本申请目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,若本申请实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅设置为解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,若本申请实施例中有涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述,则该“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅设置为描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
本申请提出一种主机盒1。
在本申请实施例中,如图1至图9所示,该主机盒1包括盒体10和盖板200,盒体10内安装有电路板300,电路板300包括外部线接口310,盒体10对应外部线接口310开设有开口110;盖板200活动安装于开口110处,且盖板200可打开开口110以使外部线2直接与外部线接口310连接,或者盖板200可关闭开口110。
通过在盒体10对应外部线接口310的位置开设有开口110,则当该开口110处于开启状态时,使得外部线2能够通过该开口110直接与外部线接口310连接。另外,单独设置一个供外部线2穿设的开口110,能够避免外部线2与外部线接口310连接时需要将盒体10拆开的繁琐步骤。进一步地,在该开口110处还活动安装有盖板200,该盖板200可打开上述开口110或者关闭上述开口110。当盖板200打开上述开口110时,便于外部线2的穿设和与外部线接口310的连接;当盖板200关闭上述开口110时,能够避免灰尘或杂物通过该开口110进入主机盒1的盒体10内,从而保证盒体10内电路板300上电路元器件的正常工作。
可以理解的是,盖板200与盒体10活动连接的方式可以为滑动连接或者铰接等。具体地,当盖板200与盒体10滑动连接时,可在盒体10开口110的相对两侧凸设滑轨,盖板200对应该滑轨开设有滑槽,滑轨卡入滑槽内,以实现盖板200与盒体10的滑动连接效果,其中盖板200可相对盒体10左右滑动,也可相对盒体10上下滑动。当然,也可以在壳体开口110相对的两侧开设滑槽,盖板200对应该滑槽设置有滑轨,滑轨卡入滑槽内,以使得盖板200与盒体10滑动连接。当盖板200与盒体10铰接时,盖板200和盒体10的其中一者设置有铰接轴,另外一者对应有铰接孔,铰接轴插入铰接孔内,从而实现盖板200与盒体10的铰接效果。例如,盒体10上设置有铰接轴且盖板200上对应开设有铰接孔时,铰接轴可连接于开口110的相对两侧的内壁,也可设置于盒体10外侧,通过将铰接轴穿入铰接孔内,从而实现盖板200可绕铰接轴转动的效果,进而可实现开启开口110和关闭开口110的效果。可以理解的是,在驱动盖板200以开启开口110时,为了避免盖板200打到盒体10内的元器件,本申请技术方案中盖板200与盒体10铰接时,避免将铰接轴设置于盒体10的内侧。
另外,开口110的形状和盖板200的形状不作限定,可以是圆形、方形或者其他异形形状。开口110的形状与盖板200的形状可以相同,也可以不同,只要盖板200可以打开和盖合该开口110即可。
本申请中的主机盒1通过在盒体10的对应外部线接口310的位置开设开口110,并在该开口110处活动安装有盖板200,使得用户驱动盖板200打开该开口110时便于外部线2直接与外部线接口310连接,用户驱动盖板200关闭该开口110时能够对盒体10内部元器件进行保护。另外,盖板200与盒体10活动连接,更便于用户驱动盖板200打开或关闭开口110,而不用通过拆装工具对其进行拆装后才可打开或关闭开口110。
如图1至图7所示,基于盖板200与盒体10活动连接的方案,本实施例中可选盖板200与盒体10采用铰接的方式连接。
具体地,开口110的内壁相对设置有一对连接柱111,盖板200相对的两侧开设有与连接柱111适配的安装槽210,连接柱111插入安装槽210内,以使盖板200与盒体10铰接。或者,开口110的相对两侧内壁开设有盲孔,盖板200相对的两侧设置有铰接轴,铰接轴插入盲孔内以实现盖板200与盒体10的铰接效果。本申请技术方案中将连接柱111设置在开口110相对的内壁,则盖板200与其铰接时,盖板200的外壁面与盒体10的外壁面平齐,从而可避免盖板200凸出盒体10的外侧壁面而使得盖板200易于打开开口110,即若盖板200的形状和尺寸均与开口110的形状和尺寸适配时,盖板200还可起到密封开口110的效果,进一步防止杂物和灰尘进入盒体10内部,影响盒体10内部元器件的工作寿命。当然,在其他实施例中,连接柱111也可以不设置在开口110内壁,其可以设置在盒体10外侧壁的任何地方,只要盖板200的安装槽210与连接柱111配合后,盖板200仍可打开和关闭盒体10上的开口110即可。
可以理解的是,盖板200与盒体10铰接后,盖板200可相对盒体10翻转,其可以在水平面内翻转,也可以在竖直平面内翻转,其翻转方向由铰接轴的轴向决定。因此,连接柱111或铰接轴可以水平方向设置,也可以竖直方向设置。
进一步地,如图2所示,为了便于外部线2与外部线接口310的连接,连接柱111应避免设置在开口110的中部,因此本实施例中可以将连接柱111设置在远离开口110的位置。如此设置,盖板200在开启盒体10的开口110后,使得用户在将外部线2通过开口110接入外部线接口310上时具有较大的操作空间,从而便于外部线2与外部线接口310的连接。
另外,可以理解的是,为了使得盖板200能够最大限度地得以利用并与开口110相吻合,基于连接柱111远离开口110的中轴线设置的前提,安装槽210也可远离盖板200的中轴线设置。
如图5所示,为了保证盖板200盖合开口110后能够具有较稳定的盖合效果,盖板200远离连接柱111的一端与开口110过盈配合。如此,可以使得盖合开口110后的盖板200在受到外力作用时仍能较稳定地保持盖合开口110的状态;避免盖板200容易打开开口110而影响盒体10内的元器件的使用寿命。
可以理解的是,考虑到拉动盖板200以打开开口110的便利性,本申请技术方案中盖板200还可设置有拉动部220。具体地,拉动部220可以为设置在盖板200背离盒体10内部一侧的拉动手柄,或者在盖板200上开设的拉动凹槽,以便用户拉动该拉动部220时能够使盖板200朝盒体10的外侧开启。
请参照图1至图7,基于上述盖板200设置有拉动部220的方案,具体地,在本实施例中,拉动部220包括凸设于盖板200远离连接柱111的一端的凸块221,盒体10具有与凸块221配合的配合槽120;于连接柱111至凸块221的方向上,配合槽120的尺寸大于凸块221的尺寸。
通过在盖板200远离连接柱111的一端凸设有凸块221,使得用户在拉动盖板200以打开盒体10上的开口110时,用户可通过朝背离盒体10内部的方向拉动该凸块221,并使得该凸块221以连接柱111为轴线做圆弧运动,从而实现开口110的打开状态。另外,盒体10具有与凸块221配合的配合槽120,使得盖板200盖合开口110时,凸块221可与配合槽120配合,以避免凸块221凸出盒体10的外壁并意外受到外力后被抬起,而使得盖板200意外打开盒体10的开口110。
进一步地,在连接柱111至凸块221的方向上,配合槽120的尺寸大于凸块221的尺寸,则在用户拉动凸块221时为用户提供了拉动空间,使得用户的手可以托着凸块221背离连接柱111的一侧,并朝背离盒体10内部的方向拉动,从而实现用户拉动凸块221即可实现盖板200打开开口110的效果。
可以理解的是,在沿连接柱111延伸的方向上,凸块221与配合槽120的内径是适配的。进一步地,在此方向上,凸块221与配合槽120可采用过盈配合,以保证二者的配合较为紧密,防止在意外的外力作用下容易将盖板200掀起。当然,在其他实施例中,为了达到上述凸块221与配合槽120紧密连接的效果,配合槽120的底壁可开设有螺纹孔,凸块221对应设置有安装孔,螺钉穿设安装孔并与螺纹孔螺接,使得凸块221和配合槽120通过螺钉进行稳固连接,进而也可以实现避免在意外作用力的作用下将盖板200掀起的效果。
如图5所示,基于盖板200具有上述凸块221的方案,凸块221朝向盒体10的内部的一侧开设有扣手槽221a,扣手槽221a贯穿凸块221背离连接柱111的端面。如此设置,可以使得用户能够稳固握持该凸块221,并可将手通过配合槽120反扣于扣手槽221a内,通过向外拉动盖板200,实现驱动盖板200以连接柱111为轴线并朝背离盒体10内部的方向做圆弧运动,从而实现打开开口110的效果。
进一步地,为了避免外部线2连接至外部线接口310后被盖板200与开口110的内壁挤压,盖板200设置有与开口110连通的穿设口,外部线2穿设穿设口。
具体地,打开盖板200,将外部线2从盖板200背离盒体10的一侧穿设盖板200上的穿设口,并于盖板200朝向盒体10的一侧与外部线接口310连接。可以理解的是,穿设口可以开设于盖板200与开口110相对的任何位置,例如,穿设口可开设于盖板200的中部或者边缘的位置,其中也可针对外部线接口310的位置具体设定穿设口位置。
如图5至图7所示,本申请技术方案中,盖板200远离安装槽210的一端设置有缺口230,穿设口包括缺口230,缺口230与开口110连通。
通过在盖板200远离安装槽210的一端设置缺口230,该缺口230与开口110连通,使得外部线2可通过该缺口230与盒体10内部的外部线接口310连接。并且,当缺口230开设于盖板200远离安装槽210的一端后,用户驱动盖板200开启开口110或者关闭开口110时均不会影响到外部线2与外部线接口310的连接,即盖板200的开启与闭合对外部线2没有影响,因此更加便于外部线2的安装于拆卸,且不会对外部线2造成损坏。具体地,该缺口230的形状可以为矩形、梯形、弧形、V形或者波浪形等。
进一步地,开口110可设置于盒体10的侧壁,同时缺口230开设于盖板200下端。如此设置,由于重力的影响,外部线2难以与缺口230的顶壁相互干涉,因此盖板200通过与盒体10铰接而开启或关闭开口110时,外部线2不会受到盖板200的影响,减小了外部线2受损坏的几率。
如图1、图2、图3、图7或图9所示,由于盒体10内安装有电路板300,电路板300上一些元器件在工作时会发热,为了保证这些元器件能够在恒定的环境温度下工作,本实施例中盒体10具有散热孔130。散热孔130设置为对盒体10内的元器件工作时产生的热量进行分散,以延长盒体10内部元器件的使用寿命。可选地,散热孔130可设置有多个,并间隔均匀地分布于所述盒体。
另外,如图3或图9所示,主机盒1内还设置有喇叭组件,盒体10上还开设有喇叭孔140。喇叭孔140设置为使盒体10内的喇叭发出的声音传播至外界,以使得用户能够听到喇叭发声的声音。
如图8和图9所示,为了便于安装内部元器件,本实施例中盒体10包括上盖170和与上盖170可拆卸连接的下壳180。具体地,上盖170与下壳180之间可采用卡扣连接或者螺纹连接等连接方式。当上盖170与下壳180之间采用卡扣连接时,上盖170朝向下壳180的一侧设置有卡扣171,通常设置有多个卡扣171,且多个卡扣171沿上盖170的周边间隔设置;下壳180对应设置有扣孔160,卡扣171扣入扣孔160内,实现了上盖170与下壳180的卡扣连接效果。可以理解的是,当上盖170和下壳180的壁板厚度较小时,上盖170与下壳180之间大多采用卡扣连接。当上盖170和下壳180的壁板较厚时,上盖170与下壳180可对应开设螺纹孔,螺钉与螺纹孔配合实现上盖170与下壳180的螺纹连接的效果;或者,下壳180的底壁凸设有螺钉柱,上盖170对应螺钉柱开设有连接孔,螺钉穿设连接孔与螺钉柱螺接,从而实现上盖170与下壳180的螺纹连接的效果。
可以理解的是,上盖170与下壳180之间围合形成有容纳腔,以供元器件安装,但同时由于容纳腔的存在,使得上盖170容易朝容纳腔内凹陷而发生形变。本实施例中下壳180的底壁凸设有支撑柱150,支撑柱150远离下壳180底壁的一端抵接上盖170。通过该支撑柱150一端与下壳180的底壁连接,另一端抵持上盖170,使得上盖170与下壳180的连接强度加强,避免在外力作用下上盖170易变形。当然,可以理解的是,上盖170朝向下壳180底壁的一侧也可设置有支撑柱150,该支撑柱150远离上盖170的一端可抵接下壳180的底壁。
本申请还提出一种分体式电视机,如图10所示,该分体式电视机包括显示器3和主机盒1,该主机盒1的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本分体式电视机采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此在此不再一一赘述。其中,显示器3与主机盒1呈分体结构,且显示器3通过外部线2连接外部线接口310以与主机盒1连接。
具体地,该分体式电视机的显示器3与主机盒1通常通过信号线进行连接,可以理解的是,上述的主机盒1中外部线接口310可包括信号线接口,对应该信号线接口具有开口110,信号线通过该开口110与信号线接口连接,从而实现显示器3与主机盒1的连接效果。
以上所述仅为本申请的可选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是在本申请的发明构思下,利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种主机盒,其中,包括:
    盒体,所述盒体内安装有电路板,所述电路板包括外部线接口,所述盒体对应所述外部线接口开设有开口;和
    盖板,所述盖板活动安装于所述开口处,且所述盖板可打开所述开口以供外部线直接与所述外部线接口连接,或者所述盖板可关闭所述开口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的主机盒,其中,所述开口的内壁相对设置有一对连接柱,所述盖板相对的两侧开设有与所述连接柱适配的安装槽,所述连接柱插入所述安装槽内,以使所述盖板与所述盒体铰接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的主机盒,其中,所述连接柱远离所述开口的中轴线设置。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的主机盒,其中,所述安装槽远离所述盖板的中轴线设置。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的主机盒,其中,所述盖板远离所述连接柱的一端与所述开口过盈配合。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的主机盒,其中,所述盖板设置有拉动部,以使所述盖板朝所述盒体的外侧开启。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的主机盒,其中,所述拉动部包括凸设于所述盖板远离所述连接柱的一端的凸块,所述盒体具有与所述凸块配合的配合槽;于所述连接柱至所述凸块的方向上,所述配合槽的尺寸大于所述凸块的尺寸。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的主机盒,其中,所述凸块朝向所述盒体的内部的一侧开设有扣手槽,所述扣手槽贯穿所述凸块背离所述连接柱的端面。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的主机盒,其中,所述盖板设置有与所述开口连通的穿设口,所述外部线穿设所述穿设口。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的主机盒,其中,所述穿设口开设于所述盖板的边缘。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的主机盒,其中,所述盖板远离所述安装槽的一端设置有缺口,所述穿设口包括所述缺口,所述缺口与所述开口连通。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的主机盒,其中,所述开口设置于所述盒体的侧壁,所述缺口开设于所述盖板的下端。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的主机盒,其中,所述缺口的形状为矩形、或者梯形、或者弧形、或者V形、或者波浪形。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的主机盒,其中,所述盒体具有散热孔和喇叭孔。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的主机盒,其中,所述散热孔间隔均匀地设置有多个。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的主机盒,其中,所述盒体包括上盖和与所述上盖可拆卸连接的下壳,所述下壳的底壁凸设有支撑柱,所述支撑柱远离所述下壳底壁的一端抵接所述上盖。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的主机盒,其中,所述开口开设于所述下壳。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的主机盒,其中,所述上盖朝向所述下壳的一侧设置有卡扣,所述下壳对应设置有扣孔,所述卡扣扣入所述扣孔内,以使所述上盖与所述下壳卡扣连接。
  19. 一种主机盒,其中,包括:
    盒体,所述盒体内安装有电路板,所述电路板包括外部线接口,所述盒体对应所述外部线接口开设有开口;和
    盖板,所述盖板活动安装于所述开口处,且所述盖板可打开所述开口以供外部线直接与所述外部线接口连接;或者所述盖板可关闭所述开口,且所述盖板外壁面与所述盒体的外壁面平齐。
  20. 一种分体式电视机,其中,包括显示器和主机盒,所述主机盒包括:
    盒体,所述盒体内安装有电路板,所述电路板包括外部线接口,所述盒体对应所述外部线接口开设有开口;和
    盖板,所述盖板活动安装于所述开口处,且所述盖板可打开所述开口以供外部线直接与所述外部线接口连接,或者所述盖板可关闭所述开口;
    所述显示器通过所述外部线连接所述外部线接口以与所述主机盒连接。
