6.本发明提供的空调器,第一滑槽的靠近出风框的一端为扩口槽,适于第一滑块位于其内并滑入或滑出第一滑槽;或者第一通孔的靠近出风框的一端为扩口孔,适于第一滑块位于其内并滑入或滑出第一通孔内。扩口槽或扩口孔的设计,当第一滑块滑动到扩口槽或扩口孔内,第一滑块便可以脱离第一滑槽或第一通孔,实现将出风框和侧板整体从空调上拆卸下来,待清洗后,给出风框施加向上的推力,再将第一滑块经扩口槽或扩口孔滑入第一滑槽内,将出风框可滑动地安装在安装架上,便于出风框在安装架上的拆卸和安装。
7.本发明提供的空调器,扩口槽为梯形槽或喇叭形槽;或者扩口孔为梯形孔或喇叭形孔。将扩口槽设计为梯形槽或喇叭形槽,或者将扩口孔设计为梯形孔或喇叭形孔,便于在安装架上加工出该扩口槽或扩口孔,也便于第一滑块的滑入或滑出。
8.本发明提供的空调器,每一套滑动机构包括设置在安装架的朝向侧板一侧的壁面上的导轨,以及滑动设置在导轨上的滑动组件;侧板可拆卸地固定在滑动组件的一端上,且滑动组件的该端能够从导轨中抽出。
此结构的空调器,在需要清洗出风框时,只需固定组件解除对侧板的限位,对出风框施加向下拉力,侧板随着滑动组件在导轨上向下滑动,并使得滑动组件的固定出风框的一端从导轨中抽出,再将出风框从滑动组件上拆卸下来,对出风框和侧板进行清洗。之后再将出风框和侧板安装在滑动组件上,在向上推力作用下,侧板和出风框在导轨上向上滑动,使得侧板复位,再被固定组件锁定。
9.本发明提供的空调器,滑动组件包括第二滑块,以及固定在第二滑块上的连接件,连接件的一端上成型有第一插接部;侧板的朝向安装架的内表面上成型有供第一插接部卡入的第一卡槽。通过第一卡槽与第一插接部的配合,实现将侧板与滑动组件的可拆卸连接。
10.本发明提供的空调器,连接件为L形板块,L形板块的竖直部固定在第二滑块上,水平部插接在第一卡槽内。连接件为L形板块,便于加工制造。
11.本发明提供的空调器,每一套固定组件包括成型在侧板的朝向安装架一侧的内表面上的第一卡接部,以及设置在安装架上的供第一卡接部搭接或插入的第一限位部;给第一限位部施加朝向远离第一卡接部的作用力时,第一限位部解除对第一卡接部的锁定功能。当需要解除对出风框的锁定时,对第一限位部施加朝向远离第一卡接部方向的 作用力,使得第一限位部与第一卡接部脱离,则出风框就可以在滑动机构上滑动;当需要对出风框锁定时,只需将插接部搭接或插入第一限位部内即可,便于操作。
12.本发明提供的空调器,第一限位部呈台阶形,第一卡接部为能够搭接在第一限位部的台阶面上的凸台。通过给第一限位部的顶部施加朝向远离凸台的推力或拉力,使得台阶面与凸台脱离,实现解除限位作用;需要限位时,只需将凸台搭接在台阶面上即可,便于操作。
13.本发明提供的空调器,在侧板上开设第一通孔时,固定组件设置在面板与基座部件、安装架之间围成的腔体内;每一套固定组件包括第一限位件,安装在第一限位件一端上的弹性件,第一限位件的另一端伸出开设在面板或安装架上的第二通孔,弹性件给第一限位件施加朝向第二通孔方向的复位力;在弹性件和外界作用力的配合下,第一限位件做朝向或远离第二通孔的伸缩运动,以使第一限位件与第一滑块锁定配合或解除对第一滑块的锁定。
此结构的空调器,在需要解除对出风框的锁定作用时,只需朝向腔体内按压位于第二通孔内第一限位件的端部,使第一限位件在腔体内做缩回运动,则第一限位件与侧板上的第一滑块脱离,解除对第一滑块的限制,侧板和出风框就可以在第一通孔内滑动;撤销对第一限位件的作用力后,在弹性件的复位力作用下,第一限位件再做朝向第二通孔方向的伸出运动,使得第一限位件的朝向第二通孔的端部再伸出第二通孔,复位到起始状态。当需要对出风框进行锁定时,只需侧板和出风框在第一通孔内向上滑动,使得侧板的第一滑块与第一限位件对位,就能够使得第一限位件与第一滑块配合,将第一滑块锁定安装架上。
14.本发明提供的空调器,第一限位件朝向安装架一侧的表面上具有与第一滑块一一对应的第二卡接部,第一滑块朝向安装架一侧的表面上开设供第二卡接部插入的第二卡槽;给第一限位件施加朝向弹性件的作用力,第一限位件做朝向远离第二通孔的缩回运动,以使第二卡接部脱离第二卡槽。通过第一限位件侧壁上的第二卡接部与第一滑块上的第二卡槽之间形成卡扣结构,将侧板和出风框锁定在安装架上,当第一限位件朝向远离第二通孔做缩回运动时,就能够使得第二卡接部与第二卡槽脱离,从而解除第一限位件对侧板的锁定功能;需要锁定时,只需侧板和出风框在第一通孔上向上滑动,当第一滑块的第二卡槽滑动到第二卡接部处,第二卡接部就能够插入第二卡槽内,实现对侧板和出风框的锁定功能。
15.本发明提供的空调器,安装架为L形的支架,L形支架的水平部设置在面板的 顶部与基座部件顶部之间,竖直部位于面板与基座部件之间且朝向出风框延伸,并位于侧板的内表面一侧。将安装架设计为L形的支架,便于加工和安装制造,使得空调的结构更简单和紧凑。
16.本发明提供的空调器,出风框包括圆弧部,以及固定在圆弧部底部上的水平部,出风口成型在圆弧部上;在出风框被锁定在安装架上时,水平部的内表面抵靠在基座部件的底部表面上。出风框的圆弧部便于与面板的底部表面配合,水平部的设计,便于在出风框锁定到位后,水平部的内表面抵靠在基座部件的底部表面上,使得空调的外观美观和结构紧凑。
17.本发明提供的空调器,还包括在出风口处安装在出风框上的扫风机构。将扫风机构安装在出风框的出风口上,在出风框从空调器上拆卸下来时,就可以将扫风机构也一并拆卸下来,对扫风机构进行清洗,便于出风框和扫风机构的清洗工作。
18.本发明提供的空调器,扫风机构包括安装在出风口上的连接座,以及间隔且可摆动地安装在连接座上的至少一个扫风叶片,扫风叶片沿出风口的长度方向摆动所需角度。扫风叶片在出风口内摆动,实现对出风口处的出风方向进行调整,连接座的设计便于将叶片安装在出风口内。

下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,下面所描述的本发明不同实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互结合。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种模块化空调器,如图1和图2所示,包括竖向设置的面板s412、与面板s412平行设置的基座部件s101,以及出风口组件。其中,出风口组件包括安装 架s411、出风框m3、固定组件m4、滑动机构以及扫风机构m12。
如图1和图2所示,安装架s411安装于室内机的基座部件s101与面板s412之间,出风框m3独立于空调器室内机的面板s412,具有出风口m31,导风板b1活动设置在出风口m31中。
如图2和图3所示,出风框m3两侧端固定连接有在使用状态下向上延伸的两块侧板m7,出风框m3通过设置在出风框m3与安装架s411之间两套竖向布置的滑动机构,将出风框m3的两端分别可滑动地连接在安装架s411上;两套固定组件m4通过两块侧板m7将出风框m3的两端分别锁定在安装架s411上。
如图4至图6所示,每一套滑动机构包括开设在安装架s411的朝向侧板m7一侧的壁面上的第一滑槽m51,以及成型在侧板m7的朝向安装架s411一侧的内表面上且适于嵌入第一滑槽m51内的第一滑块m52。第一滑槽m51的靠近出风框m3的一端为扩口槽m511,适于第一滑块m52位于其内并滑入或滑出第一滑槽m51。优选地,扩口槽m511为梯形槽或喇叭形槽,或者其他形状的槽。
当需要将出风框m3从空调上拆卸下来时,只需固定组件m4先解除对侧板m7的锁定功能,在给出风框m3施加向下拉力时,侧板m7的第一滑块m52在第一滑槽m51内向下滑动,当第一滑块m52滑动到扩口槽m511处,第一滑块m52位于扩口槽m511内,并从扩口槽m511内抽出,使得侧板m7和出风框m3整体从空调上拆卸下来,对出风框m3和侧板m7进行清洗,待清洗后,给出风框m3施加向上推力,侧板m7的第一滑块m52从扩口槽m511内再滑入第一滑槽m51内,使得出风框m3和侧板m7整体滑动设置在第一滑槽m51内,在向上的推力作用下,将侧板m7滑动到空调的顶部,使得侧板m7和出风框m3复位,再被固定组件m4锁定,从而形成通过推拉方式,将出风框m3滑动设置在安装架s411上。
作为第一滑槽m51的变形,第一滑槽m51还可以被替换为第一通孔m53,对应地,扩口槽m511被替换为扩口孔,扩孔的形状也为梯形孔或喇叭形孔。或者其他形状的扩口孔,具体形状不做具体限定。
如图3至图6所示,上述的每一套固定组件m4包括成型在侧板m7的朝向安装架s411一侧的内表面上的第一卡接部m41,以及设置在安装架s411上的供第一卡接部m41搭接的第一限位部m42;给第一限位部m42施加朝向远离第一卡接部m41的作用力时,第一限位部m42解除对第一卡接部m41的锁定作用。优选地,第一限位部m42呈台阶形,第一卡接部m41为能够搭接在第一限位部m42的台阶面上的凸台。
如图7、图1和图2所示,侧板m7为板块,安装架s411为L形的支架,L形支架的水平部设置在面板s412的顶部与基座部件s101顶部之间,竖直部位于面板s412与基座部件s101之间且朝向出风框m3延伸,并位于侧板m7的内表面一侧。
如图7所示,出风框m3包括圆弧部,以及固定在圆弧部底部上的水平部,出风口m31成型在圆弧部上;在出风框m3被锁定在安装架s411上时,水平部的内表面抵靠在基座部件s101的底部表面上。出风框m3的圆弧部便于与面板s412的底部表面配合,水平部的设计,便于在出风框m3锁定到位后,水平部的内表面抵靠在基座部件s101的底部表面上,使得空调的外观美观和结构紧凑。
如图3所示,扫风机构m12在出风口m31处安装在出风框m3上,扫风机构m12包括安装在出风口上的连接座,以及间隔且可摆动地安装在连接座上的至少一个扫风叶片,例如,一个、两个、三个、四个等等,具体设置数量根据出风口的长度,用户的需求来设置,扫风叶片沿出风口的长度方向摆动所需角度。将扫风机构m12安装在出风框m3的出风口上,在出风框m3从空调器上拆卸下来时,就可以将安装在出风口上的扫风机构m12拆卸下来,对扫风机构m12进行清洗,便于出风框m3和扫风机构m12的清洗工作。多个扫风叶片在出风口内摆动,实现对出风口处的出风方向进行调整,连接座的设计便于将叶片安装在出风口内。
此实施例的空调器,将具有出风口的出风框m3与面板s412分离设置,作为一个单独的部件,需要对出风口进行清洗时,拨动第一限位部m42,使得第一限位部m42解除对凸台的限制,凸台从第一限位部m42的台阶面上脱离,给出风框m3施加向下的拉力,出风框m3和两块侧板m7整体在第一滑槽m51或第一通孔m453内向下滑动,当侧板m7的第一滑块m52滑动到扩口槽m511或扩口孔内,将侧板m7的第一滑块m52从扩口槽m511或扩口孔抽出,则出风框m3、两块侧板m7以及扫风机构m12整体从空调器上拆卸下来,就可对出风框m3、两块侧板m7以及扫风机构m12进行清洗;清洗完后,给出风框m3向上的推力,将侧板m7的第一滑块m52经扩口槽m511或扩口孔推入第一滑槽m51或第一通孔m53内,出风框m3和侧板m7整体向上运动,直到出风框m3的水平部内表面抵靠在基座部件s101的底部表面上为止,此时出风框m3和侧板m7就复位到初始的状态,再将侧板m7上的凸台搭接在第一限位部m42的台阶面上即可,完成出风框m3和侧板m7的安装过程,从而形成推拉方式,将出风框m3和侧板m7整体安装在安装架s411上,或者从安装架s411上拆卸下来,便于对出风框m3、侧板m7以及扫风机构m12的清洗。
作为滑动机构的变形,每一套滑动机构包括设置在安装架s411的朝向侧板m7一侧 的壁面上的导轨,以及滑动设置在导轨上的滑动组件;侧板m7可拆卸地固定在滑动组件的一端上,且滑动组件的该端能够从导轨中抽出。滑动组件包括第二滑块(图中未示出),以及固定在第二滑块上的连接件m54。如图8所示,连接件m54的一端上成型有第一插接部m541;侧板m7的朝向安装架s411的内表面上成型有供第一插接部m541卡入的第一卡槽(图中未示出)。连接件m54为L形板块,L形板块的竖直部固定在第二滑块上,水平部插接在第一卡槽内。
此实施方式的滑轨机构,在需要清洗出风框m3时,只需固定组件m4先解除对两块侧板m7的锁定作用,对出风框m3施加向下的拉力,第二滑块在导轨上向下滑动,L形板块将带动侧板m7在导轨上向下滑动,当侧板m7向下滑动到导轨的下端时,再将侧板m7上的第一卡槽与L形板块的水平部脱离,则出风框m3与侧板m7整体就可以从空调上拆卸下来;后续再将L形板块的水平部插入第一卡槽内,使侧板m7与连接件m54固定,在向上给出风框m3推力时,出风框m3和侧板m7在导轨上向上滑动,使得出风框m3和侧板m7复位,再被固定组件m4锁定。此实施方式的滑动机构,通过第一卡槽与第一插接部m541的配合,实现将侧板m7与滑动组件的可拆卸连接。
作为第一卡槽的优选,侧板m7的内壁面上成型有凸块,在凸块上开设上述的第一卡槽;或者直接在侧板m7的内壁面上开设上述的第一卡槽。
作为滑动组件的变形,滑动组件中的连接件m54,还可以为T字形,T字形的水平部插接在侧板m7的第一卡槽内,或者其他形状的结构,只需其一端固定在第二滑块上,另一端作为第一插接部m541并与侧板m7之间形成可拆卸连接方式即可。作为进一步的变形,滑动组件还可以为其他结构,例如气缸或电机驱动连接件m54沿竖向在安装架s411上做升降运动,连接件m54的一端固定在气缸或电机的伸缩轴上,另一端可拆卸地连接在侧板m7上。
作为滑动机构的变形,滑动结构除了上述两种实施方式外,还可以为现有的其他滑动机构,只需将出风框m3的两侧板m7,可滑动地设置在安装架s411上即可。
作为变形,出风框m3的结构还可以为其他形状,例如U形,或者圆弧形,或者其他形状,只需其上开设出风口,具体形状需根据用户的具体需求而设计。
作为变形,安装架s411还可以为板块,例如L形板块,或者T形板块,或者竖直板块;作为进一步的变形,安装架s411还可以为其他结构,只需满足开设上述的第一滑槽m51或第一通孔m53,或者能将导轨安装在其上的结构即可,安装架s411安装于空调室内机的基座部件s101与面板s412之间。
作为变形,固定组件m4中的第一卡接部m41与第一限位部m42还可以为其他形状,例如,第一限位部m42为第一凸起,第一凸起上开设凹槽,第一卡接部m41为第二凸起,第二凸起插接在第一凸起的凹槽内,只需拨动第一凸起的顶部,即可使得第一凸起与第二凸起分离。
如图9至图11所示,当侧板m7上开设上述的第一通孔m53时,作为固定组件m4的变形,固定组件m4设置在面板s412与基座部件s101、安装架s411之间围成的腔体内;每一套固定组件m4包括第一限位件m43,安装在第一限位件m43一端上的弹性件(图中未示出),第一限位件m43的另一端伸向开设在面板s412的第二通孔m10,弹性件给第一限位件m43施加朝向第二通孔m10方向的复位力。在弹性件和外界作用力的配合下,第一限位件m43做朝向或远离第二通孔m10的伸缩运动,以使第一限位件m43与第一滑块m52锁定配合或解除对第一滑块m52的锁定。弹性件优选为弹簧。
如图12所示,第一限位件m43具有第一条形体m431,第一条形体m431朝向安装架s411一侧的表面上具有与第一滑块m52一一对应的第二卡接部m432,第一条形体m431的一端连接于弹簧,另一端朝向面板s412上开设的第二通孔m10,以及成型在第一条形体m431的另一端端面上的第一按压部m433,第一按压部m433适于穿过第二通孔m10。对应于第二卡接部m432,第一滑块m52朝向安装架s411一侧的表面上开设供第二卡接部m432插入的第二卡槽。为便于将弹簧套接在第一条形体m431上,条形体的朝向弹簧的一端上成型有第一连接部m434,例如连接片或连接轴,便于弹簧的一端直接套接在该连接片或连接轴上。第二卡接部m432优选为凸起,第二卡槽优选为U形槽,凸起插入U形槽内。
需要解除对侧板m7的锁定功能时,只需向腔体内按压第二通孔m10处的第一按压部m433,第一条形体m431朝向弹簧运动,使得第二卡接部m432脱离第二卡槽,从而实现对侧板m7的锁定功能,之后侧板m7和出风框m3整体在第一通孔m53内滑动;撤销对第一按压部m433的作用力,第一条形体m431在弹簧的作用力下朝向第二通孔m10做伸出运动,使得第一按压部m433复位到起始的位置;当需要对侧板m7的第二滑块锁定时,只需侧板m7和出风框m3在第一通孔m53内做向上的滑动,使得第二滑块上的第二卡槽对位于第二卡接部m432,就可以使得第二卡接部m432再次插入第二卡槽内,实现对侧板m7的锁定功能。
此实施方式中,第一条形体m431沿安装架s411的宽度方向设置在腔体内,弹簧的一端固定在第一条形体m431上,另一端固定在与其相邻的其他部件上,例如风道组件、 蒸发器或者基座部件s101上。也即第一条形体m431在空调器的前后方向上做伸缩运动,第二通孔m10位于空调器的前端。另外,第一按压部m433与第一条形体m431的朝向第二通孔m10的一端端面之间形成台阶面,台阶面抵靠在面板s412的内表面上。为了使第一限位件m43能够在腔体内做平稳的伸缩运动,在腔体内还设置第二支撑体m9,例如套筒结构或U形结构,第二支撑体m9套设在第一限位件m43上并位于相邻两个第二卡接部m432之间,第二支撑体m9可以固定在安装架s411上,或者其他部件中。
作为变形,第二通孔m10还可以设置在安装架s411上,例如,第一通孔开设在L形支架的竖直部上,第二通孔m10开设在L形支架的水平部上。对应地,如图13至图15所示,第一条形体m431的顶部上设置有第一拨块m435,第二通孔m10为沿安装架s411的宽度方向延伸的长腰孔。第一条形体m431的背对弹簧的一端位于腔体内或者抵靠在面板s412的内表面上。在需要解除对侧板m7的锁定功能时,只需向后拨动第一拨块m435,让第一拨块m435在长腰孔内运动,以驱动第一条形体m431朝向弹性体做缩回运动,使得第二卡接部m432脱离第二卡槽。撤销对第一拨块m435的作用力后,在弹簧的复位力作用下,第一拨块m435又在长腰孔内做向前运动,使得第一限位件m43复位到起始的位置。另外,第一条形体m431的朝向安装架s411的一侧表面上避开第二卡接部m432的位置处开设向内凹陷的凹槽,来减轻第一条形体m431的重量。
此实施方式中的面板为平板状;作为变形,面板还可以为L形,L形面板的水平部固定在基座部件的顶部内表面上,水平部上开设进风口p23,对应地第二通孔可以开设在面板的水平部上,最佳地,L形面板的水平部安装在安装架的顶部表面上,使得面板、基座部件、两块侧板以及出风框之间形成空调器的整体外观。对应地,上述的所有实施方式中,面板都可以为L形板块,或者其他形状,例如曲面,或者其他造型的结构都可以,只需面板上开设进风口p23即可。
作为进一步的变形,固定组件m4可被替换为其他的卡扣结构,或者紧固件,例如螺钉或螺栓组件,只需采用可拆卸的连接方式将侧板m7固定在安装架s411上即可。
作为变形,扫风机构m12还可以为现有的空调器中的扫风机构m12,至于扫风叶片摆动的角度,不做具体限定,根据用户需求进行调整。作为进一步的变形,扫风机构m12还可以不设置在出风框m3的出风口上,还可以设置在空调器室内机内部的其他部件上,只需靠近出风口处即可。
上述所有实施方式中,滑动机构、固定组件m4均与侧板m7一一对应。作为变形,还可以设置两个滑动机构来驱动一块侧板m7在安装架s411上滑动,或者设置多个滑动 机构来驱动一块侧板m7滑动。类似地,可以设置多个固定组件m4对一块侧板m7进行锁定。
作为进一步的变形,出风框m3上两个侧板m7可以分别采用不同结构的滑动机构在安装架s411上滑动,例如一个侧板m7采用上述的导轨与滑动组件形成的滑动机构,另一个侧板采用上述的第一滑槽m51与第一滑块m52形成的滑动机构。
作为进一步的变形,上述侧板m7还可以为一块,在出风框m3的一侧端上设置该侧板m7,另一端上不设置该侧板m7,出风框m3的另一侧端可以通过固定组件m4可拆卸地固定在安装架s411上,或者其他相邻部件上,出风框m3仅通过一侧板m7在安装架s411上滑动。
作为更进一步的变形,还可以不设置上述的两块侧板m7,只需出风框m3的两端侧壁可滑动地设置在安装架s411上即可。进一步的变形,还可以不设置滑动机构,采用其他的固定方式将出风框m3活动连接于安装架s411,例如将出风框m3可转动地或可翻转地连接在安装架s411上,再用固定组件m4将出风框m3固定并保持在面板s412与基座之间。
作为变形,固定组件m4还可以将出风框m3可固定保持在空调器室内机中的其他相邻部件上,不仅仅是安装架s411上,还可以为基座部件s101、面板s412、风道组件等等。作为进一步的变形,还可以不设置上述的固定组件m4,可以采用其他方式将出风框可固定保持在安装架s411上,或者可固定保持在其他相邻部件上,例如通过胶粘方式;或者同时可固定保持在安装架s411和其他相邻部件上。作为进一步的变形,基座部件s101与面板s412还可以不平行设置,例如相对设置。也即,上述的空调器只需包括基座部件s101、面板s412以及上述任一项的出风口组件即可。
上述所有实施方式中的空调器,所提及到的“基座部件”是指空调器室内机中安装在墙体上的基座或者底壳;空调的外观模块分为壳体模块、出风模块及导风模块。其中,壳体模块包括上述的基座部件s101以及安装架s411,出风模块包括上述的出风口组件,导风模块包括上述的扫风机构m12。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括:
    基座部件(s101);
    面板(s412);
    出风口组件,所述出风口组件包括安装架(s411)和出风框(m3),所述安装架(s411)安装于空调器室内机的所述基座部件(s101)与面板(s412)之间;所述出风框(m3)独立于空调器室内机的面板(s412),具有出风口(m31);所述出风框(m3)活动连接于所述安装架(s411);且所述出风框(m3)可固定保持在所述安装架(s411)上,和/或可固定保持在其他相邻部件上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述出风框(m3)通过固定组件(m4)可固定保持在所述相邻部件上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的空调器,其特征在于:
    通过设置在所述出风框(m3)与所述安装架(s411)之间的滑动机构,使所述出风框(m3)活动连接在所述安装架(s411)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空调器,其特征在于:
    所述出风框(m3)的至少一侧端上固定连接有在使用状态下向上延伸的侧板(m7);
    至少一套竖向布置的所述滑动机构通过所述侧板(m7)将所述出风框(m3)的该侧端可滑动地连接在所述安装架(s411)上;
    至少一套所述固定组件(m4)通过所述侧板(m7)将所述出风框(m3)的该侧端锁定在所述安装架(s411)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空调器,其特征在于,每一套所述滑动机构包括开设在所述安装架(s411)的朝向所述侧板(m7)一侧的壁面上的沿竖向延伸的第一滑槽(m51)或第一通孔(m53),以及成型在所述侧板(m7)的朝向所述安装架(s411)一侧的内表面上且适于嵌入所述第一滑槽(m51)或所述第一通孔(m53)内的第一滑块(m52)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述第一滑槽(m51)的靠近所述出风框(m3)的一端为扩口槽(m511),适于所述第一滑块(m52)位于其内并滑入或滑出所述第一滑槽(m51);或者
    所述第一通孔(m53)的靠近所述出风框(m3)的一端为扩口孔,适于所述第一滑块(m52)位于其内并滑入或滑出所述第一通孔(m53)内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述扩口槽(m511)为梯形槽或喇 叭形槽;或者
    所述扩口孔为梯形孔或喇叭形孔。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的空调器,其特征在于,每一套所述滑动机构包括设置在所述安装架(s411)的朝向所述侧板(m7)一侧的壁面上的导轨,以及滑动设置在所述导轨上的滑动组件;所述侧板(m7)可拆卸地固定在所述滑动组件的一端上,且所述滑动组件的该端能够从所述导轨中抽出。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述滑动组件包括第二滑块,以及固定在所述第二滑块上的连接件(m54),所述连接件(m54)的一端上成型有第一插接部(m541);所述侧板(m7)的朝向所述安装架(s411)的内表面上成型有供所述第一插接部(m541)卡入的第一卡槽。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述连接件(m54)为L形板块,所述L形板块的竖直部固定在所述第二滑块上,水平部插接在所述第一卡槽内。
  11. 根据权利要求4所述的空调器,其特征在于,每一套所述固定组件(m4)包括成型在所述侧板(m7)的朝向所述安装架(s411)一侧的内表面上的第一卡接部(m41),以及设置在所述安装架(s411)上的供所述第一卡接部(m41)搭接或插入的第一限位部(m42);给所述第一限位部(m42)施加朝向远离所述第一卡接部(m41)的作用力时,所述第一限位部(m42)解除对所述第一卡接部(m41)的锁定功能。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述第一限位部(m42)呈台阶形,所述第一卡接部(m41)为能够搭接在所述第一限位部(m42)的台阶面上的凸台。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的空调器,其特征在于,在所述侧板(m7)上开设所述第一通孔(m53)时,所述固定组件(m4)设置在所述面板(s412)与所述基座部件(s101)、所述安装架(s411)之间围成的腔体内;
    每一套所述固定组件(m4)包括第一限位件(m43),安装在所述第一限位件(m43)一端上的弹性件,所述第一限位件(m43)的另一端伸出开设在所述面板(s412)或所述安装架(s411)上的第二通孔(m10),所述弹性件给所述第一限位件(m43)施加朝向所述第二通孔(m10)方向的复位力;
    在所述弹性件和外界作用力的配合下,所述第一限位件(m43)做朝向或远离所述第二通孔(m10)的伸缩运动,以使所述第一限位件(m43)与所述第一滑块(m52)锁定配合或解除对所述第一滑块(m52)的锁定。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述第一限位件(m43)朝向所 述安装架(s411)一侧的表面上具有与所述第一滑块(m52)一一对应的第二卡接部(m432),所述第一滑块(m52)朝向所述安装架(s411)一侧的表面上开设供所述第二卡接部(m432)插入的第二卡槽;
    给所述第一限位件(m43)施加朝向所述弹性件的作用力,所述第一限位件(m43)做远离所述第二通孔(m10)的缩回运动,以使所述第二卡接部(m432)脱离所述第二卡槽。
  15. 根据权利要求4至14中任一项所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述安装架(s411)为L形的支架,所述L形的支架的水平部设置在所述面板(s412)的顶部与基座部件(s101)顶部之间,竖直部位于所述面板(s412)与所述基座部件(s101)之间且朝向所述出风框(m3)延伸,并位于所述侧板(m7)的内表面一侧。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述出风框(m3)包括圆弧部,以及固定在所述圆弧部底部上的水平部,所述出风口成型在所述圆弧部上;
    在所述出风框(m3)被锁定在所述安装架(s411)上时,所述水平部的内表面抵靠在所述基座部件(s101)的底部表面上。
  17. 根据权利要求1或2,4至14中任一项所述的空调器,其特征在于,还包括在所述出风口处安装在所述出风框(m3)上的扫风机构(m12)。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述扫风机构(m12)包括安装在所述出风口上的连接座,以及间隔且可摆动地安装在所述连接座上的至少一个扫风叶片,所述扫风叶片沿所述出风口的长度方向摆动所需角度。
