技术领域
本实用新型涉及空调领域,特别涉及一种壁挂式空调室内机。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,用户对于壁挂式空调室内机的需求,已经从传统的要求具备良好品质及制冷效果,逐渐转变为要求壁挂式空调室内机具备较为新颖的外形。
为满足这种需求,空调厂商推出了一种半球形的空调室内机,但是这种空调室内机内部用以支撑换热组件的部件多,且内部结构不紧凑,导致换热相关部件如换热器、风机等部件的安装空间占比小、进而导致空气调节的能效较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的是提出一种壁挂式空调室内机,旨在解决现有的半球形空调室内机结构不紧凑、空调调节能效低的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提出的壁挂式空调室内机,包括前壳、底盘、换热器、风轮、用以驱动所述风轮的电机及电控盒,其中,
所述前壳呈中空半球状设置,所述前壳上设有进风口与出风口;
所述底盘包括基板及两支撑板,所述基板对应安装于所述前壳的开口端,所述支撑板凸设于所述基板的朝向所述前壳的一侧;
所述风轮位于两所述支撑板之间,并与所述支撑板枢接;所述电机及电控盒分别安装在两所述支撑板的背离所述风轮的一侧;
所述换热器半包围所述风轮设置,所述支撑板背离所述基板的一端与所述换热器连接。
优选地,所述壁挂式空调室内机还包括压盖,所述基板上凸设有安装座,所述安装座的顶端形成有容槽,所述压盖盖合在所述容槽上,并与所述安装座可拆卸固定;
所述电机位于所述容槽内,并与所述压盖抵接;所述安装座背离所述支撑板的一侧设有第一过线槽。
优选地,所述第一过线槽邻近所述基板设置。
优选地,所述安装座背离所述支撑板的一面设有加强筋。

其次,通过合理安排风轮、电机以及电控盒的位置,充分利用前壳的弧面、基板以及支撑板划分的空间,使风轮居中,而将电机与电控盒分设风轮的两侧,从而换热相关部件可获得最大的安装空间,进而提高了空气调节的能效。

在本实用新型实施例中,如图1至图3、以及图7和图8所示,该壁挂式空调室内机包括前壳1、底盘2、换热器3、风轮4、用以驱动风轮4的电机5及电控盒6,其中,
前壳1呈中空半球状设置,前壳1上设有进风口11与出风口12;
底盘2包括基板21及两支撑板22,基板21对应安装于前壳1的开口端,支撑板22凸设于基板21的朝向前壳1的一侧;
风轮4位于两支撑板22之间,并与支撑板22枢接;电机5及电控盒6分别安装在两支撑板22的背离风轮4的一侧;
换热器3半包围风轮4设置,支撑板22背离基板21的一端与换热器3连接。
在本实施例中,前壳1用以与底盘2配合为空调室内机的内部部件如换热器3、送风组件等提供防护及支撑作用,并围合形成部分的风道;前壳1及底盘2一般为注塑件,前壳1并不限于严格意义的半球形,它可以是类球状的壳体,壳体的球形占比一般不限于1/2,可以为0~1之间的任意靠近1/2的值。
优选地,支撑板22垂直与基板21,为了加强强度,支撑板22及基板21均设有多道加强筋233。为了便于与墙面支撑物挂接,基板21的背离前壳1的一面还设有挂墙板。电机5与电控盒6一般采用螺钉锁附或卡扣卡接,或两两结合的方式安装在底盘2上。
本实用新型壁挂式空调室内机通过首先将风轮4、电机5、以及电控盒6均固定在底盘2上,相比现有的单独设置支撑架固定,节省了部件数量,由此,可简化相应的装配工艺,同时也使得壁挂式空调室内机的内部结构更紧凑;
其次,通过合理安排风轮4、电机5以及电控盒6的位置,充分利用前壳1的弧面、基板21以及支撑板22划分的空间,使风轮4居中,而将电机5与电控盒6分设风轮4的两侧,从而换热相关部件可获得最大的安装空间,进而提高了空气调节的能效。
进一步地,请一并参照图5及图6,在一实施例中,壁挂式空调室内机还包括压盖7,基板21上凸设有安装座23,安装座23的顶端形成有容槽231,压盖7盖合在容槽231上,并与安装座23可拆卸固定;
电机5位于容槽231内,并与压盖7抵接;安装座23背离支撑板22的一侧设有第一过线槽232。
在本实施例中,压盖7与安装座23可拆卸固定可以方便电机5的装卸,具体地,压盖7与安装座23之间通过螺钉固定连接。安装座23用以安装并支撑电机5,通过开设第一过线槽232丰富了其功能。为了增强安装座23的强度,优选地,安装座23背离支撑板22的一面设有加强筋233。
第一过线槽232应该偏离容槽231设置,以防两者贯通。第一过线槽232既可以用以安装电连接线也可以便于容置换热器3的进出液管路。
为了同时利用基板21的支撑或夹持作用,优选地,第一过线槽232邻近基板21设置。可以理解的是,当第一过线槽232贯通至基板21时,基板21可以同时起到支撑与夹持的作用;而当第一过线槽232与基板21间隔一定距离时,基板21其可以容置第一过线槽232内的电连接线和冷媒管路起支撑作用。
进一步地,请一并参照图9,在一实施例中,基板21邻近出风口12的边缘处设有凹向风轮4的导向板24,导向板24延伸至出风口12的边缘;
导向板24的远离基板21的一端设有底框25,底框25向背离出风口12的方向延伸;在导向板24与底框25之间形成有与第一过线槽232相接的第二过线槽241。
在本实施例中,导向板24构成送风方向下游的一段,通过与底框25围合形成第一过线槽232,可以使得电连接线和冷媒管路沿大致垂直于支撑板22的方向引出。
优选地,为了便于进出风及安装,进风口11设于前壳1的上部,出风口12设于前壳1的下部,第一过线槽232沿上下方向延伸,第二过线槽241沿左右方向延伸。
进一步地,壁挂式空调室内机还包括箍带8,箍带8设于第一过线槽232与第二过线槽241的连接处,箍带8的一端与邻近安装座23的支撑板22固定连接,另一端与基板21可拆卸连接。
在本实施例中,可以理解的是,为了便于脱模第一过线槽232及第二过线槽241通常会设计成开放的槽道,即电连接线容置在第一过线槽232及第二过线槽241后并非处于完全约束状态;而一般电连接线的柔性较高,如此,在振动环境中,电连接线偏离预设位置时,就容易破坏壁挂式空调室内机的绝缘安全性或电气绝缘性。
进一步地,请参照图4、图7及图8,在一实施例中,基板21上凸设有用以限位电控盒6的第一凸台26、第二凸台27以及挡板28,第一凸台26与第二凸台27相对,挡板28与邻近电控盒6的支撑板22相对。
在本实施例中,支撑板22、第一凸台26、第二凸台27及挡板28围合形成大卡槽,限制了电控盒6的沿基板21任一方向的自由度,如此,在通过螺钉等紧固件锁附电控盒6及基板21,则可以完全限位电控盒6。安装时,首先将电控盒6的一端卡入所述大卡槽,然后再锁附相应的螺钉,非常便捷。
进一步地,基板21上邻近第一凸台26处设有固定孔29,第二凸台27邻近基板21处设有卡孔271;
电控盒6邻近第一凸台26处设有凸耳61,凸耳61上设有与固定孔29适配的通孔(未标示);电控盒6邻近第二凸台27处设于与卡孔271适配的卡扣(图未示)。
在本实施例中,通过采用卡扣卡入卡孔271,以及螺钉穿过凸耳61上的通孔旋入固定孔29固定的电控盒6的方式,可以牢固的在背离基板21的方向限位电控盒6;同时可以减少紧固电控盒6所需螺钉的数量、简化装配过程。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,包括前壳、底盘、换热器、风轮、用以驱动所述风轮的电机及电控盒,其中,
    所述前壳呈中空半球状设置,所述前壳上设有进风口与出风口;
    所述底盘包括基板及两支撑板,所述基板对应安装于所述前壳的开口端,所述支撑板凸设于所述基板的朝向所述前壳的一侧;支撑板的外侧,以及所述基板的背离所述前壳的一侧均设有加强筋;
    所述风轮位于两所述支撑板之间,并与所述支撑板枢接;所述电机及电控盒分别安装在两所述支撑板的背离所述风轮的一侧;
    所述换热器半包围所述风轮设置,所述支撑板背离所述基板的一端与所述换热器连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,还包括压盖,所述基板上凸设有安装座,所述安装座的顶端形成有容槽,所述压盖盖合在所述容槽上,并与所述安装座可拆卸固定;
    所述电机位于所述容槽内,并与所述压盖抵接;所述安装座背离所述支撑板的一侧设有第一过线槽。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述安装座背离所述支撑板的一面设有加强筋。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第一过线槽邻近所述基板设置。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述安装座背离所述支撑板的一面设有加强筋。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述基板邻近所述出风口的边缘处设有凹向所述风轮的导向板,所述导向板延伸至出风口的边缘;
    所述导向板远离所述基板的一端设有底框,所述底框向背离所述出风口的方向延伸;在所述导向板与所述底框之间形成有与所述第一过线槽相接的第二过线槽。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,还包括箍带,所述箍带设于所述第一过线槽与第二过线槽的连接处,所述箍带的一端与邻近所述安装座的支撑板固定连接,另一端与所述基板可拆卸连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述进风口设于所述前壳的上部,所述出风口设于所述前壳的下部,所述第一过线槽沿上下方向延伸,所述第二过线槽沿左右方向延伸。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述基板上凸设有用以限位所述电控盒的第一凸台、第二凸台以及挡板,所述第一凸台与第二凸台相对,所述挡板与邻近所述电控盒的所述支撑板相对。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述基板上邻近所述第一凸台处设有固定孔,所述第二凸台邻近所述基板处设有卡孔;
    所述电控盒邻近所述第一凸台处设有凸耳,所述凸耳上设有与所述固定孔适配的通孔;所述电控盒邻近所述第二凸台处设于与所述卡孔适配的卡扣。
  11. 一种壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,包括前壳、底盘、换热器、风轮、用以驱动所述风轮的电机及电控盒,其中,
    所述前壳呈中空半球状设置,所述前壳上设有进风口与出风口;
    所述底盘包括基板及两支撑板,所述基板对应安装于所述前壳的开口端,所述支撑板凸设于所述基板的朝向所述前壳的一侧;
    所述风轮位于两所述支撑板之间,并与所述支撑板枢接;所述电机及电控盒分别安装在两所述支撑板的背离所述风轮的一侧;
    所述换热器半包围所述风轮设置,所述支撑板背离所述基板的一端与所述换热器连接。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,还包括压盖,所述基板上凸设有安装座,所述安装座的顶端形成有容槽,所述压盖盖合在所述容槽上,并与所述安装座可拆卸固定;
    所述电机位于所述容槽内,并与所述压盖抵接;所述安装座背离所述支撑板的一侧设有第一过线槽。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述安装座背离所述支撑板的一面设有加强筋。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第一过线槽邻近所述基板设置。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述安装座背离所述支撑板的一面设有加强筋。
  16. 如权利要求12所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述基板邻近所述出风口的边缘处设有凹向所述风轮的导向板,所述导向板延伸至出风口的边缘;
    所述导向板远离所述基板的一端设有底框,所述底框向背离所述出风口的方向延伸;在所述导向板与所述底框之间形成有与所述第一过线槽相接的第二过线槽。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,还包括箍带,所述箍带设于所述第一过线槽与第二过线槽的连接处,所述箍带的一端与邻近所述安装座的支撑板固定连接,另一端与所述基板可拆卸连接。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述进风口设于所述前壳的上部,所述出风口设于所述前壳的下部,所述第一过线槽沿上下方向延伸,所述第二过线槽沿左右方向延伸。
  19. 如权利要求11所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述基板上凸设有用以限位所述电控盒的第一凸台、第二凸台以及挡板,所述第一凸台与第二凸台相对,所述挡板与邻近所述电控盒的所述支撑板相对。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述基板上邻近所述第一凸台处设有固定孔,所述第二凸台邻近所述基板处设有卡孔;
    所述电控盒邻近所述第一凸台处设有凸耳,所述凸耳上设有与所述固定孔适配的通孔;所述电控盒邻近所述第二凸台处设于与所述卡孔适配的卡扣。
