技术领域
本发明涉及空调领域,特别涉及一种空调室内机。
背景技术
如今,随着空调使用的普及,用户也越来越关心空调在使用过程中所带来的健康问题。对于分体式的空调室内机而言,通常,室内空气依次经滤网、蒸发器、风轮、以及风道等再吹回室内,而以上零部件清洁不及时或不彻底的话,则极易滋生细菌甚至霉变,从而使得经空调吹出的冷风也受到污染。然而,在目前常见的空调室内机的装配中,通常只有覆盖滤网安装口的前面板可打开一定角度以将过滤网取出清洗,而其他部件,尤其是风道组件则由于装配关系复杂而使得用户根本无法自行拆出清洁,从而使得空调室内机容易存在健康隐患。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种空调室内机,旨在提高空调室内机的拆装便利性,方便对空调室内机进行深度清洁。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的空调室内机包括底盘、风道组件、面框、格栅组件、第一面板以及第二面板;风道组件与所述底盘可拆卸连接;面框开设有安装口,以及供所述风道组件拆出的拆卸口;格栅组件包括可拆卸安装于所述安装口的格栅件,以及安装于所述格栅件的过滤网;第一面板用于打开或盖合所述拆卸口,所述第一面板上开设有与风道组件的风道相接的出风口;第二面板与所述第一面板配合覆盖所述面框的一表面。
优选地,所述第一面板与所述面框卡接。
优选地,所述第一面板与所述第二面板配合覆盖所述面框的前侧面,且所述第二面板位于所述第一面板的上方;所述第一面板的左右两端与所述面框可拆卸卡接。
优选地,所述第一面板的一端与所述面框转动连接,另一端可相对远离所述面框地打开。
优选地,所述第一面板与所述第二面板配合覆盖所述面框的前侧面,且所述第二面板位于所述第一面板的上方;所述第二面板的上端与所述面框转动连接,下端可相对远离所述面框地打开。

优选地,所述风道部件还包括前接水盘及后接水盘,所述前接水盘及所述后接水盘均形成于所述蜗壳的上部并与所述蜗壳一体设置。
本发明的空调室内机的技术方案中,一方面,由于第一面板可相对面框打开而显露出拆卸口,从而使得与底盘可拆卸连接的风道组件能便利地从该拆卸口中拆卸下来,进而为风道、换热器以及其他相关部件的深度清洁提供了很大的方便;另一方面,由于在面框上设有安装口,而设有过滤网的格栅件是与安装口可拆卸连接的,故过滤网也可以很便利的拆卸下来以进行清洗。这两方面共同作用,即可提高空调室内机的拆装便利性,从而方便了对空调室内机进行全面的深度清洁,有利于降低空调室内机带来的健康隐患。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,若本发明实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,若本发明实施例中有涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述,则该“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
本发明提出一种空调室内机。
参照图1,在本发明第一实施例中,该空调室内机具体为一壁挂式空调室内机。该空调室内机包括底盘1、风道组件(未标示)、面框3、格栅组件(未标示)、第一面板5以及第二面板6。其中,风道组件与底盘1可拆卸连接;面框3上开设有安装口(未标示)以及供风道组件拆出的拆卸口32;格栅组件包括可拆卸安装于安装口的格栅件41,以及设于格栅件41的过滤网(未标示);第一面板5用于打开或盖合拆卸口32,第一面板5上开设有与风道组件的风道相接的出风口51;第二面板6与第一面板5配合覆盖面框3的一表面。
在此需说明的是,在本实施例中,面框3包括上支架33、下边框34以及位于上支架33与下边框34之间的两相对的侧连接件35。安装口形成在上支架33与下边框34之间,拆卸口32形成在下边框34,格栅件41可拆卸安装于上支架33。在空调室内机使用时,空气依次经格栅件41、过滤网、换热器(未标示)、风道组件以及出风口51而降温后吹出。
在本实施例中,一方面,由于第一面板5可相对面框3打开而显露出拆卸口32,从而使得与底盘1可拆卸连接的风道组件能便利地从该拆卸口32中拆卸下来,进而为风道、换热器以及其他相关部件的深度清洁提供了很大的方便;另一方面,由于在面框3上设有安装口,而安装有过滤网的格栅件41是与安装口可拆卸连接的,故过滤网也可以很便利的拆卸下来以进行清洗。这两方面共同作用,即可提高空调室内机的拆装便利性,从而方便了对空调室内机进行全面的深度清洁,有利于降低空调室内机带来的健康隐患。
参照图1至图5,在本实施例中,优选地,第一面板5与面框3可拆卸卡接。具体地,第一面板5与第二面板6配合覆盖面框3的前侧面,且第二面板6位于第一面板5的上方;第一面板5的左右两端与面框3可拆卸卡接。当然,与面框3可拆卸卡接的也可以是第一面板5的上下两端或四周边缘处,但在本实施例中,第一面板5在其左右两端与面框3可拆卸卡接的设置可使结构更简单且可避免对风道组件的拆卸产生干涉。
进一步地,参照图2、图4至图5,在本实施例中,第一面板5的内侧面上凸设有若干卡扣52,面框3的前侧面上设有供卡扣52扣入的扣孔36,如此,通过卡扣52扣入对应的扣孔36中即可实现第一面板5与面框3的卡接,而当第一面板5需要拆卸下来时,只需让卡扣52与扣孔36脱离即可。具体地,卡扣52设有多个,并分设于第一面板5左右两端的内侧面。而下边框34的左右两侧边缘向内延伸形成凸板341,凸板341上开设有扣孔36,即扣孔36设置于拆卸口32的左右两侧以避免对风道组件拆卸产生影响。然本设计不限于此,卡扣52也可设于面框3的前侧面上,相应地,扣孔36设于第一面板5的内侧面,此外,与卡扣52卡接的也并不限于扣孔36,也可以是卡接座等结构。
具体地,在保证卡接牢固性的前提下为使结构更简单,第一面板5左右两端的内侧面优选各设有两相对间隔设置的卡扣52。其中,卡扣52的自由端设有沿上下方向延伸的卡凸部521,且位于同侧的两卡扣52的卡凸部521的延伸方向相反。如图5所示,位于同一侧的两卡扣52沿上下方向间隔分布,其中,位于上方的卡扣52邻近第一面板5的上端设置,且其卡凸部521朝上延伸,而位于下方的卡扣52的卡凸部521则朝下延伸,如此,当卡扣52扣入扣孔36后,卡凸部521与扣孔36边缘内侧面抵接,从而可对第一面板5实现前后方向的限位连接,而上下两个卡扣52的卡凸部521的延伸方向相反的设置则可对第一面板5实现上下方向的限位。
参照图1和图4,在本实施例中,进一步地,空调室内机还包括导风组件8,导风组件8安装于第一面板5。具体地,导风组件8包括导风板82以及用以驱动导风板82转动的驱动电机81;导风板82内设于出风口51中,其左右两端分别与第一面板5转动连接,且其中一端与驱动电机81连接;驱动电机81固设于第一面板5的内侧面,且位于出风口51沿左右方向的一侧。可以理解,当第一面板5相对面框3打开以显露拆卸口32时,安装于第一面板5上的导风组件8也就随之打开,从而可方便对导风板82等进行清洁。
参照图1至图3,在本实施例中,进一步地,风道组件包括蜗壳21,底盘1的左右两端分别凸设有侧固定部11,两侧固定部11相向的两侧面分别设有滑槽结构,蜗壳21的左右两端分别设有与滑槽结构可滑动配合的滑凸结构211,如此,风道组件就可以十分便利的滑出底盘1而脱离出来。然本设计不限于此,滑凸结构211也可分别设于两侧固定部11,相应地,滑槽结构设于蜗壳21的左右两侧端。具体地,蜗壳21的左右两端设有两侧板,该侧板的外侧面上向外凸出形成滑块211a,而滑块211a自由端的周缘沿周向向外延伸形成有限位凸缘211b;而侧固定部11的内侧面则沿左右方向向内凸出形成连接部111,该连接部111上开设有上敞口且长度沿前后方向延伸的滑槽112;在风道部件的滑入及滑出过程中,滑块211a的底端与滑槽112滑动配合,限位凸缘211b的内侧面则与连接部111朝向另一侧固定部11的表面滑动配合。在此,滑块211a优选呈中空设置以节省材料。
另外,进一步地,风道部件还包括前接水盘22及后接水盘(未标示),前接水盘22及后接水盘均形成于蜗壳21的上部并与蜗壳21一体设置。可以理解,当风道部件可从底盘1上拆卸下来时,其与蜗壳21一体的前接水盘22和后接水盘也可随之与底盘1分离,从而方便对这些部件进行清洁。此外,空调室内机的风轮24和用以驱动风轮24的风轮电机25也设于蜗壳21的上部,并位于前接水盘22和后接水盘之间,风轮24和风轮电机25也可随风道部件一起拆卸,从而方便了对两者的维修和清洁。
在此需特别说明的是,在第一实施例中,第一面板5是与面框3可拆卸卡接的,第二面板6则与面框3固定连接,并优选呈一体设置。同时,面框3的安装口从面框3的前侧面一直延伸至上支架33,且位于上支架33的安装口部分即为通常意义上的空调室内机的进风口,格栅件41内设于该进风口并与之可拆卸式卡接,具体地,格栅件上设有用以与上支架卡接的多个固定扣,且这些固定扣优选分设于格栅件的左右两侧,过滤网设于格栅件41上并可随格栅件41而拆卸下来,具体地,格栅件41优选与过滤网一体成型。然而,本发明的技术方案并不限于此,在如图6所示的第二实施例中,当第一面板5与面框3可拆卸卡接时,位于第一面板5上方的第二面板6可相对面框3转动打开,具体地,第二面板6的上端与面框3转动连接,其下端可相对远离面框3的打开。
此外,在如图7和图8所示的另外两实施例中,第一面板5打开或盖合拆卸口32还可通过转动打开的方式实现,即第一面板5的一端与面框3转动连接,另一端可相对远离面框3地打开。具体地,在如图7所示的第三实施例中,第一面板5的上端与面框3转动连接,下端可相对远离面框3地打开;同时,第二面板6与面框3固定连接,并优选呈一体设置,过滤网设于格栅件41上并可随格栅件41而拆卸下来。而在如图8所示的第四实施例中,其与第三实施例的不同之处在于,第二面板6的上端与面框3转动连接,下端可相对远离面框3地打开。另外还需说明的是,在本发明的技术方案中,过滤网的取出可在第一面板5打开之前进行。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种空调室内机,其特征在于,包括:
    底盘;
    风道组件,与所述底盘可拆卸连接;
    面框,开设有安装口,以及供所述风道组件拆出的拆卸口;
    格栅组件,包括可拆卸安装于所述安装口的格栅件,以及设于所述格栅件的过滤网;
    第一面板,用于打开或盖合所述拆卸口,所述第一面板上开设有与风道组件的风道相接的出风口;以及,
    第二面板,与所述第一面板配合覆盖所述面框的一表面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第一面板与所述面框卡接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第一面板与所述第二面板配合覆盖所述面框的前侧面,且所述第二面板位于所述第一面板的上方;所述第一面板的左右两端与所述面框可拆卸卡接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第一面板的一端与所述面框转动连接,另一端可相对远离所述面框地打开。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第一面板与所述第二面板配合覆盖所述面框的前侧面,且所述第二面板位于所述第一面板的上方;所述第二面板的上端与所述面框转动连接,下端可相对远离所述面框地打开。
  6. 如权利要求2-5任一项所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第一面板的内侧面上凸设有若干卡扣,所述面框的前侧面上设有供所述卡扣扣入的扣孔;或所述面框的前侧面上凸设有若干卡扣,所述第一面板的内侧面上设有供所述卡扣扣入的扣孔。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述卡扣设有多个,并分设于所述第一面板左右两端的内侧面。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第一面板左右两端的内侧面各设有两相对间隔设置的所述卡扣;
    所述卡扣的自由端设有沿上下方向延伸的卡凸部,且位于同侧的两卡扣的卡凸部的延伸方向相反。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第二面板与所述面框一体成型;或所述第二面板的一端与所述面框转动连接,另一端可相对远离所述面框地打开。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述格栅件与所述过滤网一体成型。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述空调室内机还包括导风组件,所述导风组件安装于所述第一面板。
  12. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述风道组件包括蜗壳,所述底盘的左右两端分别凸设有侧固定部,两侧固定部相向的两侧面分别设有滑槽结构,所述蜗壳的左右两端分别设有与所述滑槽结构可滑动配合的滑凸结构。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述风道部件还包括前接水盘及后接水盘,所述前接水盘及所述后接水盘均形成于所述蜗壳的上部并与所述蜗壳一体设置。
