应用本实施例的技术方案,将现有技术中一体式的围板体设置为出风框30和上框40两部分,并且上框40可拆卸地设置在面板10与基体20之间,这样在检修或清洗时无需将围板体全部拆卸,只拆卸上框40就可露出室内机内部的零部件。而且导风板和面板10不妨碍上框40的拆卸和安装,因此可以直接拆卸和安装上框40,从而进行检修或清洗。因此,本实施例的技术方案能够解决现有技术中的室内机壳体组件不方便拆装的问题。
现有技术中在检修或清洗室内机内部的零部件时需要分别拆卸面板10、导风板和围板体三个部件,拆卸部件多,拆卸过程繁杂。通过本实施例的技术方案只需拆卸上框40一个部件就可进行检修或清洗。相应地,在回装时只需安装上框40一个部件就可将壳体组件装配好。 因此应用本实施例的技术方案能够方便壳体组件的拆装,从而能够提高操作效率,并且能够提高用户的使用体验。
在本实施例中,面板10、出风框30和基体20呈U形设置,上框40也呈U形设置,两个U形结构相互配合以将室内机内部的零部件包围。在检修或清洗室内机内部的零部件时,只需将U形的上框40拆卸下来就露出室内机内部的零部件,从而可以快速地进行检修或清洗。
具体地,上框40包括进风格栅41和两个侧板42,进风格栅41和两个侧板42组成U形结构。其中,进风格栅41位于面板10与基体20之间,并且进风格栅与出风框相对设置。其中一个侧板42与进风格栅41的一端连接且位于面板10的左边沿与基体20的左边沿之间,其中另一个侧板42与进风格栅41的另一端连接且位于面板10的右边沿与基体20的右边沿之间。上框40可以设置为一体式结构以提高结构强度,例如,可以采用注塑工艺实现上框40的一体成型。
为了便于理解,在图1标记有两个箭头,将图中空心箭头所指的方向定义为从右至左的方向,并将图中实心箭头所指的方向定义为从下至上的方向。如图1所示,出风框30的一端与基体20的下边沿连接,出风框30的另一端与面板10的下边沿连接或抵接。进风格栅41位于面板10的上边沿与基体20的上边沿之间。
为了便于上框40的拆装,在侧板42与基体20之间设置有第一滑动结构,侧板42通过第一滑动结构可分离地与基体20连接。通过设置第一滑动结构,即可实现侧板42与基体20的可靠连接,又便于侧板42与基体20的分离,从而便于上框40的拆卸和安装。
如图2和图3所示,第一滑动结构包括相互配合的第一滑轨51和第一滑槽52,第一滑轨51可分离地与第一滑槽52滑动连接。其中,可以将第一滑轨51设置在侧板42上,并将第一滑槽52设置在基体20上,也可以将第一滑轨51设置在基体20上,并将第一滑槽52设置在侧板42上。这样,可通过第一滑轨51在第一滑槽52内的滑动实现侧板42与基体20的连接或分离,从而便于拆装上框40。
如图4所示,第一滑轨51的横截面为T形,第一滑槽52的横截面也为T形,两个T形结构相互匹配。这样,第一滑轨51与第一滑槽52处于连接状态时,能够通过两个T形结构的相互限制防止第一滑轨51从第一滑槽52中脱出,从而提高上框40与基体20连接的强度和稳定性。
进一步地,侧板42与面板10之间设置有第二滑动结构,侧板42通过第二滑动结构可分离地与面板10连接。通过设置第二滑动结构,即可进一步实现侧板42与基体20的可靠连接,又便于侧板42与基体20的分离,从而便于上框40的拆卸和安装。
如图5所示,第二滑动结构包括相互配合的第二滑轨61和第二滑槽62,第二滑轨61可分离地与第二滑槽62滑动连接。其中,第二滑轨61设置在侧板42上,且第二滑槽62设置在基体20上,或者第二滑轨61设置在基体20上,且第二滑槽62设置在侧板42上。如此设置,可通过第二滑轨61在第二滑槽62内的滑动实现侧板42与基体20的连接或分离,从而 便于拆装上框40。为了提高上框40与基体20连接的强度和稳定性,也可以将第二滑轨61的横截面和第二滑槽62的横截面设置为相互配合的T形。
如图6至图7所示,进风格栅41与面板10之间设置有限位结构,进风格栅41通过限位结构可分离地与面板10连接。通过设置限位结构,一方面能够将进风格栅41与面板10连接,从而提高壳体组件的结构强度,另一方面在安装上框40时,能够对进风格栅41进行限位和定位,从而能够快速地将上框40安装到准确的位置。
具体地,限位结构包括相互配合的限位块71和限位槽72,限位块71可分离地与限位槽72连接。其中,可以将限位块71设置在进风格栅41上,并将限位槽72设置在面板10上,也可以将限位块71设置在面板10上,并将限位槽72设置在进风格栅41上。通过限位块71和限位槽72的配合实现对进风格栅41的限位和定位。
进一步地,限位槽72为U形,限位块71包括方形的限位板和间隔设置在限位板外侧的多个加强筋,方形的限位板和多个加强筋能够插入U形的限位槽72中。如此设置即能够增加限位块71的结构强度,又能够减少材料的用量。为了便于将加强筋插入到限位槽72中,在加强筋靠近限位槽72的一侧设置有导向斜面。
可选地,侧板42与基体20之间设置有第一卡接结构,侧板42通过第一卡接结构可分离地与基体20连接。通过设置卡接结构进一步将侧板42与基体20连接连接,能够加强上框40与基体20的连接强度,防止在不需要拆卸上框40的情况下上框40与基体20分离。
如图2和图3所示,第一卡接结构包括相互配合的卡扣81和卡槽82,卡扣81可分离地与卡槽82连接。其中,可以将卡扣81设置在侧板42上,并将卡槽82设置在基体20上,也可以将卡扣81设置在基体20上,并将卡槽82设置在侧板42上。卡扣81可以至少部分地插入到卡槽82中,以将上框40与基体20连接。
优选地,卡槽82设置在基体20的第一滑槽52内,卡扣81设置在侧板42上的第一滑轨51的长度方向上。这样,在将第一滑轨51在第一滑槽52内滑动的过程中就可实现卡扣81与与卡槽82的连接。如此设置即便于卡扣81与卡槽82的连接,又可以对第一滑轨51的行程进行限位,从而即可以提高上框40的连接强度,又可以快速地将上框40安装到准确的位置。
如图8和图9所示,卡扣81设置在侧板42上,且卡槽82设置在基体20上,侧板42具有开口,卡扣81位于侧板42上的开口。卡扣81包括连接段81a、卡接段81b和延伸段81c。其中,连接段81a与开口的边沿连接;卡接段81b与连接段81a连接,并且卡接段81b位于侧板42的内侧;延伸段81c与卡接段81b或连接段81a连接,并且延伸段81c位于侧板42的外侧。其中,连接段81a具有弹性,卡接段81b用于与卡槽82配合连接,延伸段81c用于用户的抓握。在拆卸上框40时,先向外拉拽延伸段81c,在拉力的作用下连接段81a向外侧弯曲,从而使卡接段81b脱离卡槽82,然后就可以向上移动上框40,从而将上框40拆卸。相应地,在安装上框40时,需向外侧拉拽延伸段81c使卡接段81b向外侧移动,以防止卡接段81b与基体发生干涉。因此,通过该结构能够实现上框40与基体20的快速拆装和可靠连接。
在本实施例中,面板10可以通过不同的方式进行固定。例如,可以在面板10与出风框30之间设置第二卡接结构,通过第二卡接结构将面板10与出风框30连接,从而将面板10固定。还可以在在基体20上设置支架,通过支架将面板10与基体20连接,从而将面板10固定。此时,面板10既可以与出风框30连接,也可以只与出风框30抵接。
此外,出风框30可以通过卡接结构与基体20连接,出风框30还可以通紧固件与基体20连接。
本发明的另一实施例提供了一种空调器,该空调器包括室内机壳体组件和导风板200。其中,室内机壳体组件为上述实施例提供的室内机壳体组件,导风板200位于室内机壳体组件的出风框30的出风口。
应用本实施例的技术方案,将现有技术中空调器上一体式的围板体设置为出风框30和上框40两部分,并且上框40可拆卸地设置在面板10与基体20之间,这样在检修或清洗时无需将围板体全部拆卸,只拆卸上框40就可露出室内机内部的零部件。而且导风板和面板10不妨碍上框40的拆卸和安装,因此可以直接拆卸和安装上框40,从而进行检修或清洗。现有技术中在检修或清洗空调器内部的零部件时需要分别拆卸面板10、导风板和围板体三个部件,拆卸部件多,拆卸过程繁杂。通过本实施例的技术方案只需拆卸上框40一个部件就可进行检修或清洗。相应地,在回装时只需安装上框40一个部件就可将壳体组件装配好。因此应用本实施例的技术方案能够方便壳体组件的拆装,从而能够提高操作效率,并且能够提高用户的使用体验。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种室内机壳体组件,包括面板(10)、围板体和基体(20),其特征在于,所述围板体包括:
    出风框(30),所述出风框(30)的一端与所述基体(20)连接,所述出风框(30)的另一端与所述面板(10)连接或抵接,所述面板(10)与所述基体(20)相对设置;
    上框(40),可拆卸地设置在所述面板(10)与所述基体(20)之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的室内机壳体组件,其特征在于,所述上框(40)呈U形。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的室内机壳体组件,其特征在于,所述上框(40)包括:
    进风格栅(41),位于所述面板(10)与所述基体(20)之间,所述进风格栅与所述出风框相对设置;
    两个侧板(42),其中一个所述侧板(42)与所述进风格栅(41)的一端连接且位于所述面板(10)的左边沿与所述基体(20)的左边沿之间,其中另一个所述侧板(42)与所述进风格栅(41)的另一端连接且位于所述面板(10)的右边沿与所述基体(20)的右边沿之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的室内机壳体组件,其特征在于,所述侧板(42)与所述基体(20)之间设置有第一滑动结构,所述侧板(42)通过所述第一滑动结构可分离地与所述基体(20)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的室内机壳体组件,其特征在于,所述第一滑动结构包括:
    相互配合的第一滑轨(51)和第一滑槽(52),所述第一滑轨(51)可分离地与所述第一滑槽(52)滑动连接;
    其中,所述第一滑轨(51)设置在所述侧板(42)上,且所述第一滑槽(52)设置在所述基体(20)上,或,所述第一滑轨(51)设置在所述基体(20)上,且所述第一滑槽(52)设置在所述侧板(42)上。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的室内机壳体组件,其特征在于,所述侧板(42)与所述面板(10)之间设置有第二滑动结构,所述侧板(42)通过所述第二滑动结构可分离地与所述面板(10)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的室内机壳体组件,其特征在于,所述第二滑动结构包括:
    相互配合的第二滑轨(61)和第二滑槽(62),所述第二滑轨(61)可分离地与所述第二滑槽(62)滑动连接;
    其中,所述第二滑轨(61)设置在所述侧板(42)上,且所述第二滑槽(62)设置在所述基体(20)上,或,所述第二滑轨(61)设置在所述基体(20)上,且所述第二滑槽(62)设置在所述侧板(42)上。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的室内机壳体组件,其特征在于,所述进风格栅(41)与所述面板(10)之间设置有限位结构,所述进风格栅(41)通过所述限位结构可分离地与所述面板(10)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的室内机壳体组件,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括:
    相互配合的限位块(71)和限位槽(72),所述限位块(71)可分离地与所述限位槽(72)连接;
    其中,所述限位块(71)设置在所述进风格栅(41)上,且所述限位槽(72)设置在所述面板(10)上,或,所述限位块(71)设置在所述面板(10)上,且所述限位槽(72)设置在所述进风格栅(41)上。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的室内机壳体组件,其特征在于,所述侧板(42)与所述基体(20)之间设置有第一卡接结构,所述侧板(42)通过所述第一卡接结构可分离地与所述基体(20)连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的室内机壳体组件,其特征在于,所述第一卡接结构包括:
    相互配合的卡扣(81)和卡槽(82),所述卡扣(81)可分离地与所述卡槽(82)连接;
    其中,所述卡扣(81)设置在所述侧板(42)上,且所述卡槽(82)设置在所述基体(20)上,或,所述卡扣(81)设置在所述基体(20)上,且所述卡槽(82)设置在所述侧板(42)上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的室内机壳体组件,其特征在于,所述卡扣(81)设置在所述侧板(42)上,且所述卡槽(82)设置在所述基体(20)上,所述侧板(42)具有开口,所述卡扣(81)位于所述开口,所述卡扣(81)包括:
    连接段(81a),与所述开口的边沿连接;
    卡接段(81b),与所述连接段(81a)连接,所述卡接段(81b)位于所述侧板(42)的内侧;
    延伸段(81c),与所述卡接段(81b)或所述连接段(81a)连接,所述延伸段(81c)位于所述侧板(42)的外侧。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的室内机壳体组件,其特征在于,所述面板(10)与所述出风框(30)之间设置有第二卡接结构,所述面板(10)通过所述第二卡接结构与所述出风框(30)连接。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的室内机壳体组件,其特征在于,所述面板(10)与所述出风框(30)抵接,所述室内机壳体组件还包括:
    支架,设置在所述基体(20)上,所述面板(10)与所述支架连接。
  15. 一种空调器,包括室内机壳体组件和导风板(200),其特征在于,所述室内机壳体组件为权利要求1至14中任一项所述的室内机壳体组件,所述导风板(200)位于所述室内机壳体组件的出风框(30)的出风口。
