随着社会的进步,冷柜的使用率越来越高,而传统冷柜的冷柜箱体的装配方式是将口框直接扣压在箱壳上,口框包住箱壳,造成外观同质化严重,这种结构还会导致拐角处出现漏泡、顶白等问题;另外,传统的冷柜的箱壳的结构都是由两块或四块侧板拼接而成,箱壳上存在至少两条拼缝,且组装工作强度大。

本申请的主要目的是提供一种冷柜箱体,旨在解决现有的冷柜箱体外观美观性差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的冷柜箱体包括箱壳以及与所述箱壳连接的口框,所述箱壳由一整体板材弯折后首尾连接成型,所述箱壳的内侧沿其周向设有上端开口的插槽,所述口框的下表面上设有与所述插槽相配合的卡扣,所述卡扣卡入所述插槽用以将所述口框与所述箱壳固定,所述口框的边缘设有向外延伸的盖板,所述盖板设置在所述箱壳的上端面上。

其中,请参照图7,第一翻边31上具有凹面结构,卡扣4远离口框2的下表面的一端上设有凸起41,卡扣4卡入插槽3后凸起41卡在凹面结构上。因为第一翻边31与箱壳的上边缘连接,与卡扣4上的凸起41配合的凹面结构设在第一翻边31上,能够提高插槽3的强度,避免插槽3因卡扣4的插入而导致下陷,从而提高卡扣4与插槽3的连接稳固度。
另外,请参照图7,盖板5包括连接板51以及设于连接板51远离口框2的一端的凸台52,凸台52压在箱壳1的上端面上。口框2安装在箱壳1上后,通过发泡预应力使得盖板5具有一定的应力,使得凸台52与箱壳的上端面之间紧密连接,从而保证盖板5与箱壳1的上端面之间无缝隙。
其中,盖板5为环形盖板,凸台52为环形凸台。凸台52沿着口框2的边缘一圈均存在,从而使口框2与箱壳1之间的一圈均无缝隙。
进一步地,请参照图1至图4,箱壳1的拐角的内侧设有沿高度方向贯穿箱壳1的缺口11,口框2上的盖板5盖住缺口11。在箱壳1的拐角处开设缺口11,能够防止在发泡过程中箱壳1的拐角漏泡,从而避免箱壳1的拐角处产生褶皱而影响产品的外观美观性,同时,盖板5盖住缺口11,使得从外观上看不到缺口11,提高冷柜箱体的美观度。
另外,请参照图2,箱壳1的拐角的外侧设有包边12,凸台52压在缺口11与包边12之间的箱壳1上。在箱壳1的拐角处设置包边12,包边12通过专用设备安装在箱壳1的拐角处,包边12优选为钣金包边。在箱壳1的拐角处设置包边12,避免箱壳1拐角处的漏泡,同时,盖板5上的凸台52压在缺口11与包边12之间的箱壳1上,拐角处看不到箱壳1拐角处的缺口11,从而提高冷柜箱体的外观美观度。
其中,在一种实施例中,当箱壳1拐角的R角为5mm时,缺口11与包边12之间的箱壳1的最短长度不小于3.5mm,从而确保凸台52能够压在缺口11与包边12之间的箱壳1上。在不同的实施例中,为了确保凸台52能够压在缺口11与包边12之间的箱壳1上,当箱壳1拐角的R角为不同长度值时,缺口11与包边12之间的箱壳1的最短长度也设置为不同的数值。
进一步地,请参照图8和图9,箱壳1的首尾连接边中的第一边上设有开口向外的凹槽6,第二边对应设有与凹槽配合连接的卡爪7,卡爪7插接在凹槽6内用以将一整块板材首尾连接为一体。其中,箱壳1的拼接缝只有一条,可以根据需求设置在不同的位置,例如,拼接缝设置在箱壳左侧、后侧或者拐角处。卡爪7插入到凹槽6中后,卡爪7将挂在凹槽6内,通过凹槽6与卡爪7的配合便可以实现一整块板材的首尾的连接,插槽6和卡爪7与箱壳为整体结构,不在需要增加连接部件,并且卡爪7插入到凹槽6中,无需专用的连接设备便可以将箱壳成型,因此,可以简化连接过程并降低拼接的生产成本。
其中,请参照图9,箱壳1上设有与第一边连接的内翻的第三翻边61以及与第三翻边61连接的第四翻边62,第三翻边61和第四翻边62相对设置,第三翻边61和第四翻边62限定出凹槽6。同样,箱壳1的第一边先向内弯折,再向外弯折限定出一个U形,向内弯折的箱壳部分构成第三翻边61,向外弯折的箱壳部分构成第四翻边62,第三翻边61和第四翻边62限定出凹槽6。
另外,本申请还提供一种冷柜(未标示),冷柜包括门体8以及与门体8连接的如上文所述的冷柜箱体。本申请的冷柜中包括如上文所述的冷柜箱体,箱壳由一整块板材弯折后连接而成,整个箱壳只有一条拼缝,提高产品外观的美观度,降低组装的工作强度;箱壳与口框之间通过内部的卡扣与插槽的配合安装,无需采用口框下包边设计,避免出现口框包边顶白与箱壳拐角漏泡的现象,提高冷柜箱体的外观美观性;同时,盖板设置在箱壳的上端面上,盖住卡扣与插槽,进一步提高冷柜箱体的外观美观性。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种冷柜箱体,其中,所述冷柜箱体包括箱壳以及与所述箱壳连接的口框,所述箱壳由一整体板材弯折后首尾连接成型,所述箱壳的内侧沿其周向设有上端开口的插槽,所述口框的下表面上设有与所述插槽相配合的卡扣,所述卡扣卡入所述插槽用以将所述口框与所述箱壳固定,所述口框的边缘设有向外延伸的盖板,所述盖板设置在所述箱壳的上端面上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冷柜箱体,其中,所述箱壳上设有与所述箱壳的上边缘连接的第一翻边以及与所述第一翻边连接的第二翻边,所述第一翻边和所述第二翻边相对设置,所述第一翻边和所述第二翻边限定出所述插槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冷柜箱体,其中,所述第一翻边上具有凹面结构,所述卡扣远离所述口框的下表面的一端上设有凸起,所述卡扣卡入所述插槽后所述凸起卡在所述凹面结构上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的冷柜箱体,其中,所述箱壳的首尾连接边中的第一边上设有开口向外的凹槽,第二边对应设有与所述凹槽配合连接的卡爪,所述卡爪插接在所述凹槽内用以将一整块板材首尾连接为一体。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的冷柜箱体,其中,所述箱壳上设有与所述第一边连接的内翻的第三翻边以及与所述第三翻边连接的第四翻边,所述第三翻边和所述第四翻边相对设置,所述第三翻边和所述第四翻边限定出所述凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的冷柜箱体,其中,所述盖板包括连接板以及设于所述连接板远离所述口框的一端的凸台,所述凸台压在所述箱壳的上端面上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的冷柜箱体,其中,所述盖板为环形盖板,所述凸台为环形凸台。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的冷柜箱体,其中,所述箱壳的拐角的内侧设有沿高度方向贯穿所述箱壳的缺口,所述口框的盖板盖住所述缺口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的冷柜箱体,其中,所述箱壳的拐角的外侧设有包边,所述凸台压在所述缺口与所述包边之间的箱壳上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的冷柜箱体,其中,所述箱壳的首尾连接边中的第一边上设有开口向外的凹槽,第二边对应设有与所述凹槽配合连接的卡爪,所述卡爪插接在所述凹槽内用以将一整块板材首尾连接为一体。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的冷柜箱体,其中,所述箱壳上设有与所述第一边连接的内翻的第三翻边以及与所述第三翻边连接的第四翻边,所述第三翻边和所述第四翻边相对设置,所述第三翻边和所述第四翻边限定出所述凹槽。
  12. 一种冷柜,其中,所述冷柜包括门体以及与所述门体连接的冷柜箱体,所述冷柜箱体包括箱壳以及与所述箱壳连接的口框,所述箱壳由一整体板材弯折后首尾连接成型,所述箱壳的内侧沿其周向设有上端开口的插槽,所述口框的下表面上设有与所述插槽相配合的卡扣,所述卡扣卡入所述插槽用以将所述口框与所述箱壳固定,所述口框的边缘设有向外延伸的盖板,所述盖板设置在所述箱壳的上端面上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的冷柜,其中,所述箱壳上设有与所述箱壳的上边缘连接的第一翻边以及与所述第一翻边连接的第二翻边,所述第一翻边和所述第二翻边相对设置,所述第一翻边和所述第二翻边限定出所述插槽。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的冷柜,其中,所述第一翻边上具有凹面结构,所述卡扣远离所述口框的下表面的一端上设有凸起,所述卡扣卡入所述插槽后所述凸起卡在所述凹面结构上。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的冷柜,其中,所述盖板包括连接板以及设于所述连接板远离所述口框的一端的凸台,所述凸台压在所述箱壳的上端面上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的冷柜,其中,所述盖板为环形盖板,所述凸台为环形凸台。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的冷柜,其中,所述箱壳的拐角的内侧设有沿高度方向贯穿所述箱壳的缺口,所述口框的盖板盖住所述缺口。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的冷柜,其中,所述箱壳的拐角的外侧设有包边,所述凸台压在所述缺口与所述包边之间的箱壳上。
  19. 根据权利要求12所述的冷柜,其中,所述箱壳的首尾连接边中的第一边上设有开口向外的凹槽,第二边对应设有与所述凹槽配合连接的卡爪,所述卡爪插接在所述凹槽内用以将一整块板材首尾连接为一体。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的冷柜,其中,所述箱壳上设有与所述第一边连接的内翻的第三翻边以及与所述第三翻边连接的第四翻边,所述第三翻边和所述第四翻边相对设置,所述第三翻边和所述第四翻边限定出所述凹槽。
