参照图1、图2、图6和图7,在本实施例中,进一步地,出风框41还包括设于背板413上的密封板415,该密封板415与窗口414可活动连接,用以盖合或打开窗口414。在此,密封板415的设置主要起以下两个方面的作用:其一,密封板415可对空调室内机从该窗口414处显露出来的内部部件进行遮挡,从而有利于保护内部器件且使空调室内机看起来更美观;其二,密封板415可防止空调室内机吹出的冷风从该窗口414处漏出,从而可避免窗口414附近区域凝露现象的产生。
在此需说明的是,在本实施例中,窗口414优选呈矩形设置,当然窗口414还可以呈圆形、椭圆形、三角形等形状。而对于窗口414的面积大小,在保证出风框41的整体强度的前提下,窗口414最小应可使拆卸工具(例如但不限于螺丝刀等)能伸入进行拆卸操作,此时窗口414对应显露的是夹持组件3的连接部分;但在本实施例中,优选地,夹持组件3呈在窗口414中完全显露设置,即从窗口414中可以看到夹持组件3的全部,如此,可使拆卸人员在实际操作时,能更清楚的看到排水管2的拆卸情况,有利于拆卸操作的便利。
参照图2至图7,在本实施例中,优选地,窗口414的两相对边缘上设有滑接结构,密封板415的两相对侧边上对应滑接结构设有滑接配合结构。然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,密封板415与窗口414的活动连接并不限于滑动的方式,还可以通过其他方式活动连接,例如但不限于,密封板415可枢接于窗口414的边缘,且密封板415的边缘与窗口414的边缘通过卡扣连接。当需要拆卸排水管2时,就可使密封板415与窗口414边缘脱扣,从而打开窗口414。
具体地,本实施例中,滑接结构为设于窗口414的上下两相对边缘的滑槽414a,滑接配合结构为设于密封板415的上下两侧边上的滑条415a,滑条415a插置于滑槽414a中,用于使密封板415沿左右方向滑动,以盖合或打开窗口414。其中,滑槽414a设于窗口414的内侧面,即在窗口414的上下两相对边缘处沿朝向引流管11与排水管2的连接处的方向分别凸设有上凸条和下凸条,上凸条的底面以及下凸条的顶面上均设有长度沿左右方向延伸的滑槽414a,且滑槽414a呈至少一侧敞口设置。在本实施例中,背板413位于出风框41的右侧,即引流管11设于空调室内机右侧内部,这是常见的空调室内机的设置,当然,引流管11和背板413也可以设在左侧。另外,在本实施例中,当密封板415盖合窗口414后,优选密封板415的外板面与背板413的外板面平齐设置,这样可使该处的外观更美观。当然,于其他实施例中,密封板415也可以设置成沿上下方向滑动,但其滑动的方便性不如本实施例中左右滑动的方式。
参照图2以及图4至图7,在本实施例中,进一步地,引流管11包括与接水盘1连接的前段11c以及与排水管2连接的第一连接段11a,排水管2具有与第一连接段11a相适配套接的第二连接段21,且第二连接段21的内管径大于等于第一连接段11a的外管径,即在套接时,第二连接段21是套设于第一连接段11a的外面的,当然,第一连接段11a也可以设置成套设于第二连接段21的外面,然而,可以理解,由于引流管11是沿后下侧延伸的,故本实施例中的设置可避免因夹持件松开时,冷凝水会从两管间间隙向下流出而污染空调室内机内部的情况发生。此外,在本实施例中,优选地,前段11c的外管径大于第一连接段11a的外管径,且前段11c外管面与第一连接段11a外管面的连接处形成有限位台阶11b。该限位台阶11b主要对第二连接段21起限位作用,使引流管11套入排水管2的长度合适。
另外,参照图5和图7,在本实施例中,为方便引流管11与排水管2之间的拆装,使第二连接段21能更顺畅便利的套入或拔出,第一连接段11a的外管径优选在沿朝向后下侧的方向上呈逐渐缩小设置。
参照图2、图5和图7,在本实施例中,具体地,夹持组件3包括卡箍31与锁紧螺丝32,卡箍31套设于第二连接段21的外表面,锁紧螺丝32穿设卡箍31的接头,用于调整卡箍31的内周大小而将第二连接段21与第一连接段11a箍紧或松开,且特别地,锁紧螺丝32的螺帽应面向窗口414设置,当需要拆卸排水管2时,就可以将螺丝刀从窗口414伸入以拧松锁紧螺丝32,如此,排水管2就可以与引流管11脱离而被拆卸下来。在此需特别说明的是,为加强卡箍31的紧箍作用,避免两管连接处漏水,第一连接段11a可优选由表面具有一定弹性的质地较软的塑胶制成。然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,夹持件还可以呈其他设置,例如但不限于,第二连接段21的外周面上套设有一内周可调整大小的金属环,该金属环的两弹性自由端可分别卡扣于设于引流管11上的两相对间隔的凸块上。
参照图5和图7,在本实施例中,进一步地,第二连接段21的外表面设有呈环状设置的限位槽22,卡箍31容置限位于限位槽22。可以理解,该限位槽22一方面可使卡箍31的位置限定,使卡箍31不易在沿第二连接段21的轴向上上下移动,从而有利于排水管2拆装的便利;另一方面,卡箍31容置于限位槽22内,在排水管2拆卸后,卡箍31仍与排水管2连接,从而可避免了卡箍31这种小零件易脱离丢失的情况发生。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种空调室内机,其特征在于,包括:
    蜗壳,所述蜗壳的上部形成有进风口,下部形成有出风口,所述蜗壳包括设于所述出风口处的出风框,所述出风框包括与所述蜗壳前侧连接的顶边框、与所述蜗壳后侧连接的底边框,以及临近所述出风框的端部用于连接所述顶边框及所述底边框的两相对的背板,所述背板上开设有窗口;
    接水盘,所述接水盘设于所述蜗壳上部的前侧端,所述接水盘的盘底邻近其中一所述背板处设有向后下侧延伸的引流管;
    排水管,所述排水管的一端与所述引流管的自由端可拆卸套接连通,另一端伸出所述空调室内机,所述引流管与所述排水管的连接处与所述窗口的位置相对应;以及
    夹持组件,可拆卸设于所述引流管与所述排水管的连接处,用于紧固所述排水管,且显露于所述窗口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述出风框还包括设于所述背板上的密封板,所述密封板与所述窗口可活动连接,用以盖合或打开所述窗口。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述窗口的两相对边缘上设有滑接结构,所述密封板的两相对侧边上对应所述滑接结构设有滑接配合结构。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述滑接结构为设于所述窗口的上下两相对边缘的滑槽,所述滑接配合结构为设于所述密封板的上下两侧边上的滑条,所述滑条插置于所述滑槽中,用于使所述密封板沿左右方向滑动,以盖合或打开所述窗口。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述滑槽设于所述窗口的内侧面。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述密封板枢接于所述窗口的边缘,且所述密封板的边缘与所述窗口的边缘通过卡扣连接。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述夹持组件呈在所述窗口中完全显露设置。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述夹持组件呈在所述窗口中完全显露设置。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述夹持组件呈在所述窗口中完全显露设置。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述夹持组件呈在所述窗口中完全显露设置。
  11. 如权利要求6所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述夹持组件呈在所述窗口中完全显露设置。
  12. 如权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,在所述密封板盖合所述窗口时,所述密封板的外板面与所述背板的外板面平齐。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述引流管包括与所述接水盘连接的前段以及与所述排水管连接的第一连接段,所述排水管具有与所述第一连接段相适配套接的第二连接段,且所述第二连接段的内管径大于等于所述第一连接段的外管径;
    所述前段的外管径大于所述第一连接段的外管径,且所述前段外管面与所述第一连接段外管面的连接处形成有限位台阶。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第一连接段的管径在沿朝向后下侧的方向上呈逐渐缩小设置。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述夹持组件包括卡箍与锁紧螺丝,所述卡箍套设于所述第二连接段的外表面,所述锁紧螺丝穿设所述卡箍的接头,用于调整所述卡箍的内周大小而将所述第二连接段与所述第一连接段箍紧或松开。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述锁紧螺丝的螺帽面向所述窗口设置。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第二连接段的外表面设有呈环状设置的限位槽,所述卡箍容置限位于所述限位槽。
