其中,所述感测部件包括第二质量感应组件和第二反馈组件,所述第二质量感应组件用于测量第二面板的质量变化,并将测量数据传递给第二反馈组件,所述第二反馈组件用于根据测量数据确定残材的质量变化,并根据残材的质量变化进行提示。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的面板切割装置,其中,所述第二质量感应组件设置于第一传送带远离残材夹取部件的方向上,且所述第二质量感应组件不随第一传送带移动。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的面板切割装置,其中,所述第二重量感应组件固定设置于第二机台内部。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的面板切割装置,其中,还包括距离测量组件和第三反馈组件,所述距离测量组件用于测量残材与距离测量组件的距离,并将测量的距离传递给第三反馈组件,所述第三反馈组件根据测量的距离进行提示。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的面板切割装置,其中,所述距离测量组件设置于残材夹取部件上。
  12. 一种面板切割方法,其包括:提供第一机台;
    将第一面板放置在第一机台上;
    使用切割部件将第一面板切割得到第二面板;
    使用残材夹取部件夹断第二面板上的残材,并使残材掉落至第二传送带;
    使用感测部件感测残材的质量变化,并根据残材的质量变化进行提示;
    将第二面板通过第一传送带传送至第二机台。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的面板切割方法,其中,所述使用感测部件感测残材的质量变化,并根据残材的质量变化进行提示的步骤包括:使用第一质量感应组件感测残材的质量变化,并将感测数据传递给第一反馈组件,使用所述第一反馈组件根据感测数据进行提示,所述感测部件包括第一质量感应组件和第一反馈组件。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的面板切割方法,其中,所述使用第一质量感应组件感测残材的质量变化的步骤包括:将第一质量感应组件设置于第二传送带远离残材夹取部件的方向上。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的面板切割方法,其中,所述使用所述第一反馈组件根据感测数据进行提示的步骤包括:使用第一反馈组件在感测数据与第一预设数据不同时进行提示。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的面板切割方法,其中,还包括:使用输入组件将第一预设数据传递给第一反馈组件。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的面板切割方法,其中,还包括:在第一反馈组件进行提示时,使用控制组件使第一传送带停止运动。
  18. 如权利要求15所述的面板切割方法,其中,还包括:在第一反馈组件进行提示时,使用辅助切割组件切割未掉落的残材。
  19. 如权利要求12所述的面板切割方法,其中,还包括:使用距离测量组件测量残材与距离测量组件的距离,并将测量的距离传递给第三反馈组件,使用第三反馈组件根据测量的距离进行提示。
  20. 如权利要求12所述的面板切割方法,其中,所述使用距离测量组件测量残材与距离测量组件的距离的步骤包括:将所述距离测量组件设置于残材夹取部件上。
