本发明的主要目的是提供一种空调室内机,旨在提高空调室内机的出水喉与排水管的拆装便利性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的空调室内机包括出风框、前接水盘以及面板;出风框包括上围板、下围板以及位于所述上围板与下围板之间的两相对侧围板;前接水盘形成于所述上围板的上端,所述前接水盘包括凸出于所述侧围板的两凸出段,所述凸出段的下侧形成朝前敞口的容腔;所述凸出段设有容置于所述容腔的出水喉;所述面板具有第一盖合部及第二盖合部,在盖合状态时,一所述容腔由所述第一盖合部盖合,另一所述容腔由所述第二盖合部盖合;在所述面板处于打开状态时,两所述容腔前侧显露。
优选地,所述面板包括相配合覆盖所述空调室内机的面框前侧面的上面板与下面板,所述面框包括上支架、下边框以及位于所述上支架与所述下边框之间的两相对侧连接件;所述上面板的上端与所述上支架的前端连接;所述下面板的下端与所述底盘的下端连接,所述下面板上开设有与所述出风框相接的出风口、且第一盖合部及第二盖合部形成在所述下面板上;所述空调室内机还包括导风组件,所述导风组件设于所述下面板上。
优选地,所述第二盖合部包括侧板以及后凸的凸板,所述侧板自所述出风口的远离所述第一盖合部的侧边向后延伸形成,所述凸板的上下两端边缘分别与所述出风口的上边缘与下边缘密封连接,所述凸板远离所述第一盖合部的一端与所述侧板密封连接;在所述下面板处于盖合状态时,所述凸板的朝向所述第一盖合部的一端与邻近的侧围板的外板面密封抵接。
优选地,邻近所述第二盖合部的所述侧围板的外板面设有搭边,所述搭边沿背离另一所述侧围板的方向延伸形成;在所述下面板处于盖合状态时,所述搭边与所述凸板的后板面密封抵接。
优选地,在所述下面板处于盖合状态时,所述凸板与所述出水喉之间具有间距。
优选地,所述空调室内机的导风组件设于所述下面板上,所述导风组件包括设于所述出风口的导风板以及用以驱动所述导风板的驱动机构;所述凸板、所述侧板以及邻近的所述侧围板围合成朝前敞口的让位腔,所述导风板可在所述让位腔内转动。
优选地,所述驱动机构设于所述侧板的外侧面,并通过一连接导线与所述空调室内机的电控盒连接;
在所述下面板处于打开状态时,所述连接导线与所述电机的连接点和所述连接导线与所述电控盒的连接点之间的距离为L,所述连接导线的长度大于L。
优选地,所述连接导线上设有可拆卸对接的两接线端。
优选地,所述第二盖合部与所述驱动机构均设于所述出风口邻近所述电控盒的一端,当所述下面板处于盖合状态时,所述连接导线收容于所述容置腔内。
优选地,所述下面板上还设有衔接板,所述衔接板自所述出风口的边缘向后延伸形成,在所述下面板处于盖合状态时,所述衔接板与所述出风框的风道内壁面衔接。
本发明还提出一种空调器,包括空调室内机,该空调室内机包括出风框、前接水盘以及面板;出风框包括上围板、下围板以及位于所述上围板与下围板之间的两相对侧围板;前接水盘形成于所述上围板的上端,所述前接水盘包括凸出于所述侧围板的两凸出段,所述凸出段的下侧形成朝前敞口的容腔;所述凸出段设有容置于所述容腔的出水喉;所述面板具有第一盖合部及第二盖合部,在盖合状态时,一所述容腔由所述第一盖合部盖合,另一所述容腔由所述第二盖合部盖合;在所述面板处于打开状态时,两所述容腔前侧显露。
优选地,所述面板包括相配合覆盖所述空调室内机的面框前侧面的上面板与下面板,所述面框包括上支架、下边框以及位于所述上支架与所述下边框之间的两相对侧连接件;所述上面板的上端与所述上支架的前端连接;所述下面板的下端与所述底盘的下端连接,所述下面板上开设有与所述出风框相接的出风口、且第一盖合部及第二盖合部形成在所述下面板上;所述空调室内机还包括导风组件,所述导风组件设于所述下面板上。
优选地,所述第二盖合部包括侧板以及后凸的凸板,所述侧板自所述出风口的远离所述第一盖合部的侧边向后延伸形成,所述凸板的上下两端边缘分别与所述出风口的上边缘与下边缘密封连接,所述凸板远离所述第一盖合部的一端与所述侧板密封连接;在所述下面板处于盖合状态时,所述凸板的朝向所述第一盖合部的一端与邻近的侧围板的外板面密封抵接。
优选地,邻近所述第二盖合部的所述侧围板的外板面设有搭边,所述搭边沿背离另一所述侧围板的方向延伸形成;在所述下面板处于盖合状态时,所述搭边与所述凸板的后板面密封抵接。
优选地,在所述下面板处于盖合状态时,所述凸板与所述出水喉之间具有间距。
优选地,所述空调室内机的导风组件设于所述下面板上,所述导风组件包括设于所述出风口的导风板以及用以驱动所述导风板的驱动机构;所述凸板、所述侧板以及邻近的所述侧围板围合成朝前敞口的让位腔,所述导风板可在所述让位腔内转动。
优选地,所述驱动机构设于所述侧板的外侧面,并通过一连接导线与所述空调室内机的电控盒连接;
在所述下面板处于打开状态时,所述连接导线与所述电机的连接点和所述连接导线与所述电控盒的连接点之间的距离为L,所述连接导线的长度大于L。
优选地,所述连接导线上设有可拆卸对接的两接线端。
优选地,所述第二盖合部与所述驱动机构均设于所述出风口邻近所述电控盒的一端,当所述下面板处于盖合状态时,所述连接导线收容于所述容置腔内。
优选地,所述下面板上还设有衔接板,所述衔接板自所述出风口的边缘向后延伸形成,在所述下面板处于盖合状态时,所述衔接板与所述出风框的风道内壁面衔接。
本发明的空调室内机的技术方案中,由于导风组件可随面板打开,且容置有出水喉的容腔前侧可随着面板的打开而显露于外,故当排水管需要拆装时,就可以很便利的在位于空调室内机正面的容腔中将排水管与出水喉分离,提高了出水喉与排水管的拆装便利性;同时,当面板盖合,空调室内机处于使用状态时,由于面板上还设有用以分别盖合两个容腔的第一盖合部及第二盖合部,故从容腔处显露出来的内部部件就可被有效遮挡住,且空调室内机吹出的冷风也不会进入容腔中,从而可有效防止空调室内机的内部产生凝露现象。另外,在本发明的技术方案中,导风组件可随面板打开的设置有利于出风框相关风道部件的拆卸,从而可为相关部件的维修保养以及深度清洁提供很大的便利。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,若本发明实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本发明提出一种空调室内机。
参照图1至图8,在本发明一实施例中,该空调室内机具体为一壁挂式空调室内机,该空调室内机包括底盘(未标示)、面框、出风框3、前接水盘4、面板5以及导风组件。其中,底盘包括向前下方延伸形成的后围板11;面框(未标示)包括上支架(未标示)、下边框(未标示)以及位于上支架与下边框之间的两相对侧连接件21;出风框3包括上围板31、下围板32以及位于上围板31与下围板32之间的两相对侧围板33;前接水盘4形成于上围板31的上端,前接水盘4包括凸出于侧围板33的两凸出段41,凸出段41的下侧形成朝前敞口的容腔42;凸出段41设有容置于容腔42的出水喉43;面板5具有分别邻近出风口51左右两端的第一盖合部52及第二盖合部53,在盖合状态时,一容腔42由第一盖合部52盖合,另一容腔42由第二盖合部53盖合;在面板5处于打开状态时,两容腔42前侧显露。
在此需说明的是,至少于一容腔42中在后围板11上对应出水喉43端口的位置处设有通孔111,该通孔111用以供空调室内机的排水管(未图示)穿设而与出水喉43可拆卸连接,即出水喉43与排水管的连接处及容置于容腔42内。另外,在其他实施例中,空调室内机的导风摆叶也可内设于面板5的出风口51内。
在本实施例中,由于导风组件可随面板5打开,且容置有出水喉43的容腔42前侧可随着面板5的打开而显露于外,故当排水管需要拆装时,就可以很便利的在位于空调室内机正面的容腔42中将排水管与出水喉43分离,提高了出水喉43与排水管的拆装便利性;同时,当面板5盖合,空调室内机处于使用状态时,由于面板5上还设有用以分别盖合两个容腔42的第一盖合部52及第二盖合部53,故从容腔42处显露出来的内部部件就可被有效遮挡住,且空调室内机吹出的冷风也不会进入容腔42中,从而可有效防止空调室内机的内部产生凝露现象。另外,在本发明的技术方案中,导风组件可随面板5打开的设置有利于出风框3相关风道部件的拆卸,从而可为相关部件的维修保养以及深度清洁提供很大的便利。
具体地,参照图1、图3、和图8,在本实施例中,面板5包括相配合覆盖面框前侧面的上面板56与下面板57,上面板56的上端与上支架的前端枢接;下面板57的下端与底盘的下端枢接,面板5上开设有与出风框3相接的出风口51,且第一盖合部52及第二盖合部53均形成在下面板57上。当然,于其他实施例中,面板5还可以呈一块整板设置,面板5可以从上端或下端打开。但在本实施例中,面板5分为上面板56和下面板57,且上面板56和下面板57均可转动打开的方式可提高空调室内机维修保养的便利性,同时也可提高用户体验,当用户只需要清洗过滤网时可以只将上面板56打开,而当需要对出风框3等进行深度清洗时,就可以再将下面板57打开。
具体地,参照图2、图4以及图7,在本实施例中,第二盖合部53包括侧板532以及后凸的凸板531,侧板532自出风口51的远离第一盖合部52的侧边向后延伸形成,凸板531的上下两端边缘分别与出风口51的上边缘与下边缘密封连接,凸板531远离第一盖合部52的一端与侧板532密封连接;在下面板57处于盖合状态时,凸板531的朝向第一盖合部52的一端与邻近的侧围板33的外板面密封抵接,从而实现对该侧容腔42的盖合,且在盖合后,凸板531位于出水喉43的前方,且凸板531与出水喉43之间应具有间距,以防止盖合时的磕碰损坏。另外,在本实施例中,第一盖合部52为与侧板532相对的凸缘,且该凸缘自出风口51的远离第二盖合部53的侧边向后延伸形成,在下面板57处于盖合状态时,该凸缘与邻近的侧围板33密封抵接。在此,空调室内机的导风组件设于下面板57上,包括设于出风口51的导风板54及用以驱动导风板54的驱动机构55。凸板531向后凸出的设置使得凸板531、侧板532以及邻近的侧围板33可以围合成朝前敞口的让位腔,导风板54可在让位腔内转动,从而实现对导风板54转动时的让位作用,防止第二盖合部53与导风板54相互干涉,此外,凸板531与侧板532的设置也使得出风口51能实现基本的左右对称,有利于维护产品的外观美观。
进一步地,一并参照图3,在本实施例中,邻近第二盖合部53的侧围板33的外板面设有搭边331,搭边331沿背离另一侧围板33的方向外延伸形成;在下面板57处于盖合状态时,搭边331与凸板531的后板面密封抵接。可以理解,该搭边331的设置一方面可以进一步提高第二盖合部53的盖合密封性,防止冷风进入容腔42中而造成凝露现象,另一方面对凸板531也可起到一定的定位作用。
参照图1、图2和图7,在本实施例中,为减小下面板57转动时的干涉,第二盖合部53与驱动机构55均优选设于出风口51邻近电控盒6的一端,具体地,驱动机构55为一驱动电机,该驱动电机优选设于侧板532的外侧面,并通过一连接导线551与空调室内机的电控盒6连接,以实现对导风板54转动的控制。
进一步地,在下面板57处于打开状态时,连接导线551与电机的连接点和连接导线551与电控盒6的连接点之间的距离为L,连接导线551的长度大于L。而当下面板57处于盖合状态时,连接导线551则即可收容于容腔42内。在此,连接导线551的过长设置可防止下面板57在转动时对连接导线551的拉扯损坏,并不会对下面板57的转动造成干涉。且进一步地,如图2和图7所示,连接导线551上设有可拆卸对接的两接线端552。如此,当驱动机构55需随下面板57拆卸时,连接导线551就可以很方便的从接线端552处拆开,而勿需拆开驱动机构55或电控盒6,能有效提高驱动机构55的拆装便利性。
另外,一并参照图8,在本实施例中,进一步地,下面板57上还设有衔接板571,衔接板571自出风口51的边缘向后延伸形成,在下面板57处于盖合状态时,衔接板571与出风框3的风道内壁面衔接,从而可形成平滑的出风风道,且该衔接板571的设置也为导风板54提供更多的转动空间。
本发明还提出一种空调器,该空调器包括空调室内机,该空调室内机的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本空调器采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种空调室内机,其特征在于,包括
    出风框,包括上围板、下围板以及位于所述上围板与下围板之间的两相对侧围板;
    前接水盘,形成于所述上围板的上端,所述前接水盘包括凸出于所述侧围板的两凸出段,所述凸出段的下侧形成朝前敞口的容腔;所述凸出段设有容置于所述容腔的出水喉;
    面板,所述面板具有第一盖合部及第二盖合部,在盖合状态时,一所述容腔由所述第一盖合部盖合,另一所述容腔由所述第二盖合部盖合;在所述面板处于打开状态时,两所述容腔前侧显露。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述面板包括相配合覆盖所述空调室内机的面框前侧面的上面板与下面板,所述面框包括上支架、下边框以及位于所述上支架与所述下边框之间的两相对侧连接件;所述上面板的上端与所述上支架的前端连接;所述下面板的下端与所述空调室内机的底盘的下端连接,所述下面板上开设有与所述出风框相接的出风口,且第一盖合部及第二盖合部形成在所述下面板上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第二盖合部包括侧板以及后凸的凸板,所述侧板自所述出风口的远离所述第一盖合部的侧边向后延伸形成,所述凸板的上下两端边缘分别与所述出风口的上边缘与下边缘密封连接,所述凸板远离所述第一盖合部的一端与所述侧板密封连接;在所述下面板处于盖合状态时,所述凸板的朝向所述第一盖合部的一端与邻近的侧围板的外板面密封抵接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,邻近所述第二盖合部的所述侧围板的外板面设有搭边,所述搭边沿背离另一所述侧围板的方向延伸形成;在所述下面板处于盖合状态时,所述搭边与所述凸板的后板面密封抵接。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,在所述下面板处于盖合状态时,所述凸板与所述出水喉之间具有间距。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述空调室内机的导风组件设于所述下面板上,所述导风组件包括设于所述出风口的导风板以及用以驱动所述导风板的驱动机构;所述凸板、所述侧板以及邻近的所述侧围板围合成朝前敞口的让位腔,所述导风板可在所述让位腔内转动。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述驱动机构设于所述侧板的外侧面,并通过一连接导线与所述空调室内机的电控盒连接;
    在所述下面板处于打开状态时,所述连接导线与所述电机的连接点和所述连接导线与所述电控盒的连接点之间的距离为L,所述连接导线的长度大于L。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述连接导线上设有可拆卸对接的两接线端。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第二盖合部与所述驱动机构均设于所述出风口邻近所述电控盒的一端,当所述下面板处于盖合状态时,所述连接导线收容于所述容置腔内。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述下面板上还设有衔接板,所述衔接板自所述出风口的边缘向后延伸形成,在所述下面板处于盖合状态时,所述衔接板与所述出风框的风道内壁面衔接。
  11. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括空调室内机,所述空调室内机包括:
    出风框,包括上围板、下围板以及位于所述上围板与下围板之间的两相对侧围板;
    前接水盘,形成于所述上围板的上端,所述前接水盘包括凸出于所述侧围板的两凸出段,所述凸出段的下侧形成朝前敞口的容腔;所述凸出段设有容置于所述容腔的出水喉;
    面板,所述面板具有第一盖合部及第二盖合部,在盖合状态时,一所述容腔由所述第一盖合部盖合,另一所述容腔由所述第二盖合部盖合;在所述面板处于打开状态时,两所述容腔前侧显露。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述面板包括相配合覆盖所述空调室内机的面框前侧面的上面板与下面板,所述面框包括上支架、下边框以及位于所述上支架与所述下边框之间的两相对侧连接件;所述上面板的上端与所述上支架的前端连接;所述下面板的下端与所述空调室内机的底盘的下端连接,所述下面板上开设有与所述出风框相接的出风口,且第一盖合部及第二盖合部形成在所述下面板上。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述第二盖合部包括侧板以及后凸的凸板,所述侧板自所述出风口的远离所述第一盖合部的侧边向后延伸形成,所述凸板的上下两端边缘分别与所述出风口的上边缘与下边缘密封连接,所述凸板远离所述第一盖合部的一端与所述侧板密封连接;在所述下面板处于盖合状态时,所述凸板的朝向所述第一盖合部的一端与邻近的侧围板的外板面密封抵接。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的空调器,其特征在于,邻近所述第二盖合部的所述侧围板的外板面设有搭边,所述搭边沿背离另一所述侧围板的方向延伸形成;在所述下面板处于盖合状态时,所述搭边与所述凸板的后板面密封抵接。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的空调器,其特征在于,在所述下面板处于盖合状态时,所述凸板与所述出水喉之间具有间距。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述空调室内机的导风组件设于所述下面板上,所述导风组件包括设于所述出风口的导风板以及用以驱动所述导风板的驱动机构;所述凸板、所述侧板以及邻近的所述侧围板围合成朝前敞口的让位腔,所述导风板可在所述让位腔内转动。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述驱动机构设于所述侧板的外侧面,并通过一连接导线与所述空调室内机的电控盒连接;
    在所述下面板处于打开状态时,所述连接导线与所述电机的连接点和所述连接导线与所述电控盒的连接点之间的距离为L,所述连接导线的长度大于L。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述连接导线上设有可拆卸对接的两接线端。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述第二盖合部与所述驱动机构均设于所述出风口邻近所述电控盒的一端,当所述下面板处于盖合状态时,所述连接导线收容于所述容置腔内。
  20. 如权利要求12所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述下面板上还设有衔接板,所述衔接板自所述出风口的边缘向后延伸形成,在所述下面板处于盖合状态时,所述衔接板与所述出风框的风道内壁面衔接。
