可选地,所述光学膜片组包括导光板,所述支撑框的底端空置;所述液晶电视机还包括封闭所述安装口的封口组件,且所述封口组件与所述导光板的底边之间设有背光灯条。
可选地,所述封口组件包括灯条散热件,所述灯条散热件包括供所述背光灯条的背面贴设安装的第一散热板、及连接于所述第一散热板一侧缘的第二散热板,所述第二散热板贴合固设于所述背板的背面。
可选地,所述封口组件还包括下装饰框条,所述下装饰框条包括装饰底板、及分设于所述装饰底板相对两侧的装饰前侧板和装饰后侧板,所述装饰底板与所述显示屏底边之间设有与所述背光灯条并排设置的屏支撑条,所述装饰后侧板贴合固设于所述第二散热板的外侧面,所述装饰前侧板至少包覆至所述显示屏的底边。
本申请的技术方案中,在装配该液晶电视机时,可先将显示屏和光学膜片组安装在支撑框上,以得到一呈模块整体的显示模组,再将该显示模组整体地通过支撑框的相对两侧框条分别滑动安装至两滑槽内,即可使显示模组安装至壳体上,如此,一方面实现了该液晶电视机的模块化安装,降低了该液晶电视机的部件零散性,简化了装配过程,提高了装配效率;另一方面可节省壳体与显示模组之间的装配螺钉,不仅节省了成本,还提高了壳体的外观简洁性,以及通过减少装配螺钉所需的安装空间来使得该液晶电视机的更薄,实现了窄边框的效果。并且,在本申请中,工人在装配显示模组时,无需带着壳体进行,工人的装配操作更为方便。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,若本申请实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本申请提出一种液晶电视机。
参照图1、图2、图4、图5和图7,在本申请一实施例中,该液晶电视机包括:
壳体1,该壳体1包括背板11,该背板11的相对两侧边各设有沿对应侧边延伸的滑槽10,且该两滑槽10的槽口相向设置;
显示模组2,该显示模组2包括支撑框21、及安装在支撑框21上的显示屏22和光学膜片组23;以及
电控模组(未图示),该电控模组设于壳体1,并包括集成有电视信号处理模块的主控板,该主控板与显示屏22电连接。
不失一般性,本实施例中,光学膜片23组包括反射片232、导光板231及其他光学膜片(例如DOP膜片233);显示屏22则通常采用LCD屏;主控板则根据电视信号处理模组所处理得到的电视信号,控制显示屏22显示与电视信号对应的电视影像。
本实施例中,壳体1还包括分设于背板11相对两侧边的两侧板12、及分别连接两侧板12的两限位部13,其中,限位部13与背板11相对,背板11、两侧板12及两限位部13共同限制出相对的两所述滑槽10。其中,背板11、两侧板12及两限位部13优选是一体成型的,以利于壳体1的批量生产。另外,本实施例中,限位部13设置为一沿对应侧边延伸的整体板状件,可以理解,限位部13位于显示屏22的前侧,是一定程度上的外观件,采用整体板状件的设置,可保证该液晶电视机的外观良好;当然,于其他实施例中,限位部13也可包括在对应侧边的延伸方向上间断设置的多个板状件,如此,亦能实现其限位作用。
然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,壳体1也可不在侧板12上设置限位部13,而将侧板12设置为弧形板,具体地,每一侧板12的垂直于对应侧边延伸方向的横截面,呈向背离另一侧板12的方向凸出的弧形设置,以在两侧板12的内侧面形成弧形的两所述滑槽10,相应地,支撑框21侧框条211的外侧面与弧形的滑槽10相适配。
本申请的技术方案中,在装配该液晶电视机时,可先将显示屏22和光学膜片组23安装在支撑框21上,以得到一呈模块整体的显示模组2,再将该显示模组2整体地通过支撑框21的相对两侧框条211分别滑动安装至两滑槽10内,即可使显示模组2安装至壳体1上,如此,一方面实现了该液晶电视机的模块化安装,降低了该液晶电视机的部件零散性,简化了装配过程,提高了装配效率;另一方面可节省壳体1与显示模组2之间的装配螺钉,不仅节省了成本,还提高了壳体1的外观简洁性,以及通过减少装配螺钉所需的安装空间来使得该液晶电视机的更薄,实现了窄边框的效果。并且,在本申请中,工人在装配显示模组2时,无需带着壳体1进行,工人的装配操作更为方便。
需要说明的是,本申请的技术方案中,支撑框21与滑槽10之间可以是适配的滑动装配,即支撑框21与滑槽10之间的滑动是不具有间隙的;也可以是间隙的滑动装配,即支撑框21与滑槽10之间的滑动是可具有间隙的。
可选地,支撑框21侧框条211的外表面和滑槽10的内槽面中的至少一者设置为光滑面,以提高二者之间相对滑动的顺畅性,从而进一步提高该液晶电视机的装配效率。
进一步地,对于支撑框21,其侧框条211包括基板211a、及设在基板211a内侧面的隔板211b。其中,滑槽10设在基板211a的外侧面,显示屏22和光学膜片组23分设于隔板211b的相对两侧。可以理解,隔板211b的设置可为显示屏22和光学膜片组23在支撑框21上的装配提供依附和支撑。具体地,参照图6,在装配显示模组2时,先将显示屏22安装在隔板211b的一侧,而形成一支撑框-显示屏组件,再通过夹具将该支撑框-显示屏组件翻转,依次将其他光学膜片(例如DOP膜片233)、导光板231和反射片232,以垂直或近垂直于隔板211b的方向,安装在隔板211b的另一侧,从而完成显示模组2的模块化装配,以待整机装配使用。本实施例中,显示屏22和光学膜片组23均优选固定于隔板211b,具体地,显示屏22可粘接固定于隔板211b,且粘接所采用的材料可以是黏性胶,也可以是双面胶,本申请对此不作限制。
本实施例中,可选地,支撑框21的侧框条211还包括设置在基板211a的内侧面的限位板211c,该限位板211c与隔板211b相间隔设置,显示屏22的侧边位于隔板211b与限位板211c之间;可以理解,显示屏22通常较重,仅通过其与隔板211b的粘接,难以保证显示屏22能稳定地固定在支撑框21上,为此,增设所述限位板211c可限制显示屏22向背离隔板211b板面的方向,脱离支撑框21。可选地,基板211a、隔板211b和限位板211c是一体成型设置的,以便于批量生产,其可以是挤塑一体成型,也可以是注塑一体成型等。
在本实施例中,进一步地,壳体1还包括设于背板11顶边的顶板,且背板11的底边空置,以在两滑槽10的下端之间形成供显示模组2滑入安装的安装口。显示模组2自安装口滑入壳体1,至显示模组2的顶部抵止于顶板。本实施例中,顶板优选与背板11一体成型,以利于壳体1的批量生产;当然,于其他实施例中,顶板也可为固定连接于背板11顶边的独立件。不失一般性,在壳体1上,通常地,顶板的两端分别与两侧板12的顶端连接。可以理解,本实施例中,显示模组2的整体滑动装配方向是自背板11的底边朝向顶边的方向,顶板的设置,可避免显示模组2在整体滑动装配过程中,出现滑出背板11顶边的现象。然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,壳体1的安装口也可形成在壳体1的顶端,而使得显示模组2的整体滑动装配方向是自背板11的顶边朝向底边的方向;例如但不限于,背板11的底边和顶边均空置,以在两滑槽10的下端之间形成安装口、及在两滑槽10的上端之间形成装饰口,此时,显示模组2可自安装口和装饰口中的任一者滑入壳体1。
本实施例中,壳体1优选还包括连接于顶板的顶限位板,该顶限位板与背板11相对,以由背板11、顶板及顶限位板共同限制出沿顶板的长度方向延伸的限位槽,显示模组2的顶部抵止于限位槽的槽底,如此,以一方面可以通过顶限位板辅助增大防止显示模组2脱离壳体1的限制力,另一方面可以保持壳体1前侧的顶部和两侧部的外观一致性。类似地,顶限位板也优选与顶板一体成型。
参照图6,在本实施例中,通常地,支撑框21还包括顶框条212,该顶框条212的两端分别与两侧框条211的顶端连接。可以理解,显示屏22和光学膜片组23的边缘均易于碰损,顶框条212的设置可为显示屏22和光学膜片组23以更好的边缘保护。而支撑框21的底端空置,以使得背光光线可从光学膜片组23的导光板231的底边进入。本实施例中,可选地,顶框条212的横截面形状与侧框条211的横截面形状一致,如此,当采用挤塑一体成型的方式来制备顶框条212和侧框条211时,顶框条212和侧框条211可采用同一挤塑模具,减少模具费用,降低制造成本。
在本实施例中,进一步地,两个侧框条211的顶端分别与顶框条212的两端相拼接而形成支撑框21,如此,可便于显示屏22与支撑框21之间的装配;具体地,在装配时,可先将顶框条212和两侧框条211按拼接方位分散地放置,再将显示屏22平放在该三个框条的中间,然后分别推动三个框条各自朝向显示屏22的对应边缘移动,至显示屏22的对应边缘位于对应框条的隔板和限位板之间,此时,也完成了顶框条212与两侧框条211的拼接,即完成了显示屏22与支撑框21之间的装配,实为方便。
参照图1和图3,进一步地,液晶电视机还包括封闭所述安装口的封口组件3,以显示模组2限制在壳体1内。本实施例中,封口组件3与导光板231的底边之间设有背光灯条4,当然,背光灯条4正面朝向导光板231的底边,以使其所发出的背光光线进入导光板231;背光灯条4的背面则贴合于封口组件3,以通过封口组件3进行散热。需要说明的是,在背板11的底边和顶边均空置的技术方案中,为避免显示模组2自装饰口显露于外,而影响液晶电视机的外观,可选地,液晶电视机还包括封闭所述装饰口的顶装饰件,该顶装饰件可以是装饰薄膜件,也可以是顶装饰框条,只要能实现装饰口的封闭即可。
需要说明的是,本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,也可将支撑框21设置为包括底框条,而顶端空置的形式,此时,封口组件3通过对支撑框21的底框条进行抵接限位;背光灯条4则可设置在壳体1顶板的内侧面,以使其所发出的背光光线从导光板231的顶边入射,可以理解,此情况下,为背光灯条4进行供电的供电导线需延伸至壳体1的顶部。
在本实施例中,进一步地,封口组件3包括灯条散热件31,该灯条散热件31包括供背光灯条4的背面贴设安装的第一散热板311、及连接于第一散热板311一侧缘的第二散热板312,该第二散热板312贴合固设于背板11的背面,如此,背光灯条4不仅可通过灯条散热件31进行散热,还可通过间接背板11进行散热,从而获得较高的散热效率。
进一步地,封口组件3还包括下装饰框条32,该下装饰框条32包括装饰底板321、及分设于装饰底板321相对两侧的装饰前侧板322和装饰后侧板323,其中,装饰后侧板323贴合固设于第二散热板312的外侧面,以间接固定于背板11;装饰前侧板322至少包覆至显示屏22的底边,以避免显示屏22底边与装饰底板321之间的部件显露于外。本实施例中,由于显示屏22较重,为避免显示屏22在重力的作用下下滑,在装饰底板321与显示屏22底边之间增设有与背光灯条4并排设置的屏支撑条5。
在本申请中,为便于显示模组2的拆卸维修,封口组件3优选与壳体1可拆卸连接,并可以但不限于采用螺钉锁附或者卡扣连接的方式连接。本实施例中,具体地,第二散热板312与背板11之间、以及装饰后侧板323与第二散热板312之间均为可拆卸连接。
以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是在本申请的发明构思下,利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种液晶电视机,其中,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体包括背板,所述背板的相对两侧边各设有沿对应侧边延伸的滑槽,且两所述滑槽的槽口相向设置;
    显示模组,所述显示模组包括支撑框、及安装在所述支撑框上的显示屏和光学膜片组;所述支撑框的相对两侧框条分别滑动安装至两所述滑槽内,以使所述显示模组安装于所述壳体;以及
    电控模组,所述电控模组设于所述壳体,并包括集成有电视信号处理模块的主控板,所述主控板与所述显示屏电连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的液晶电视机,其中,所述壳体还包括分设于所述背板相对两侧边的两侧板,每一侧板呈弧形设置,以使两所述侧板的内侧面形成弧形的两所述滑槽。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的液晶电视机,其中,所述壳体还包括分设于所述背板相对两侧边的两侧板、及分别连接两侧板的两限位部,所述限位部与所述背板相对,所述背板、两所述侧板及两所述限位部共同限制出相对的两所述滑槽。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的液晶电视机,其中,所述限位部设置为一沿对应侧边延伸的整体板状件;或者,所述限位部包括在对应侧边的延伸方向上间断设置的多个板状件。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的液晶电视机,其中,所述侧框条包括基板、及设在所述基板内侧面的隔板,所述显示屏和所述光学膜片组分设于所述隔板的相对两侧。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的液晶电视机,其中,所述侧框条还包括设置在所述基板的内侧面的限位板,所述限位板与所述隔板相间隔设置,所述显示屏的侧边位于所述隔板与所述限位板之间。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的液晶电视机,其中,所述显示屏和所述光学膜片组均固定于所述隔板。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的液晶电视机,其中,所述支撑框还包括顶框条,两个所述侧框条的顶端分别与所述顶框条的两端相拼接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的液晶电视机,其中,所述壳体还包括设于所述背板顶边的顶板,且所述背板的底边空置,以在两所述滑槽的下端之间形成供所述显示模组滑入安装的安装口;
    所述显示模组自所述安装口滑入所述壳体,至所述显示模组的顶部抵止于所述顶板。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的液晶电视机,其中,所述顶板与所述背板一体成型;或者,所述顶板为固定连接于所述背板顶边的独立件。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的液晶电视机,其中,所述壳体还包括连接于所述顶板的顶限位板,所述顶限位板与所述背板相对,所述背板、所述顶板及所述顶限位板共同限制出沿所述顶板的长度方向延伸的限位槽,所述显示模组的顶部抵止于所述限位槽的槽底。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的液晶电视机,其中,所述背板的底边和顶边均空置,以在两所述滑槽的下端之间形成安装口、及在两所述滑槽的上端之间形成装饰口;所述显示模组自所述安装口或所述装饰口滑入所述壳体。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的液晶电视机,其中,所述液晶电视机还包括封闭所述装饰口的顶装饰件。
  14. 如权利要求9所述的液晶电视机,其中,所述光学膜片组包括导光板,所述支撑框的底端空置;所述液晶电视机还包括封闭所述安装口的封口组件,且所述封口组件与所述导光板的底边之间设有背光灯条。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的液晶电视机,其中,所述封口组件包括灯条散热件,所述灯条散热件包括供所述背光灯条的背面贴设安装的第一散热板、及连接于所述第一散热板一侧缘的第二散热板,所述第二散热板贴合固设于所述背板的背面。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的液晶电视机,其中,所述封口组件还包括下装饰框条,所述下装饰框条包括装饰底板、及分设于所述装饰底板相对两侧的装饰前侧板和装饰后侧板,所述装饰底板与所述显示屏底边之间设有与所述背光灯条并排设置的屏支撑条,所述装饰后侧板贴合固设于所述第二散热板的外侧面,所述装饰前侧板至少包覆至所述显示屏的底边。
  17. 如权利要求10所述的液晶电视机,其中,所述光学膜片组包括导光板,所述支撑框的底端空置;所述液晶电视机还包括封闭所述安装口的封口组件,且所述封口组件与所述导光板的底边之间设有背光灯条。
  18. 如权利要求11所述的液晶电视机,其中,所述光学膜片组包括导光板,所述支撑框的底端空置;所述液晶电视机还包括封闭所述安装口的封口组件,且所述封口组件与所述导光板的底边之间设有背光灯条。
  19. 如权利要求12所述的液晶电视机,其中,所述光学膜片组包括导光板,所述支撑框的底端空置;所述液晶电视机还包括封闭所述安装口的封口组件,且所述封口组件与所述导光板的底边之间设有背光灯条。
  20. 如权利要求13所述的液晶电视机,其中,所述光学膜片组包括导光板,所述支撑框的底端空置;所述液晶电视机还包括封闭所述安装口的封口组件,且所述封口组件与所述导光板的底边之间设有背光灯条。
