本公开实施例涉及一种中框安装结构及空调器。
背景技术
空调的使用已经越来越广泛,空调的中框是空调中重要的组成部分,起到支撑作用。
传统空调拆装中框,拆装位一般在空调上部进风格栅处,身高和视野要求较高,施力不方便;单纯添加把手,容易影响出风口的正常工作。
另外中框与底座之间的安装结构为死扣,即采用插销结构,拆装时需要将先中框沿墙面上提,再水平强拉,才能拆出,导致中框拆装时非常困难,体验性极差。当长时间使用空调后,中框容易发生变形,此时中框易脱落。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,根据本公开的第一方面,提供一种中框安装结构,包括:相互可拆卸安装的中框和基板,所述基板位于所述中框的后侧,所述中框包括前侧面,并在所述前侧面设有中框把手,所述中框把手设置于所述中框的前侧进风单元中部,通过对所述中框把手施力,能够使所述中框脱离所述基板。

  1. 一种中框安装结构,包括:相互可拆卸安装的中框(4)和基板(5),所述基板(5)位于所述中框(4)的后侧,所述中框(4)包括前侧面,其中,所述前侧面设有中框把手(1),所述中框把手(1)设置于所述中框(4)的前侧进风单元,通过对所述中框把手(1)施力,能够使所述中框(4)脱离所述基板(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的中框安装结构,其中,所述中框把手位于进风单元中部,并与底座上部的进风格栅连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的中框安装结构,其中,所述中框把手(1)沿所述前侧面弧度向下延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的中框安装结构,其中,所述中框把手(1)与所述前侧面之间设有前滤网(6)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的中框安装结构,其中,所述中框把手(1)为梯形,宽度为8-12cm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的中框安装结构,其中,所述中框把手具有波浪形手握部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的中框安装结构,其中,所述中框把手(1)的个数为两个,相对于所述中框(4)上部的进风格栅中轴面对称布置,所述两个中框把手(1)的间距为人体两臂间距。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的中框安装结构,其中,所述中框把手(1)上设有拆装标识。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6之一所述的中框安装结构,其中,所述中框(4)和所述基板(5)上设有舌头结构,所述舌头结构包括设置在所述中框(4)和所述基板(5)两者之一上的具有斜面的插扣(21),以及设置在两者另一上的舌头导向孔(22);所述舌头导向孔(22)可沿斜面脱离和安装所述插扣(21)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的中框安装结构,其中,所述插扣(21)顶部前侧以及后侧分别设有第一前斜面(211)和第一后斜面(212);拆卸时,所述舌头导向孔(22)沿所述第一后斜面(212)向前运动,直至脱离所述插 扣(21);安装时,所述舌头导向孔(22)沿第一前斜面(211)向后运动,使插扣(21)插入舌头导向孔(22)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的中框安装结构,其中,所述第一后斜面(212)的倾斜角大于第一前斜面(211)的倾斜角。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的中框安装结构,其中,所述插扣(21)通过底部设置固定臂(213)固定于基板(5)上边缘,所述舌头导向孔(22)设置于所述中框(4)的上部边缘;所述插扣(21)向上插入舌头导向孔(22)以实现两者的安装。
  13. 根据权利要求1-6之一所述的中框安装结构,其中,所述中框(4)和所述基板(5)上设有弹扣结构,所述弹扣结构设置在所述中框(4)和所述基板(5)两者之一上的具有倒角部(311)的弹扣(31),以及设置在两者另一上的具有突起部(321)的弹扣安装槽(32);所述弹扣(31)的倒角部(311)进入弹扣安装槽(32)内,与弹扣安装槽(32)的突起部(321)通过弹性形变扣合和脱离。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的中框安装结构,其中,所述中框(4)包括上侧面,所述上侧面的宽度方向延伸设置有滤网导轨(7),所述弹扣(31)或所述弹扣安装槽(32)设置于所述滤网导轨(7)的端部附近。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的中框安装结构,其中,所述倒角部(311)包括第二前斜面(3111)以及第二后斜面(3112);所述突起部(321)包括第三前斜面(3211)和第三后斜面(3212);
    扣合时,所述第二后斜面(3112)沿所述第三后斜面(3212)导入所述弹扣安装槽(32)内,与所述第三前斜面(3211)接触,产生弹力使所述弹扣(31)固定于所述弹扣安装槽(32);拆卸时,当拉力大于弹力时,所述弹扣(31)脱离所述弹扣安装槽(32)。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的中框安装结构,其中,所述第二后斜面(3122)的倾斜角大于所述第三前斜面(3211)的倾斜角,使得所述倒角部(311)与所述突起部(321)之间留有间隙。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的中框安装结构,其中,所述弹扣(31)固定于所述基板(5)的上边缘并位于所述滤网导轨(7)的端部附近;所述弹扣安装槽(32)设置于所述中框(4)的上边缘,其具有朝向后侧的开口;所述 弹扣(31)向前插入弹扣安装槽(32),以实现两者的安装。
  18. 一种空调器,其中,所述空调器具有权利要求1-17中任一所述的中框安装结构。
