本申请中对“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“前”、“后”等方位的描述以图1和图3中所示的方位为为基准,仅用于解释在图1和图3所示姿态下各部件之间的相对位置关系,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
本申请提出一种冰箱搁架组件10。
如图1至图9所示,在本申请一实施例中,冰箱搁架组件10包括固定座1和翻转搁架2,固定座1安装在冰箱100上,翻转搁架2可转动设置在固定座1上;固定座1设置有转轴11,翻转搁架2上设置有用于与转轴11转动配合的翻转部21,以使翻转搁架2相对固定座1在第一位置和第二位置之间翻转,翻转部21上设置有用于将翻转搁架2限位于第一位置或第二位置的限位件211。
具体地,本实施例第一位置为翻转搁架2呈竖直放置状态时的位置,第二位置为翻转搁架2呈水平放置状态时的位置,即,本实施例翻转搁架2通过其翻转部21与转轴11的转动配合,使得翻转搁架2能从竖直放置状态翻转至水平放置状态,也能从水平放置状态翻转至竖直放置状态。
可以理解地,冰箱100内具有多层搁架,可将位于最上方的搁架设置为翻转搁架2。当需要放置高度较高的物品时,固定座1保持不动,推动翻转搁架2,翻转搁架2通过其翻转部21与固定座1上的转轴11的转动配合翻转至竖直放置状态,从而为物品提供了较大的放置空间,便于在冰箱100内放置高度较高的物品;当不需要放置高度较高的物品时,则反向推动翻转搁架2,将翻转搁架2翻转至水平放置状态即可,使用方便快捷。由于限位件211的设置,使得翻转部21在被推动而进行翻转的过程中停止转动,将翻转搁架2准确限位于竖直放置状态或水平放置状态,易于操作,使用方便。该冰箱搁架组件10还具有结构简单,易于制作且制作成本低的优点。
本实施例的固定座1包括安装板12和转轴座13,转轴座13固定在安装板12上,安装板12安装在冰箱100上,转轴11安装在转轴座13上;翻转部21呈钩状并套设在转轴11上,安装板12上形成有托举部121,托举部121位于转轴11的下方,翻转部21滑设于托举部121。本实施例的翻转部21呈钩状,呈钩状的翻转部21套设在转轴11上,并能在转轴11上转动,以带动翻转搁架2相对固定座1翻转。托举部121位于转轴11的下方,起到托举翻转部21的作用,且翻转部21滑设于托举部121,避免对翻转部21的翻转过程造成干涉。
进一步地,托举部121包括弧形板1211,弧形板1211的形状与翻转部21的形状匹配,以使弧形板1211的上表面与翻转部21的外表面滑动接触配合。本实施例呈钩状的翻转部21的外表面呈弧形面,弧形板1211的上表面也呈弧形面,两个弧形面相匹配,在翻转部21在转轴11上转动的过程中,弧形板1211的上表面与翻转部21的外表面滑动接触配合,利于翻转搁架2稳定地翻转。
本实施例中,限位件211为突出于翻转部21外表面上的阻尼块,阻尼块用于与弧形板1211配合,以将翻转搁架2限位于第一位置。具体地,本实施例的阻尼块为翻转部21外表面形成的凸起,在翻转部21在转轴11上转动的过程中,阻尼块与弧形板1211的上表面之间具有摩擦力,当转动到翻转搁架2处于竖直放置的状态时,弧形板1211与阻尼块之间形成干涉,阻止翻转搁架2继续转动,以将翻转搁架2限位于竖直放置状态,结构简单,易于操作。
如图5至图9所示,本实施例的安装板12包括竖向延伸部122和横向延伸部123,竖向延伸部122与横向延伸部123连接,竖向延伸部122和横向延伸部123呈L型设置,竖向延伸部122安装在冰箱100上,横向延伸部123形成有转轴座13和托举部121,托举部121与竖向延伸部122间隔布置,且托举部121与所述竖向延伸部122之间形成避让空间120。本实施例固定座1为一体成型设计,具有易于制作和制作成本低的优点。并且,本实施例固定座1的数量为两个,两个固定座1前后间隔布置,利于翻转搁架2平稳地翻转。
如图3至图9所示,本实施例的翻转搁架2包括翻转搁架板22和翻转座23,翻转搁架板22安装在翻转座23的第一侧,翻转部21设置于翻转座23上,且翻转部21位于翻转座23的下方并靠近翻转座23的第二侧,翻转座23的第一侧与翻转座23的第二侧相对设置,翻转座23的第二侧伸入避让空间120。具体地,本实施例翻转座23的第一侧为翻转座23的右侧,翻转座23的第二侧为翻转座23的左侧,其中,翻转部21位于翻转座23的下方并靠近翻转座23的左侧设置,翻转搁架板22安装在翻转座23的右侧,翻转座23的左侧伸入避让空间120。当翻转座23的翻转部21在转轴11上转动时,带动翻转搁架板22翻转,翻转座23的左侧处于避让空间120内,避免对翻转座23及翻转搁架板22的翻转过程造成干涉。
可以理解地,本实施例的翻转搁架板22可以采用现有技术中的透明塑料或透明玻璃制成,具有透光性和美观的优点。本实施例中,翻转搁架板22的前侧设置装饰板24,装饰板24可采用现有技术,既对翻转搁架板22起到保护作用,保护翻转搁架板22不被损坏,又起到装饰作用,提高翻转搁架2的美观度。为了便于制作和降低制作成本,本实施例的装饰板24可与翻转座23一体成型。
如图4至图9所示,本实施例中,翻转座23的第二侧形成有折边231,折边231用于在翻转搁架2位于第一位置时抵接横向延伸部123。本实施例的折边231为翻转座23的左侧垂直向下弯折形成。当翻转搁架2翻转至竖直放置状态时,折边231水平放置并与横向延伸部123抵接,利于支撑翻转搁架2。本实施例中,翻转座23的第一侧设置有两个夹板232,两个夹板232上下间隔布置,翻转搁架板22伸入两个夹板232之间,以使两个夹板232将翻转搁架板22夹紧固定,结构简单,易于操作。
本实施例中,冰箱搁架组件10还包括固定搁架3,翻转搁架2和固定搁架3相对设置在冰箱100内,固定搁架3上面向翻转搁架2的一侧设置有支撑块31,支撑块31用于在翻转搁架2在第二位置时支撑翻转搁架2,以将翻转搁架2限位于第二位置。
具体地,翻转搁架2位于冰箱100内的左侧位置,固定搁架3位于冰箱100内的右侧位置,固定搁架3的下方设置有两个支撑板32,两个支撑板32分别对应位于固定搁架3的左侧和右侧,两个支撑板32均安装在冰箱100内胆30上,以对固定搁架3起到支撑作用。其中,位于左侧的支撑板32上的左表面设置有两个支撑块31。当翻转搁架2翻转至水平放置状态时,翻转搁架板22的右侧架设在两个支撑块31上,两个支撑块31对翻转搁架2起到支撑作用,并将翻转搁架2限位于水平放置状态,结构简单,易于制作。可以理解地,固定搁架3一直处于水平放置状态,当翻转搁架2翻转到处于水平放置状态时,可与固定搁架3协同地起到支撑物品的作用,也可以单独起到支撑物品的作用。
如图1、图2和图10所示,本申请还提出一种冰箱100,该冰箱100包括上述的冰箱搁架组件10,冰箱100内设置有制冰室20,固定座1安装在制冰室20上。具体地,制冰室20位于冰箱100内的左侧顶角处,冰箱搁架组件10的固定座1可以安装在制冰室20的右侧壁上,具体为固定座1的竖向延伸部122安装在制冰室20的右侧壁上,该冰箱搁架组件10的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于该冰箱100采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。在另一实施例中,冰箱搁架组件10的固定座1可一体成型于制冰室20的右侧壁上,方便制作,制作成本低。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种冰箱搁架组件,其中,所述冰箱搁架组件包括固定座和翻转搁架,所述固定座安装在冰箱上,所述翻转搁架可转动设置在所述固定座上;所述固定座设置有转轴,所述翻转搁架上设置有用于与所述转轴转动配合的翻转部,以使所述翻转搁架相对所述固定座在第一位置和第二位置之间翻转,所述翻转部上设置有用于将所述翻转搁架限位于所述第一位置或所述第二位置的限位件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱搁架组件,其中,所述固定座包括安装板和固定在所述安装板上的转轴座,所述安装板安装在冰箱上,所述转轴安装在所述转轴座上;所述翻转部呈钩状并套设在所述转轴上,所述安装板上形成有托举部,所述托举部位于所述转轴的下方,所述翻转部滑设于所述托举部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的冰箱搁架组件,其中,所述托举部包括弧形板,所述弧形板的形状与所述翻转部的形状匹配,以使所述弧形板的上表面与所述翻转部的外表面滑动接触配合。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的冰箱搁架组件,其中,所述限位件为突出于所述翻转部外表面上的阻尼块,所述阻尼块用于与所述弧形板配合,以将所述翻转搁架限位于所述第一位置。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的冰箱搁架组件,其中,所述冰箱搁架组件还包括固定搁架,所述翻转搁架和所述固定搁架相对设置在冰箱内,所述固定搁架上面向所述翻转搁架的一侧设置有支撑块,所述支撑块用于在所述翻转搁架在第二位置时支撑所述翻转搁架,以将所述翻转搁架限位于所述第二位置。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的冰箱搁架组件,其中,所述安装板包括竖向延伸部和与所述竖向延伸部连接的横向延伸部,所述竖向延伸部和所述横向延伸部呈L型设置,所述竖向延伸部安装在冰箱上,所述横向延伸部形成有所述转轴座和所述托举部,所述托举部与所述竖向延伸部间隔布置,且所述托举部与所述竖向延伸部之间形成避让空间。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的冰箱搁架组件,其中,所述翻转搁架包括翻转搁架板和翻转座,所述翻转搁架板安装在所述翻转座的第一侧,所述翻转部设置于所述翻转座上,且所述翻转部位于所述翻转座的下方并靠近所述翻转座的第二侧,所述翻转座的第一侧与所述翻转座的第二侧相对设置,所述翻转座的第二侧伸入所述避让空间。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的冰箱搁架组件,其中,所述翻转座的第二侧形成有折边,所述折边用于在所述翻转搁架位于第一位置时抵接所述横向延伸部。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的冰箱搁架组件,其中,所述翻转座的第一侧设置有两个夹板,两个所述夹板上下间隔布置,所述翻转搁架板伸入两个所述夹板之间,以使两个所述夹板将所述翻转搁架板夹紧固定。
  10. 如权利要求3所述的冰箱搁架组件,其中,所述安装板包括竖向延伸部和与所述竖向延伸部连接的横向延伸部,所述竖向延伸部和所述横向延伸部呈L型设置,所述竖向延伸部安装在冰箱上,所述横向延伸部形成有所述转轴座和所述托举部,所述托举部与所述竖向延伸部间隔布置,且所述托举部与所述竖向延伸部之间形成避让空间。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的冰箱搁架组件,其中,所述翻转搁架包括翻转搁架板和翻转座,所述翻转搁架板安装在所述翻转座的第一侧,所述翻转部设置于所述翻转座上,且所述翻转部位于所述翻转座的下方并靠近所述翻转座的第二侧,所述翻转座的第一侧与所述翻转座的第二侧相对设置,所述翻转座的第二侧伸入所述避让空间。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的冰箱搁架组件,其中,所述翻转座的第二侧形成有折边,所述折边用于在所述翻转搁架位于第一位置时抵接所述横向延伸部。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的冰箱搁架组件,其中,所述翻转座的第一侧设置有两个夹板,两个所述夹板上下间隔布置,所述翻转搁架板伸入两个所述夹板之间,以使两个所述夹板将所述翻转搁架板夹紧固定。
  14. 如权利要求2所述的冰箱搁架组件,其中,所述安装板包括竖向延伸部和与所述竖向延伸部连接的横向延伸部,所述竖向延伸部和所述横向延伸部呈L型设置,所述竖向延伸部安装在冰箱上,所述横向延伸部形成有所述转轴座和所述托举部,所述托举部与所述竖向延伸部间隔布置,且所述托举部与所述竖向延伸部之间形成避让空间。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的冰箱搁架组件,其中,所述翻转搁架包括翻转搁架板和翻转座,所述翻转搁架板安装在所述翻转座的第一侧,所述翻转部设置于所述翻转座上,且所述翻转部位于所述翻转座的下方并靠近所述翻转座的第二侧,所述翻转座的第一侧与所述翻转座的第二侧相对设置,所述翻转座的第二侧伸入所述避让空间。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的冰箱搁架组件,其中,所述翻转座的第二侧形成有折边,所述折边用于在所述翻转搁架位于第一位置时抵接所述横向延伸部。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的冰箱搁架组件,其中,所述翻转座的第一侧设置有两个夹板,两个所述夹板上下间隔布置,所述翻转搁架板伸入两个所述夹板之间,以使两个所述夹板将所述翻转搁架板夹紧固定。
  18. 一种冰箱,其中,所述冰箱包括如权利要求1所述的冰箱搁架组件,所述冰箱内设置有制冰室,所述固定座安装在所述制冰室上。
  19. 一种冰箱,其中,所述冰箱包括如权利要求2所述的冰箱搁架组件,所述冰箱内设置有制冰室,所述固定座安装在所述制冰室上。
