具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本实用新型的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的所有其它实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参照图1-9所示,本实用新型提供一种防尘装置10,所述防尘装置10包括具有收容空间的固定支架组件1、插设于所述收容空间内并与所述固定支架组件1形成滑动连接的防尘网组件2以及位于所述防尘网组件2一端的推拉盖板3。
在本实施方式中,所述防尘网组件2包括防尘网骨架21和套设于所述防尘网骨架21的防尘网22,所述防尘网骨架21与所述防尘网22一体注塑成型,使所述防尘网骨架21和所述防尘网22紧密固 定在一起并具有良好的韧性,拆装过程中可进行弯折,并在弯折状态下可进行准确定位拆装,不容易受安装位置附近的空间限制。另一方面,为了便于拆装,所述推拉盖板3与所述防尘网骨架21形成可拆卸连接且位于所述收容空间的外侧。
所述推拉盖板3包括主体部31、由所述主体部31靠近所述防尘网组件2的一侧凸出延伸的用于与配套设备卡接的卡钩32、设置在所述主体部31靠近所述防尘网组件2一侧并与所述防尘网骨架21连接的连接台33、以及设置于所述主体部31且抵接于所述连接台33远离所述防尘网组件2一侧的加强筋34。
在本实施方式中,所述配套设备为投影设备,当然不限于此,所述防尘装置10还可以安装在其他设备上。所述推拉盖板3包括设置于所述主体部31且抵接于所述连接台33远离所述防尘网组件2一侧的加强筋34。该结构的设置增加了所述推拉盖板3的强度和刚性的同时又能够区分所述推拉盖板3与所述防尘网组件2之间的堆叠方向。另外,为了保证配套设备的完整性,所述推拉盖板3还包括分别设置在所述主体部31远离所述防尘网组件2一侧的标识35和条纹结构36;所述标识35与所述卡钩32在所述主体部31的不同侧正对设置,所述条纹结构36与配套设备的外表面结构一致。
进一步的,所述连接台33设有贯穿其上的第一通孔37,所述防尘网骨架21靠近所述主体部31的一端设有与所述第一通孔37匹配的第二通孔23,所述防尘装置10还包括塑胶铆钉4,所述塑胶铆钉4穿设所述第一通孔37和所述第二通孔23以使所述连接台33与所述防尘网骨架21形成可拆卸连接;所述第一通孔37包括至少两个且相互间隔设置;与之相对应的,所述第二通孔23包括至少两个且相互间隔设置。该结构的设置在保证所述防尘骨架22和所述连接台33的连接强度的同时便于手动拆装。
所述防尘网组件2还包括设置于所述防尘网骨架21远离推拉盖板3的一端的导向部24。
所述固定支架组件1包括固定支架11、设置于所述固定支架11 远离所述推拉盖板3一侧并分别与所述导向部24连接的支撑件12以及开设于所述固定支架11靠近所述推拉盖板3一端的避让通槽13,所述支撑件12所处位置与所述防尘网骨架21的所述导向部24对应设置,用于连接对应所述导向部24,所述避让通槽13用于让位收容所述塑胶铆钉4。
在本实施方式中,所述支撑件12为硅胶套,所述导向部24为导向柱,值得一提的是,所述导向柱的数量并无限制,比如,在本实施方式中,导向部24选用三根导向柱,此时所述支撑件12对应包括三个硅胶套,分别用于卡接防尘网组件2上的三根导向柱,所述硅胶套对所述导向柱具有紧固和支撑作用,能有效防止所述防尘网组件2在配套设备内部晃动。作为一种可选方式,所述支撑件12也可以为磁铁,所述导向部24则为金属块,通过磁铁对金属块的吸力来起到紧固作用,且不妨碍所述防尘网组件2的拆卸。
在本实施方式中,所述固定支架11包括两个,两个所述固定支架11相互盖设并通过热熔方式固定连接。两个所述固定支架11结构简单且完全相同,加工时可以共用一套模具,降低了加工难度和加工成本。另一方面,两个所述固定支架11均设有与所述防尘网骨架21对应的支撑骨架14,以确保安装好所述防尘网组件2后不影响防尘网22的作用面积。
值得一提的是,所述防尘装置还包括壳体6,所述固定支架组件1的内侧周缘设有导向槽15,所述防尘网骨架21卡设于所述导向槽15并与所述固定支架组件1形成滑动连接,从而防尘网组件2通过推动推拉盖板3沿所述收容空间内侧的导向槽15,导入至固定支架组件1内部。同时,由于所述防尘网组件2具备良好的韧性,在拆装过程中可进行弯折,使所述可防尘网组件2与配套设备的拆装不易受拆装位置附近的空间限制。比如,所述配套设备为投影设备,该投影设备在超短焦的应用场景中,投影设备距离投影的墙壁很近,可将所述防尘网组件2弯折,并通过推拉所述推拉盖板3使所述防尘网组件2从所述投影设备的外部推入所述投影设备内部或从投影设备的内部 抽离至所述投影设备的外部,在安装过程中,弯曲所述防尘网组件2,使所述防尘网骨架21卡设于所述导向槽15,能方便、准确地安装所述防尘网组件2。在本实施方式中,所述导向槽15还包括呈弯曲结构且位于所述壳体6外部的第二导向槽151,所述第二导向槽151与所述导向槽15为一体结构或者可拆卸结构,所述防尘网组件2还包括位于所述壳体6外部呈弯曲结构的导轨25,所述防尘网骨架21的下侧卡设于所述导轨25并形成滑动连接,所述导轨25的一端抵接于所述导向槽15,且所述导轨25与所述导向槽15为一体设置或者可拆卸结构。该结构的设置,在弯曲安装所述防尘网组件2时,使得所述防尘网组件2能更方便,更准确导入所述固定支架组件1内。
上述结构的设置,不需要移动投影设备的位置即可完成所述防尘网组件2的安装与拆卸,便于经常拆装所述防尘网22进行清洗,即提高了投影设备的使用寿命,同时避免了因移动投影设备而需再次调整焦距、调节投影画面尺寸大小等重复性的工作。
更进一步的,所述固定支架组件1还包括定位柱16和固定孔17,所述定位柱16设于所述固定支架11的上下两侧,所述固定孔17开设于所述固定支架11的安装面,所述固定支架11通过所述定位柱16与所述固定孔17与配套设备固定连接。
更优的,所述固定支架11的安装面上还设有避位槽18,用于避开与配套设备之间的干涉部位。
本实用新型还提供了一种投影设备100,所述投影设备100包括机壳20和如上所述的防尘装置10。
在本实施方式中,所述机壳的侧壁设有进风口和门扣5,所述固定支架组件1盖设固定于所述进风口,接压所述推拉盖板使所述卡钩32与所述门扣5形成锁合或分离。该结构的设置,在投影设备100外部完成所述防尘网组件2的独立安装与拆卸,大大提高了拆装便利性,降低了操作难度,减少了拆装时间。
相较于现有技术,所述防尘装置包括具有收容空间的固定支架组件、插设于所述收容空间内并与所述固定支架组件形成滑动连接的防 尘网组件以及位于所述防尘网组件一端的推拉盖板。所述防尘网组件包括防尘网骨架和套设于所述防尘网骨架的防尘网,所述防尘网骨架与所述防尘网一体成型,所述推拉盖板与所述防尘网骨架形成可拆卸连接且位于所述收容空间的外侧。所述防尘网组件的结构的设置,使所述防尘网骨架和所述防尘网紧密固定在一起并具有良好的韧性,拆装过程中可进行弯折,并在弯折状态下可进行准确定位拆装,不容易受安装位置附近的空间限制;同时,所述固定支架组件与所述防尘网组件间采用滑动连接结构,所述防尘网组价与所述推拉盖板间采用可拆卸连接结构,使得所述防尘装置便于拆装。另一方面,所述投影设备包括机壳和所述防尘装置,所述机壳的侧壁设有进风口和门扣,所述固定支架组件盖设固定于所述进风口,接压所述推拉盖板使所述卡钩与所述门扣形成锁合或分离,在投影设备外部完成所述防尘网组件的独立安装与拆卸,大大提高了拆装便利性,降低了操作难度,减少了拆装时间。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种防尘装置,其特征在于,所述防尘装置包括具有收容空间的固定支架组件、插设于所述收容空间内并与所述固定支架组件形成滑动连接的防尘网组件以及位于所述防尘网组件一端的推拉盖板;所述防尘网组件包括防尘网骨架和套设于所述防尘网骨架的防尘网,所述防尘网骨架与所述防尘网一体成型,所述推拉盖板与所述防尘网骨架形成可拆卸连接且位于所述收容空间的外侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘装置,其特征在于,所述防尘装置还包括壳体,所述固定支架组件的内侧边周缘设有导向槽,所述防尘网骨架卡设于所述导向槽并与所述固定支架组件形成滑动连接。所述导向槽还包括第二导向槽,所述第二导向槽位于所述壳体的外部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防尘装置,其特征在于,所述第二导向槽与所述导向槽为一体结构或者可拆卸结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的防尘装置,其特征在于,所述第二导向槽呈弯曲结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘装置,其特征在于,所述推拉盖板包括主体部、由所述主体部靠近所述防尘网组件的一侧凸出延伸的用于与配套设备卡接的卡钩、设置在所述主体部靠近所述防尘网组件一侧并与所述防尘网骨架连接的连接台、以及设置于所述主体部且抵接于所述连接台远离所述防尘网组件一侧的加强筋。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防尘装置,其特征在于,所述连接台设有贯穿其上的第一通孔,所述防尘网骨架靠近所述主体部的一端设有与所述第一通孔匹配的第二通孔,所述防尘装置还包括塑胶铆钉,所述塑胶铆钉穿设所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔以使所述连接台与所述防尘网骨架形成可拆卸连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的防尘装置,其特征在于,所述第一通孔包括至少两个且相互间隔设置;所述第二通孔包括至少两个且相互间隔设置。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的防尘装置,其特征在于,所述推拉盖板还包括分别设置在所述主体部远离所述防尘网组件一侧的标识和条纹结构;所述标识与所述卡钩在所述主体部不同侧正对设置,所述条纹结构与配套设备的外表面结构一致。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘装置,其特征在于,所述防尘网组件还包括设置于所述防尘网骨架远离推拉盖板的一端的导向部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的防尘装置,其特征在于,所述固定支架组件包括固定支架、设置于所述固定支架远离所述推拉盖板一侧并分别与所述导向部连接的支撑件以及开设于所述固定支架靠近所述推拉盖板一端的避让通槽,所述避让通槽用于让位收容所述塑胶铆钉。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的防尘装置,其特征在于,所述固定支架包括两个,两个所述固定支架相互盖设并通过热熔方式固定连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的防尘装置,其特征在于,两个所述固定支架均设有与所述防尘网骨架对应的支撑骨架。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的防尘装置,其特征在于,所述支撑件为硅胶套,所述导向部为导向柱;或所述支撑件为磁铁,所述导向部为金属块。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的防尘装置,其特征在于,所述固定支架组件还包括定位柱、固定孔以及避位槽,所述定位柱设于所述固定支架的上下两侧,所述固定孔开设于所述固定支架的安装面,所述固定支架通过所述定位柱与所述固定孔与配套设备固定连接;所述避位槽设于固定支架的安装面上,用于避开与配套设备之间的干涉部位。
  15. 一种投影设备,其特征在于,所述投影设备包括机壳和如权利要求1-14任意一项所述的防尘装置,所述机壳的侧壁设有进风口和门扣,所述固定支架组件盖设固定于所述进风口,接压所述推拉盖板使所述卡钩与所述门扣形成锁合或分离。
