一种拼接金属板,包括长条状的若干拼接块(10)、前端盖(30)和后端盖(50),拼接块(10)的边缘位置竖直向下延伸设有带开口(122)的收容部(12),相邻拼接块(10)的边缘位置竖直向下延伸设有嵌合部(14),收容部(12)与嵌合部(14)贴靠在一起,并且,嵌合部(14)的端部从开口(122)伸入到收容部(12)内并与收容部(12)卡接;前端盖(30)和后端盖(50)分别连接在拼接块(10)沿其长度方向的前端和后端,前端盖(30)、后端盖(50)、若干拼接块(10)围成底部开口的凹槽结构。拼接金属板充分利用边角料,且承载力强。

Description

一种拼接金属板 技术领域
本发明涉及一种拼接金属板。
背景技术
梯子的踏板和桌子的桌板,大多是由较大的平板根据需要的尺寸裁剪而成,一方面承重能力不强,另一方面裁剪所得的边角料被丢弃,浪费资源。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种拼接金属板,其克服了背景技术所存在的不足。本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种拼接金属板,包括至少一对的长条状的第一拼接块和长条状的第二拼接块,
所述第一拼接块的侧边缘位置竖直向下延伸设有带开口的收容部,所述第二拼接块的侧边缘位置竖直向下延伸设有嵌合部,所述第一拼接块的收容部和第二拼接块的嵌合部嵌合,该嵌合部的端部从该开口伸入到该收容部内并与该收容部卡接还包括前端盖和后端盖,所述前端盖连接在所述第一接接块、第二接接块沿其长度方向的前端,所述后端盖连接在所述第一接接块、第二接接块沿其长度方向的后端,所述前端盖、后端盖设有于第一、第二拼接块底部的支撑部,所述前端盖、后端盖、第一拼接块、第二拼接块围成底部开口的凹槽结构。
一较佳实施例之中:该嵌合部包括塞体、由该塞体的一侧面竖直向上伸出的凸沿、由该塞体的另一侧面竖直向下伸出的扣臂,该塞体的厚度对应该开口的高度设置;该收容部呈中空的管状结构,该开口位于该收容部朝向该嵌合部一侧的侧面上;该塞体穿设在该开口中,该扣臂伸入到该收容部内并与该收容部的内表面扣接在一起。
一较佳实施例之中:该收容部与该嵌合部的形状相同,该收容部的端部朝向该第一拼接块的外侧卷成大圆管结构,该嵌合部的端部朝向该第二拼接块的内侧卷成小圆管结构,该小圆管结构收容在该大圆管结构内。
一较佳实施例之中:该收容部是朝向该第一拼接块的外侧弯折形成的开口朝上的U形结构,该收容部包住该嵌合部。
一较佳实施例之中:该嵌合部是朝向该第二拼接块的内侧弯折形成的开口朝上的U形结构,该收容部被弯形成连续设置的第一竖直边、第二竖直边及第三竖直边,该第一竖直边与该第二竖直边形成U形槽结构并包住该嵌合部,该第三竖直边插入到该嵌合部内。
一种梯子,包括一梯蹬踏板及支架,所述梯蹬踏板为拼接金属板,该拼接金属板,包括至少一对的长条状的第一拼接块和长条状的第二拼接块,
所述第一拼接块的侧边缘位置竖直向下延伸设有带开口的收容部,所述第二拼接块的侧边缘位置竖直向下延伸设有嵌合部,所述第一拼接块的收容部和第二拼接块的嵌合部嵌合,该嵌合部的端部从该开口伸入到该收容部内并与该收容部卡接,还包括前端盖和后端盖,所述前端盖连接在所述第一接接块、第二接接块沿其长度方向的前端,所述后端盖连接在所述第一接接块、第二接接块沿其长度方向的后端,所述前端盖、后端盖设有于第一、第二拼接块底部的支撑部,所述前端盖、后端盖、第一拼接块、第二拼接块围成底部开口的凹槽结构。
一较佳实施例之中:所述支架分别与所述前端盖和后端盖枢接。
一种桌子,包括一桌面板及桌腿,所述桌腿连接支撑所述桌面板,所述桌面板为拼接金属板,该拼接金属板,包括至少一对的长条状的第一拼接块和长条状的第二拼接块,
所述第一拼接块的侧边缘位置竖直向下延伸设有带开口的收容部,所述第二拼接块的侧边缘位置竖直向下延伸设有嵌合部,所述第一拼接块的收容部和第二拼接块的嵌合部嵌合,该嵌合部的端部从该开口伸入到该收容部内并与该收容部卡接,还包括前端盖和后端盖,所述前端盖连接在所述第一接接块、第二接接块沿其长度方向的前端,所述后端盖连接在所述第一接接块、第二接接块沿其长度方向的后端,所述前端盖、后端盖设有于第一、第二拼接块底部的支撑部,所述前端盖、后端盖、第一拼接块、第二拼接块围成底部开口的凹槽结构。
一较佳实施例之中:所述拼接金属板周边设有金属框,所述桌腿分别与所述金属框枢接。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1. 该收容部与该嵌合部贴靠在一起,并且,该嵌合部的端部从该开口伸入到该收容部内并与该收容部卡接,该第一拼接块与该第二拼接块连接牢固。该收容部与该嵌合部卡接并形成一体结构,该收容部与该嵌合部形成拼接金属板的加强筋结构,极大地提高了拼接金属板的强度。该拼接金属板由若干长条状的拼接块拼接而成,有效地利用废弃的板料进行再利用,节省生产成本。
2. 该嵌合部包括塞体、凸沿、扣臂,该收容部呈中空的管状结构,该开口位于该收容部朝向该嵌合部一侧的侧面上,该嵌合部以倾斜的姿势就能够保证该扣臂伸入到该收容部内,拆装方便。
3. 该收容部的端部卷成大圆管结构,该嵌合部的端部卷成小圆管结构,该嵌合部与该收容部贴造在一起并利用模具卷边的方式弯曲变形连接在一起,连接牢固。
4. 第一拼接块的外侧弯折形成的开口朝上的U形结构,结构简单。
5. 该嵌合部是开口朝上的U形结构,该收容部被弯形成连续设置的第一竖直边、第二竖直边及第三竖直边,该嵌合部与该收容部相互弯折缠绕在一起,连接牢固。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
请参照图1和图2,本发明的一种拼接金属板,包括若干拼接块10及前端盖30和后端盖50。这些拼接块10平行地排列在同一平面内。该拼接块10呈长条状。所述前端盖30连接在所述接接块10沿其长度方向的前端,所述后端盖50连接在所述接接块10沿其长度方向的后端,所述前端盖30、后端盖50、拼接块10围成底部开口的凹槽结构。
请参照图2和图3,为了方便描述,将相邻的两块拼接块10分别称之为第一拼接块10a和第二拼接块10b。所述第一拼接块10a的侧边缘位置竖直向下延伸设有带开口122的收容部12。所述第二拼接块10b的侧边缘位置竖直向下延伸设有嵌合部14。该收容部12与该嵌合部14贴靠在一起。
该收容部12呈中空的管状结构,该开口122位于该收容部12朝向该嵌合部14一侧的侧面上。该嵌合部14包括塞体142、由该塞体142的一侧面竖直向上伸出的凸沿144、由该塞体142的另一侧面竖直向下伸出的扣臂146,该塞体142的厚度对应该开口122的高度设置。该嵌合部14的端部从该开口122伸入到该收容部12内并与该收容部12卡接,即该塞体142穿设在该开口122中,该扣臂146伸入到该收容部12内并与该收容部12的内表面扣接在一起。该嵌合部14与该收容部12扣接在一起形成一体并位于该拼接金属板的下方,同时充当加强筋的作用,极大地提升了拼接金属板的承重能力。
实施例二:
请参照图4,本实施例中的拼接金属板与第一实施例的不同之处在于:该收容部12a与该嵌合部14a的形状相同,该收容部12a的端部朝向该第一拼接块10a的外侧卷成具有开口122a的大圆管结构,该嵌合部14a的端部朝向该第二拼接块10b的内侧卷成具有开口的小圆管结构,该小圆管结构能过开口122a收容在该大圆管结构内。
实施例三:
请参照图5,本实施例中的拼接金属板与第一实施例的不同之处在于:该收容部12b是朝向该第一拼接块10a的外侧弯折形成的开口122b朝上的U形结构; 该嵌合部14b呈竖直的板状结构,该收容部12b包住该嵌合部14b。
实施例四:
请参照图6,本实施例中的拼接金属板与第一实施例的不同之处在于:该嵌合部14c是朝向该第二拼接块10b的内侧弯折形成的开口朝上的U形结构;该收容部12c被弯形成连续设置的第一竖直边121、第二竖直边123及第三竖直边125,该第一竖直边121与该第二竖直边123形成开口122c朝上的U形槽结构并包住该嵌合部14c,该第三竖直边125插入到该嵌合部14c内。
请参照图7本发明的任何一种拼接金属板,都可以应用在梯子的踏板200上,该梯子,包括一梯蹬踏板200及支架300,所述梯蹬踏板200为拼接金属板,所述支架300分别与所述前端盖30和后端盖50枢接. 不仅能够提高梯子的承重能力,而且能够有效地利用废弃的板料,节省成本。
请参照图8和图9,图10,本发明的任何一种拼接金属板,都可以应用在桌子300的桌面板3001上,该桌子300,包括一桌面板3001及桌腿3002,所述桌腿3002连接支撑所述桌面板3001,所述桌面板3001为拼接金属板,所述拼接金属板周边设有金属框30011,所述桌腿3002分别与所述金属框30011枢接。不仅能够提高桌子的承重能力,而且能够有效地利用废弃的板料,节省成本。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明第一拼接块收容部与第二拼接块的嵌合部卡接并形成一体结构,该收容部与该嵌合部形成拼接金属板的加强筋结构,极大地提高了拼接金属板的强度。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种拼接金属板,包括至少一对的长条状的第一拼接块和长条状的第二拼接块,其特征在于:
    所述第一拼接块的侧边缘向下延伸设有带开口的收容部,所述第二拼接块的侧边缘向下延伸设有嵌合部,所述第一拼接块的收容部和第二拼接块的嵌合部嵌合,
    还包括前端盖和后端盖,所述前端盖连接在所述第一接接块、第二接接块沿其长度方向的前端,所述后端盖连接在所述第一接接块、第二接接块沿其长度方向的后端,所述前端盖、后端盖设有于第一、第二拼接块底部的支撑部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拼接金属板,其特征在于:该嵌合部包括塞体、由该塞体的一侧面竖直向上伸出的凸沿、由该塞体的另一侧面竖直向下伸出的扣臂,该塞体的厚度对应该开口的高度设置;该收容部呈中空的管状结构,该开口位于该收容部朝向该嵌合部一侧的侧面上;该塞体穿设在该开口中,该扣臂伸入到该收容部内并与该收容部的内表面扣接在一起。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拼接金属板,其特征在于:该收容部与该嵌合部的形状相同,该收容部的端部朝向该第一拼接块的外侧卷成大圆管结构,该嵌合部的端部朝向该第二拼接块的内侧卷成小圆管结构,该小圆管结构收容在该大圆管结构内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拼接金属板,其特征在于:该收容部是朝向该第一拼接块的外侧弯折形成的开口朝上的U形结构,该收容部包住该嵌合部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拼接金属板,其特征在于:该嵌合部是朝向该第二拼接块的内侧弯折形成的开口朝上的U形结构,该收容部被弯形成连续设置的第一竖直边、第二竖直边及第三竖直边,该第一竖直边与该第二竖直边形成U形槽结构并包住该嵌合部,该第三竖直边插入到该嵌合部内。
  6. 一种梯子,包括一梯蹬踏板及支架,所述梯蹬踏板为权利要求1所述的拼接金属板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种梯子,其特征在于:所述支架分别与所述前端盖和后端盖枢接。
  8. 一种桌子,包括一桌面板及桌腿,所述桌腿连接支撑所述桌面板,所述桌面板为权利要求1所述的拼接金属板。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种桌子,其特征在于:所述拼接金属板周边设有金属框,所述桌腿分别与所述金属框枢接。
