Abstract

本申请提供的导光膜网点加工设备,涉及导光膜加工领域,包括放料装置、收料装置、网点加工装置和联动控制器;网点加工装置包括分别对称设置在导光膜厚度方向的两加压装置、内部设置有加热单元和冷却单元的两模具座,以及两热压模;模具座安装于加压装置靠近导光膜侧,热压模可拆卸设置在模具座靠近导光膜侧;联动控制器控制驱动两加压装置沿导光膜厚度方向相对或相背运动,且当加压装置相对运动时,会使得热压模抵触于导光膜表面;联动控制器还程序控制模具座内部加热单元和冷却单元的启停,实现热压模在导光膜表面成型网点。本申请采用在导光膜两面成型不同网点的加工工艺,提高导光膜产品的光学性能、产品质量和种类多样性。
