本申请目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。
具体实施方式
需要说明,若本申请实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
本申请提出一种新风模块。
在本申请实施例中,如图1至5所示,新风模块40包括:
壳体10,形成有新风风道11和连通新风风道11的安装口12;以及
滤网组件20,包括滤网支架21和安装于滤网支架21的过滤网22,滤网组件20自安装口12滑动安装于新风风道11。
本实施例中,壳体10具有新风进口和新风出口13,新风进口连通室外,新风出风连通室内,新风风道11将新风进口和新风出口13连通,从而向室内引进室外风。可选地,新风出口13设于壳体10的前侧面,以朝前侧出风,使得用户能够直观感受到出风。另外,滤网组件20自安装口12滑动安装在新风风道11内,可以想到的是,在新风风道11的内壁上设有滑槽供滤网组件20滑动,且滑槽能够对滤网组件20进行导向和限位。该滑槽可由新风风道11内壁设置的支撑凸部形成,支撑凸部对滤网组件20的底部进行支撑;或者滑槽为开设在新风风道11内壁上的凹槽。
过滤网22可为ABS滤网、HEPA滤网、活性炭滤网或光触媒滤网等中的任意一种或者是多种的组合。过滤网22呈与新风风道11的截面适配的形状,以更好将新风风道11分隔,保证进入到新风风道11内的室外空气均经由过滤网22进行过滤。例如,过滤网22可大体呈方形。
滤网支架21的形式具有多种,例如一实施例中,滤网支架21大体呈框体状,并围设于过滤网22的外周面。一实施例中,滤网支架21呈格栅状,并支撑在过滤网22的其中一个过滤表面。一实施例中,滤网支架21呈镂空的箱体状,过滤网22装入滤网支架21内。
本申请中,由于增加了滤网支架21,将过滤网22安装在滤网支架21上形成滤网组件20,滤网支架21使得整个滤网组件20的强度更大,故而在进行抽拉时,即使滤网组件20与其它部件产生碰撞,也能够大大减小过滤网22变形损毁。
目前一般在壳体10上转动设有盖板,在过滤网22安装到位后,再通过盖板转动盖合该安装口12。然而由于盖板转动安装,其与安装口12边缘之间必然会存在比较大的安装间隙,该安装间隙容易沉积灰尘。为解决上述问题,本申请一实施例中,滤网支架21包括位于一端的盖合部212,盖合部212盖合安装口12。由于滤网组件20是通过抽拉的方式与壳体10配合的,即使盖合部212与壳体10紧密贴合,也并不会影响滤网组件20的抽拉,故而在盖合部212与壳体10之间不需要预留间隙,在组装时通过朝内用力推动滤网组件20,能够将盖合部212与壳体10贴合,从而密封盖合该安装口12,避免了间隙的出现。本实施例中,盖合部212大体呈板状。
请结合参考图9,一实施例中,盖合部212位于过滤网22的一端,具体而言,滤网支架21包括围设于过滤网22外周面的框体211,盖合部212构成框体211的一部分。本实施例中由框体211的部分结构作为盖合部212能够简化整体结构,不需要再额外设置单独的盖合部212。其它实施例中,盖合部212也可为框体211上额外增设的挡板。为使得盖合效果更好,在一实施例中,盖合部212的周缘朝外延伸而形成一圈环形凸缘2121,环形凸缘2121超出安装口12的孔缘设置,如此能够保证将安装口12完全盖合。
请结合参考图5、图6和图7,一实施例中,壳体10上设有凸筋14,凸筋14沿安装口12的周向延伸而呈环状,环形凸缘2121的朝向过滤网22的表面与凸筋14抵接。通过设置凸筋14,能够减小盖合部212与壳体10的接触面积,更小的接触面积能够保证盖合部212各处均与凸筋14贴合,从而可提高密封效果。
一实施例中,壳体10设有沉槽15,安装口12开设于沉槽15,盖合部212位于沉槽15,盖合部212的至少一侧与沉槽15的槽壁间隔设置而形成抽拉间隙16,该抽拉间隙16可供手伸入或者可供工件伸入而作用在盖合部212上将滤网组件20拉出。另外,设置沉槽15并将盖合部212置于沉槽15内时,能够避免盖合部212凸出而影响到空调器面板的安装,即避免了盖合部212与面板之间干涉。一实施例中,盖合部212的背离过滤网22的表面设有把手部,把手部可为凹槽或是凸起,有利于用户操作。
本申请实施例中,为避免滤网组件20松脱掉落,故在滤网组件20和新风风道11的内壁之间设有固定结构,固定结构将滤网组件20固定在新风风道11的内壁。固定结构的形式具有多种,例如可为卡接结构或是弹性推推扣等。
请结合参考图8,在一实施例中,滤网支架21和新风风道11的内壁其中一者设有卡扣213,另一者设有供卡扣213卡接的卡槽17。例如,在滤网支架21上设有卡扣213,新风风道11的内壁设有卡槽17,卡扣213卡接在卡槽17内,从而防止了滤网支架21脱离新风风道11。具体地,在滤网支架21相对的两侧壁各设有一卡扣213,使得滤网支架21受力更加平衡,卡接效果更好。
请结合参考图12,在一实施例中,滤网支架21和新风风道11的内壁其中一者设有弹性推扣217,另一者设有与弹性推扣217扣接的扣接件18,在滤网支架21被朝内推动时,弹性推扣217处于压缩状态并与扣接件18扣接在一起;在滤网支架21被再次施加外力时,弹性推扣217继续压缩,在撤销施加于滤网支架21的外力时,弹性推扣217恢复形变,且与扣接件18脱离,以推动滤网支架21与壳体10脱离。本实施例中的弹性推扣217和扣接件18组合形成推推扣的结构,按一下滤网组件20,滤网组件20在推推扣的作用下弹出,再按一下滤网组件20,滤网组件20在推推扣的作用下与新风风道11的内壁锁紧,该推推扣的结构即类似于圆珠笔上的推扣结构。
请结合参考图9至图11,为防止过滤网22掉落,一实施例中,滤网支架21包括相互连接的框体211和限位部214,框体211围设于过滤网22的外周面,并具有相对设置的安装敞口216和固定敞口217,过滤网22自安装敞口216装入滤网支架21,限位部214位于固定敞口217,并与过滤网22抵接。在安装时,安装敞口216是朝上的,固定敞口217朝下,相当于该限位部214支撑于过滤网22的底面,从而可防止过滤网22掉落,并且限位部214也能够起到结构加强的作用,减小滤网支架21的变形。
具体地,一实施例中,限位部214包括沿滤网支架21的周向延伸的限位框2141,如此相当于沿着过滤网22底面的一圈均被限位部214进行支撑,支撑效果更好。一实施例中,限位部214包括横跨框体211的两相对侧边设置的限位筋2142,该限位筋2142大体位于框体211的中部,对过滤网22的中间位置进行支撑。一实施例中,限位部214包括沿滤网支架21的周向延伸的限位框2141,还包括横跨框体211的两相对侧边设置的限位筋2142。
为方便过滤网22的取出,一实施例中,滤网支架21上设有缺口215,缺口215位于安装敞口216所在的一侧。具体地,缺口215设置在框体211上,使得过滤网22能够自缺口215部分显露在滤网支架21外,增加了用户与过滤网22的接触面积,便于过滤网22的取出。可选地,在框体211的两相对侧边上各设有一缺口215,如此过滤网22的两相对侧均能够受力被取出。
为便于滤网组件20的取出,一实施例中,安装口12位于新风模块40的前侧,由于前侧通常是面向用户,并且在前侧通常无墙体遮挡,故而将安装口12设置在前侧能够利于用户对滤网组件20进行操作。
本申请还提出一种空调器,该空调器包括新风模块40和换热模块50,该新风模块40的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本空调器采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。其中,换热模块50包括室内换热器、风机等部件。图1中虚线一侧的部分为新风模块40,另一侧的部分为换热模块50。
一实施例中,空调器包括壁挂机,新风模块40设于壁挂机的端部,即该新风模块40和换热模块50沿横向布设。一实施例中,新风模块40还可位于壁挂机的上侧或是下侧等,而与换热模块50沿竖向布设。此外,空调器还可为柜机或是一体机等等。
空调器包括面框30和前面板(图未示出),新风模块40安装于面框30,前面板盖设于面框30的朝前的敞口,并将安装口12遮挡,避免了安装口12显露在外,将前面板打开即可取出滤网组件20。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种新风模块,其中,包括:
    壳体,形成有新风风道和连通所述新风风道的安装口;以及
    滤网组件,包括滤网支架和安装于所述滤网支架的过滤网,所述滤网组件自所述安装口滑动安装于所述新风风道。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的新风模块,其中,所述滤网支架包括位于一端的盖合部,所述盖合部盖合所述安装口。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的新风模块,其中,所述盖合部的周缘朝外延伸而形成环形凸缘,所述壳体上设有凸筋,所述凸筋沿所述安装口的周向延伸而呈环状,所述环形凸缘的朝向所述过滤网的表面与所述凸筋抵接。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的新风模块,其中,所述壳体设有沉槽,所述安装口开设于所述沉槽,所述盖合部位于所述沉槽,所述盖合部的至少一侧与所述沉槽的槽壁间隔设置而形成抽拉间隙。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的新风模块,其中,所述滤网支架包括围设于所述过滤网外周面的框体,所述盖合部构成所述框体的一部分。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的新风模块,其中,所述盖合部背离所述过滤网的表面设有把手部。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的新风模块,其中,所述滤网支架包括相互连接的框体和限位部,所述框体围设于所述过滤网的外周面,并具有相对设置的安装敞口和固定敞口,所述过滤网自所述安装敞口装入所述滤网支架,所述限位部位于所述固定敞口,并与所述过滤网抵接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的新风模块,其中,所述限位部包括沿所述滤网支架的周向延伸的限位框;和/或,所述限位部包括横跨所述框体的两相对侧边设置的限位筋。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的新风模块,其中,所述滤网支架上设有缺口,所述缺口位于所述安装敞口所在的一侧。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的新风模块,其中,所述滤网支架和所述新风风道的内壁其中一者设有卡扣,另一者设有供所述卡扣卡接的卡槽;或者,
    所述滤网支架和所述新风风道的内壁其中一者设有弹性推扣,另一者设有与所述弹性推扣扣接的扣接件,在所述滤网支架被朝内推动时,所述弹性推扣处于压缩状态并与所述扣接件扣接在一起;在所述滤网支架被再次施加外力时,所述弹性推扣继续压缩,在撤销施加于所述滤网支架的外力时,所述弹性推扣恢复形变,且与所述扣接件脱离,以推动所述滤网支架与所述壳体脱离。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的新风模块,其中,所述安装口位于所述新风模块的前侧。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的新风模块,其中,所述壳体具有连通所述新风风道的新风出口,所述新风出口设于所述壳体的前侧面。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的新风模块,其中,所述过滤网包括ABS滤网、HEPA滤网、活性炭滤网或光触媒滤网中的任意一种或者是多种的组合。
  14. 一种空调器,其中,所述空调器包括新风模块,所述新风模块包括:
    壳体,形成有新风风道和连通所述新风风道的安装口;以及
    滤网组件,包括滤网支架和安装于所述滤网支架的过滤网,所述滤网组件自所述安装口滑动安装于所述新风风道。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的空调器,其中,所述滤网支架包括位于一端的盖合部,所述盖合部盖合所述安装口。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的空调器,其中,所述滤网支架包括围设于所述过滤网外周面的框体,所述盖合部构成所述框体的一部分。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的空调器,其中,所述滤网支架包括相互连接的框体和限位部,所述框体围设于所述过滤网的外周面,并具有相对设置的安装敞口和固定敞口,所述过滤网自所述安装敞口装入所述滤网支架,所述限位部位于所述固定敞口,并与所述过滤网抵接。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的空调器,其中,所述限位部包括沿所述滤网支架的周向延伸的限位框;和/或,所述限位部包括横跨所述框体的两相对侧边设置的限位筋。
  19. 如权利要求14所述的空调器,其中,所述空调器包括壁挂机,所述壁挂机还包括换热模块,所述新风模块和所述换热模块沿横向布设,并且所述新风模块设于所述壁挂机的端部。
  20. 如权利要求14所述的空调器,其中,所述空调器包括面框和前面板,所述前面板盖设于所述面框朝前的敞口,并将所述安装口遮挡,所述新风模块安装于所述面框。
