厨房烹饪器具的加热方式一般有两种,一种为电热盘的热管式加热,另一种为电磁感应加热。电磁感应加热方式因其加热效率高,加热时间易于控制等特性,已逐渐成为厨房烹饪器具的主要加热方式。目前使用的IH(Induction Heating)产品,如IH电饭煲、IH压力煲等,一般是通过在锅体底部设置含有磁条的线圈盘对锅体进行磁感应加热。现有技术中磁条一般是通过磁条支架固定于线圈盘座上,并且磁条支架通常设计成通过一个折弯拐角连接磁条支架的两个安装部,使得折弯拐角与线圈盘座之间形成了较大的空隙,而磁条支架拐角处所占空间较大,浪费了磁条支架的安装空间,同时,为了避免电磁烹饪器具内的电路板支架与上述折弯拐角相干涉,就必须将机体底座加高,进而影响整机尺寸,增加了制造成本。

优选地,所述线圈盘组件还包括束线件,所述束线件包括束线部及压线部,所述束线部设置于所述连接部与所述第二安装部的连接处的、且与所述线圈盘座外壁面邻接的侧面,所述束线部上开设有束线孔,所述压线部设置于所述连接部并邻近所述束线部设置,所述压线部自由端与所述束线孔相对应。
为实现上述目的,本发明还提出一种电磁烹饪器具,包括:
线圈盘组件;以及
电路板支架,包括向下延伸的第一支撑件及自所述第一支撑件的下端朝向所述线圈盘翻折的第二支撑件,所述第二支撑件靠近所述线圈盘的一端收容于所述避让空间。
本发明线圈盘组件通过将磁条支架固定于线圈盘座上,并通过将磁条支架设置成适于线圈盘座的分段式结构,第一安装部与固定于线圈盘座底壁上的第一线圈相贴合,第二安装部贴合于绕置在线圈盘的侧壁上的第二线圈,如此可使得磁条架与线圈盘座配合更为紧密,能够充分发挥磁条的导磁作用;并且第一安装部及第二安装部通过连接部连接,第一安装部的底面的延伸面、第二安装部外侧面的延伸面,以及接部的背离线圈盘座的一面之间围合形成一避让空间,相较于传统磁条支架的折弯拐角处占用空间较大,本发明线圈盘组件的磁条支架可以有效节约空间,且通过避让空间与电路板支架的配合,能够避免磁条支架与电磁烹饪器具中的电路板支架相干涉,进而使得电磁烹饪器具的整机尺寸更小,更为美观,并能节约制造成本。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,若本发明实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,若本发明实施例中有涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述,则该“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
本发明提出一种电磁烹饪器具。
在本发明一实施例中,如图1及图2所示,该电磁烹饪器具包括:
线圈盘组件10;以及
电路板支架20,包括向下延伸的第一支撑件201及自第一支撑件201的下端朝向线圈盘组件10翻折的第二支撑件202,第二支撑件202靠近线圈盘组件10的一端收容于避让空间6。
在本实施中,电磁烹饪器具可以是IH电饭煲、IH电炖锅或者其他具有类似结构的烹饪器具;电磁烹饪器具包括具有容纳空间的外壳罩40、与外壳罩40固定连接的底座30及收容于外壳罩40容纳空间内的线圈盘组件10及电路板支架20等;为了确保电磁烹饪器具的散热效果,机体中的电路板支架20一般都会设置在磁条支架5附近,并且在电路板支架20的第二支撑件202上安装风扇,通过将电路板支架20的第二支撑件202靠近线圈盘组件10的一端收容于避让空间6,可以使得第一支撑件201的高度降低,进而使得机体整体高度降低,从而实现电磁烹饪器具整机尺寸的小型化,节约了制造成本。
本发明还提出一种线圈盘组件10。
在本发明一实施例中,如图3及图4所示,该线圈盘组件10包括:
线圈盘座1,具有底壁11及侧壁12,侧壁12自底壁11周缘朝上并向外倾斜延伸形成;
第一线圈2、第二线圈3,第一线圈2固定于底壁11的外壁面,第二线圈3绕置于侧壁12的外壁面;第一线圈2的外周面,线圈盘座1的外壁面及第二线圈3的底面围合成一环形的凹部4;
多个磁条支架5,沿线圈盘座1的周向布置,磁条支架5包括第一安装部51、第二安装部52及连接第一安装部51和第二安装部52的连接部53,第一安装部51安装于第一线圈2底侧,第二安装部52安装于第二线圈3背离侧壁12的一侧,第一安装部51的底面的延伸面、第二安装部52外侧面的延伸面,以及连接部53的背离线圈盘座1的一面之间围合形成一避让空间6。
在本实施例中,线圈盘座1为一端开口的盘状结构,在实际应用中线圈盘座1的开口端朝上;第一线圈2、第二线圈3均为磁感应线圈,在工作时用于产生感应磁场,为了避免产生的感应磁场向电磁烹饪器具的机体外部辐射,通常在磁感应线圈外围设置磁条,关于电磁烹饪器具的工作原理,本领域技术人员均可以理解并掌握,在此不再详述。在实际应用中通过设置磁条支架5以固定磁条,磁条可通过粘接、过盈配合等方式固定于磁条支架5上,也可以与磁条支架5一体注塑成型;磁条支架5可通过粘接、螺钉连接或卡合连接等方式固定于线圈盘座1上;避让空间6可用以容纳电路板支架20的第二支撑件202靠近线圈盘组件10的一端。
本发明线圈盘组件10通过将磁条支架5固定于线圈盘座1上,并通过将磁条支架5设置成适于线圈盘座1的分段式结构,第一安装部51与固定于线圈盘座1底壁11上的第一线圈2相贴合,第二安装部52贴合于绕置在线圈盘的侧壁12上的第二线圈3,如此可使得磁条架与线圈盘座1配合更为紧密,能够充分发挥磁条的导磁作用;并且第一安装部51及第二安装部52通过连接部53连接,第一安装部51的底面的延伸面、第二安装部52外侧面的延伸面,以及接部的背离线圈盘座1的一面之间围合形成一避让空间6,相较于传统磁条支架5的折弯拐角处占用空间较大,本发明线圈盘组件10的磁条支架5可以有效节约空间,且通过避让空间6与电路板支架20的配合,能够避免磁条支架5与电磁烹饪器具中的电路板支架20相干涉。
进一步地,请参照图4、图5及图6,为了使避让空间6最大化,连接部53具有朝向线圈盘座1凹陷的凹槽61。
进一步地,连接部53包括第一折弯531及第二折弯532,第一折弯531自第一安装部51的远离线圈盘座1的一端向上翻折形成,第二折弯532连接第二安装部52的底端及第一折弯531远离第一安装部51的一端,第一折弯531及第二折弯532围合形成凹槽61。
在本实施例中,通过第一折弯531与第二折弯532围合形成凹槽61,可有效减少连接部53的占用空间,同时凹槽61所形成的避让空间6能够避免磁条支架5与电磁烹饪器具中的电路板支架20相干涉。
进一步地,为了磁条支架5与第一线圈2及第二线圈3配合更为紧密,连接部53容置于凹部4中,且第一折弯531与第二折弯532的连接处抵接于线圈盘座1的外壁面,有效地利用了空间。
进一步地,线圈盘座1的底壁11的外壁面凸设有多个由内向外相互嵌套的环状第一隔板7,任意相邻两第一隔板7之间围合形成第一绕线槽71,第一线圈2绕置于各第一绕线槽71中;
线圈盘座1的外壁面凸设有多个沿上下方向布置的环状第二隔板8,任意相邻两第二隔板8之间围合形成第二绕线槽72,第二线圈3绕置于各第二绕线槽72中。
在本实施例中,通过设置第一绕线槽71及第二绕线槽72能够对第一线圈2及第二线圈3起到很好的定位及固定作用,使得第一线圈2及第二线圈3能够快速准确地安装于线圈盘座1上,同时通过连续缠绕的方式可使得感应线圈对锅体的加热更为均匀,加热效率更高。
进一步地,请一并参照图4及图7,第二安装部52的上端朝向线圈盘座1的壁面设有卡凸521,卡凸521与位于线圈盘座1最上端的第二绕线槽72相卡合。
在本实施例中,通过卡凸521与第二绕线槽72的配合,可对第二线圈3起到一定的限位作用,防止第二线圈3脱离第二绕线槽72。
进一步地,连接部53与线圈盘座1固定连接。
在本实施例中,连接部53可通过螺钉连接、卡合连接、粘接等方式固定于线圈盘座1上,以确保磁条支架5能够稳固的安装于线圈盘座1上。
进一步地,连接部53的与线圈盘座1外壁面邻接的侧面设有凸缘533,凸缘533上开设有固定孔534,线圈盘座1上设有与固定孔534适配的固定柱13。
在本实施例中,固定孔534可以为圆形、方形、三角形等;固定柱13的截面形状与固定孔534的形状保持一致;优选地,固定孔534设置为圆形,固定柱13设置为圆柱状;通过固定孔534与固定柱13的配合可以使得磁条支架5快速准确地安装于线圈盘座1,在实际应用中,为了确保安装的稳定性,通常在固定柱13穿过固定孔534后再采用热压的方式使二者连接更为牢固。
进一步地,线圈盘组件10还包括束线件9,束线件9包括束线部91及压线部92,束线部91设置于连接部53与第二安装部52的连接处的、且与线圈盘座1外壁面邻接的侧面,束线部91上开设有束线孔911,压线部92设置于连接部53并邻近束线部91设置,压线部92自由端与束线孔911相对应。
在本实施例中,通过设置束线件9,机体内的各种线路均从束线部91的束线孔911中穿出并通过压线部92限位,能使机体内的线路排列整齐,有效节约了机体内的空间。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种线圈盘组件,其特征在于,包括:
    线圈盘座,具有底壁及侧壁,所述侧壁自所述底壁周缘朝上并向外倾斜延伸形成;
    第一线圈、第二线圈,所述第一线圈固定于所述底壁的外壁面,所述第二线圈绕置于所述侧壁的外壁面;所述第一线圈的外周面,所述线圈盘座的外壁面及所述第二线圈的底面围合成一环形的凹部;
    多个磁条支架,沿所述线圈盘座的周向布置,所述磁条支架包括第一安装部、第二安装部及连接所述第一安装部和所述第二安装部的连接部,所述第一安装部安装于所述第一线圈底侧,所述第二安装部安装于所述第二线圈背离所述侧壁的一侧,所述第一安装部的底面的延伸面、所述第二安装部外侧面的延伸面,以及所述连接部的背离所述线圈盘座的一面之间围合形成一避让空间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的线圈盘组件,其特征在于,所述连接部具有朝向所述线圈盘座凹陷的凹槽。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的线圈盘组件,其特征在于,所述连接部包括第一折弯及第二折弯,所述第一折弯自所述第一安装部的远离所述线圈盘座的一端向上翻折形成,所述第二折弯连接所述第二安装部的底端及所述第一折弯远离所述第一安装部的一端,所述第一折弯及第二折弯围合形成所述凹槽。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的线圈盘组件,其特征在于,所述连接部容置于所述凹部中,且所述第一折弯与所述第二折弯的连接处抵接于所述线圈盘座的外壁面。
  5. 如权利要求1线圈盘组件,其特征在于,所所述连接部与所述线圈盘座固定连接。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的线圈盘组件,其特征在于,
    所述线圈盘座的底壁的外壁面凸设有多个由内向外相互嵌套的环状第一隔板,任意相邻两所述第一隔板之间围合形成第一绕线槽,所述第一线圈绕置于各所述第一绕线槽中;
    所述线圈盘座的外壁面凸设有多个沿上下方向布置的环状第二隔板,任意相邻两所述第二隔板之间围合形成所述第二绕线槽,所述第二线圈绕置于各所述第二绕线槽中。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的线圈盘组件,其特征在于,所述第二安装部的上端朝向所述线圈盘座的壁面设有卡凸,所述卡凸与位于所述线圈盘座最上端的所述第二绕线槽相卡合。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的线圈盘组件,其特征在于,所述连接部与所述线圈盘座固定连接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的线圈盘组件,其特征在于,所述连接部的与所述线圈盘座外壁面邻接的侧面设有凸缘,所述凸缘上开设有固定孔,所述线圈盘座上设有与所述固定孔适配的固定柱。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的线圈盘组件,其特征在于,还包括束线件,所述束线件包括束线部及压线部,所述束线部设置于所述连接部与所述第二安装部的连接处的、且与所述线圈盘座外壁面邻接的侧面,所述束线部上开设有束线孔,所述压线部设置于所述连接部并邻近所述束线部设置,所述压线部自由端与所述束线孔相对应。
  11. 一种电磁烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括:
    线圈盘组件;以及电路板支架,包括向下延伸的第一支撑件及自所述第一支撑件的下端朝向所述线圈盘组件翻折的第二支撑件,所述第二支撑件靠近所述线圈盘组件的一端收容于所述避让空间;其中,
    所述线圈盘组件包括:
    线圈盘座,具有底壁及侧壁,所述侧壁自所述底壁周缘朝上并向外倾斜延伸形成;
    第一线圈、第二线圈,所述第一线圈固定于所述底壁的外壁面,所述第二线圈绕置于所述侧壁的外壁面;所述第一线圈的外周面,所述线圈盘座的外壁面及所述第二线圈的底面围合成一环形的凹部;
    多个磁条支架,沿所述线圈盘座的周向布置,所述磁条支架包括第一安装部、第二安装部及连接所述第一安装部和所述第二安装部的连接部,所述第一安装部安装于所述第一线圈底侧,所述第二安装部安装于所述第二线圈背离所述侧壁的一侧,所述第一安装部的底面的延伸面、所述第二安装部外侧面的延伸面,以及所述连接部的背离所述线圈盘座的一面之间围合形成一避让空间。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的电磁烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述连接部具有朝向所述线圈盘座凹陷的凹槽。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的电磁烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述连接部包括第一折弯及第二折弯,所述第一折弯自所述第一安装部的远离所述线圈盘座的一端向上翻折形成,所述第二折弯连接所述第二安装部的底端及所述第一折弯远离所述第一安装部的一端,所述第一折弯及第二折弯围合形成所述凹槽。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的线圈盘组件,其特征在于,所所述连接部与所述线圈盘座固定连接。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的电磁烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述线圈盘座的底壁的外壁面凸设有多个由内向外相互嵌套的环状第一隔板,任意相邻两所述第一隔板之间围合形成第一绕线槽,所述第一线圈绕置于各所述第一绕线槽中;
    所述线圈盘座的外壁面凸设有多个沿上下方向布置的环状第二隔板,任意相邻两所述第二隔板之间围合形成所述第二绕线槽,所述第二线圈绕置于各所述第二绕线槽中。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的电磁烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第二安装部的上端朝向所述线圈盘座的壁面设有卡凸,所述卡凸与位于所述线圈盘座最上端的所述第二绕线槽相卡合。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的电磁烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述连接部与所述线圈盘座固定连接。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的电磁烹饪器具,其特征在于,其特征在于,所述连接部的与所述线圈盘座外壁面邻接的侧面设有凸缘,所述凸缘上开设有固定孔,所述线圈盘座上设有与所述固定孔适配的固定柱。
  19. 如权利要求11所述的电磁烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述线圈盘组件还包括束线件,所述束线件包括束线部及压线部,所述束线部设置于所述连接部与所述第二安装部的连接处的、且与所述线圈盘座外壁面邻接的侧面,所述束线部上开设有束线孔,所述压线部设置于所述连接部并邻近所述束线部设置,所述压线部自由端与所述束线孔相对应。
