背景技术
随着社会的进步,冷柜的使用率越来越高,传统冷柜的铰链设计均是采用外挂的方式,铰链凸出箱体,包装箱对冷柜进行打包时,包装箱需要比铰链的凸出部分大,因此冷柜箱体与包装箱之间存在一定的空隙,从而使产品的装柜量降低,进而造成产品的运费增加。
鉴于上述的缺陷,有必要提供一种新的冷柜箱体。
申请内容
本申请的主要目的是提供一种冷柜箱体,旨在解决现有冷柜箱体的铰链外凸造成运输成本增加的问题。

另外,本申请各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
本申请提出一种冷柜箱体,旨在解决现有冷柜箱体的铰链外凸造成运输成本增加的问题。
在本申请中,“左”、“右”、“上”与“下”等方向上的指示指的是如图5所示的方向及各部件的相对位置关系。请参照图1、图9和图10,本申请的一种实施例中,冷柜箱体包括用以安装铰链(未图示)的安装座1、设有朝上开口的箱壳2以及连在箱壳2的开口上的口框3,箱壳2的侧板上开设有沿厚度方向贯穿箱壳2的侧板的安装口4,安装座1置于安装口4内,安装座1上设有凹面朝向箱壳2内部的凹陷11,铰链安装在凹陷11内,安装座1上设置有导向槽12,安装口4的侧边缘插入导向槽12用以连接安装座1与箱壳2,口框3的边缘与安装座1的上侧抵接。
本申请的冷柜箱体的箱壳处采用凹陷的设计,安装座安装在箱壳的侧板内,铰链安装在安装座的凹陷内,减少铰链安装在安装座上后所占用的箱壳外表面的空间,从而提高产品的装柜量,进而降低运输费用;同时,安装座通过导向槽与安装口的侧边缘插接,安装方便。另外,口框的边缘与安装座的上侧抵接,口框压在安装座的上方,利用发泡时的应力使安装座、箱壳以及口框之间的连接更加稳固。
其中,请参照图3,安装口4可以设置为多个且均设置在箱壳2的侧板上,安装座1和铰链的数量同样有多个,门体和箱壳2通过分别安装在安装座上的铰链实现铰接,有效保证门体开合时的平稳性。在一种优选的实施例中,安装口4的数量为两个且相对设置在箱壳2的后侧板上,从而通过两个铰链就能保证门体开合时的平稳性,降低产品的生产成本。
请参照图5至图7,安装座1包括安装壳13以及设于安装壳13的左侧边及右侧边的安装板14,凹陷11设在安装壳13上,导向槽12设在安装板14内,安装口4的侧边缘插入导向槽12用以连接安装座1与箱壳2。安装座1通过导向槽12与安装口4的侧边缘插接,安装方便快捷;导向槽12设在位于安装壳13的左、右两侧的安装板14上,对安装座1的安装位置进行定位,避免发生因安装座1在安装时偏向一侧而使得铰链安装偏向一侧的现象,从而提高冷柜产品的品质。
其中,请参照图10,导向槽12内设有多个相互间隔设置的凸台结构121,凸台结构121设在安装板14内,凸台结构121的长度方向与导向槽12的高度方向一致,凸台结构121的凸起背离箱壳的2内部。在安装座1插装在安装口4的侧边缘上时,凸台结构121抵在插入到导向槽12内的安装口4的侧边缘上,通过设置凸台结构121,减少安装板14与安装口4的侧边缘的接触面积,从而进一步方便安装座1的安装。
进一步地,请参照图9和图11,安装座1还包括设于安装座下侧的卡板15,卡板15内设有插槽151,安装口4的下边缘插入插槽151。通过插槽151与安装口4的下边缘的配合,对安装座1的安装位置进行进一步地定位,确保安装座1的准确安装。
另外,请参照图2和图11,插槽151内设有倒扣152,安装口4的下边缘上设有与倒扣152卡接的卡孔41。在安装座1安装箱壳2上后,安装座1上的倒扣152卡在安装口4的下边缘上的卡孔41上,提高安装座1与箱壳2安装稳固度,同时进一步提高装座1与箱壳2的安装定位精度。其中,卡孔41可以根据需要设置为多个,在优选的实施例中,卡孔41设置为两个,进一步提高安装稳固度。
进一步地,请参照图3和图4,口框3开设有与安装口4正对的缺口,缺口两侧向下延伸形成有包边31,包边31盖在安装座1的上侧。口框3上开设有与安装口4正对的缺口,避免在安装铰链时,铰链与口框2发生干涉,从而确保铰链的顺利安装;包边31盖在安装座1的上侧,使口框3的边缘与安装座1的上侧抵接,口框压在安装座的上方,利用发泡时的应力使安装座、箱壳以及口框之间的连接更加稳固。
另外,请参照图1,冷柜箱体还包括与安装座1连接的螺钉板5,螺钉板5与铰链相对设置,安装座1置于螺钉板5与铰链之间。铰链通过螺钉板5安装在安装座1上,使铰链的安装稳固可靠。其中,请参照图9,在安装座1上设有通孔16,在螺钉板5上设有螺钉孔,通孔16与螺钉孔同心,铰链上的螺钉穿过通孔16安装在螺钉孔上。
在一种优选的实施例中,可以在冷柜箱体发泡前用密封胶带封上安装座1上的通孔16,避免发泡料通过通孔16漏出,在安装铰链时,铰链上的螺钉戳破密封胶带安装在螺钉孔上。
进一步地,请参照图8,安装座1朝向螺钉板5的面上设有两个相对设置的定位槽17,螺钉板5插在两个定位槽17上。定位槽17对螺钉板5的安装位置进行定位,使螺钉板5的安装更加方便。
其中,请参照图8,安装座1向螺钉板的面上还设有卡扣18,卡扣18与两个定位槽17间隔设置,螺钉板5卡在卡扣18上。经过定位槽17与卡扣18的配合,使螺钉板5与安装座1的连接稳固。
另外,本申请还提供一种冷柜,该冷柜包括门体、铰链以及与门体连接的如上文所述的冷柜箱体,铰链安装在安装座1上。本申请的冷柜的箱壳处采用凹陷的设计,安装座安装在箱壳的侧板内,铰链安装在安装座的凹陷内,减少铰链安装在安装座上后所占用的箱壳外表面的空间,从而提高产品的装柜量,进而降低运输费用。
以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是在本申请的申请构思下,利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种冷柜箱体,其中,所述冷柜箱体包括用以安装铰链的安装座、设有朝上开口的箱壳以及连在所述箱壳的开口上的口框,所述箱壳的侧板上开设有沿厚度方向贯穿所述箱壳的侧板的安装口,所述安装座置于所述安装口内,所述安装座上设有凹面朝向所述箱壳内部的凹陷,所述铰链安装在所述凹陷内,所述安装座上设置有导向槽,所述安装口的侧边缘插入所述导向槽用以连接所述安装座与所述箱壳,所述口框的边缘与所述安装座的上侧抵接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冷柜箱体,其中,所述安装座包括安装壳以及设于所述安装壳的左侧边及右侧边的安装板,所述凹陷设在所述安装壳上,所述导向槽设在所述安装板内,所述安装口的侧边缘插入所述导向槽用以连接所述安装座与所述箱壳。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冷柜箱体,其中,所述口框开设有与所述安装口正对的缺口,所述缺口两侧向下延伸形成有包边,所述包边盖在所述安装座的上侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的冷柜箱体,其中,所述箱体还包括与所述安装座连接的螺钉板,所述螺钉板与所述铰链相对设置,所述安装座置于所述螺钉板与所述铰链之间。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的冷柜箱体,其中,所述导向槽内设有多个相互间隔设置的凸台结构,所述凸台结构设在所述安装板内,所述凸台结构的长度方向与所述导向槽的高度方向一致,所述凸台结构的凸起背离所述箱壳的内部。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的冷柜箱体,其中,所述安装座还包括设于所述安装座下侧的卡板,所述卡板内设有插槽,所述安装口的下边缘插入所述插槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的冷柜箱体,其中,所述插槽内设有倒扣,所述安装口的下边缘上设有与所述倒扣卡接的卡孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的冷柜箱体,其中,所述口框开设有与所述安装口正对的缺口,所述缺口两侧向下延伸形成有包边,所述包边盖在所述安装座的上侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的冷柜箱体,其中,所述箱体还包括与所述安装座连接的螺钉板,所述螺钉板与所述铰链相对设置,所述安装座置于所述螺钉板与所述铰链之间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的冷柜箱体,其中,所述安装座朝向所述螺钉板的面上设有两个相对设置的定位槽,所述螺钉板插在两个所述定位槽上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的冷柜箱体,其中,所述安装座朝向所述螺钉板的面上还设有卡扣,所述卡扣与两个所述定位槽间隔设置,所述螺钉板卡在所述卡扣上。
  12. 一种冷柜,其中,所述冷柜包括门体、铰链以及与所述门体连接的冷柜箱体,所述铰链安装在所述安装座上,所述冷柜箱体包括用以安装铰链的安装座、设有朝上开口的箱壳以及连在所述箱壳的开口上的口框,所述箱壳的侧板上开设有沿厚度方向贯穿所述箱壳的侧板的安装口,所述安装座置于所述安装口内,所述安装座上设有凹面朝向所述箱壳内部的凹陷,所述铰链安装在所述凹陷内,所述安装座上设置有导向槽,所述安装口的侧边缘插入所述导向槽用以连接所述安装座与所述箱壳,所述口框的边缘与所述安装座的上侧抵接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的冷柜,其中,所述安装座包括安装壳以及设于所述安装壳的左侧边及右侧边的安装板,所述凹陷设在所述安装壳上,所述导向槽设在所述安装板内,所述安装口的侧边缘插入所述导向槽用以连接所述安装座与所述箱壳。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的冷柜,其中,所述导向槽内设有多个相互间隔设置的凸台结构,所述凸台结构设在所述安装板内,所述凸台结构的长度方向与所述导向槽的高度方向一致,所述凸台结构的凸起背离所述箱壳的内部。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的冷柜,其中,所述安装座还包括设于所述安装座下侧的卡板,所述卡板内设有插槽,所述安装口的下边缘插入所述插槽。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的冷柜,其中,所述插槽内设有倒扣,所述安装口的下边缘上设有与所述倒扣卡接的卡孔。
  17. 根据权利要求12所述的冷柜,其中,所述口框开设有与所述安装口正对的缺口,所述缺口两侧向下延伸形成有包边,所述包边盖在所述安装座的上侧。
  18. 根据权利要求12所述的冷柜,其中,所述箱体还包括与所述安装座连接的螺钉板,所述螺钉板与所述铰链相对设置,所述安装座置于所述螺钉板与所述铰链之间。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的冷柜,其中,所述安装座朝向所述螺钉板的面上设有两个相对设置的定位槽,所述螺钉板插在两个所述定位槽上。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的冷柜,其中,所述安装座朝向所述螺钉板的面上还设有卡扣,所述卡扣与两个所述定位槽间隔设置,所述螺钉板卡在所述卡扣上。
