本发明空调室内机的技术方案中,当空调室内机的滤网组件需要拆卸时,只需在进风格栅上对应弹性锁扣结构处往下按,使得弹性锁扣结构解锁安装框及面框,进而可使装有滤网组件的安装框的前端随即向上弹出脱离进风口的前侧沿,即滑槽的前端露出进风口,此时,滤网组件就会在第一弹性件的弹性作用下,沿着滑槽向前滑出一定的距离,如此,用户就可以很方便的识别出滤网组件,并握住滤网组件弹出的前端轻松地将滤网组件从安装框中抽出,从而完成滤网组件的拆卸;当滤网组件需要安装时,就只需将滤网组件插入安装框后,将安装框的前端向下按压,使弹性锁扣结构锁扣安装框及面框即可,此时进风格栅的前端抵接于进风口的前壁面。由以上拆装过程可知,本发明的技术方案可使滤网组件的拆装更加简单便利。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,若本发明实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本发明提出一种空调室内机。
参照图1至图8,在本发明一实施例中,该空调室内机具体为一壁挂式空调室内机,包括面框1、安装框2、滤网组件3、弹性锁扣结构4以及第一弹性件5。其中,安装框2包括后边框21以及分别与后边框21的两端连接的两相对侧边框22,侧边框22的内侧面设有沿侧边框22的长度方向延伸的滑槽221;安装框2安装在进风口11处,后边框21邻近进风口11的后壁面,安装框2的后端与面框1枢接,安装框2的前端可相对靠近或远离面框1转动;滤网组件3包括容置于安装框2内的进风格栅31及设于进风格栅31上的过滤网,进风格栅31的两端与滑槽221滑动配合;弹性锁扣结构4用以在安装框2的前端自进风口11向下移动至安装位置时锁扣安装框2及面框1,以及在安装框2的前端自安装位置向下移动预设距离时解锁安装框2及面框1;第一弹性件5弹性连接进风格栅31及安装框2,用以在滑槽221的前端露出进风口11时将进风格栅31从安装框2中退出。
在此需说明的是,在本实施例中,以面向用户即背离安装墙壁的方向为前方,以朝向地面的方向为下方。面框1则与空调室内机的底盘通过卡扣连接,安装框2呈前敞口的U型,且后边框21与两侧边框22优选一体注塑成型。
本实施例中,当空调室内机的滤网组件3需要拆卸时,只需在进风格栅31上对应弹性锁扣结构4处往下按,使得弹性锁扣结构4解锁安装框2及面框1,进而可使装有滤网组件3的安装框2的前端随即向上弹出脱离进风口11的前侧沿,即滑槽221的前端露出进风口11,此时,滤网组件3就会在第一弹性件5的弹性作用下,沿着滑槽221向前滑出一定的距离,如此,用户就可以很方便的识别出滤网组件3,并握住滤网组件3弹出的前端轻松地将滤网组件3从安装框2中抽出,从而完成滤网组件3的拆卸;当滤网组件3需要安装时,就只需将滤网组件3插入安装框2后,将安装框2的前端向下按压,使弹性锁扣结构4锁扣安装框2及面框1即可,此时进风格栅31的前端抵接于进风口11的前壁面。由以上拆装过程可知,本发明的技术方案可使滤网组件3的拆装更加简单便利。
参照图1至图4以及图7,在本实施例中,具体地,后边框21的前侧面凸设有定位柱211,第一弹性件5为套设在定位柱211上的压缩弹簧,然本设计不限于此,第一弹性件5还可以是可沿前后向弹开的弹片等。在安装框2处于安装位置时,第一弹性件5的前端与进风格栅31的后端弹性抵接。可以理解,在安装框2处于安装位置时,由于进风格栅31的前端抵接于进风口11的前壁面,故第一弹性件5是处于压缩状态的,而当滑槽221的前端露出进风口11时,第一弹性件5就随即向前伸展,以将进风格栅31向前推出。在此,定位柱211主要用于套接固定压缩弹簧,以避免弹簧在弹开或压缩时发生弯曲,从而可保证滤网组件3能顺利弹开。
一并参照图8,在本实施例中,进一步地,进风格栅31的后端对应定位柱211设有让位槽311,在安装框2处于安装位置时,定位柱211容置于让位槽311中。可以理解,在安装框2处于安装位置时,压缩弹簧应为压缩状态,此时,压缩弹簧应与让位槽311的前壁面弹性抵接,或者压缩弹簧与让位槽311后端入口的边缘弹性抵接,且优选地,为使弹开后的弹簧的弹力方向不改变,定位柱211的长度应大于或等于弹簧于自然状态时的长度,该让位槽311主要是对定位柱211起让位避空作用,并使得安装框2与滤网组件3的结构更紧凑。进一步地,在本实施例中,第一弹性件5设有两个,并优选分设于后边框21的前侧面的左右两端处,这样,弹簧对进风格栅31后端的弹力作用方向就与滑出方向一致,弹力力度更大,弹力分布更均匀,从而使弹簧对进风格栅31的弹出效果更好。当然,于其他实施例中,第一弹性件5也可以只设一个,并优选位于后边框21的中部,或者,第一弹性件5设有三个及以上,并优选在后边框21上均匀间隔分布。
如图3和图8所示,为使滤网组件3在弹出或按入进风口11的前侧时更加顺畅便利,在本实施例中,进风格栅31前端面与进风格栅31下表面的相交处形成有导向斜面312。具体地,该导向斜面312可以呈倒角或圆角设置。
参照图3至图7,在本实施例中,具体地,弹性锁扣结构4包括自侧边框22前端向下延伸形成的锁杆42,以及安装在面框1上的弹扣组件42,弹扣组件42与锁杆42配合用以锁扣或解锁安装框2及面框1。进一步地,锁杆42的下部自由端形成有锁头411,进风口11的边缘处对应锁头411设有容置槽,弹扣组件42即设于容置槽内,且弹扣组件42的卡接口朝上设置。在安装时,先将进风格栅31的左右两端插入滑槽221中,然后进风格栅31的前端相对面框1向下转动,在锁杆42自由端的锁头411对准弹扣组件42时,往下按压进风格栅31的前端,进风格栅31的前端由上往下转动至安装位置时弹扣组件42锁合锁头411,即可完成对安装框2及面框1的锁扣;而在进风格栅31的前端由安装位置往下转动预设距离时,弹扣组件42就会释放锁头411,从而完成对安装框2及面框1的解锁。在此,弹扣组件42一般采用单向循环锁合机构,利用进风格栅31的压力蓄能或作为触发力,实现锁合或释放锁杆42的锁头411。可见,在本发明的技术方案中,要完成滤网组件3的拆装仅需几个按压推拉的动作便可完成,操作十分便捷。
参照图2至图3以及图5至图7,在本实施例中,进一步地,本空调室内机还包括第二弹性件6,进风口11的左右方向上的侧壁面开设有供第二弹性件6安装的第一沉槽12,在弹性锁扣结构4解锁安装框2及面框1时,第二弹性件6用以推动安装框2的前端往上运动至打开位置,且在打开位置,滑槽221的敞口高于进风口11的上边沿。具体地,第一沉槽12的沿左右方向的侧槽壁上凸设有安装轴121,第二弹性件6为扭簧,第二弹性件6套设在安装轴121上,且第二弹性件6的扭力臂的末端形成挂钩61,侧边框22上对应挂钩设有供挂钩61插置的连接孔222。在此,第二弹性件6的设置可以使得安装框2的前端在锁扣解除后可以完全露出进风口11,从而进一步确保了出风格栅能在第一弹性件5的作用下顺利从安装框2中退出。
进一步地,参照图3、图7和图8,在本实施例中,后边框21前侧面的上边缘向前凸设有上挡板212,后边框21前侧面的下边缘向前凸设有下挡板213,上挡板212、下挡板213以及后边框21围合形成密封槽214,在安装框2处于安装位置时,进风格栅31的后端插置于密封槽214中,特别地,密封槽214与两滑槽221连通,此设置可以防止空气未经过滤就直接从安装框2与进风格栅31后端的间隙进入风道换热。
进一步地,参照图1至图5以及图7,在本实施例中,进风口11的后壁面的上边缘向前凸设形成防尘板111,进风口11的后壁面上于防尘板111的下侧凸设有若干限位块112,后边框21的后侧面上凸设有限位板215。在安装框2处于安装位置时,后边框21的后侧面与防尘板111抵接,且限位板215位于防尘板111与限位块112之间,当安装框2的前端相对远离面框1转动至打开位置时,限位板215与限位块112抵接,如此,就可使安装框2的前端相对面框1的转动角度受限。具体地,在本实施例中,限位块112设有两个,并呈间隔设置于进风口11的内壁面上,防尘板111、限位板215以及限位块112的长度延伸方向一致。在此,防尘板111的设置主要是为了防止灰尘以及未经过滤的空气直接从安装框2与进风口11后壁面之间的间隙进入空调室内机内部。另外,在进风口11的左右壁面上邻近进风口11的后壁面处设有轴孔113,相应地,在两侧边框22的外侧面邻近后边框21处凸设有转轴223,该转轴223相适配插置于轴孔113中,以使安装框2可以相对面框1转动。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种空调室内机,其特征在于,包括:
    面框,顶部开设有进风口;
    安装框,包括后边框以及分别与所述后边框的两端连接的两相对侧边框,所述侧边框的内侧面设有沿所述侧边框的长度方向延伸的滑槽,所述安装框安装在所述进风口处,所述后边框邻近所述进风口的后壁面,所述安装框的后端与所述面框枢接,所述安装框的前端可相对靠近或远离所述面框转动;
    滤网组件,包括容置于所述安装框内的进风格栅及设于所述进风格栅上的过滤网,所述进风格栅的两端与所述滑槽滑动配合;
    弹性锁扣结构,用以在所述安装框的前端自所述进风口向下移动至安装位置时锁扣所述安装框及所述面框,以及在所述安装框的前端自所述安装位置向下移动预设距离时解锁所述安装框及所述面框;以及
    第一弹性件,弹性连接所述进风格栅及所述安装框,用以在所述滑槽的前端露出所述进风口时将所述进风格栅从所述安装框中退出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述后边框的前侧面凸设有定位柱,所述第一弹性件为套设在所述定位柱上的压缩弹簧,在所述安装框处于安装位置时,所述第一弹性件的前端与所述进风格栅的后端弹性抵接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述进风格栅的后端对应所述定位柱设有让位槽,在所述安装框处于安装位置时,所述定位柱容置于所述让位槽中。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述定位柱的长度大于或等于所述压缩弹簧于自然状态时的长度。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述后边框前侧面的上边缘向前凸设形成上挡板,所述后边框前侧面的下边缘向前凸设形成下挡板,所述上挡板、所述下挡板以及所述后边框围合形成密封槽,在所述安装框处于安装位置时,所述进风格栅的后端插置于所述密封槽中。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述密封槽与两所述滑槽连通。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第一弹性件设有两个,并分设于所述后边框的前侧面的左右两端处。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述进风格栅前端面与所述进风格栅下表面的相交处形成有导向斜面。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,弹性锁扣结构包括自所述侧边框前端向下延伸形成的锁杆,以及安装在所述面框上的弹扣组件,所述弹扣组件与所述锁杆配合用以锁扣或解锁所述安装框及所述面框。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,弹性锁扣结构包括自所述侧边框前端向下延伸形成的锁杆,以及安装在所述面框上的弹扣组件,所述弹扣组件与所述锁杆配合用以锁扣或解锁所述安装框及所述面框。
  11. 如权利要求3所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,弹性锁扣结构包括自所述侧边框前端向下延伸形成的锁杆,以及安装在所述面框上的弹扣组件,所述弹扣组件与所述锁杆配合用以锁扣或解锁所述安装框及所述面框。
  12. 如权利要求4所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,弹性锁扣结构包括自所述侧边框前端向下延伸形成的锁杆,以及安装在所述面框上的弹扣组件,所述弹扣组件与所述锁杆配合用以锁扣或解锁所述安装框及所述面框。
  13. 如权利要求5所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,弹性锁扣结构包括自所述侧边框前端向下延伸形成的锁杆,以及安装在所述面框上的弹扣组件,所述弹扣组件与所述锁杆配合用以锁扣或解锁所述安装框及所述面框。
  14. 如权利要求9所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述锁杆的下部自由端形成有锁头,所述进风口的边缘处对应所述锁头设有容置槽,所述弹扣组件设于所述容置槽内。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述弹扣组件的卡接口朝上设置。
  16. 如权利要求9所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,还包括第二弹性件,所述进风口的左右方向上的侧壁面开设有供所述第二弹性件安装的第一沉槽,在所述弹性锁扣结构解锁所述安装框及所述面框时,所述第二弹性件用以推动所述安装框的前端往上运动至打开位置,且在所述打开位置,所述滑槽的敞口高于所述进风口的上边沿。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第一沉槽沿左右方向的侧槽壁上凸设有安装轴,所述第二弹性件为扭簧,所述第二弹性件套设在所述安装轴上,且所述第二弹性件的扭力臂的末端形成挂钩,所述侧边框上对应所述挂钩设有供所述挂钩插置的连接孔。
  18. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述进风口的后壁面的上边缘向前凸设形成防尘板,在所述安装框处于安装位置时,所述后边框的后侧面与所述防尘板抵接。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述进风口的后壁面上于所述防尘板的下侧凸设有若干限位块,所述后边框的后侧面上凸设有限位板,在所述安装框处于安装位置时,所述限位板位于所述防尘板与所述限位块之间,当所述安装框的前端相对远离所述面框转动至打开位置时,所述限位板与所述限位块抵接。
  20. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述进风口的左右壁面的后端均设有轴孔,所述两侧边框的外侧面的后端凸设有转轴,所述转轴相适配插置于所述轴孔中,用以使所述安装框可以相对所述面框转动。
