本发明涉及显示设备技术领域,特别涉及一种分体式边框以及显示设备。
背景技术
目前常见的显示设备的边框通常由上侧框边、下侧框边、以及左右两侧框边这四段于边角处拼接而成,并在边框的外侧面于边角处使用固定件(例如侧锁螺钉)进行固定,如此,固定件即会裸露在边框的外侧面,从而对显示设备的外表美观性产生影响。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种分体式边框,旨在使显示设备的边框外侧面无裸露的固定件。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的分体式边框用于与显示设备的背板连接以框围住显示设备的显示屏边沿,包括于端部相拼接的第一框边和第二框边;所述第一框边的内侧面上于拼接端处设有第一固定部,且所述第一固定部上开设有第一安装孔;所述第二框边的内侧面上于拼接端处设有与所述第一固定部相配合的第二固定部,且所述第二固定部上对应所述第一安装孔开设有第二安装孔,所述第一安装孔和所述第二安装孔用以供固定件对应穿设,而实现所述第一框边与所述第二框边的固定连接。
优选地,所述第一框边包括与所述显示屏侧边的端面相对的第一基板、及自所述第一基板的内表面延伸出以与所述显示屏的前表面的边沿贴合的第一侧板;所述第二框边包括与所述显示屏侧边的端面相对的第二基板、及自所述第二基板的内表面延伸出以与所述显示屏的前表面的边沿贴合的第二侧板;所述第一固定部位于所述第一基板的内板面,所述第二固定部位于所述第二基板的内板面。
优选地,所述第一固定部为自所述第一基板的内板面凸出延伸形成的固定板。
优选地,所述固定板靠近所述第二基板的边角呈圆角设置。
优选地,所述第一侧板于拼接端口处设有让位缺口。
优选地,所述第二固定部为设在所述第二基板内板面上的第一凸台;所述第一凸台在面向所述背板的表面上于靠近所述第一框边的一侧凹设有固定凹槽,所述固定凹槽用以供所述固定板相适配层叠,且所述固定凹槽的槽底开设有所述第二安装孔。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,若本发明实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,若本发明实施例中有涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述,则该“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
本发明提出一种分体式边框以及具有该分体式边框的显示设备。
参照图1至图4,在本发明一实施例中,该分体式边框用于与显示设备的背板(未图示)连接以框围住显示设备的显示屏(未图示)的边沿。其中,分体式边框包括于端部相拼接的第一框边和第二框边;第一框边的内侧面上于拼接端处设有第一固定部,且第一固定部上开设有第一安装孔111;第二框边的内侧面上于拼接端处设有与第一固定部相配合的第二固定部,且第二固定部上对应第一安装孔111开设有第二安装孔222,第一安装孔111和第二安装孔222用以供固定件对应穿设,而实现第一框边与第二框边的固定连接。具体地,本实施例中,由于显示屏通常呈矩形设置,故第一框边与第二框边之间拼接的夹角为90°,且第一框边为位于显示屏上侧边沿的上框边1,而第二框边则为分别位于显示屏左右两侧边沿的两个侧框边2。
进一步地,在本发明的技术方案中,第一框边包括与显示屏侧边的端面相对的第一基板13、及自第一基板13的内表面延伸出以与显示屏的前表面的边沿贴合的第一侧板14;第二框边包括与显示屏侧边的端面相对的第二基板23、及自第二基板23的内表面延伸出以与显示屏的前表面的边沿贴合的第二侧板24。具体地,本实施例中,第一固定部为自第一基板13的内板面凸出延伸形成的一固定板11,当然,固定板11也可以自第一侧板14的内板面凸出延伸形成;第二固定部为设在第二基板23内板面上的第一凸台22,当然,第二固定部也可设于第二侧板24的内板面上。于其他实施例中,第一固定部也可以设于侧框边2,而相应地,第二固定部设于上框边1,本发明对此不作限制。此外,在本发明的技术方案中,固定件可以为螺钉(未图示)或者螺栓等,具体地,本实施例中,固定件为螺钉。
在此需特别说明的是,在本发明的技术方案中,当第一框边与第二框边于端部固定连接后,第一框边与第二框边的内侧面即可面向背板的内侧面,而盖合背板,然后再通过固定件(例如但不限于螺钉)将两者固定连接。可以理解,在第一框边的内侧面与第二框边的内侧面,以及背板上,均应设有相关的安装部位。于本实施例中,具体地,上框边1的第一基板13的内板面上间隔设有若干第二凸台12,侧框边2的第二基板23的内板面上间隔设有若干第三凸台21;该第二凸台12与第三凸台21上均设有第一装配孔121,相应地,于背板的边沿处,也对应这些第一装配孔121设有第二装配孔(未图示),背板通过螺钉穿设过第二装配孔而拧入第一装配孔121中,而实现该分体式边框与背板的固定连接。另外,分体式边框还包括与两个侧框边2的底端拼接的下框边(未图示),该下框边与侧框边2的底端可以采用目前常见的侧锁螺钉固定连接(侧锁螺钉优选位于下边框的下表面)并用遮盖片遮挡,也可以优选采用本发明的技术方案固定连接。
本实施例中,设于上框边1的固定板11可沿拼接方向(如图1中箭头方向)运动至第一安装孔111与第二安装孔222重叠并连通。随后,通过螺钉穿设过第一安装孔111与第二安装孔222,即可实现固定板11与第一凸台22的固定连接,从而使得上框边1能与侧框边2固定连接。相较于目前常用的在边框外表面使用侧锁螺钉固定连接的方案,在本发明的技术方案中,由于两个框边的连接处以及螺钉均位于内侧面,而该内侧面会面向背板并与之连接,如此,于已装配状态,本分体式边框的外侧面就看不到裸露的螺钉,从而可提高显示设备的外表美观性。另外,对于目前常见的使用侧锁螺钉固定连接的方案,常常需要在侧锁螺钉的位置处加工一沉槽,用以粘贴一遮盖片来遮盖侧锁螺钉,其工序较多,会增加加工成本,且粘贴的遮盖片也仍会对显示设备的外表美观性有一定影响;而在本发明的技术方案中,由于勿需使用侧锁螺钉,故可减掉随后的相关加工工序,从而使得显示设备的边框的结构以及加工过程更简单,有利于降低成本。
如图1及图2所示,在本实施例中,为使上框边1能与侧框边2更好地适配拼接,进一步地,上框边1的第一侧板14于拼接端口处设有让位缺口141。相较于其他实施例中未设置让位缺口141的方案,本实施例中,通过设置让位缺口141,即可于侧框边2与上框边1之间形成一让位空间,从而可避免拼接后端口部分层叠的现象发生,有利于提高显示设备的外表美观性。
另外,一并参照图3,在本实施例中,具体地,固定板11呈矩形设置,当然,固定板11还可是其他形状,例如但不限于圆形等。为使固定板11在安装时能更加便利,进一步地,固定板11的靠近第二基板23的边角呈圆角设置。
参照图1至图3,在本实施例中,当第二固定部为设在第二基板23内板面上的第一凸台22时,该第一凸台22在面向背板的表面上于靠近上框边1的一侧凹设有一固定凹槽221。该固定凹槽221用以供固定板11相适配层叠,且固定凹槽221的槽底开设有第二安装孔222。可以理解,于本实施例中,固定板11应层叠于固定凹槽221的上方,换言之,第一安装孔111应位于第二安装孔222的上方。然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,当第一凸台22呈其他形状设置时也可实现其固定连接功能,例如但不限于,第一凸台22的面向第一基板13的端面上设有供固定板11适配插入的固定插槽,且第一凸台22上设有贯穿至固定插槽的第二安装孔222。在此还需特别说明的是,在本发明的技术方案中,第二固定部还可以为设于第二基板23内板面上的另一固定板,该固定板上设有第二安装孔;但是,在本实施例中,由于第一凸台22是直接由设于侧框边2拼接端处的第三凸台经机加工凹出固定凹槽221后形成的,故其形成加工更简单便利。
如图3所示,于本实施例中,由于第一凸台22上还设有第一装配孔121,故固定板11层叠在固定凹槽221后,固定板11的面向背板的表面优选呈低于或平齐于第一凸台22的面向背板的表面设置,如此,就可避免因固定板11凸出于第一凸台22而造成分体式边框与背板连接不便的现象发生。
另外,在本实施例中,由于固定件为螺钉,故相应地,位于下方的第二安装孔222应为螺纹孔,而第一安装孔111可以为螺纹孔,也可以为内壁光滑的通孔。但为了安装便利,本实施例中,如图4所示,第一安装孔111优选为内壁光滑的通孔,且其孔径呈略大于第二安装孔222的孔径设置。
如图4所示,在本实施例中,进一步地,第一凸台22的面向第一基板13的端面凸设有限位块223;相应地,第一基板13的内板面上对应该限位块223设有限位凹槽131,该限位块223通过插入限位凹槽131,可对第一凸台22起位置限定作用,可使得固定板11与固定凹槽221之间能更准确的相适配层叠,从而可提高安装便利性。
最后,需特别说明的是,在本实施例中,从材料强度、成本、以及加工便利性等方面综合考虑,上框边1及侧框边2均优选为采用铝材经拉铝完后机加工的方式成型的拉铝框。由于拉铝型材制成后其截面是一致的,故为使后续的机加工过程更简单便利,在沿与第一基板13垂直的方向上,即上下方向上,固定板11的长度应小于等于第二凸台12的长度;同理,在沿与第二基板23垂直的方向上,即左右方向上,固定板11的长度也应小于等于第三凸台的长度。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种分体式边框,用于与显示设备的背板连接以框围住显示设备的显示屏边沿,其特征在于,包括于端部相拼接的第一框边和第二框边;所述第一框边的内侧面上于拼接端处设有第一固定部,且所述第一固定部上开设有第一安装孔;所述第二框边的内侧面上于拼接端处设有与所述第一固定部相配合的第二固定部,且所述第二固定部上对应所述第一安装孔开设有第二安装孔,所述第一安装孔和所述第二安装孔用以供固定件对应穿设,而实现所述第一框边与所述第二框边的固定连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的分体式边框,其特征在于,所述第一框边包括与所述显示屏侧边的端面相对的第一基板、及自所述第一基板的内表面延伸出以与所述显示屏的前表面的边沿贴合的第一侧板;
    所述第二框边包括与所述显示屏侧边的端面相对的第二基板、及自所述第二基板的内表面延伸出以与所述显示屏的前表面的边沿贴合的第二侧板;
    所述第一固定部位于所述第一基板的内板面,所述第二固定部位于所述第二基板的内板面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的分体式边框,其特征在于,所述第一固定部为自所述第一基板的内板面凸出延伸形成的固定板。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的分体式边框,其特征在于,所述固定板靠近所述第二基板的边角呈圆角设置。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的分体式边框,其特征在于,所述第一侧板于拼接端口处设有让位缺口。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的分体式边框,其特征在于,所述第二固定部为设在所述第二基板内板面上的第一凸台;所述第一凸台在面向所述背板的表面上于靠近所述第一框边的一侧凹设有固定凹槽,所述固定凹槽用以供所述固定板相适配层叠,且所述固定凹槽的槽底开设有所述第二安装孔。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的分体式边框,其特征在于,所述固定板层叠在所述固定凹槽后,所述固定板的面向所述背板的表面低于或平齐于所述第一凸台的面向所述背板的表面。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的分体式边框,其特征在于,所述第二固定部为设在所述第二基板内板面上的第一凸台;所述第一凸台的面向所述第一基板的端面上设有供所述固定板适配插入的固定插槽,且所述第一凸台上设有贯穿至所述固定插槽的所述第二安装孔。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的分体式边框,其特征在于,所述第一凸台的面向所述第一基板的端面凸设有限位块,所述第一基板的内板面上对应所述限位块设有限位凹槽,用以供所述限位块适配插入定位。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的分体式边框,其特征在于,所述第一凸台的面向所述第一基板的端面凸设有限位块,所述第一基板的内板面上对应所述限位块设有限位凹槽,用以供所述限位块适配插入定位。
  11. 如权利要求3所述的分体式边框,其特征在于,所述第一基板的内板面上间隔设有若干第二凸台,所述第二基板的内板面上间隔设有若干第三凸台;沿与所述第一基板垂直的方向上,所述固定板的长度小于等于所述第二凸台的长度;沿与所述第二基板垂直的方向上,所述固定板的长度小于等于所述第三凸台的长度。
  12. 一种显示设备,其特征在于,包括分体式边框,所述分体式边框用于与所述显示设备的背板连接以框围住所述显示设备的显示屏边沿,包括于端部相拼接的第一框边和第二框边;所述第一框边的内侧面上于拼接端处设有第一固定部,且所述第一固定部上开设有第一安装孔;所述第二框边的内侧面上于拼接端处设有与所述第一固定部相配合的第二固定部,且所述第二固定部上对应所述第一安装孔开设有第二安装孔,所述第一安装孔和所述第二安装孔用以供固定件对应穿设,而实现所述第一框边与所述第二框边的固定连接。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的显示设备,其特征在于,所述第一框边包括与所述显示屏侧边的端面相对的第一基板、及自所述第一基板的内表面延伸出以与所述显示屏的前表面的边沿贴合的第一侧板;
    所述第二框边包括与所述显示屏侧边的端面相对的第二基板、及自所述第二基板的内表面延伸出以与所述显示屏的前表面的边沿贴合的第二侧板;
    所述第一固定部位于所述第一基板的内板面,所述第二固定部位于所述第二基板的内板面。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的显示设备,其特征在于,所述第一固定部为自所述第一基板的内板面凸出延伸形成的固定板。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的显示设备,其特征在于,所述固定板靠近所述第二基板的边角呈圆角设置。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的显示设备,其特征在于,所述第一侧板于拼接端口处设有让位缺口。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的显示设备,其特征在于,所述第二固定部为设在所述第二基板内板面上的第一凸台;所述第一凸台在面向所述背板的表面上于靠近所述第一框边的一侧凹设有固定凹槽,所述固定凹槽用以供所述固定板相适配层叠,且所述固定凹槽的槽底开设有所述第二安装孔。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的显示设备,其特征在于,所述固定板层叠在所述固定凹槽后,所述固定板的面向所述背板的表面低于或平齐于所述第一凸台的面向所述背板的表面。
  19. 如权利要求14所述的显示设备,其特征在于,所述第二固定部为设在所述第二基板内板面上的第一凸台;所述第一凸台的面向所述第一基板的端面上设有供所述固定板适配插入的固定插槽,且所述第一凸台上设有贯穿至所述固定插槽的所述第二安装孔。
  20. 如权利要求17所述的显示设备,其特征在于,所述第一凸台的面向所述第一基板的端面凸设有限位块,所述第一基板的内板面上对应所述限位块设有限位凹槽,用以供所述限位块适配插入定位。
  21. 如权利要求19所述的显示设备,其特征在于,所述第一凸台的面向所述第一基板的端面凸设有限位块,所述第一基板的内板面上对应所述限位块设有限位凹槽,用以供所述限位块适配插入定位。
  22. 如权利要求14所述的显示设备,其特征在于,所述第一基板的内板面上间隔设有若干第二凸台,所述第二基板的内板面上间隔设有若干第三凸台;沿与所述第一基板垂直的方向上,所述固定板的长度小于等于所述第二凸台的长度;沿与所述第二基板垂直的方向上,所述固定板的长度小于等于所述第三凸台的长度。
