本发明技术方案通过将导电的弹片设置于安装块上,进而通过在安装块上设置卡接部,以将弹片采用卡接的方式与电子设备安装,实现与电子设备可拆卸连接,弹片具有第一连接部以及第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部导电连接,在弹片卡接于电子设备上时,使得弹片的第一连接部与电子设备电连接,而第二连接部可用于与外部部件连接,可见,本发明弹片连接件便于拆卸维修,卡接固定,安装方式简单,减少生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,若本发明实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本发明提出一种弹片连接件,用于电子设备上,用作连接触点,与外部设备接触连接。
在本发明实施例中,如图1至图3所示,图1为本发明弹片连接件第一视角的立体结构示意图;图2为本发明弹片连接件第二视角的立体结构示意图;图3为本发明弹片连接件第三视角的立体结构示意图。该弹片连接件100包括安装块101以及导电的弹片102,所述弹片102设置于所述安装块101上,所述弹片102具有第一连接部1021以及第二连接部1022,所述第一连接部1021与所述第二连接部1022导电连接,所述安装块101上设有将所述安装块101卡接于所述电子设备上的卡接部1012,以使所述第一连接部1021与所述电子设备(图中未显示)导电连接。
所述弹片连接件100具有电连接作用的部分为弹片102,而安装块101用于将所述弹片102可拆卸的安装于电子设备上,在所述安装块101安装到电子设备上时,所述弹片102的第一连接部1021与电子设备电连接,而第二连接部1022用于与外部部件连接,如此外部部件与电子设备通过所述弹片连接件100实现电连接,其中,所述安装块101通过所述卡接部1012与电子设备卡接,实现可拆卸安装。具体例如,所述弹片连接件100具体可以作为电路板与天线之间的连接件,所述卡接部1012卡接于所述电路板上,而所述弹片102的第一连接部1021(也可以为所述弹片102的第二连接部1022,第一连接部1021与第二连接部1022并不具体限定其位置)抵接于所述电路板上,所述弹片102的第二连接部1022与天线连接,如此实现天线与电路板的电连接。可以理解的是,所述弹片连接件100还可以用于其他的电连接。
具体而言,所述安装块101与所述弹片102的组合方式具有多种,比如,所述安装块101设置于所述弹片102的一侧,所述卡接部1012位于与所述弹片102相对或相邻的侧边,卡接部1012可接于电子设备上时,弹片102的一个面(即第一连接部1021)与电子设备接触,即与电子设备电连接,弹片102上除与电子设备接触的面外,其他面均可以作为与外部部件连接的面。或者,所述安装块101设置于所述弹片102的外围,其中弹片102的部分外露于所述安装块101,外露的部分(即为所述第一连接部1021和第二连接部1022)用于接触电子设备和外部部件,如此,外部部件通过所述弹片102实现与电子设备电连接。可以理解的是,所述安装块101与所述弹片102的组合方式还有其他种,在此不一一赘述。
所述卡接部1012具体可以为卡扣,也即在所述安装块101上延伸有一卡扣,通过将卡扣卡入电子设备中实现固定,或者,所述卡接部1012还可以为凸设在所述安装块101上的卡块1012b或者卡口1012a,直接插接于电子设备中实现固定。如此,本发明实施例中的弹片连接件100通过卡接部1012采用卡接的方式装设于电子设备中,免去采用焊接的方式固定,即实现可拆卸维修或更换,又实现快速安装,省材料省工时。
根据本发明实施例中的安装块101,所述安装块101为绝缘的安装块101,所述安装块101作为所述弹片102的安装部,为了防止人触碰安装块101时触电,所述安装块101采用绝缘材料设置,具体可以采用塑胶设置,安全且成本低。
本发明技术方案通过将导电的弹片102设置于安装块101上,进而通过在安装块101上设置卡接部1012,以将弹片102采用卡接的方式与电子设备安装,实现与电子设备可拆卸连接,弹片102具有第一连接部1021以及第二连接部1022,所述第一连接部1021与所述第二连接部1022导电连接,在弹片102卡接于电子设备上时,使得弹片102的第一连接部1021与电子设备电连接,而第二连接部1022可用于与外部部件连接,可见,本发明弹片连接件100便于拆卸维修,卡接固定,安装方式简单,减少生产成本。
本发明实施例中,优选地,所述安装块101设置于所述弹片102的外围,具体而言,继续参照图4至图6,所述安装块101具有容置腔1011,所述容置腔1011至少具有两个开口,所述弹片102装设于所述容置腔1011内,所述弹片102的第一连接部1021和第二连接部1022分别位于所述开口处且外露于所述安装块101。所述弹片102的第一连接部1021和第二连接部1022分别位于所述开口处且外露与所述安装块101,便于所述第一连接部1021与电子设备抵接,所述第二连接部1022与外部部件连接。
由于弹片102具有导电性,将安装块101设置于弹片102的外围,可防止用户不小心触碰到弹片102而触电,如此,保证弹片连接件100的连接作用的同时,确保所述弹片连接件100的使用安全。
所述弹片102设置于所述安装块101的容置腔1011内,具体所述弹片102与所述安装块101的连接固定方式有多种,具体可以为所述弹片102与所述安装块101通过注塑连接成一体结构,例如,将所述弹片102放置于安装块101成型模具中,其中弹片102部分嵌入安装块101内,在所述安装块101注塑过程中,所述弹片102与安装块101接触部分与安装块101的注塑胶溶于一体,实现安装块101与弹片102的注塑连接成一体。或者,所述弹片102也可以通过卡合方式卡合固定于所述安装块101内,例如,所述容置腔1011的内壁上设有用于卡接所述弹片102的卡槽,所述卡槽可以为环形卡槽,所述弹片102的尺寸略大于所述容置腔1011的大小,将弹片102装入卡槽中后,在安装块101本身塑胶弹性的作用下,将弹片102卡合固定于容置腔1011内;所述卡槽还可以为矩形卡槽,只设置在容置腔1011的其中一腔壁内,如此,所述弹片102一端卡入所述矩形卡槽内,而另一端延伸至相对的腔壁内,且延伸的长度略长于所述容置腔1011在弹片102延伸方向的尺寸,通过安装块101本身的塑胶弹性,将所述弹片102卡合固定与所述容置腔1011内。可以理解的是,所述弹片102与所述安装块101的连接固定方式还包括其他方式,在此不一一赘述。
可以理解的是,容置腔1011内可以设置多个开口,具体可根据需要连接的部件数量设置多个开口,本发明实施例中,优选地,继续参照图4,所述容置腔1011具有两相对的开口,所述弹片102呈U形,所述弹片102相对设置的两连接板分别为所述第一连接部1021和所述第二连接部1022,两连接板通过一侧板1023相连,两所述连接板分别位于两相对的开口处。
U形弹片102具体包括两相对设置的连接板以及位于两连接板的同一侧且连接两连接板的侧板1023,本发明实施例中,U形弹片102的两连接板分别为所述第一连接部1021和所述第二连接部1022,其中,所述第一连接部1021与所述第二连接部1022通过所述侧板1023实现电连接,根据U形弹片102的结构特点,将容置腔1011内的开口设置于相对的位置,第一连接部1021与第二连接部1022即可通过两开口与电子设备和外部部件连接。
本实施例中,通过将开口设置于容置腔1011相对的位置,弹片102采用对称的U形弹片102,且弹片102装设于所述容置腔1011内时,将弹片102的两连接板分别设置于两开口处,如此,实现所述弹片连接件100对称设置,两连接板均可以用于与电子设备电连接或用于与外部部件电连接,不用区分正反面,起防呆作用。
可以理解的是,容置腔1011内的两个开口还可以设置于相邻的位置,所述弹片102装设于所述容置腔1011内,其中,所述弹片102部分位于所述两相邻的开口位置,且外露于所述安装块101,在该实施例中,所述容置腔1011内的两个开口设置于相邻位置,实现不同位置的外部部件与弹片连接件100的连接,避免在绕线到相对位置采能连接到弹片102上。
由于将弹片102装设于所述容置腔1011内,为了便于弹片102与电子设备或外部部件连接,设置弹片102的两连接板位于开口处且外露于所述安装块101,其中,两所述连接板外露于所述安装块101的方式可以有多种,比如,两连接板非平行设置,而是分别朝相对的开口方向延伸且延伸至外露于安装块101的位置;或者,两所述连接板上设有往开口方向延伸的结构,以连接电子设备或外部部件。具体而言,所述连接板朝向开口的一面具有往开口方向延伸的抵接块1024,所述抵接块1024外露于所述安装块101。所述抵接块1024用于与电子设备抵接(例如与电路板抵接),还用于与外部部件连接,所述抵接块1024可以垂直于所述连接板朝开口延伸,也可以与所述连接板呈一定夹角的方向延伸,优选地,所述抵接块1024与所述连接板的夹角小于90°。
为了节省材料,所述连接板上设有通孔,所述抵接块1024设置于所述通孔内,所述抵接块1024的一端与所述连接板连接,另一端往开口方向延伸。所述抵接块1024与所述连接块为一体结构,在所述抵接块1024与电子设备或外部部件连接时,所述电子设备与所述外部部件之间通过抵接块1024以及连接板实现电通信。
其中,所述抵接块1024为弹性连接块,在电子设备或外部部件的作用下,可往连接板方向下压,同时基于自身的弹性,在抵接块1024被下压力下压时,同时会往施加下压力的电子设备或外部部件的方向产生弹性恢复力,如此,能够保证与电子设备或外部部件保持良好的接触,防止出现接触不良的情况。
进一步地,所述抵接块1024的自由端往背离连接板的方向凸起,使得抵接块1024在自由端处形成折边,在所述抵接块1024的自由端位置形成折边的目的是为了防止抵接块1024的自由端与电子设备或外部部件抵接时,自由端的端面与电子设备或外部部件直接抵接,容易划伤电子设备或外部部件。
优选地,本发明实施例中,继续参照图4,为了实现将弹片102通过卡接的方式装设在电子设备上,在弹片102上设置安装块101固定弹片102,而在安装块101上设置卡接部1012将弹片102卡接于电子设备上,实现弹片102的可拆卸安装。具体而言,所述卡接部1012包括卡口1012a和/或卡块1012b,所述卡口1012a与电子设备上相对设置的凸块卡合安装,所述卡口1012a与所述凸块之间为过盈配合;和/或所述卡块1012b与电子设备上相对设置的凹槽卡合安装,所述卡块1012b与所述凹槽之间为过盈配合。
可以理解的是,所述卡接部1012可以只包括卡口1012a或只包括卡块1012b,此时,所述电子设备上只需设置相对应的凸块与所述卡口1012a配合,或者只需设置相对应的凹槽与所述卡块1012b配合即可。或者,所述卡接部1012同时包括卡口1012a和卡块1012b,此时,所述电子设备需设置相对应的凸块和凹槽,以分别与所述卡口1012a和卡块1012b配合。其中,所述卡口1012a与所述凸块之间为过盈配合,所述卡块1012b与所述卡槽之间为过盈配合,以保证所述凸块卡卡入口后、所述卡块1012b卡入所述卡槽后实现固定。
本实施例中,所述卡接部1012直接通过卡口1012a或卡块1012b结构实现卡接,结构简单,易于拆装。
优选地,为了实现两个弹片连接件100之间也能相互卡合形成弹片连接组件10,在所述安装块101上设置卡口1012a和卡块1012b,也即所述卡接部1012包括卡口1012a和卡块1012b,其中卡口1012a和卡块1012b相对设置,且卡块1012b插入卡口1012a时,卡块1012b与卡口1012a过盈配合。
两个弹片连接件100组合一起时,将第一弹片连接件100的卡块1012b插入第二弹片连接件100的卡口1012a中,以实现组合连接。更进一步地,为了实现各个方向均能自由组合连接,所述安装块101具有多组卡口1012a和卡块1012b。
可以理解的是,所述卡接部1012的结构具有多种实现方式,本发明实施例中为了简化安装块101的结构设置,降低生产成本,所述卡口1012a与所述卡块1012b直接在安装块101上形成,即所述卡口1012a由所述安装块101的外表面凹设形成,所述卡块1012b由所述安装块101外表面凸设形成。具体而言,所述安装块101为方形结构,所述容置腔1011位于所述安装块101的中间位置,其中容置腔1011的开口分别位于安装块101的上表面和下表面,此时,可将所述安装部设置于所述安装块101的外周向,也即在所述安装块101的两相对的侧面设置所述卡口1012a和卡块1012b,且所述卡口1012a直接由在侧面设置的凹槽形成,所述卡块1012b直接由在侧面设置的凸条形成,如此,结构简单,易于实现,且加工工艺简单。
为了解决电子设备需要具有多个连接点的连接件时,需要焊接多个连接件或需要特别生产具有多个连接点的连接件来实现电连接的问题。继续参照图7,本发明还提出一种弹片连接组件10,该弹片连接组件10包括至少两个如上所述的弹片连接件100,每两个弹片连接件100之间通过所述弹片连接件100上的卡接部1012卡合安装。该弹片连接件100的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本弹片连接组件10采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
具体地,所述弹片连接件100上的卡接部1012包括相对设置的卡口1012a和卡块1012b,每两个弹片连接件100通过卡块1012b卡合于所述卡口1012a中实现两个弹片连接件100组合固定,其中,所述卡口1012a与所述卡块1012b过盈配合。如此,实现只需要生产一种类型的弹片连接件100,可根据需求的连接点数量,自由组合成多种形式的弹片连接组件10,不仅结构简单,易于实现,而且可以节省材料,避免材料的浪费。
本发明还提出一种电子设备,该电子设备包括如上所述的弹片连接件100;或者,所述电子设备包括如上所述的弹片连接组件10,其中,弹片连接组件10包括至少两个如上所述的弹片连接件100,每两个弹片连接件100之间通过所述弹片连接件100上的卡接部1012卡合安装。该弹片连接件100的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本电子设备采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不一一赘述。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种弹片连接件,安装于电子设备上,其特征在于,所述弹片连接件包括安装块以及导电的弹片,所述弹片设置于所述安装块上,所述弹片具有第一连接部以及第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部导电连接,所述安装块上设有将所述安装块卡接于所述电子设备上的卡接部,以使所述第一连接部与所述电子设备导电连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的弹片连接件,其特征在于,所述安装块具有容置腔,所述容置腔至少具有两个开口,所述弹片装设于所述容置腔内,所述弹片的第一连接部和第二连接部分别位于所述开口处且外露于所述安装块。
- 如权利要求2所述的弹片连接件,其特征在于,所述容置腔具有两相对的开口,所述弹片呈U形,所述弹片相对设置的两连接板分别为所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部,两连接板通过一侧板相连,两所述连接板分别位于两相对的开口处。
- 如权利要求3所述的弹片连接件,其特征在于,所述连接板朝向开口的一面具有往开口方向延伸的抵接块,所述抵接块外露于所述安装块。
- 如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的弹片连接件,其特征在于,所述卡接部包括卡口和/或卡块,所述卡口与电子设备上相对设置的凸块卡合安装,所述卡口与所述凸块之间为过盈配合;和/或所述卡块与电子设备上相对设置的凹槽卡合安装,所述卡块与所述凹槽之间为过盈配合。
- 如权利要求5所述的弹片连接件,其特征在于,所述卡口和所述卡块相对设置于所述安装块上。
- 如权利要求6所述的弹片连接件,其特征在于,所述卡口由所述安装块的外表面凹设形成,所述卡块由所述安装块外表面凸设形成。
- 如权利要求1所述的弹片连接件,其特征在于,所述安装块与弹片通过注塑连接成一体结构。
- 一种弹片连接组件,其特征在于,所述弹片连接组件包括至少两个如权利要求1-8任意一项所述的弹片连接件,每两个弹片连接件之间通过所述弹片连接件上的卡接部卡合安装。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括如权利要求1-8任意一项所述的弹片连接件;或者,所述电子设备包括如权利要求9所述的弹片连接组件。
